Home made subway sandwich. So i am a big fan of junk food and i advice patients against it. Look at the irony of my life. Knowing how bad it is, i had to to modify my food choices and join the clan of all health concious moms, i now consume only healthy junk - the one i make at home. I love subway sandwiches🌯. But with an uproar about its hygiene concerns (worm found in lettuce and consequent unapologetic behaviour on part of the staff ) i decided to ditch it. This didn't happen with me but has happened many a times. So here's my the recipe. Ingredients: 1)veggies 🥬Iceberg lettuce 🌰Onions 🍅Tomatoes 🥒Cucumber 🌮Black olives 🥙Jalapenos 🧀amul cheddar block / slice 2)sauces 🌶️red chili sauce 🍗 barbeque sauce 🍯honey mustard 🥚mayonise 3)bread 🥖 garlic roasted baguette 4)tikki 🍔Mc cain aloo tikkis 📝 method 1️⃣.lightly roast the bread after cutting in two 2️⃣.Apply sauces of your choice to the bread 3️⃣.stuff as many veggie slices aa you can 4️⃣.place shallow fried tikkis in the centre 5️⃣.place cheese slice or grated cheddar on top 6️⃣.place the other side of the baguette 7️⃣.Careful roll it in a paper towel Or thick tissue, now this wrapping is most important but it actually depends upon your skill 8️⃣.With the above combination of sauces, veggies, tikkis i was able to recreate the restaurant jaisa taste of my fav footlong sub. Njoy you guys and let me know how it turns out. You can buy any sauce combi that you like and breads are available at your local bakery i even found their signature garlic roasted one. Whats your favourite junk that you make at home? @veeba_in @mccainfoodsindia @amul_india #subwaysandwich #homemade #restaurantlike #junkfood #healthyjunkfood #healthyfood #veggies #veggie #sandwich #sandwichesofinstagram #diet #dietfoods #weightloss #weightlossrecipes #indianmomblogger #indianblogger #momsofinstagram #momsofig #mommy #doctor_mommy_speaks #doctormommy #doctormom #doctorstyle #dinner #doctorlife (at India) https://www.instagram.com/p/B4WMxoyFx69/?igshid=19gtk3mbftfeu

Discover Where to Celebrate Thanksgiving in Nashville
Thanksgiving! A time to eat, enjoy the fellowship of family and friends and watch a parade or two. But once the turkey is gone and you’ve polished off the pumpkin pie, what are you going to do? Take a nap, most likely – after all, you have to sleep off all those delicious treats – but what about after that?
If you’re in Nashville for Thanksgiving weekend this year, you’re in luck! There’s a bevy of fun things to do and places to go while you’re there. So, whether you’re looking for good food, some early Christmas-season fun or a fantastic concert, read on for your guide on how to spend Thanksgiving weekend in Nashville!
