#ramon salazar x you

I’m not the one who sent the Ramón Salazar ask, unfortunately, but I DID just so happen to have a dream about him (or containing “him”) this morning if it’s any consolation. Almost certainly bc of you posting about him <3 bc, as per usual, I don’t even go here. Almost certainly inaccurate bc, as per usual, I don’t even go here. But he was there!

He just sort of manifested from smoke into my house and kidnapped! MY YOUNGER SISTER! He used some kind of mind control and she ran into the night off and disappeared into a massive cornfield by my own family’s farm, and I took off after her. Ramón didn’t try to stop me. He just spectated.

He didn’t say much to me, even when I found her in a building and discovered she wouldn’t leave captivity because of some magic or mind control, but about midway through my strange journey into the night to find a way to free her, he remarked:

“I must admit…you’ve piqued my interest. I didn’t think much of you before, but watching you go after your sister…hm…things have changed.”

Now…to my moral credit… I was focused on getting her back, I was ready to brawl, I was plotting, I was Leon Kennedy-ing it up or whoever goes after Ramón for whatever reason. I didn’t think anything about the statement then. 

It wasn’t until after I woke up and started documenting the dream in my little dream journal when I was like

…I have nothing for down bad accusations or ego accusations but to my credit again… A TRADE MAY HAVE SAVED HER MUCH FASTER JUST SAYING-

(I did get her back btw, rather easily. Idk how bc it happened over DREAM TIMESKIP. Smh, missed all the action. But me and my family did destroy a building he was keeping her in before I rescued her and before I “got rid of him”…whatever that meant)

DID YOU REALLY?!?!?! oh my god you LUCKY duck please tell me your secrets, i want to have a Ramón dream!!! 🙈💖💖💖 but oh my gosh i am so sorry for the horrifying circumstances of your dream!! though, that is very on-brand for Ramón...i'm afraid your poor sister was about to be infected with a parasite 💀 i can't believe that Dream Ramón was setting you up!!! to test you, perhaps - see if you'd be a worthy follower? perhaps even worthy of taking Las Plagas? 👀

dfgfdsdfg 'to my moral credit' i'm so proud of you for not simping while a family member is danger...but now she's fine, you can be as morally bankrupt as you please!!! 🥳🥳🥳 and there's a certain small castellan with a devilish smile who's terribly eager to meet you again...😉 it's a good thing that Ramón is so infatuated with you, however...by all accounts, he's not the sort of man you'd want to cross 🙈💖 not only is he horrendously cruel, that castle of his is stuffed full of traps which can send even the most attentive of intruders plummeting to their doom and horrifically impaled...but isn't that reassuring? Ramón will take care of you, his amorcito~ 🫠💖 and, you know...if you're taken by that nasty streak of his...he's known to mock his enemies as they fight him, taunting them as they 'dance': "Ahaha! ¡Qué bonito, qué bonito! You dance the bolero superbly!" and "Was that an act of defiance? Against me!? Hahahaha! You are simply precious, you small, small man!" 🥴💖 (dfgfdfg i'm glad you were able to get her back in the dream!! perhaps Ramón was feeling generous :3c after all, he doesn't want his dulzura to be anxious, now does he? 😉)

Only moments ago did you pull off Salazar's hat and start running around the castle like a child as he chased after you, begging for you to give it back. You, of course, weren't planning on giving it back until he caught up to you, but you didn't see that happening any time soon.

But after a while, you did feel a little bad. To be fair, you got a pretty big head start before he even noticed that his hat was gone. So you decided to stop and turn around.

"Alright, Ramon," you said. "I'll let you catch up a little bit but not-" That's when you noticed that he was nowhere behind you. "Ramon?" You tilted your head and walked to where he could be, but still nothing. "Where did you go, you little-"

You were quickly interrupted by Salazar tackling you to the ground and taking his hat back. You were giggling uncontrollably as he told you off, but when he realized it wasn't going through to you, he quickly shut up and decided to press little smooches all over your cheeks.

"Don't do that again." He told you.

You obviously weren't going to listen because the opportunity of a couple more kisses sounded amazing.

