But a neo-pagan sets aside 26 December – 22 January as a month devoted to Hestia.

Prayers•
Historical-
Holy Queen of Sanctity, we hymn you, Hestia, whose abiding realm is Olympus and the middle point of earth and the Delphic laurel tree! You dance around Apollo’s towering temple rejoicing both in the tripod’s mantic voices and when Apollo sounds the seven strings of his golden phorminx and, with you, sings the praises of the feasting gods. We salute you, daughter of Kronos and Rhea, who alone brings firelight to the sacred altars of the gods; Hestia, reward our prayer, grant wealth obtained in honesty; then we shall always, dance around your glistening throne.
For the lost -
Blessed Hestia, the first and the last, and the always flame. May your light burn bright and strong, May your prayers be those of respect and love, May you guide the lost, And give to those who have nothing. I give thanks to you, Hestia, for all that you have done And continue to do.
For people with intrusive thoughts -
I ask Hestia, the kind goddess, to help those who feel down. May they find comfort and peace inside of their homes and inside their own minds. Protect them for their destructive thoughts, and be the safe place they need so much
A prayer for homeles—
In Hestia’s name, may you always have a home and a roof over your head. May you always be comfortable and warm with a full belly. May you always be in good spirits and good company, never knowing the pervading loneliness that envelopes the soul.
Morning
Blessed Hestia, Fill this home with your light and bounty, As the day fills it with golden sunshine.
Evening
Glorious Hestia, Let your hearth fire warm this house, As night draws her shadowed cloak over it now.
Blessings of the kitchen-
Hestia bless my little kitchen, I love it’s every nook And bless me as I do my work, Wash pots and pans and cook. May the meals that I prepare, Be seasoned from above, With thy blessings and thy grace, But most of all thy love

A Baby Witch's First Grimoire
Grimoire Entry 21 - Persephone Correspondences
Tumblr media
The Kidnapping of Persephone
Zeus had three sisters. Hera was the goddess of marriage and queen of the gods. Hestia was the goddess of the home and hearth. His third sister, Demeter, was in charge of the harvest. Every god/goddess' job was important. Demeter's work was extremely important however. If she was upset, the crops could die.
Everyone, gods and mortals, worked hard to keep Demeter happy. Her happiness came from spending time with her daughter Persephone. Persephone had matured into a stunning young woman. One day, while collecting flowers in the fields, Hades, the god of the underworld, noticed her. Hades was usually an unhappy person. But Persephone's beauty had mesmerized him. He fell quickly in love. Before anybody could intervene, Hades grabbed Persephone and retreated to the darkest depths of the underworld, carrying her with him.
Persephone sobbed uncontrollably while imprisoned in a room in Hades' Hall. She refused to speak with Hades. She refused to eat. According to legend, if you ate anything in Hades, you would be unable to leave. She wasn't sure if the rumor was true, but she didn't want to take the chance in case someone arrived to save her. Nearly a week had passed. Finally, unable to stand her hunger, Persephone ate six pomegranate seeds. It seemed her fate was sealed. She'd have to live in the Underworld forever.
Meanwhile, back on Earth, Zeus was concerned about the crops. People would die if the harvests failed and he needed to do something. Zeus did what he normally did. He dispatched Hermes, his youngest son as his messenger, to make a deal with Hades. When Hermes learned that Persephone had consumed six pomegranate seeds, he had to think quickly. He made a bargain with Hades: if Persephone married him, she would serve as queen of the underworld for six months of the year.
However, Persephone would have to come back every spring to spend the other half of the year on Earth. Hades agreed. Zeus agreed. Persephone agreed. At last, Demeter finally agreed. Demeter promised that each spring all the flowers bloom to greet her daughter, the Queen of the Underworld, upon her return. Demeter cries every autumn as Persephone makes her way back to Hades, allowing all the harvests to perish until April, when the cycle begins anew.

(Exciting Gifts) Murr SSR Card Story Translation
Tumblr media
Gemstone Hunt - Episode 1
Akira: Hello…… Heathcliff, are you there……? It's me, the sage.
