The entire concept of shattered glass rescue bots is so fucking funny to me. I know it could easily be turned edgy and angsty with abusive boss heatwave but genuinely I cannot see them as anything other than baby mode Saturday morning cartoon villains that mildly inconvenience people without actually causing that much damage. And they all still love each other, they just fight more.

Just like with a lot of shows, people just want to wrap things up for the end of the last season and so they rush (and ruin!) things.

And just like with a lot of shows, it would’ve been better if their were more seasons! No reboots, no new characters, no new animation style, just continue doing what your doing damn it!

I’d have loved to see more of Madeline and honestly? It would be a great arch for Priscilla too! We don’t really know how much Priscilla knows about what her mother does and it seems odd to me that she’s never questioned it. Also for being mom and daughter, we don’t see them interact a lot in the show, which is weird.

After rewatching Rescue Bots, I kinda wish we had seen more of Madeline Pynch. Cos while I like Morocco, it would've been cool to see her take over as the bots' and Burns' main villain after his departure (What was the point of even writing out Morocco if you're just going to replace him with a second Morocco with an admittedly cooler MorBot)

And it i feels like they were setting up for her to be the next big villain but never went through with it? Like, at the end of Spellbound, she tells Priscilla that the phones have been recalled due to them needing a stronger signal, implying that she plans on hypnotizing the town again, but it's never followed up on? The closest we get is Morocco using on on Cody. And she gets away at the end of season two, but instead of remaining a recurring problem for the team, she vanishes until season four.

And then in season four, Quickshadow states that Pynch has done enough for Optimus to have Quickshadow investigate her, something that even Morocco - and keep in mind, Optimus has seen the damage Morocco can do under the right circumstances - hasn't managed. But then she's arrested in the same episode.

idk, it just kinda feels like a waste of a character.

Getting this ask, my thoughts swirled with crazy ideas for costumes or forms that the Akumatized Burns could have.

Like making Charlie have robocop armor, giving Kade a ripp off superman costume or be completely gold to show off how important he is, give Dani a reflective form or an evil version of her costume with her having different color skin, Graham just be his beast form, and Cody...I wouldn't know where to start 😅

Maybe his former Rescue Boy costume that looks eviler or with reverse colors, sor of like an SG situation.

But you know what, even be cooler?

If the Burns were given bot forms when Akumatized!

Charlie is a police enforcer bot that is equipped with capture nets and collapsible cages.

(Chase had a bit of a crush on him and was willing to follow along....but ultimately put on house arrest for finally trying to stand up to the chief)

Kade is a muscle car/fire truck bot that uses his strength and power to become the "perfect" rescue bot, but could easily turn into a bully and beat the other bots into submission.

Dani is a helicopter bot who uses her "searchlight" as her Akuma power, forcing anyone under its glow to reveal the "ugliest secrets" they have.

Graham would be a beastformer, who bipedal mode looks like his beast version while his animal form is more lion or bear looking.

Cody would be a minibot of some kind, his Akuma abilities ranging from using an army of drones to freeze people into a "picture perfect" way or use chips that he has the controller to so people "act" in the best way possible. The Akumatized version of Cody reasoning that brainwashing isn't bad as long as he dosent force people to do bad things, just encourage them to act "peaceful". Kind of like the Collector from TOH.

(Extra info for this crossover, that instead of Gabriel, it's Morocco who sends out the Akumas, wanting the miraculous in order to extend his life and make himself immortal)

In my opinion human villains in Transformers can work if you make them really despicable like Silas, really smart like Mandroid, or both like Meltdown.

I liked a lot of the human villains we've seen in transformers, but as I've learned today my opinions in transformers are rather permissive (see: me not caring that bayverse isn't made well) so I may not be a good judge of whether a human villain works or not

Dude, I'm reading you rb mafia au take...and let me tell you that I'm loving it. The family dynamics is just so damn funny (well, at least the boulgram part. Those two as pinky and brain? Hilarious, and it really suits them; platonic boulgram? Yes pls)

As for the rest, not gonna lie: I'm a bit sad about having to see Wave go (and no kadewave)...but that's something I'm willing to pay if that means we will get more of this au, do they even get along? Or just a business relationship?. Daniblades? Pls give us more, cause they lack severe representation in the fandom...and as for chch, I know the oneshot you are talking about, and its so damn good. Chase is a subby simp and everyone knows it.

If it's not that much of a spoiler, do they (Dani and Charlie) actually end up falling for their partners, as in truly in love? Even if everything is twisted and fucked up cause we are talking about a mafia, almost sg, au?

Also...why do I have the feeling that little sunshine ray Cody will devolve into a little devil? Cause he's daddy's little sunshine boy, and he took after him, even if he won't admit it.

Dani and Blades is a spoiler, but I think you might like the ending of their story. I dropped a hint (more like a neon sign) in the post I just made.

Unfortunately, Kade and Heatwave will have to hate each other here. (But I do have some short ideas for the two of them)

The cops deserve each other. I am just going to leave it at that. Yeah, they ain't gonna be healthy together, but happy? Sureeeeeeeeeeeeee. Maybe. Depends if Chase gets smart or not.

Cody will still be sunshine, but a chaotic good/ distract Optimus figure. (If I end up introducing rescue boy, shit's gonna hit the fan fast)

That is going for everything. Once I kill off the first character (a minor one, but boy o boy will things escalate), there will be no stopping the incoming shitstorm.

Equinox was a really cool villain (who was voice by Oded Fehr so immediate points) that he has stuck with me since I was very little. I remember how badly he gave Batman. I rewatched it recently and Oded Fehr is EXCELLENT. He might be the best villain of the show.

And he has such a simple but cool design that he's fun to draw! What can I do with his expressions? How can I show him with just one eye's worth of emotion and body language? *mad scientist cackle
