I actually have some ideas for Hybrid Orion Pax's extra Alt Mode. You can thank Digimon and Spectrobes on some of the possibilities. These change with the stimuli or part in mind. A 'focus' if you will.

If his data cables are the focus, then the alt mode design being like Diaboromon here would be accurate. The cables becoming the limbs while his metal parts become weapons or armor. A fast and agile bugger since in a way, Orion/Optimus' Cybertronian body was a shell for an eldritch monster.

Dark Energon exposure? Something like GranDracmon here as Orion/Optimus' body would try to purge it through usage. This twisted visage being a byproduct since he's a direct descendant to the 13th while Dark Energon is Unicron's blood.

Falling from a massive height? An alt similar to Totegarda can fix that. Hovering through the air and channeling electricity through his claws would make Orion/Optimus one hell of a shocker.

Enraged? I believe a form like Spikanor would suit him. Sometimes you need to punch, ram or tail slam all that fury into something. Orion/Optimus will make someone think twice about their decision.

That'd be so cool!!

I haven't kept up with digimon in so long tbh, not since whaaaaat the second season? The first few episodes of the third?

I'm tending towards Diaboromon here, although I had initially imagined for the extra altmode something more reptilian/felid based. Think Predacon crossed with one of the bayverse hatchlings? Kinda? Still definitely the speed and flexibility focus on that, andddd I just thought about how Oppy has extra amazing vision and how we can incorporate night vision into hybrid!Orion/Optimus!

... not gonna lie, my first thought upon reading that said extra form would only come out under certain conditions the first thing I thought was werewolf dynamics.

Or some of the Rise characters? Like Big Mama or Draxum or RepoMantis.

Also, are you going to add original characters, like your own Usagi or your own Mona.

This is a good question! (I don’t mind long questions ^v^)

For the 2012 characters, I don’t think I’ll put them in since I think I have enough characters to deal with already 😅 lol. However Mona and Chompy, in some of the earlier drafts of ROTP, were supposed to show up on a phone call.

This is the concept art for her designs plus Chompy being adorable!

As for the Rise characters, Draxum actually does show up in Colliding Worlds (chapter 5, part 2), that’s how Raph and Mikey get mystic weapons that help enhance their ninpo/mystic-magic-mojo or whatever.

And on original characters, I really try not to diverge from the canon since I want ROTP to be more of a fan sequel than a fan fiction, if you know what I mean. I do have original characters, but I wouldn’t add them to the ROTP story.

I dont know if it's to late to ask, but is GitS Rise episode chapters going from broadcast order or production code order?

NEITHER because both are incorrect! Both put Lair Games before Many Unhappy Returns. I'm going in an order based on a list I found when I first watched the show, which is the order I watched it in! It makes the most sense to me, timeline-wise. I can no longer find said list, but I can just. List out the episode order I'm going by. Italicized are the episodes I've already passed/written, depending. Striked out are ones where Ghost wasn't involved.

A crew member said that in the storyboards it was repomantis in there as a mutant but then they thought "Why would Repo be in the open, as a mutant?" so they just changed his design to a human form in the last moment. Source: I saw on twt a long time ago lol.

It took a bit to dig all this up as Idol did successfully sweep all this under the rug, though its hilarious he thinks he could get away without someone finding it anyway.

Its sad that he did all this, considering how viral and popular alot of his art has gotten, including his versions of humanized apps, the emoji couple, the plague doctor couples, and his two comic series. Its just incredibly sickening and disheartening that the person we loved and looked up on, is actually evil.

'Bug Enthusiast or pest enthusiast?' A thread documenting some disturbing content from Pitaya, who could possibly be IdolMantis.

First, I'd like to announce two things; first, don't FUCKING harass anyone involved, and DONT harass Idol himself despite his predatory behavior. I don't condone harassment, witch hunting nor death/suicide baiting. Second, this thread is for, specifically, this reblog chain with a mutual and myself because of some alarming anons talking about Idol and his dark past due to an accidental like/reblog.

This is going to become a thread, as there's a shit ass 10 image limit aughg-

Now, lets dive in. These are from a wayback machine archive, which I can provide links to at the end.

As you saw in the original reblog chain, IdolMantis seems to have had multiple names in the past. Raisinrat, UnicornMantis, Bugcore, Ackee, Pitaya, all these names seem to be connected to Idol himself. Now, Idol is STILL active to this day on Tumblr, Instagram, and Twitter, however he posts for his two web comic series; Monsters and Girls and Bugtopia.

As the two comics aren't anything harmful, they do involve quite alot of implied sexual content with mainly lesbian couples, some of which are drawn to look more androgynous or masculine. If you are under 18 I advise NOT to search out these comics, just to be safe. Idk I don't feel like minors should really get involved in that stuff but someone can correct me if needed. I do not know Idol's gender identity nor sexuality, and it doesn't seem like he's tryna sexualize lesbianism, so I won't speak further on these comics as its not my place to dictate what's good or bad rep.

However its good to keep these 2 comics in mind as we see what he used to be involved with.

The full callout was made by a Tumblr user titled AckeeLoveMail, which seems to be deactivated by now. The blog is pretty much a "critical" blog, or a callout blog, dedicated to a person named Pitaya, who used to have a blog named Bugcore. Bugcore has been archived, but no other info or images were archived correctly.

