Redacted Actor AU(since people enjoyed the last one)

Damien's actor actually had to use real fire, causing him to have slight skin irritation.

The inversion was the hardest to film due to the number of backup characters, stunt doubles, makeup, and how hot and loud the set was.

Kody's actor was cut from production, so Kody had to be killed off during the inversion (his actor wouldn't show up for the kill scene, so Kody had to be implied as dead).

Huxley's actor was immediately cast as Huxley due to his size compared to his co-stars.

Sweetheart's actor is a music artist, and it shows during scenes when they're with Milo's actor.

Darlin's actor and Alexis's actor genuinely don't like each other.

The non-canon scenarios are actually deleted scenes, and the AUs are a spinoff series.

Gavin got an incubus tattoo underneath his navel, and nobody knew about it besides FL's actor.

Darlin's actor goes from wearing the traditional black leather jacket to wearing Sam's flannels later in the season.

Sweetie once passed out on set.

Guy's actor randomly sings during filming, but it never gets deleted or refilmed because it fits his character.

Lovely's actor did the math for Vincent's age while they were hanging out and randomly looked up at his actor , saying, "You're 40?!"

Milo's actor has a bunch of cat items in his trailer for Aggro, plus a bean bag chair for SH's actor (they're always in his trailer after getting ready for filming).

Xavier's actor had to leave to pursue a calmer career, and everyone made bracelets for him before he left after shooting the inversion (he stayed for the rest of filming even though he wasn't playing Xavier anymore).

The episode before Vincent died was actually an older episode when Vincent and Lovely's actors were slightly younger (Lovely didn't have an official nickname at the time, so they were just known as "the person who sat next to Vincent on the ride").

Sam Has been too specsavers (do they have that in America?) once and plans to keep it that way.

Probably only has one pair of glasses that hes had for 10+ years and are severely damaged and refuses to get new ones.

I also hc that Darlin wears contacts.

They think their to badass for glasses.

Now I KNOW wolves only come in at puberty but humour me for a second

Imagine baby shifter cubs going through their teething stage, and shifting to bite anything and everything in sight, but mainly their parents. And since they're so gosh darn small, they can only reach their ankles.

Now imagine baby David being an incessant biter, and his mom being his target of affections. Imagine his mom adoring him so much she got the bites tattooed onto her ankles.

Now imagine that when she died, Gabe got them tattooed onto his, they're one of the strongest reminders he has of her and he used to trace over them when he felt lost, they were all David knew of his mom, and it was enough to show how dearly she loved him.

Also imagine Colm not having any memories of Milo's teething, because he was never around, leaving Marie to deal with all of it. She not once complained about it though, she loved watching Milo grow. But in the latest hours of night and rarest of occasions, when Colm would finally come back home sober, he'd kiss Marie's head and apologise for himself, and hold and cradle her and little Milo-even though he was well asleep.

Imagine him smoothening his hand over his son's curls and holding his wife, and bending down to kiss the imprints of bite marks from his little wolf cub.

Those were brief glimpses into the perfect, loving home and family they used to be, the family they could be, and for those rare nights Marie felt whole. Until morning came and he was gone, back to cards and booze.

Neither of the now grown wolves have any recollection of their teething love, all they remember is childhood's harsh bite.

Cyanbug's Redacted Audio Headcanons

(Some of these I might use/did use in fics, but others are just there)

1. Huxley had a bunny growing up. It was potty-trained and very curious about all the flowers his moms' and him would bring into the house. They had to keep the lilies locked away in a different room, to make sure the bunny didn't eat any of them.

2. Babe got a stick and poke tattoo of an outline of a wolf on the lower part of their thigh, as a teen. It wasn't the best, and it's pretty much faded now, but they remember how upset their mom was about it when she found out. They forgot that they couldn't wear shorts or else she'd see.

3. Babe also used to go explore abandoned buildings when they were younger. They mostly went to this one building that used to be an old gristmill, but stopped going there when the roof collapsed after a bad storm. They did it to escape to a place where it was quiet, but sometimes they'd bring a friend along to go exploring. They have a bunch of printed photos from exploring.