Akira: ( No reply, not even a sound, maybe he's out……?)
Akira: (……Ah, not out. He's is just really focused on reading the book)
Akira: (I feel bad about interrupting him, but I don't think he'll notice me at this rate)
Akira: Sorry, HEATHCLIFF!
Heathcliff: ……!?
Heathcliff: M-Master Sage! How long have you been here?
Akira: I'm sorry, but don't worry, I just got here.
Akira: I came to return the handkerchief you lost, but you didn't reply, so I thought you were out...
Heathcliff: Is that so...? Thank you for your trouble. This is indeed my handkerchief.
Heathcliff: I apologize, I didn't notice you coming here.
Akira: No, I'm the one who is sorry for entering your room without permission… You were reading, weren't you?
Heathcliff: Yes. I just happened to have a few books on the bookshelf in my room.
Akira: Do you like books, Heathcliff?
Heathcliff: Yes, I do. I've never been very good at socializing…
Heathcliff: On the other hand, I am more comfortable with things I can immerse myself in alone, like reading.
Akira: I see, so that's how it is.
???: Hey, check this out!
Akira: Huh?
Heathcliff: Wha?
Murr: Huh? Wait, I have to knock on the door right!? Shylock said so!
Murr: Knock knock! That's good enough!
Akira: M-murr? What's wrong?
Murr: I was looking for Master Sage because I heard you talking! Ah, Heathcliff's there too!
Heathcliff: I mean, it's my room…?
Murr: Anyway, look! I just found this book that looks interesting!
Akira: A book?
Murr: Yep, this one!
Heathcliff: ….wah, It's a really old book.
Murr: It's moldy and looks interesting, right? Let's all take a look!
Akira: …Pages are torn in places.
Heathcliff: But it is readable. It is a book about the Western Country.
Murr: ...Oh, look! Gemstone!
Akira: True. There's a huge picture of a gemstone.
Heathcliff: What kind of gem is that...? I've never seen one before.
Murr: It's a really rare gemstone! A sparkle that can only be found in the Western Country!
Akira: Wow…, It's very beautiful.
Heathcliff: The fruit on the next page is also said to be a local product of the Western Country. What an interesting shape...
Akira: It really is an unusual shape! I wonder if it's commonly eaten in the Western Country.
Murr: Are you both excited? Do you want to know more about the Western Country?
Akira: Yes, reading this has sparked a lot of interest.
Murr: Then let's go! Let's go see the real thing! It's even more real than the book!
Akira: What... Murr!?
Heathcliff: He jumped out...?
Akira: F-for now, let's chase after him!
Gemstone Hunt - Episode 2
Akira: It's really crowded. No matter where you walk, there are so many people...!
Murr: There are streets with even more people! Like a festival!
Akira: A festival? That's amazing.
Murr: Master Sage and Heath will probably get flattened!
Heathcliff: T-That much?
Heathcliff: (Even here, there are so many people that I can't walk well...)
Akira: Heathcliff, are you okay?
Heathcliff: S-Sorry, I'm fine.
Murr: Oh, look! There's sparkly things lined up!
Akira: Is this… a jewelry store?
Old gentleman: Welcome, customer, Would you like to take a look?
Akira: Well, I'll take you up on your offer and enjoy the sight.
Old Gentleman: Yes, window shopping is more than welcome.
Akira: Wow. They're all so pretty.
Heathcliff: Even if they look the same, they're all slightly different colors… Is this a ruby?
Murr: That's rubellite! It's a red tourmaline. The ruby is over here!
Heathcliff: Wow, Murr, you know a lot about gemstones. Do you recognize this yellow stone?
Murr: Sure do, it's a citrine! The stone next to it is a triphane.
Akira: That's amazing, Murr.
Old gentleman: Oh my, You really have a good eye. How rare it is to meet someone with such knowledge.
Murr: I love sparkly things! I remember all the things I love!
Old Gentleman: So, how about this one?
Murr: Let's see, Padparadscha Sapphire!
Old Gentleman: Excellent, wonderful.
Customer: That shop has been really lively for a while now. Let's take a look.
