Here are some dog pictures of Juniper being infatuated with a bush, for your viewing pleasure!

I was sick all day yesterday and am still recovering today, but hopefully we can get some grooming and nail trimming in for Juni today if I can muster enough energy through the Sick Fatigue.

Thursday we will start transitioning him to the hydrolyzed kibble, so wish me luck! I'm going to give the vet a call today to see if he would recomemend/approve the matching hydrolyzed treats (they're prescription only) so we can keep working on CCing nail trims and grooming since Juni isn't a huge fan of those.

SPINACH BANANA OAT CHOCOLATE MUFFINS. These are soooo yummy! I think they're my favorite so far. Personalize it, make it FODMAP friendly, and let me know if you try <3 INGREDIENTS: FOR BLENDER: - 2 ripe bananas - 1 large egg - 2 tsp vanilla extract - 1 big handful of spinach, about 1 cup really packed - 1/4 cup maple syrup - 1/4 cup oats - 3 tbsp avocado, coconut, or olive oil FOR BOWL: - 1 cup all purpose flour - 4 tbsp seeds (I used chia and hemp) - 4 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional, but not ;) - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp salt HOW TO BAKE: 1) Preheat oven to 350F. 2) Blend bananas, egg, vanilla, spinach, syrup, oats, and oil until smooth. 3) In a large bowl, mix flour, seeds, chocolate, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. 4) Fold wet ingredients into flour until even, but don't over mix. 5) Scoop batter into a greased muffin tin or greased silicone muffin liners (recomemend) filling each cup 2/3 of the way. Makes 12. 6) Cook for 18-20 minutes, until the toothpick comes out clean. FODMAP Modifications: - Use yellow bananas, but not overly ripe irme black - Use all purpose gluten free flour - All seeds are fair game And again, if you've been following low FODMAP indefinitely, it's time to reintroduce!
