The Cooking Channel

Modern AU Cordelia has a cooking youtube channel btw (probably called something simple like Cordelia's Catering Corner or something because alliteration). One day she has Marvin on as a guest because "C'mon it'll be fun!" and it's such a disaster she debated whether or not to even post the video. I mean, they had fun for sure, but her subscribers were there for recipes and information, not complete chaos, right?

Well, she decided to post it anyway, and it ended up being her most viewed video on her channel. So, since it did so well and they had such a good time making the first one, she decided it was worth the risk of burning the house down (only slight exaggeration) to have him on her show every once in a while as a recurring guest. He basically got his own mini-series, so people would know by the title and thumbnail this wasn't just going to be one of her ordinary cooking videos. Marvin was embarrassed of the video at first and was very against the idea of doing it again, until he realized he had fans that thought he was entertaining, and that was enough of an ego boost for him to agree to the series that would eventually be called 'Marvin's Mayhem'.

Of course, since Marvin had gotten on the channel, it was only a matter of time before Whizzer, the one who could actually cook, was invited on. At first, she only had one guest on at a time, so he'd have videos that weren't at all connected to Marvin's Mayhem. That being said, the series was still frequently mentioned. For instance, the first video Whizzer was in went something like this:

Cordelia:You know, your boyfriend was here last week

Whizzer: I know, and I'm surprised the house is still standing. *to the camera* Let it be known that I tried to convince both of you it was a bad idea!

Cordelia: Do bad ideas go viral?

Whizzer: Usually, yes-

Cordelia: Well, at least nothing got destroyed.

Whizzer: Except for Marvin's pride.

Basically just a lot of dissing Marvin throughout the video, and because of that and the knowledge the two of them are dating, everyone in the comments is immediately begging for a Whizzer and Marvin crossover episode. They eventually give in and make it happen, thinking that together maybe they can actually teach him a thing or two. It usually doesn't go well, but sometimes he does make small improvements, so hey, progress!

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again

listen up chucklefucks, i just gotta say. I'm not defending zir, but I'm sad zie deactivated. Like, i get that trauma lasts a long time and the good stuff is maybe easy to forget?? so maybe it's just like that. And my beloved mutual @/pompeyspuppygirl made a post about zir clout chasing behavior, which is pretty shitty behavior if it's true (and if we're canceling someone it had better be pretty severe). anyways now that zie's gone pompeyspuppygirl said it was okay to make this post (again, thanks ppg everyone go follow her--really everyone in this whole drama is worth a follow)

ANYways yeah zie was my mutual and like, reblogged a lot my smaller posts. (that isn't to discredit what my mutual pompeyspuppygirl is saying about zie clout chasing ofc). AND idk zie was always reblogging art from new and undiscovered artists and reblogging donation posts (which if you don't know is really bad if you're trying to clout chase...) (again, though, ppg is my mutual i believe her.) and like, remember on valentines day i tried to blaze zir posts and zie told me to stop because zie didn't want the posts to go viral? (but again ppg is my mutual and has a lot of proof in the Google doc I'm not trying to disprove that I'm just saying what else I know)

Idk, like i feel like a lot of people loved zir's blog a while back, bc like zie DID make some good posts?? So idk why everybody's acting like they aren't even a little bit sad.,. like ngl this feels like maybe all the reasonable people left to Twitter and all the Twitter refugees who love drama came here??? shdfhhdhdhdhdh haha but idk...look idk, i just, julie i do miss you. idk. more thoughts later sorry I'm getting worked up shshs

Introducing the third duo... the freaking GUYS!!! They both (roughly) fill the same roles in their respective groups which is why they're posted together! Teehee

Agent Roz is the newest addition to the agent team, with his brute strength, endurance, and observational skills being undercut by his own self-consciousness. It's his first time being out in the field and he's doing his best ok?? Besides, he wanted this job for one reason or another, and he's strangely determined to keep working towards that goal. Verte's doing her best to encourage her new field partner, but things aren't going too well. It's probably because her encouragement is not at all different from her brutal honesty...

Mr. Hellforge is the League's main offense-defense guy, being responsible for their base securities as well as kicking agent ass if needed. He's also the primary weapons designer so he does a bit of inventing alongside Francisco. He sometimes butts heads with the rest of his colleagues, but since he's got a different outlet for his anger issues (beating guys up) he's considerably less explosive around them than first expected. Generally he's just a reliable guy who'll burn the world down if it meant his friends are okay. Don't tell anyone about it though.