4. Asher likes to joke with Darlin' that they should serenade Sam by playing "Your Man" by Josh Turner. (baby lock them doors and turn the lights down low-)

5. Smartass was in love with horses as a kid, and would ask for a horse/pony every birthday growing up (they never got one). But they used to collect horse figurines, and still have them in a box somewhere.

6. Asset's favorite board game as a kid was "Chutes and Ladders".

7. For a year or two, David was a social toddler, but at the end of preschool he started to get really shy (nobody really knew why). The only time he seemed to open up was when Asher was around, but was never as social as he once was.

8. Christian likes to go zip-lining and he and Amanda once went on a date to one of those zip-lining and ropes courses.

9. Amanda had braces as a kid, and in her early teens, but she got them off before she headed into high school. She preferred getting neon pink rubber bands.

10. Sam got the chicken pox as a kid (his Grandma mostly took care of him for that week or so when he was sick), and one of the first good things he realized after he got turned into a vampire was that at least he wouldn't have to worry about shingles (or vaccines in general) anymore.

11. Hush doesn't really care for cheese, but whenever Doc gets something that has gooey cheese, they'll let him do the first cheese pull since he likes seeing how far he can get it to stretch. So far he's managed 16 inches with cheesy bread sticks.

12. Aaron likes Neo-Expressionism art.

13. DAVID AND ANGEL GET A CAT. They originally were going to get one after their honeymoon, but then that didn't happen because life got busy again. David thought getting them a cat might be a good [insert holiday] gift, and the two of them could go pick out one at the humane society. But then one day David found a kitten on the street as he was walking by with Milo. The kitten just waddled right up to the two of them and actually seemed to like David. So he takes it home, especially because if Milo were to take it, Aggro would have a problem sharing his people (someone made a headcanon of that awhile ago and I AGREE. Aggro doesn't like to share. He wants to be the one and only best boy. I'll have to find it later. Shout out to whoever thought of it.) And voila. They have a cute little kitten now and are cat parents :D (I have a draft of this storyline, i just haven't finished it)

14. Treasure is really into bats and has been since they were a kid. Their family would always buy them bat stuff as a kid and into adulthood, so they have a lot bat themed things. They also have an old 3rd-grade informative essay, explaining different types of bats, hidden away in a folder. They wanted to be a zookeeper as a kid, specifically so they could take care of the fruit bat exhibit. Porter thought it was ironically funny when he first was invited to their home and the amount of things related to bats (and in correlation, vampires) that they owned.

15. Lovely plays the Sims A LOT (they like to build houses or other buildings the most).

What if Sam didn’t tell darlin about Fredrick and bright eyes at the beginning of their relationship.

Thinking about how wolves body language might affect how the Shaw pack act as humans..

and as someone who’s favourite animals has always been a wolf and whom receives a ‘wolf howling at the moon’ t-shirt ever birthday I feel just about qualified to make this headcanon tumblr post

Disclaimer: I am aware the shaw pack characters are not animals and a lot of these headcanons come with the context that they have grown up as humans and understand when and when not to do these things amongst humans/ when none shifted, anywho

David has the best posture out of everyone in the pack. His back is constantly straight, even hunched over a desk with a pile of paperwork. Whether he’s stressed or relaxed. He doesn’t slouch.

His hair is also the fluffiest

Shifters have more control over their hair, like a wolf would with its fur. So when they are in trouble or having a one on one discussion with David their hair tends to flatten.

And it gets more voluminous when they’re relaxed, which leads to a lot of them getting glorious bed head even if they don’t move around a lot

In the right context shifters will take continuous eye contact to mean that you want to fight with them.

Often if the shifter couples have squabbles the shifter will begin to refuse eye contact as a sign they don’t want to argue anymore.

Kisses are also used amongst shifters in these situations, to diffuse tension and communicate their wish to de-escalate the situation.

which was can be very confusing to non-shifters in the beginning of their relationship. Talk about mixed signals. /hj

The shifters don’t tend to lay down unless completely secure with those around them

The wolves also have a large set of different facial expressions used to communicate, similar to humans but much subtler. The mates have gotten good at reading these but it is very confusing at first, when one facial expression can mean two completely different things.