Remember, Idolomantises (IdolMantis) calls himself a "Bug Enthusiast" on Twitter. I don't know if these two pages are the same, though considering Idol's obsession with bugs... its an alarming possibility.

Lil offnote, but its said here that he identifies as non-binary. Currently he draws very sexual content of predominantly feminine identifying characters. Again I can't say much, but I do know that I've seen alot of people show concern on masculine ID'ing ppl consume or create content that sexualizes lesbian couples. Again, someone can correct me on that.

Kendra is pretty interesting in the show I wish I would have seen more of her like she’s a cool ass hacker with swag I can admit she’s just hot yes I’m very much the Leo level gayness ironically but anyway

Kendra could possibly have a redemption arc but that depends on the direction we go with her it could be this like Chizu situation started out a spy and slowly got attached except here I might see them as friends than anything

Or we could keep her as an underling for Bishop to discard when he’s done with her they work together but Bishop keeps her and the other two around just to lure out Donnie and once he has he throws them out like bait.

So they work with Donnie temporarily to stop Bishop and they are just rivals if anything either way I like fleshing some villains of the show out they are so fun. Also it’s Othello Von Ryan yeah I just realized that’s the spelling

Like I have ideas for some of them lol so lemme share

Rupert is a pig demon who is rather violent with his criticisms when it came to food and people off to learn from him he’s from Mikey’s domain who often tries to perfect his art of food

We have Warren Stone who is a reporter who got turned into a yokai he’s a forgettable face honestly with only a few people really knowing his name but his pursuit for the truth is always so entertaining and he’s he’s in a relationship with our favorite hippo man Ron (yes that’s his name though formally it used to be Mezmer-Ron)

Ron is a Magic enthusiast and one of the few magic wielders of the world hailing from Draxum’s old domain he uses magic to entertain but when turned into a yokai he didn’t let that stop him and just kept doing what he loved which was learn more magic to entertain though honestly it does end up harming people unintentionally he and Warren met up and became roomies/friend/Magical assistant/boyfriend

Repomantis is self explanatory hailing from Leo’s domain because he needs to travel to repo stuff he was born a mantis yokai he practically does what he does in the show no problem he lives with his cat and is happy just doing repo work

Here’s one for Todd because who doesn’t love Todd

He’s a ray of sunshine always so nice and kind he is a sweetheart and everyone’s favorite guy to hang out with yes even the gods apparently love him he reincarnated a lot and the only reason he survived the maze was because every time Todd’s good spirit shines through and the maze let’s him out willingly so right now he’s reincarnated as a capybara yokai with his pups in their puppy sanctuary

Also do not piss off Todd it’s one in a million shot but you do not want to see that one

Now this is going to sound crazy coming from me but let’s target someone else.

I know we were thinking about doing an arc with Bishop.

I’m not all caught up but I was thinking about Bishop and the idea of him being a foil to Donnie.

We talked about him going after lesser known gods like Usagi and Mona to go after Leo, Raph, and the family working his way to the more known gods like Mikey and Donnie.

But I was thinking about changing him up. Maybe making his true target Donnie. The god of innovation and madness. Really lean into that madness.

We kinda said that only gods can hurt other gods. And that when they are hurt by other gods it takes them a long time to heal.

I believe we had Bishop as wanting to control the other gods? (Correct? It’s been a while since I checked in) if he’s trying to get them under his thumb I can see him starting with lower gods like Usagi and Mona but like I said I want to really lean into that madness element. Have we thought of necromancy? Maybe bring Usagi’s dead friends back to life to fight him.

Like full on ambush the dude with his dead friends. You can really build this up. Maybe Usagi and Leo go to visit them at Hueso’s every now and then but suddenly their souls are missing. The only thing Hueso can think of is that they are trying the maze for a chance at reincarnation. But that doesn’t make sense to Usagi, why wouldn’t his friends tell him they were doing that?

He goes down to earth to interact with warriors and worshipers, only to get attacked by his friends. Maybe he can’t deal finishing blows. One those are his friend and two maybe it will distort their souls. This is how bishop captures Usagi.

Mona can go down similarly by being attacked by the priestess she used to serve with. We said all of Raph’s priestess were warriors and what a great way to show them off.

This also gives a lot of anguish to Mona and Usagi with out having to tamper with their stories (I feel like the leosagi story just needs to be written. Raphmona needs more flesh but it’s set-ish)

it’s also angst for Raph and Leo because where did their spouses go? They would definitely go looking for them. If bishop can find a way to control Usagi and Mona then you have a fight between the lovers. This can lead to injury. I would not take any limbs as the guilt would eat all of them alive. But you can defiantly have some fun with this.

Of course this is all to target Donnie. So you have to have a confrontation between him and bishop. You know after Donnie has to fight through his whole family. No big deal. Defiantly to mean who get lost in their science and madness. Donnie’s not walking away without a permanent injury I’ll tell you that.

(Not I have more characters for us to play with when I finally update the valentines chronicle. It’s coming I promise)

What do you think. I know I’m behind in reading so if y’all already have an idea for a bishop arch no problem but this has been haunting me and I’ve been to busy to write it down.
