Acupuncture for my tight hips, lower back, and Piriformis syndrome.(A disorder in which the piriformis muscle in the buttocks irritates the sciatic nerve.) Acupuncture is a system of integrative medicine that involves pricking the skin or tissues with needles, used to alleviate pain and to treat various physical, mental, and emotional conditions. My hope is that we can loosen everything up and allow me to gain core strength and have reduced inflammation in my body.