Customer: Apparently somebody is doing something interesting?
Akira: (...Oh, somehow, before I knew it, customers were gathering here.)
Murr: This is andradite! A type of garnet!
Akira: (is Murr becoming an attraction for customers...?)
Old Gentleman: Oh my, we're really attracting customers. I've been in business for a long time, but I've never seen the store this busy.
Old Gentleman: It's all thanks to you all stopping by. I'll give you a great discount, so would you like to buy something?
Murr: You heard the man! Good job, Heath!
Heathcliff: Ehh... me?
Heathcliff: (...But I might as well buy something as a souvenir.)
Heathcliff: (....Oh, I like the color of this stone.)
Heathcliff: Then, I would like this.
Gemstone Hunt - Episode 3
Murr: I'm back! Welcome back!
Akira: Murr is full of energy. He was the one who walked around the most.
Heathcliff: Haha, he really is… Aren't you tired, Master Sage?
Akira: Thank you, Heath. It's okay. I'm sure it's because we had fun.
Murr: Me too! I had fun too! And Heath? Did you have fun?
Heathcliff: Yeah. It was so... fun. I saw a lot of unusual shops...
Akira: The market was great too. Those oddly shaped fruits were sweet and delicious.
Murr: Heath ate three!
Heathcliff: Oh, well, they were delicious...
Murr: I like that fruit too! It's tastiest this time of the year!
Akira: (Ah….. Maybe that's why Murr took us out?)
Heathcliff: Thanks Murr. If I kept just reading the book, I wouldn't have known that taste.
Murr: Wanna chew the book? Maybe it tastes like fruit.
Heathcliff: I-I won't chew it...!
Akira: Haha. I'm happy for you, Heathcliff. You got some gems for cheap too.
Heathcliff: ...Oh, that reminds me. This gemstone...
Heathcliff: I bought it without knowing, but what kind of gem is it?
Murr: Oh, you didn't notice?
Heathcliff: Eh?
Murr: See this page of the book from earlier… Okay, now line up the gemstone next to this picture!
Akira: …..Ah.
Heathcliff: It's the, same as the jewel in this book.
Heathcliff: I didn't notice it at all because the book was so old. So this is actually a rare gemstone…..
Akira: So Murr knew how valuable this gemstone was.
Murr: Of course!
Heathcliff: Wow, Murr really has an eye for quality …
Murr: Heath, give me your hand!
Heathcliff: Huh, yes!?
Murr: Now that we've checked the answers, I'll give the gemstone back!
Heathcliff: ……Eh? Give it back? But this gemstone………
Murr: ? Heath bought it, so it belongs to him, right?
Heathcliff: ...It would be such a waste for me to own such a rare gem.
Heathcliff: In the first place, it was only thanks to Murr that I was able to buy it so cheaply...
Murr: Heath liked this gemstone, and picked it out, right?
Heathcliff: ......Uh, okay.
Murr: So this gemstone likes Heath, too!
Heathcliff: …..!
Heathcliff: You're right...Thank you. This gemstone, I'll treasure it.
Murr: Yes!
Akira: (...Their smiles are like gemstones themselves. I've seen a lot of beautiful things today…)
Sparkling Gemstone - Card Episode
Akira: Murr is really knowledgeable about gems. Is it because you love them?
Murr: That's right! I love them! They sparkle from the bottom up, like a star crashing from the sky!
Murr: Even if they're the same gemstone, they're all different, so you'll never get bored of looking at them!
Akira: I see. There are a lot of stores in the Western Country that sell gemstones.
Murr: Yeah, there are a lot of them. Big gems, small gems, old gems, and liar gems.
Akira: Liar? Do gems lie?
Murr: Gems can't lie. It's people who give them lying names.
Akira: Oh, a fake...!
Murr: So when I find a liar, I'll tell them out loud!
Murr: Names that aren't real are boring!
Akira: Yeah, lying is not good.
Akira: (If by any chance it comes time to buy a gemstone, I'll ask Murr to help me guess...)
Akira: From the gems that you've seen so far, is there any that's your favorite?
Murr: There is!
