Thad could show up as early as the third chapter in, but I think it will take a few more chapters than that so I can flesh out this new world a little more before J crashes it again lol.

Hey , I love your fic and art first off. Secondly your angsty portrayal of uzi secretly hits my feels in a way that even a angst crazed reader as myself has me hoping for a smidgen of bonding. However it does have me wondering since Akita is Uzi's daughter if she'd react once that teen angst and anger sets in similar and rebel like her mom.

Hoping that arc 2 has been fun so far. We'll see more of them soon. As far as how Uzi-like Akita is, it's definitely going to be fun to see how they compare and contrast each other. There's a duality to their dynamic I want to really explore.

Hey man! Really enjoy the new arc you just put out! Especially loving the characterizations you gave for the kids. Just wanna ask if Uzi and N have any new designs now that they're like in their mid-40s now or something lol

I'm torn on how soon to give Uzi a steak of white in her hair. I think Nori has bleached her hair at this point to signify age (I'm definitely giving her digital crow's feet to match with Khan's age lines on his screen). V wears glasses again and Lizzy wears outfits she's designed (Chloe's dress being an example of Lizzy's work). When we see Thad again he's definitely gone through the most visual change out of the cast I think.

It probably would have been. I think it's in the back of their minds since Akita happened that it's probably technically Uzi's first kid, and what happened to it is something they don't want to address. Akita nearly had the same fate, so I figure it's just downright taboo to talk about for them.

It would probably look something like this if let able to live. The only thing it retains from the arrow form is the tailtip being the arrowhead. IDK it's a start as to how I would handle it being a character. It's kind of just Akita's original design with some of that creature's traits.

Hello, i wanna tell you how much i appreciate and love your story with akita. ^^ I honestly drop everything i'm doing when you post a new chapter and your story inspired me to create my own little monster goober version. Basically what im trying to say is thank you so much for the amazing story and i can't wait for the new chapter whenever its ready ^-^

Thank you! Sorry for not replying sooner, my internet is really bad out here and I was at SacAnime yesterday (had a moment to post a few teasers while I had good internet up there).

Really warms my heart to know that people like this fic. I've spent so much time working on it that it really feels like it's my life at this point (for better and for worse). I'm always working on something for it.

The next chapter is still in-progress. I'm up to about 2.7k words on it so far and I'm barely starting to get into the meat of the chapter. It's gonna be a long one, so it's gonna take a bit to write up.
