Self love comes in many ways. For me, it's this photo. It's not pretty, and yet it's my favorite one. I took it accidentally when I was catching my breath between workouts; I had spent a full minute hunched over with my hands on my knees, and wanted to take a "during" photo before continuing... but I hit the shortcut button on accident and took this shot. I don't regret it. I look like hell, but this image is me refusing to give up. Telling myself I can do it and getting it together for 25 more minutes.