Akira: What kind of gemstone is it?
Murr: There's only one in the world, and it sparkles differently every day, so it's special and interesting!
Akira: Wow…. I'd love to see it.
Murr: You can watch it right now! I'm watching it now too.
Akira: Eh?
Akira: (But it's me that Murr is watching...?)
Murr: Master Sage's eyes are beautiful and interesting, like a gemstone!
Homescreen voice line
Is kindness a good thing? A bad thing? Master Sage, what do you think?

And here's the consolidated list (mostly?) All from Diamond in the Rough, character notes below cut (not in same order as pics)
Considered a few different systems for assigning gems (gemstone family, value, etc.) but ultimately just went with color/relative familiarity of gem. There’s so many cool gems out there~ (I was trying to not be too repetitive with types/use more common ones though Quartz has a million interesting varieties!)
Mega Man, Blue Sapphire Sphere I wavered a lot on his ‘trinket’, Sapphire seemed obvious (especially with Proto being a ruby, both are corundum gemstones) but also considered blue diamond, alexandrite (blue/purple color shift), and aquamarine. For the jewelry, was also considering an atomic model (for chemistry?), a screwdriver, and slightly regretting not considering circlet
Roll, Amethyst Earring: primarily always wanted amethyst, but also considered heliodor, padparadscha sapphire (but it wasn’t quite the right color? and perhaps too obscure), tanzanite, morganite, zoisite, kunsite, iolite, (purple gems etc.) For shape, was considering spikes/fangs though that’s also Treble and Punk’s lol
Bass, Emerald Snake Arm Cuff: loosely based on a real arm cuff I saw in a book. Also considered black diamond, green diamond (he’s the titular ‘diamond in the rough’), and black opal
Proto Man, Ruby Aviator Badge: I went with ruby in the end, which seemed most obvious choice, but also considered red diamond and bixbite (red beryl)
Elec Man, Black Opal Ring: Also considered chatoyant Sapphire, Alexandrite (??? color shift?), chrysoberyl, angelite/anhydrite, and even hawkeye quartz (loosely inspired by a real hawkeye ‘lightning’ ring, before that I was thinking cufflinks, but seemed weird for him to become either a pair of gems, or even a single cufflink lol)
Jewel Man, Colorless Beryl (Goshenite) Monocle - also considered rock crystal, diamond, and Padparadscha sapphire. Apparently both beryl and rock crystal were historically used for eyeglasses. Monocle is a reference to gentleman thief archtypes, also they are just fancy. (Also I realized while drawing this that having a plique a jour monocle chain is probably super impractical, oh well lol)
Top Man, Imperial Topaz  Pendant in a Jeweled Egg - also considered alexandrite and spinel (for the pun, heh) and spessertite
Kalinka/Mega Girl, Rose Quartz Blossom Barrette: Pink :) though I considered other lesser known (but more valuable) pink gems
Quint, Alexandrite Wristwatch: Quint is a time traveler (of sorts), also considered model armillary sphere/astrolabe, a screwdriver, and jade or malachite or nanocrystal
Wily, Agate Cameo Belt Buckle: Loosely inspired by his skull belt in some of his game art, also considered amythist
Dr. Light, Alabaster bead on a bookmark tassel:  Dr. Light likes books! Was also considering rock crystal and goshenite
Ring Man, Zircon Hoop Bracelet: Reference to both his namesake and his carney background. Was also considering class ring (before assigning the ring to Elec Man) and a circlet. ‘Zircon’ just sounds circusy, must be the Z
Magnet Man, Garnet Horseshoe Amulet: garnets are apparently magnetic, also considered fridge magnet
Cut Man, Citrine Paperknife: for obvious reasons. I also considered topaz for the gem
Guts Man, Tourmaline Paperweight: funny/fitting pairing with the paper knife, the shape is in reference to the boulder he holds in game art (for a brief week, was a rock crystal until I realized those are clear lol smokey quartz would have made more sense)
Punk, Spinel Motorcycle Chain: ‘Spinel’ may be a derivative from Latin ’spina’ which means thorn
Rush, Labradorite Bone Collar Tag: Went for the pun!
