oh shit yeah vash and knives are some of the toxic siblings ever hands down. knives is really like ‘what if i loved you so much i had to destroy everything and everyone you care about and traumatize you repeatedly until you understand’ and vash is like ‘well what if i loved everyone but me so much that i decided every atrocity you commit is mine to atone for forever ­:)’ and then they spent a century making each other worse. and that’s before the show even starts
