Will we ever get a to all the girls sequel? Even just a one shot?

i think the 3rd installment of the movie comes out next year? if so, i’ll see if it inspires me to write something. i would love to revisit the universe but at the same time the part i loved the most - the build up - is done so i think i’d be a little meh. who knows! let’s hope movie 3 makes me happy!

what are the chances of you writing a sequel to TATG even if you don’t like the last movie? you should read the books 😩

if i don’t like the movie? i don’t know. truth is i didn’t like the first book i read, i just liked... the first movie. i read the book just to have an idea and i thought it was kind of meh. but i REALLY would love to write a sequel for TATG but i don’t know, i feel like the third movie will have to win me over for this to happen. let’s pray it does! the only reason i don’t really like the second one is because in TATG the triangle is dead already, so.

THAT SCENE for to all the girls i've sung about?👀

*that scene* for TATG was definitely the very beginning of the fic, the whole backstory and pilot playout, with a special mention to this paragraph:

The three musketeers faced their first summer apart.

Their separation changed things. Archie spent a lot of time working on the construction site with his dad, a lot of time at the gym getting ready for varsity football, a lot of time tossing balls around with that other kid from school, Reggie Mantle — who was always taking him to stranger’s house parties, too — and a lot, a lot, of time, thinking about girls. 

He couldn’t help it. Perhaps it was the golden air of summer, but all those girls were suddenly so pretty. The way their hair fell over their shoulders, their legs in skirts and denim shorts, their smiles, and the way they smelled — Archie often found himself watching them when he went swimming at the waterhole with Reggie or laughing at the things they said even if they weren’t that funny.

The idea of Archie hitting puberty and starting to notice girls in the summer to the sound of “Sean Kingston - Beautiful Girls” was the whole point of me writing TATG.

But also this scene:

She shows him her cellphone. Archie looks down at the screen. He can see a picture of himself, sitting in his bedroom with his guitar on his lap, and he blinks a couple of times, even more confused, until it hits him like a punch to the stomach. The picture is not a picture. It’s a video that has been paused. A video where he’s playing guitar. A video where he’s singing a song.

To Veronica.

That's what the title says. There’s a YouTube logo in the right corner, too. She’s showing him the video he uploaded last year. She found his channel. Weren’t his songs unlisted? How can this be happening?!

Archie feels all the blood in his body rush to his head. She found his song. 

This is not a drill.

I feel like u didn't get enough credit for tatgisa I know that u make it based on the movie but still u did such a good job and it's my favourite fanfiction of yours I always come back to it. I've read it 5 times now and Im thinking about reading it for the sixth💓

AWWW, the TATG beggie! 😍 I wasn't gonna go there but them I accidentally wrote their first interaction in such a bickering/enemies-to-lovers way that the idea completely ran me over. One of the things I wanted to do was a Betty installment for TATG involving both bughead and beggie but will I ever lol

Yes, I guess they did kiss in between bughead breaking up and junior prom. I still don't know who took Betty to the dance though! Lol

I’m sorry your stuck on “to all the girls”! Not sure if this is helpful but maybe rewatch the movie to get inspo? I know my favorite scene is the ski trip/hit tub scene. I hope you find inspiration soon bc I’ve been loving that fic so far! 💙

After having a bad week I decided to re-read the first four chapters of all the girls. It never fails to put a smile on my face, you’ve written the characters incredibly well and I can picture the scenes in my head. Gosh archie is so gone for V and he doesn’t even realise, it truly makes my heart melt. I know you might stress about getting chapter 5 out but take your sweet time. It’ll be worth the wait no matter what you produce :) xxx