Treble, Howlite Fang: and ditto for Treble
Others that weren’t in chapter (this list has no significance what-so-ever, I brainstormed a list of gems but also ‘trinkets’ and my brain just started associating lol)
Beat, Aquamarine Aigrette: Beat actually avoided transformation, but that’s what he would have been
Gyro Man: Mood Ring
Dr. Cossack: Selenite something or other
Dark Man: D20
Time Man: a pocket watch
Enker: Chess piece
Metal Man: A knife
Shadow Man: Also a knife, maybe jade
Yamato Man: Natsuke
Burner Man: Match Box
Fake Man: phenakite, derived from greek word for deceiver
Magic Man: Card Case
Needle Man: Rutilated quartz (it has needle-like inclusions)
Pharaoh Man: Scarab collar pin/cloak clasp
Star Man: Star Saphire?
And that's it from the notes, haha.

Visitor (Tommy Shelby x OFC!Estella Holland)
Pairing: Tommy Shelby x (OFC) Estella Holland
Warning: Slight Swearing, A Slap, Death, Talks of Death, Tuberculosis, Taking Herbs
Word Count: 0.9K
Synopsis: Tommy goes to bed in one place and wakes up in another. He isn’t sure it’s real.
Notes: Divider is made by the beautiful @firefly-graphics; I know nothing about gems, but I did google and read my mother’s gemstone book, so please don’t come for me.
Tumblr media
Tommy wasn’t sure how it happened. He went to bed in his vardo in the middle of nowhere and woke up in the middle of the forest, Estella, his beautiful gorgeous wife sitting beside a fire. His beautiful dead wife, the one Tommy had just laid to rest just two months ago. When he first saw Estella, he thought it was just another vision his war-damaged brain conjured up again, but when she hugged him from behind, Tommy felt her lips on his neck and smelled the flowers on her skin. He knew it was his Estella.
“So this is heaven, eh? I’ve got to say I never really believed in such a place. The closest I ever got to believing was when we were together, but this, this must be it, if we are together again.” Tommy grabbed ahold of Estella around the waist and pulled her to his lap as she laughed. Her laughter was music to his ears, even years after being together. Estella threw her arms around Tommy’s neck as he placed his forehead against hers.
“Every day we were together was our little piece of heaven, but this is permeant. You’re here because you needed me. Why did you need me, Tommy?” Estella nudged their noses against one another, trying to get her husband to open his eyes to look at her. Meanwhile, Tommy felt his heart drop to the bottom of his stomach. She had to be real and not a dream or a mirage. Estella felt so real. Tommy could feel the velvet fabric of the dress she was wearing against his palms.
“Tommy, why did you ask Esme for the herbs to make you go to sleep? Why did you need me so badly?” Tommy felt a cold soft hand brush against his face. It was ice cold. It was so chilling for them to be so close to the fire, and suddenly he felt his heart breaking again. But, of course, it was not real. It was never real, to begin with.
Cold lips brushed against Tommy, pulling him from his never-ending thoughts. Tommy opened his eyes to the lips, kissing him every day and night with love and tenderness. Tommy knew this was his Estella, whom he loved and cared for.
“It’s Ruby. She got tuberculosis as well. It already took you from me. I couldn’t save you and break the fookin’ curse. The doctors don’t give her much time, but I thought if I came to you, you could do something, Estella, she’s our angel, and I can’t lose her too. I don’t think the kids could take losing their sister too.” Estella pulled Tommy into her chest. It wasn’t often her husband cried. Currently was probably one of the handfuls of times she had seen it happen, and they all had to do with their children and her. She knew this was serious, her daughter was lying in a hospital bed dying, and her husband had almost died via herb ingestion to see her.
“Here is how we’ll fix this, Tommy.” Estella pulled her husband's head back from her body so they looked each other in the eye as she wiped his tears away with the pad of her thumbs like he often did for her.
“In my jewelry box is a citrine necklace. Please take it to Esme, have her charge it, put it on Ruby, and ask her to make a balm. When you see Ruby Tommy, you must promise to wear your mask. So kids can’t lose you too.” Tommy took a deep breath, like most times when trying to keep himself from fighting with his wife.
