Why Rebounding? Link in bio..... ❌ Ya’ll this type of exercise is BY FAR the BEST thing I have EVER done for MY BODY! It’s FUN, I do it to all my favorite music. I use to watch rebounding videos on YouTube but I found my own niche. ❌ I’m not kidding you. The benefits to this exercise are endless. I only wish I knew about it before a year ago. It’s better for you than soooo many other forms of exercise. ( @getoffyouracid said it) It’s SAFE. It’s FUN. It can’t hurt you if you aren’t hurt. It’s also good for you if you are hurt. I have a wonky right knee sometimes and lower back pain sometimes and this trampoline does my mind and body wonders - Literally. I can’t say enough about how awesome it has made me feel and how it has changed my life and my body inside and out. ❌ In just 10-20 minutes a day, it moves the trillions of cells you have in your body. It moves your blood. No sticky blood in this body. It boosts your lymphatic drainage and immune function. It’s excellent for your joints and muscles.
