MARCH Industries has worked to be on the forefront of workplace inclusion and acceptance in the LGBTQ+ communities. Our enterprise mission is to seek and deploy inclusion through business resource groups, affinity groups, leadership forms and engineering institutes

Ezra 'Quinn' Anderson, Canadian-American engineering student and raising star in the Applied Research Initiative. In our most recent program catalog we presented our new selections of military and security personal devices. Ezra was the lead in a "The Python" prototype and brought invigorating and open minded resolution to defense and security technologies.

At MARCH Industries the limit's are human, but the response is beyond.

Studies in identity 1: Origin, 2022

The first part of the work is a deliberate, carefully thought-out representation of Finnishness, a certain vision of an idealized history and identity with the underlying themes of foreign influences like the Russian rule. It includes pages from my late grandfather’s passport, specifically the pages from his trips to Saint Petersburg and other previously soviet cities. There are cuttings of old Finnish postcards, family album photos, a Helsinki postal stamp and dried flowers picked from near my childhood home. The snippets of text are cut from a work booklet from Tampere Art Museum’s exhibition around Magnus Enckell.

The second part aims to mix vintage elements with contemporary, strange and “foreign” imagery. This part includes a page from a Swedish-Finnish dictionary, cuttings from fashion magazines like VOGUE, advertisements, discarded photos and once again text from the Tampere Art Museum booklet.

I've spent a whole weekend turning this medieval art meme into a BG3 meme featuring my team in Act 1

Traditional art. Mixed media on A4 paper, yes, including the writing that I translated into old English. My brush and patience failed me in the end but after scanning it, it looks authentic so I kept the writing.

There are gold acrylic parts that shine on paper, like the clouds, the details on Astarion's leather armor, flag, parts of the sword and castle. Its so cute when the clouds shine while moving the paper!