“If it’s my time to go, it’s my time to go. The kids have Polly and Aberama. They do not need me.” Tommy’s face flung to the side as Estella slapped her husband's face. Then furious at him, she stood up and started to pace.
“Don’t you dare say that our children do not need you, Thomas Michael Shelby. You are the only parent they have left! I fought so hard to stay for all of you. Tommy, I would still be there if I could, Tommy, but I can’t. So that means it’s up to you to be both the mother and the father. You need to be the one that bandages scratches, cuddles the monsters away, settles the disputes, eases the heartaches, and most of all, has the heart to hearts. It’s okay to go to Ada, my sister, or Polly for help, but you need to be the one to do this. You are their father. Act like it, and show them you care. Don’t be like our fathers.” Estella leaned to her knees before him with her hands in his, pleading with him, tears running down her eyes.
“You will never be alone, Tommy, because I’m always going to be in your heart, because you promised to love me with all your heart, but the thing is, you couldn’t. You shared your heart with our beautiful baby boy Charlie and girls Josie, Ruby, and baby Eliza. They will always make sure you are never alone again, either.” Estella stood with Tommy’s hand in hers, yanking him to his feet. The bonfire had gone out. The air was suddenly freezing, colder than he remembered.
“I love you, Thomas Shelby.” Tommy started to look around as he began to notice the forest around them was getting darker and darker.
“I love you more, Estella.” one last lonely tear slipped down Tommy’s cheek as Estella kissed him, whispering in his ear.
“Wake up, Tommy.”

let's rant about minerals; just what i remember from the top of my head:
-diamonds are the hardest mineral on earth. Graphite (which is made from the exact same material) is among the softest.
-diamonds aren't actually all that rare or great. They're just hyped up beyond belief by some rich people 1000 years ago and the rumor still spreads.
-diamonds are the only material that can cut diamonds. Diamonds are actually used for a bunch of tools. Like sawblades and stuff (i think)
-lab-grown diamonds are not only purer than their "wild" counterparts, they can be grown into a number of shapes and therefore, i think it's safe to believe, a number of colors as well.
-some article quite a while ago proposed diamonds (possibly lab-grown) encapsulating radioactive material for essentially eternal batteries
-the word diamond being from the (greek? Latin?) Word adamant(?) Which means... strong. I think.
-diamonds being diamonds unless they're cut into a brillant(?) shape. The diamond and brillant shape are similar, the only difference is apparently the number of cuts. I don't remember how many exactly, over 100. Not every diamond can be made into a brillant.
-many gems (including diamonds) are not jewelry-quality. (Make of that what you will)
-Diamonds come in lots of colors and (if i'm not wrong) white and yellow are among the most common, followed by blue diamonds(?) And the rarest are pink diamonds (citation needed probably)
-diamonds would make really poor swords, bc while they are the hardest material, they can't absorb shock well and would break upon impact. (A diamond-tipped edge might be interesting tho)
-rubies and sapphires are from the same kind of stone, a corundum.
-rubies need to be red to be rubies. Any coloration below a certain specification will make any ruby a sapphire instead. (Making rubies far rarer than sapphires)
-corundum also comes in a bunch of colors; the red ruby, the blue sapphire, the orange/yellow padparadsha, and another greyish variant.
-emeralds and aquamarine are also from one and the same stone (not corundum, a separate one.)
-quarz also comes in lots of colorations and variations. Too many to name, but honorable mentions are: mountain crystal (bergkristall), amethyst, rose and pink quarz, aura quarzes (which are lab-grown EXCLUSIVELY and also come in a bunch of colors. Like aqua-, ruby-, amethyst- and gold- aura quarz)
-a bunch of other stones could also be quarzes or closely related to them. The top mentions are citrine and agate.
-glass is made from silicium/silicate/whtver which is also the main element in quarzes.
-you can get quarz in sand and glass, you can get it in pebbles
-quarz can come in beautiful geodes whose sizes may differ. They range from small as your nail to larger than a grown man
-lots of stones can come in geodes which are beautiful.