Summary : Weekly long feasts were held at various castles and in the early summer of Spain such a feast took place at the castle of Ramon Salazar, surrounding lords and ladies came but one highborn lady in particular truly found something for young lords. Only the words seemed to fail her when her eyes looked at him, she never seemed to be able to say anything until an idea came to her and she reached for ink and paper.

The letter with the seal inscribed in the dark wax had reached her with longing and joy as she reached for the letter opener and immediately recognized his handwriting.

Finally, after a break in the long winter, spring had come to Europe, freeing the lands of the rich and poor from snow and slowly restoring their colorful beauty, allowing people to go out longer without freezing, the sun slowly regaining its warmth and the mood lifting.

With this warmth also came the announcement and finally the invitation of the aristocrats of the Salazar family to her castle for the week-long festival where the nobles met again, the lords made contracts and agreements and their wives and ladies looked for parties to marry and exchanged the latest news.

But most of all she was there for him, the guest she had seen a few times before she was introduced to him and she had only uttered a pitiful ,,My lord" before her voice left her and she disappeared into the crowd again, but she would not give up this time she might even make it, her heart wanted to come closer to him.

The weeks that remained seemed endless and she had had new clothes tailored, jewelry brought and felt prepared as she looked at the dark blue fabric with the golden embroidery, the necklace with the dark blue gemstone hanging from her neck and the finger in her hand decorated with the finest stitch, ,,I can do this," she murmured to herself and looked at herself in the large mirror before she was in her carriage on the way to her castle a few days later.

Her maids rode the letter for her and tried to ease her nervousness, these human masses were a bit overwhelming but he Ramón seemed to make her heart beat so fast that her throat tightened with overwhelm, knowing how horribly some lords and especially the other ladies talked about him.

She didn't care, she had even stood up for him from time to time, he couldn't help his illness, his family had pushed him to give everything and greatness wasn't all that was reflected in the beauty of his castle but this side of blue-blooded people was merciless, ,,I always found your efforts so heartfelt my lord" she murmured the words she wanted to say to him but this constriction in her throat seemed to get worse the closer they got to the castle.

The last few hours seemed to be the height until she stepped out of the carriage her maids adjusted her dress one last time and she walked up the steps into the entrance the inside was familiar to her the great hall was decorated everything was wrapped beautifully he had outdone himself he truly wanted to be accepted.

She heard herself being announced as well the eyes were on her for a moment and her fingers clutched at her fan as she walked down the steps into the hall and found a few familiar faces at least, old friends from academies and meetings of parents she occasionally took a few of the snacks offered on silver trays and the champagne calmed her at least a little.

Until she heard her friend's voice softly in her ear, ,,The little lord seems to have been watching you for some time…oh here he comes," she said and she followed the older woman's gaze and to her excitement Ramón stood up from his place on the balcony and came down to his guests straight towards her.

Nervousness and excitement her heart skipped a beat as she saw the familiar smiling face, the white washed hair and yet that little smile on his lips, ,,A welcome to see you here my lady it pleases me to see that you have accepted my invitation and to see you here now delights me indeed" he said bowing slightly and with a nudge from her friend she curtseyed and was about to pull away when his hand gently placed itself on hers.

Warmth spread over her body as she spread her fan out and hid slightly behind it, almost flinching as his lips kissed the back of her hand, ,,Thank you my lord," she said so softly she wasn't sure he had heard it but that little chuckle from him told her he had.

She avoided his gaze a little until he seemed to find his courage in a place where he was usually only hurt and asked, ,,Would you accompany me a little?" She didn't utter a single sound but a hasty nod and she heard him laughing as she hooked his arm and continued to hide behind her fan.

Feeling his gaze full of gentleness and excitement, she had put on extra flat shoes and they seemed to be the same size, their clothes were similar in color and she had made it so that she had seen that he had looked at her dress several times, ,,Your dress is truly a sight for sore eyes, you should recommend these tailors to me," he said, trying to put some small talk between them and she only nodded.

