🎙BLACKBIRD: Studio D 🎙 I got to use my @hofnerguitars ZC Sig (aka: my baby) on a session in Nashville’s very own @theblackbirdstudio this past weekend 😍 And then I realized that I used this EXACT guitar (before it was called the “Zane Carney Signature Model Jazzica”...) in this EXACT room when Vance Powell (@vancalot) recorded a grip of “Reeve Carney and The Revolving Band” tunes for us to share with our label at the time (@interscope.) This is before we changed the band to a 4 piece Rock Quartet and started calling it CARNEY 😶 Pretty friggin’ cool and an honor to work with the wonderfully gifted @mattyride on his new solo record, and in a studio that holds so many memories. Y’all are gonna DIGGGGG his record, ps 😎 On a side note: I’m still debating whether or not I should play this bad boy tomorrow in LA at my @blackrabbitrose gig (Tix in bio.
