Hi, hello, today I wanna talk abt some non-positive feelings (sorry, but i dunno which one particulary I feel, thanks to my neurodivergency, ahaha) , which I have after readingd comics. It's IMHO and you don't have to agreed with it!

A little background. I opened "HS" this summer and until season 3 came out, I didn't read anything. After season 3, I literally fell in love with "Solitaire" , read other books, re-watched whole show and only after this i finally read comics. (In country, where I'm living, queer literature is kinda illegal and it's always hard to find, ahahah(((

And today i wanna talk about Tori and Michael, and why I feel kinda upset about how wee see them in the show. First of all, i remind you that's IMHO and i understand, that adaptation can't be one and the same, and I apreciate all , that Alice Oseman did for it.

So, you can beat me, but Idon't like Michael in the series.....sorry not sorry. Ages ago, Alice was asked, about absence of Aled in the show. And she explained, that it will be hard to put Aled, because he is character with huge background story, which couldn't be told, bcs Nick and Charlie are centers in this show and there isn't a lot of time for show all character's history properly. And honestly, I feel something same abt Michael. Who read "Solitaire", understand, the size of Michael's background story. And for me it was kinda weird to feel , when he just appeared from nowhere. Really. And I don't like that he showed like silly and "weirdo" friend of Tori, it's kinda upsets me. I just hope, that one day there will be adaptation of "Solitaire" and we'll see his character from all sides.

And my second thought for today, it's how was changed this wonderful and important dialogue ( I pinned pictures, if somebody doesn't read or remember very well). Like, things, abt which Tori and Charlie had dialogue in series is also important, bcs Tori finally let her feelings out and in my opinion, begin a new chapter. But I still missed dialogue from comics, like it's such a good asexual representation. She realised her sexuality and she had fears abt starting relationship with Michael because of it, and also she's stiil person with low self-esteem, which made her also insecured in some ways. And all of this was totally missing in the show. I'm really wondering, why it was changed, if somebody knows, please share in comments!

I guess, that point of all this, that we all need "Solitaire" movie/series. Hear me out, Netflix, it's my wish for New Year, ahaha.

yep! I keep randomly remembering that it is fun / giving in to rhyme's pestering and then read like 100-200 pages, every several months or so in my quest to eventually read the whole thing

when you take me out on a date, forget about buying me dinner. forget about the being ‘nicely dressed’ and finding a nice place to go and get a drink.

take me to a field or by a lake or the sea, sit and read with me untill the sun sets. lets buy snacks and juice, lets just lie down and read to one another or compare our books and make a list of books we each want the other to read.

just be with me in the moment, not surrounded by expensive things or food, or surrounded bu hundreds of people in the middle of town, lets just be surrounded by books, nature and each other <3

Sure. He will likely be in a drama by the end of this year or early next year as in be cast in one. I see him more doing a web drama. He may come out with a solo next year or in 2021. He is deciding whether to start his own agency or sign with another. I feel that he will likely sign with another but it's 50/50 as of now. He's speaking to some agencies...been talking to them since May of this year. As for his love life, he has a prolific one. He is dating a lot but hasn't found a long term partner yet. He is quite picky for dating. Certain things some people do may tick him off an cause him to just stop going on dates with them. He has a wandering eye and is easily tempted by beautiful women for short flings or one night stands. He needs a patient lover and one who is understanding and detail oriented. He's more of a big picture person and glosses over money matters, although he is kind of cheap. He's the type that will try to save on small things but end up losing big in the end. I advise him to look after his lungs, throat and stomach. He is prone to lung cancer or issues with his vocal nodes. His smoking or vaping don't help. His frequent drinking during social outings also hurt his stomach. He must always remember to drink on a full stomach or else he will get ulcers or stomach cancer later on.