He led her further around the room before they both went outside into the rose garden white roses lit golden by the light of the hall his voice of joy and stories reached her again but she barely said more than a few words until the bell announced the night and the highborn began to retire to the castle's assigned guest rooms to continue the celebration tomorrow.

,,I wish you a pleasant night, my lady," Ramón bid her farewell with a final bow and a kiss on her hand as she watched him disappear into the dark corridor before she hurried into her room with a hand on her heart and leaned against the door, relieved and even more attracted, her eyes looking around the room and finding the pen, the small inkwell and paper on the table.

An idea formed in her mind as she sat down at the table, pulled the candlestick closer and began to dip the tip of the quill into the ink the minutes passed hurriedly as she revealed her inner self to him with every word she sang from his arrival, his handsome appearance, how warm he was to her, his kindness and his compliments had made her heart ache despite the fact that she hadn't sighed.

The more she wrote, the more reassured and hopeful she became that maybe he would reciprocate, so they could keep in touch without her stumbling over her shyness, writing the sentences faster and more devotedly until she finished, hoping for another meeting in the next few days.

Looking at the letter for a moment she dropped it once before putting it in an envelope and writing her name on the back before ringing the bell for servants to take it to his Lord Salazar, the time seemed endless as she thought of the two kisses, his snaftiness towards her he seemed glad to have been endured by someone at all.

As she lay down in bed, snuggled into the blankets and pillows and closed her eyes, she felt inside that her heart would beat with his as soon as they met again the next morning and did each other a kindness.

Hi there! My name is Mae, pleasure to meet anyone who happens to come across this post- I am a young artist, hopping right back into Resident Evil 4 after the hype died down- yes, I joined last minute, I know… but I may or may have not gotten attached to a certain someone and am down horribly for- Major Krauser - AHEM. BUT ANYWAYS, I am looking for some people to rp with for the drama, romance and ships alike! I am dying to find fellow people who share my interests and are willing to hear me out on the concept ideas I made for Resident Evil 4! But nonetheless, let’s get right into it, ladies and gentlemen! :DD and yes, I rewrote my shit, new rules!

So here are the rules

Lets start off with requirements and rules!

Self-inserts are welcome!

Have a semiliterate writing style, proper grammar, and use quotations marks.

I roleplay on discord, I will not be role playing anywhere else.

Do not try and convince me to do anything that goes against what I have as my personal rules… if you are a decent human being, I humbly ask of you to please respect my boundaries, and I’ll respect yours!

If you want to have an rp… please send me a writing sample of yours so I can get an understanding of how you write, and see if I wanna work with it. It’s not required! But highly preferred and appreciated!

No…

No Mary Sues or Gary Sues, please, it is literally not any fun if your OC is too OP and has no weaknesses, just no, I will point it out in the RP if it Happens.

No Incest or Sexual Assault themes in role plays, a hard no.

No smut. If there is to be a smut scene in an rp, there will be a time skip to after the scene, no during it, no nada, only before and after scenes, I will NOT be writing two of our characters doing the nasty baby making ritual. 😭

No… but…

No Smut, definitely not… but suggestive and flirtatious dialogue is allowed! If there are to be any sexual scenes to happen, there will be time skips.

No controlling my OCs! but I can understand describing things like rain on their skin and certain pains they feel on their body.

No one sentence or very short replies… but I understand a small sentence or two, but don't do it the whole RP.

Do not keep the whole spotlight only to your character and their ship Partner, it is not Fair.

My writing style is Semi-literate, I prefer semi-literate writers over text talk writers unless it’s OCC.

AUs are welcome! Though when I say AUs, I mean the fairly common ones like Yandere AU, Enemies to lovers AU, etc, etc. BUT! I’ll always be open to hearing out whatever you bring to the table!

Paragraphs? WHERE?!? Paragraphs are something I am absolutely down for, and I love them in roleplays! Especially when they are very detailed! I do em too and I would love it if someone else did as well!

If you know what Resident Evil 4 is all about… then you already know, violence and gore is definitely allowed, lol. Dark elements too, as long as they fit under the resident evil dark category.

Thoughts on Resident Evil animation movies? (And rate the villains if you don't mind~ thanks)

I’ll do both, it’s np lol. I need a break from typing up other responses.

