Renault 12 Société, 1976. When Renault's mid-range 12 was facelifted in 1976 an addition commercial van version was added. It was based on the Renault 12 Break (wagon) but with the rear doors removed and the rear side windows panelled over. There was also a Société version of the R5

Artist I follow pointed out that if they remake FE7 with a MU and S Supports that that would mean you could marry Renault and I think that it would very funny if they don't change how supports worked aside from adding an extra one to some pairings because that would mean that not only does Renault marriage get locked to new game plus (Hector mode) with a bunch of extra hoops to jump through (32x baybeee) because that's the only way to have him for four maps total but you would also always be doing it on the very final map. After grinding support points in front of the final final boss for however many turns. Since this is such a laborious process and the player will never be doing this anywhere short of completely deliberately, you could generally assume that because of that anyone who actually does it is a diehard Renault fan so they could even write the confession with that in mind, having it come from your MU and not Renault and like idk. idc about a remake or this actually happening in canon or whatever but it's the idea of the conversation progressing and you confess and Renault turns to the camera and it fades to the special "you're getting married" cg they drew for him but instead of the beautiful sky behind the character you love framing their blushing face as they turn to the camera to confess their love to you you instead get a deeply incredulous Renault standing in front of a raging dragon emerging from the dragon's gate being fought by other members of your party saying something like "are you being serious? you're confessing to me right now? in front of a dragon?"

24 Hours of Le Mans, Monte-Carlo Rally, 12 Hours of Sebring, the DB of Charles Deutsch and René Bonnet shine there during the years 50/60. Then the two collaborators separate and René Bonnet decides to devote himself to the conception of his own cars, in association notably with Renault Gordini. Thus were born the "Missiles", "Le Mans" and the "Djet". The latter, equipped with an engine in a central rear position, finished 17th in the 1962 Le Mans 24 Hours. That same year, Bonnet presents a road version of its Djet, with a Renault Estafette engine-box assembly. The car was fitted with a beam chassis instead of a tubular truss. The first road car to have an engine in a central-rear position (like the racing cars), the Djet was a commercial failure under its designer. The career of this car ends in 1968 with nearly 1,700 units produced. For the anecdote, the French Gendarmerie will use Djet (and Alpine A110) to intercept the offenders at high speed.
