विद्यार्थियों को बताई अगस्त क्रांति की महत्ता चित्तौड़गढ़। मेवाड़ यूनिवर्सिटी में गुरुवार को डीएलएड विभाग द्वारा अगस्त क्रांति (भारत छोड़ो आंदोलन-8 अगस्त,1942) की 82 वीं वर्षगांठ के अवसर पर एक विशेष कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के इस महत्वपूर्ण अध्याय से अवगत कराना और इसके महत्व को उजागर करना था। इस मौके पर विभिन्न विद्यार्थियों ने एकल गान, समूह गान और भाषण प्रस्तुत कर अपनी प्रतिभा का प्रदर्शन किया।

कार्यक्रम की शुरूआत विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. महेश दूबे के प्रेरणादायक भाषण से हुई, जिसमें उन्होंने ‘भारत छोड़ो आंदोलन’ के ऐतिहासिक परिप्रेक्ष्य और इसके प्रभाव पर प्रकाश ड़ाला। प्राचार्या डॉ. पूजा गुप्ता ने महात्मा गांधी के नेतृत्व और उनके द्वारा चलाए गए आंदोलनों का विशेष उल्लेख किया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान शीतल कंवर राठौर ने एंकरिंग की। स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के इस महत्वपूर्ण आंदोलन पर विद्यार्थियों में वर्षिता जाट ने संस्कृत में भारतं भारतं भवनु भारतम् और खुशी शर्मा ने जली चिंताओं का हिसाब बाकी है…कविता सुनाई। माही सोनी ने भारत छोड़ों आंदोलन पर भाषण जबकि अमृता राठौर, अभिषेक दाधिच, कविता सूहालक और मनीष मेघवाल ने दे दी हमें आजादी…. पर समूह गायन प्रस्तुत कर सभी का दिल जीत लिया। इस अवसर पर विद्यार्थियों को एक डॉक्युमेंट्री भी दिखाई गई जिसके माध्यम से उस समय की घटनाओं का जीवंत चित्रण प्रस्तुत किया गया। कार्यक्रम का समापन राष्ट्रगान के साथ हुआ और विद्यार्थियों ने देश के प्रति अपने कर्त्तव्यों को निभाने का संकल्प लिया। कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में डीएलएड विभाग से सहायक प्रोफेसर राखी सिंह, कायनात बानो और राजेश्वरी भाटी आदि का भी पूर्ण सहयोग रहा।
