Admin why I'm reading some blogs posting that Raul Asencio is one of the three academy players of Real Madrid under investigation for rape a minor ? Is he one of them or someone wasn't informed well and spread rumors with his name mistakenly?

From what I heard, Raúl Asencio is only a witness in the case. That day he was with the accused boys at the swimming pool, but he did not go with them and the girls to the hotel room. Of course, now his name will be associated with this case in a negative way (we know who cares about this the most), but the facts are different. The accused were to be thrown out of the team, Raul stayed because he was supposed to be found innocent. To be clear, this is not a case of rape, but of recording and distributing video/photos. None of them forced the girl to have sexual intercourse, but the problem is that the entire event was recorded without her consent. She felt ashamed, so she went to the police. And good, because she had the right to do so. Also, this should be a lesson to all teenagers who are in love and crazy about young football players. Of course I'm not saying that they are all dangerous, but they are still young boys, and agreeing to go to a hotel room with a strange boy just because he is a footballer and is idealized on Instagram is naive. Girls dream of being WAGs, and then such dangerous things happen. We never really know our idols. Someone may seem like a good boy, but that doesn't mean he's really good.

Raúl Asencio was among the 4 players being investigated, he was not at the hotel when it happened, he was being accused of spreading the videos of the young girls because the witness said she saw that video on his mobile. She couldn’t specify on which platform she saw it which is a major part of the case. This left no more evidence of raul involved in the case. The other three players got let go from the club and currently don’t play for any Madrid team
