Y’ALL DON’T CARE BUT I NEED TO WRITE IT DOWN. i’m currently having the time of my life watching the ranma remake but i don’t understand why people on twitter are so mean to him OMG LEAVE HIM ALONE, HE��S MY SON 😭 idc if his design is simple, i think it’s cute ! or if he’s VERY questionable sometimes but he’s a silly teenager who found himself in an absurd situation when all he wanted to do was to hang out with akane and be with her lol

and if you think “i wish people treated female characters like they treat male characters by accepting that looks aren’t everything and it’s okay if they have a simple design or are canonically not the most pretty”, akane tendo and ran mouri are literally my favorite characters ever and i know they are canonically very pretty but not every fc gets the “it’s okay if she’s not that cute” pass, i mean they’re all requested to be pretty, smart and cool BUT they can’t cry or show real emotions.

so you can trust me on the fact that i know what it means to see people mischaracterise their favorite fc for different reasons (ran-akane defender always 🙂‍↕️)

i just think that ranma’s design is way cuter (to me !!) than any other men in the manga lol. (same goes with shinichi tbh, he’s cute to me ran is cuter anyway) and yes, said that, i will always in my entire life, prefer female characters !! AND YES FEMALE RANMA IS WAY CUTER !! and also they dress him up with different fits for the fan merch 🥺 it’s so cute to me !

thank you if you’re the only soul that read this random thought but i just needed to write it somewhere bc i feel so seen by people on twt defending akane (i’m literally living for this akane tendo world domination) but i wish some of them liked him the way i do lol
