Can we have a serious convo a bit? Seen interesting discussion on x about why Rudi doesn't stand up to his teammates the same way Raul did and why he leaves it up to a 21 yo. See? That clip of el Chiringuito trying to defend Asencio has annoyed me and so I'll spread information to compensate for their attempt at spreading misinformation…once again. I'm so tired of their lies.

They say in that awful TV show whose presenter bullies the young journalists who do internships there (there's a trial about it going on) that the Mallorca players are bad people for telling Asencio about the crimes he committed. They never said the players who committed the crimes were bad. They only mention this to play the victim, of course. These are the people trying to say that saying “balón de playa” (beach ball) to Vinicius is a hate crime. Filming underage girls without their consent is fine, though. Boys will be boys, you know.

Four judges, FOUR, have said that there's enough proof to say that Asencio distributed the videos that include sexual content that the victims did not allow to be filmed and/or be distributed. Plus one of the victims being underage means he's accused of distributing child pornography. According to el Chiringuito, he didn't do that…he just asked for the video. I'm no lawyer but even I know that asking to be sent a video that contains what the law classifies as child pornography is a crime. That having that video in his possession is a crime. So basically they said “he didn't commit the crime the Mallorca players (and four judges) said he committed…he committed another one”. Just a silly young boy who wanted to see his friends having sex with girls. And if you think the first team players didn't receive that video, you're very naive.

But also, a newspaper posted some of the messages from group chats that the players exchanged with friends, which included Asencio. In these messages, one of them said about the 16 year-old girl that she was “so young and she's already such a whore”. Husband material, ladies. They also kept saying “viva el fútbol” because they knew being footballers meant the chances of them getting away with it were even higher than for other men who do similar things. I won't repeat the worst messages because the content can be too much for some.

Also, the victim who was 18 talked anonymously to a newspaper to mention that Real Madrid tried to get her to drop the charges. Because nothing says “my players are innocent” like trying to blackmail the victims, am I right?

So a big fuck you to el Chiringuito and anyone defending Asencio and the other players in an active or passive way (pretending the problem doesn't exists is the same as defending the criminals).

Hi!Would you mind explaining what’s going on with asencio and what’s the actual truth id you know what happened?Because I keep seeing mixed things about the situation

I can explain what I know,and what other people have posted.

There were three of the girls 16,17 and 18

So on June 15 2023 several Real Madrid C players, were at the Amadores Beach Club in Mogán, Gran Canaria, Spain.16 year old girl and 18 year old girl(her friend) had sex(consensual)with Juan Rodríguez Lima, Ferrán Ruiz Martí, and Andrés García Alemán.

Asencio stayed with the 17 year old girl by the pool.

During the sex one of the girls noticed that Ferran was recording and was passing the phone between him and Juan,they confronted them after and they were arguing and the players deleted the videos in front of them and deleted them from the deleted folder,so naturally the girls believed the videos have been deleted but asencio told one of his friend who turned about to be in relationship with the 16 year old and that’s how they found out they haven’t deleted that and they believe that during the argument they send the videos to each other

On September 6 the 16 year old girl along with her mom went to the police station to repeat it,she reached out to asencio to talk about the video and told her that the video did existed and that he received it,he said that they sent it to him on WhatsApp disappearing message.

He asked if there will be investigation and if they will be contacted,she said yes but it will take time and that police asked for numbers,she also asked asencio if he told ferran about her reporting it and he said that everyone knew and told her that they can talk the next day and that convex was recorded and submitted as evidence.

The investigation confirmed that they videos have not been deleted and have been shared and all three were arrested on September 14 2023 with Andrés García Aleman being brought as a witness but during his testimony he confessed to participating in and taking images of the sexual act, leading to his subsequent arrest.

So the four of them at first were charged with Recording and distributing sexual material without consent but the prosecutor changed it to possession of child pornography(rightfully s

So asencio initially faced three charges:

1 Disseminating sexual material without consent

2 Possession of child pornography

3 Obstruction of justice/complicity

The third one was due to the submitted conversion and him asking about the investigation,they taken that as a possible attempt to interfere with the investigation or alert the other players involved.

In November 2023, Asencio, now represented by the law firm Ospina Abogados, filed an appeal seeking to minimize his involvement and thereby the charges against him and distinguish his case from the other players.

His legal team wanted to minimize his involvement due to him not being there during the recording and not participating in the sex,he got the video weeks after it was recorded and he didn’t have it saved

They wanted the churches reduced due to him not being in possession and not distributing the video further, they proposed that his actions, at most, could be categorized as “Disclosure of secrets,”

The testimony of both the victims and their friend(also a witness) supported Asencio’s alibi and his claim of no direct involvement and confirming his disapproval of his teammates’ actions upon learning about them at the Beach Resort.

Additionally, the testimony of Victim A’s romantic partner — the person to whom Asencio showed the video — validated the argument that Asencio did not retain the video. He testified that Asencio requested the video in his presence and received it through a disappearing message on WhatsApp.

The investigation also revealed that the videos and derogatory comments about the victims were shared on multiple what’s up groups:

i. “Lo que Ferrán quiera” (12 participants)

ii. “Cabritinhas” (13 participants)

iii. “3 Queridas” (2 female participants)

iv. “Canariasic” (5 participants)

He wasn’t a part of any of these groups,he also wasn’t mentioned in any of them.

So the three players were thrown out of Real Madrid:

Juan Rodríguez Lima joined Tarazona,

Ferran Ruiz Marti signed with Girona,

Andrés García Alemán moved to AD Alcorcón B last summer.

Asencio stayed with the club as the judge who was investigating reclassified him as a witness,meaning he has no charges and as long as there is no evidence to show that he was participating,it removes the possibility of him being charged with any crime.

The case is still under investigation and the three players who were thrown out are still suspects,there will be a trial

Due to judicial secrecy, the proceedings will remain confidential until the trial begins, either in full or in part.

Sorry it’s so long but there was a lot of information about it and I wanted to make sure all of it was here,that’s what I could find from articles and posts other people made,ultimately the whole thing will be truly over after the trial.
