My scandalized ass who somehow had a 2nd Ranma awakening and decided that I'd love Ukyo x Ranma + Ryouga x Akane to be more popular. 😭☠ idk like I decided that the way Ranma could be mean to Akane (in my hazy memories), Akane deserved more appreciation at times... 😅If it makes sense. Akane x Ranma is also cute tho.

Something I’ve noticed is that if you mix Ranma’s fiancées you get Ryouga (apart for romantic interest, canonically at least) Ukyou spent years tracking Ranma down for revenge due to a promise owed to her that wasn’t full-filled and was left in the dust while trying to reach for Ranma, which what happened to Ryouga as well. There was also more to it too, like how they thought they meant more to Ranma but the guy just up and left them, so they must have been fooled. Akane has the tendency to blame Ranma over some of her problems and bad moods due to her insecurities and bull-headedness, which Ryouga also suffers from. Shampoo wanted to “kill” Ranma over slighting her honour as a martial artist, which can also be said by Ryouga over his feelings on Ranma leaving, like he wasn’t a worthy opponent to wait for. Conclusion? Ryouga was THEE love interest we were robbed of and nobody can convince me otherwise.

Remember when Akane and Akari BOTH showed up at Ryoga’s house and he just wanted to KEEP BOTH OF THEM SOMEHOW. So he kept running back and forth between different parts of the house. The plot was all very Flintstones. Ranma as the cleaning lady was also a nice hilarious touch.

I love this little move that Ranma does here. Just subtle neat and precise.