-there are places on earth where huge gems (presumable quarzes) protrude the walls of underground caves. In mexico for example.
-large enough for a person to stand on.
-there's a gem very rare and very expensive which is, i think, only made when lightning hits the ground. If you can find the site, you can dig it out (it may be deeper in the earth) though its difficult to find.
-gips... gipsum? Is used for various things: gipsum plates(walls) and medical supplies among others.
-there's a gipsum variant called desert rose (wüstenrose) which is opaque and yellow-ish but somewhat popular.
-there's an entire gipsum desert somewhere in the united states. Rather than normal sand, the ground is gipsum (sand), and there are only few flora and fauna adjusted to survival there. Like twelve kinds. Give or take.
-jade is actually two stones: one is jade and the other is nephrite (i think. Jadeite?) One is cheaper i think and sometimes sold as "real" jade (i think they both are jade.)
-generally, green jade is more expensive the darker/greener the color is. You wouldn't be able to pay for a big piece of quality deep green jade.
-jade also comes in more colors. White, yellow, blue and black come to mind, aside from green.
-obsidian is a glassy stone. It can't be cast, only "cut" into shape (by cutting i mean breaking off pieces until you are satisfied with the rough shape)
-although amber is a jewel, it is ...calcified? ......rockified??? Tree sap from roughly a million years or more ago
-amber can also be made from a specific tree that grows in the south (from it's sap, specifically)
-fossils often form crystals inside the empty chambers.
-when buying a stone for display purposes (not as jewelry) it is best to purchase it on it's mother rock, clearly labeled by the vendor with: the name of the stone, the motherstone, the place it was mined from and i think that's it
-don't forget to research how to keep your rocks. Some minerals lose their color/glow when kept in direct sunlight. Some stones can't be cleaned with water. Your minerals will lose their shape the more stones you have in one box together. Personal experience.
-wear a mask when polishing them.
-i remember most topases and opals being red/orange/yellow. Nowadays, they aren't. Hm.
-Topase come in blue and orange, and opals are white, blue, there may be other colors, the red-ish variety are fire opals (and fire topases i believe)
-mother-of-pearl (perlmutt) is made of the shells of pearl producing seashells, and share the same colors.
-some pearl harvesting is kind of unethical bc they put dirt into the shell (artificially creating a wound) sometimes the put tiny specks of sand, more often, the put small pebbles in for larger pearls and shorter harvesting times.
-all sorts of jewels can be made artificially nowadays.
-the word crystal comes from the greek (or latin??) Crystallos meaning eternal ice, due to the belief that it was like unmelting ice (?)
-iron (i think; steel at least) channels electricity worse than copper; now they use copper-mixes(the word???), in the 20s or 40s they used pure copper(?) Which they then pulled from the walls to sell; gold leads electricity the best. (Maybe platinum is better who knows)
-there are different kinds of steel; for example steel (of different grades), FINE steel (there's a word i'm missing), there's also damascus(?) steel, everything else is considered a type of iron. (Gusseisen)
There's more but i'm like. Exhausted.

Unlock the Power of Real Crystals: Shopping Tips and Benefits
For millennia, humans have been enthralled with crystals because of their unusual hues, forms, and inherent beauty. Real crystals are more common than ever now and draw those who want to improve their environments, investigate natural wellness techniques, or gather exquisite objects with special backgrounds. For fans, finding real, high-quality stones is crucial; hence, selecting the correct Crystal Store is necessary to receive items that are both legitimate and energetically strong. The worth of actual crystals, their sources, and advice on choosing a reliable retailer are covered on this page.
The Importance of Choosing Real Crystals
Regarding crystal investment, authenticity is quite important. The natural formation of "real crystals" on Earth offers every stone unique mineral composition, color range, and energy qualities. Considered to have special powers, genuine stones are employed in many disciplines, including meditation, emotional equilibrium, and personal development. Real crystals must be different from imitations since fake or synthetic stones lack the natural formation process and feature that actioners value. Knowing the fundamental properties of actual crystals will help you to choose quality stones. Usually, with little flaws like natural lines or inclusions, real crystals have character and distinctiveness. While artificial stones could seem too brilliant or too homogeneous, real crystals often have varied and subdued colors. This knowledge enables consumers to make wise decisions and prevent the purchase of synthetic or low-quality stones, therefore guaranteeing that they bring home real objects fit for their purposes.
