hey plauntie, why do you use quotation marks instead of asterisks when you do something like *shrugs*? is it a personal style choice or an Old Fandom Thing?

No reason really, I’ve just always done it. I don’t recall picking it up anywhere in particular, I just started doing that while writing in my diary at like 7 and have done so since. 

So personal style choice, I suppose you could say.

Thank you for the kind words, and Yeah, I go into almost every one of these edits with the genuine belief that the artist Did do their best, and that they had good intentions. Art is hard, and Really Really subjective. So mistakes happen or sometimes styles are unpleasant, and that's ok.

I only declare something truly bad art when it ignores its purpose. That being said, since I read so few comics (on account of being illiterate and having the attention span of a methed up toddler) I often just Dont have the context to make that sort of judgment.

So I'm very grateful when folk tell me contexts so that we may make those judgments together.

Somehow this ask languished in our drafts? It’s such a mess in here it’s a wonder we can find anything, to be honest. However! We are more than happy to clarify our position on selling finished objects, as Fry and Prism both have a bad habit of talking in half-thoughts sometimes. The basics are that you can stitch a pattern for personal profit as long as you send a tip back our way of at least what we ask for the pattern amount. We’re running this policy on the honors system so it may change in the future but for the most part we find that the crafting world is a nice place so we don’t anticipate changing it any time soon. Many pattern creators have different policies on this though, so please be mindful when it comes to others.  However if folks would feel better about donating the proceeds to charity we are also 100% behind this. If there is a charity that speaks to you, go for it, we just listed a handful of charities that support missions we appreciate and had a national reach. If you want to donate to our suggestions we would love that!

Cancer is an emotional sign, so I think having two of them could either make it an emotional rollercoaster. It could also be a good thing though because they’ll understand each other’s emotions in a way nobody else could. Overall, it is a very good matchup.
