#reason73 for most parts of my life I’ve been a little chunky. Being a 90’s kid, my ideal body image is based of off Britney, Spice Girls, Avril, early Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood. Basically long haired, fit, b-c cup girls. I’ve always, my entire life felt that women that looks like this is more attractive then anyone else. Which has, for some parts of my life, made me feel like shit about myself. In 2012, when fitspo really took of I started working out regularly and lost about 20 kgs to what I’m currently weighing in at(that took two years). I was still not pleased with my weight loss, and the only thing saving me from a major eating disorder was the fact that I was training for the World Championship in long distance dogsleding. So when the snow came and both my mom and stepdad had nagged me about eating for awhile, I started eating candy and sugar again. In 2015 when I met my horrible ex, I planned on continuing my workout routine, because I enjoy working out and using my body... but because of circumstances I stopped. The next summer I had a miscarriage and weren’t allowed to do anything straining, and the bloodloss really weren’t working in my favor at the point. So I’ve gone almost three years without my regular workout routine. My body hurts in places it should not hurt, like in the sway of my back and my shoulders. My butt is a total mess, and lets just not talk about my tummy flabs at all. Funny how when you lose yourself you gain fat. Lalz #punpun but also insight and knowledge.