Finding the Right Crystal Store for Quality and Variety
Looking for real stones requires a careful choice of Crystal Store. A respectable retailer will give quality top priority, offering real crystals carefully chosen for their inherent beauty from ethical sources. From polished stones and raw minerals to crystal jewelry and decorative accents, the greatest stores provide a vast array of choices so that consumers may locate exactly what suits their tastes and wants. To enable consumers to make informed judgments, a reputable store—in-person or online—often provides details about every stone, including its source and qualities. Many crystal retailers also stress ethical sourcing, which means the stones are gathered in a way that honors the local communities engaged in the mining operations as well as the surroundings. A quality store is distinguished by this dedication to moral behavior, which also provides consumers hope that their purchases support good company operations. For people who enjoy crystals, a reliable store guarantees not only diversity but also dependability so that every stone bought is really original.
Popular Types of Real Crystals and Their Uses
Discovering a "Crystal Store" exposes an amazing range of stones with individual qualities and symbolic connotations. Often utilized for stress release and spiritual clarity, amethyst is beloved for its soothing and balanced energy. Thought to be the "master healer," clear quartz is adaptable and can accentuate the qualities of other stones. The stone of love, rose quartz, encourages harmony in relationships; citrine, with its brilliant, sunny hue, is connected with abundance and positivity. Every crystal has a different function, which lets people select stones that speak to their own aspirations. Real crystals offer both beauty and meaning, whether one is choosing stones for meditation, home décor, or personal well-being. This choosing procedure gives crystal buying a customized touch so that every purchase reflects unique goals and energy.
How to Incorporate Real Crystals into Daily Life
Including actual crystals in daily life can be easy and significant at the same time. Arranging them in particular parts of the house or office will improve the vitality of the room and foster a good atmosphere. Rose quartz, for example, is supposed to inspire love and harmony in the bedroom; a little piece of citrine on a desk is supposed to help with attention and creativity. While larger crystals are lovely, natural décor pieces that accentuate any room, carrying smaller stones in a pocket or pocketbook helps one stay connected to particular energies all through the day.
Discover the Beauty and Energy of Labradorite
Often showing hues of blue, green, and gold that seem to change in the light, Labradorite is a fascinating gemstone distinguished by its unusual iridescent play of colors. Highly prized for its beauty, labradorite is also prized for its supposed metaphysical qualities since it is thought to guard against evil energy and inspire spiritual awakening. This gemstone is becoming somewhat common in jewelry since it gives any piece an amazing, magical character. Perfect for individuals looking for a bit of the mysterious as well as aesthetic appeal, labradorite gives daily wear elegance and magic.

Overall Thoughts
While I can't claim that the money attraction bracelet directly increased my wealth, it did have a positive impact on my financial mindset. The bracelet served as a tangible reminder of my financial goals, which helped me stay focused and make more conscious decisions about money. The main value of the bracelet seems to lie in its ability to keep wealth and abundance at the forefront of your mind. For me, this translated into being more aware of my spending habits, actively looking for financial opportunities, and feeling more confident in money-related situations. However, it's crucial to approach this product with realistic expectations. The bracelet is not a magical solution that will make money appear out of thin air. Its effectiveness largely depends on the wearer's mindset and the actions they take alongside wearing it. I found the money attraction bracelet most useful when combined with practical financial strategies like budgeting, saving, and seeking new income opportunities. It complemented these efforts by providing a constant, visual motivation. In conclusion, while the money attraction bracelet didn't lead to any dramatic financial transformations, it did contribute positively to my wealth-building journey in subtle ways. If you're someone who appreciates symbolic reminders and is committed to improving your financial situation, this bracelet could be a unique addition to your wealth attraction toolkit.