If a baby is brought into the pack, everybody takes care of it and the parents. Not quite so hands on as if they were actual wolves but they all bring round food etc

Wolves ‘bow’ when wishing to play. So if your shifter mate starts leaning down low on their desk or countertops or the edge of the couch, they’re probably planning to tackle you.

When they get excited, they all kind of shout over each other instinctively, like a howl. It often gets very loud when this happens but it’s rare in their non-shifted form as they know other ways to express their shared enthusiasm.

They DO NOT like it if someone else wears a strong cologne/ perfume in their house. Not just because their senses are heightened but because their homes should smell predominantly of them. It’s their territory.

They bare teeth as a warning.

Some of the shifters do some things more than others, for Darlin’, traditional kissing and eye contact rules are very instinctive for them whereas for Milo it’s his posture amongst different members of the pack.

And lastly, Packs tend to be started by a dominant mated pair. Meaning that, unempowered or not, Angel is highly, highly respected in the pack.

Okay, after some rumination, here's what I think some of the boys look like:

DAMN Crew

Damien: Black hair that he keeps just a bit on the long side. Piercing blue eyes. Pale. Strong runner's build. 5'10

Huxley: Light brown hair in a crew cut, though he tends to go for long stretches of time between haircuts. Warm green eyes. A bit of a tan. Rugby player's build. 6'1

Lasko: I HC him as black with close cropped hair. Looks younger than he is. Big brown doe eyes. Skinny and scrawny, poor thing. 5'8

Gavin: Can change his appearance at will, but has a default look he likes to stick to. Shoulder length auburn hair. Gray eyes. Thin but toned. 5'10 (He likes being the exact same height as Damien, just to bug him)

Shaw Pack

Asher: Dirty blond hair that he keeps kinda fluffy. Big goofy grin with teef! Very faint freckles on very light skin. Light brown eyes with wildly long lashes. A bit of a sleeper build; he looks thin but is surprisingly strong. 5'10 (and a half, as he likes to remind everyone)

Milo: I HC him as Italian-American. Curly black hair he keeps just long enough to style. Dark brown eyes. Light olive skin. A bit of a strong man build; muscular but a bit on the thicc side (He will devour a home cooked meal). 5'6

Tank/Darlin: Shoulder length dark brown hair in rough, choppy layers. (I imagine they cut it themself). Hazel eyes. Light brown skin, covered in scars. Looks like they could rip a log in half with their bare hands. 5'9

David: True body builder physique. He is strong. Very well maintained crew cut. 6'4. That's all I got for him, I have no idea what he looks like otherwise.

Christian: A basic white boy with medium brown hair. 5'9

Solaire Clan

Sam: Honestly, the best I got is a cross between Jensen Ackles and James Marsden, but with a bit more stubble. 6'1.

I forgot to post this on Valentine’s Day (this is my second time trying to post this. Hopefully it will go through.) anyways here’s what I think some of the characters would like for Valentine’s Day chocolate

Angel loves anything strawberry related David would prefer dark chocolate with a little bit of salt on top to enhance the flavor

Babe loves white chocolate that has a lemon filled center also I feel like Asher would like any sweet type of chocolate, but I feel like Asher would mostly love white chocolate

Milo and sweetheart love milk chocolate that has a caramel filling

Darlin loves dark chocolate with cherry filling, but Sam loves dark chocolate with fudge filling

Vincent and lovely absolutely love white chocolate

Treasure loves milk chocolate, but they’ll take any type of chocolate porter on the other hand absolutely hates anything sweet so he doesn’t do valentines

William doesn’t like chocolate, but he absolutely loves red velvet cake and would have that instead of chocolate

Christian doesn’t like sweet candy but he loves sour candy

Amanda just likes some milk chocolate with some salt on top

Angela(David’s mom) And Gabe absolutely love anything sweet Gabe would definitely take her out to a bakery

Asher’s Mom and Asher’s dad do not care for like over the top sweet stuff, especially like milk chocolate so I feel like they would go for something more like pastries filled with some sort of fruit filling

Marie loves dark chocolate with caramel filling with some salt on top. Colm on the other hand he just likes bitter dark chocolate
