VEGAN OIL-FREE MEE HOON by #RawChefYin🍜 Mr Jazz Guitarist @azsamad asked me if I could make him a mee hoon (rice vermicelli) dish for him as he missed it so I whipped one up with his favourite ingredients including tempeh!😀 . I made this in the Thermomix using the usual mee hoon recipe and just refused to add any oil. He said it tasted wayyyyy better than the ones cooked in oil coz this was so clean tasting and flavourful. Yipppeee! I added in loads of microgreens from @pintsizegreens to keep the raw element there. Also known as vegetables confetti, microgreens are harvested at cotyledon or first true leaf stage.