RE: Degeneration — Pretty solid action movie and only had a few moments where it wasn’t entertaining. It felt like Resident Evil. Plus, Leon and Claire are always a solid protagonist combo, and this movie made made me really want another Claire + Leon game. Angela was kind of a weak character and got kind of overshadowed by Leon and Claire, but she wasn’t too unbearable. Also, the CGI holds up really well for a movie that came out... what... like 12+ years ago? That’s honesty impressive.

RE: Damnation — This is the best and most interesting one of the lot, and where I assume the talent went (instead of into RE6, since it’s a prequel movie). The plot is really interesting and it doesn’t totally feel like a very long cutscene like Degeneration does. It’s a shame it’s even vaguely attached to RE6. Idk, I just feel like it nailed all the things that make Resident Evil, well.... Resident Evil, without having to be a video game.

RE: Vendetta — Honestly it’s the worst/most generic one, plot wise, the action borders on anime/Devil May Cry levels of OTT-ness, and I hate that Rebecca got pushed into a damsel-in-distress role, but it’s got the inherent cheesiness of classic RE and I can totally appreciate that. It’s my personal favorite, if we’re being honest. I’m also partial because I feel like it’s the closest I’ll ever get to a Leon + Chris game and I’m really soft for those two, period. I absolutely adore Chris — he’s one of my favorite characters/is my series favorite for RE, and I have this sinking feeling this is the last time he’ll ever look like Chris Redfield, so I’ll take what I can get lol.

(I think that’s all of them, right? Not counting that Netflix one that’s coming.)

Tbh none of them at are very good antagonists on their own — they’re never gonna be memorable like Wesker or Nemesis or whatever. Arias takes the top because he is the closest to being a more interesting Wesker-like villain imo, Curtis is William Birkin revisited and “evil scientist/evil Umbrella employee” isn’t exactly an underused angle in this series, and Svetlana reminded me of a more bland Excella Gionne for some reason (and Excella wasn’t exactly interesting, either).

If you mean throughout the series, then: 1.) Ramon Salazar, 2.) Nemesis-T Type, 3.) RE2Make Mr. X >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> literally everyone else.

Salazar is incredibly entertaining and steals the show from Saddler, Nemesis will always be pants-pissingly terrifying, and Mr. X gon’ give it to ya is a treasure we didn’t deserve but got anyway.

I also don’t dislike Wesker as a villain; I’m just personally not big on mad scientist/‘I know what’s best for humanity’/etc. types.

i completed my first run of re8 this morning and i’m doing a second run for game footage now and here are my thoughts under the cut!

don’t look if you haven’t finished or started the game!!!!!!!!!!!

overall: it feels like a mish-mash of the more notable parts of RE4, RE5, and RE7, with an opulent mansion a la RE0 and RE1, and a minor plot point that brings the series full-circle. the lycan attack at the beginning is OBVIOUSLY a nod to the five-minute ganado and majini attacks at the beginning of RE4 and RE5. not that i found that a bad thing! i found the ammo drops a bit too plentiful though, but i haven’t tried on harder than standard, so i think they MAY be throwing new players a bone.

lady d’s segment: while she’s in her 9 foot tall form she’s obviously a mr. x/nemesis/jack baker-style stalker... but her boss form is a flying ricardo irving, with some ramon salazar thrown in for good measure, theatrical screeching and all. (as i’ve stated multiple times she doesn’t do it for me but GOD DAMN she’s way more entertaining than irving) i did spend an embarrassingly long amount of time trying to figure out how to get the iron crest doors open lmao

beneviendo’s segment: the boss fight itself was kinda anticlimactic to me. however, the lead up to it? the combination of the baby nightmare from catherine and the stealth mechanic from home sweet home? not having my weapons at all? had my stomach churning!

moreau’s segment: if you hated the del lago fight in RE4 you’re gonna LOVE trying to wade and dodge around a submerged village while moreau jumps everywhere <3 god damn, ethan moves slow as shit

heisenberg’s segment: his metal army would make lucas baker green with envy. were i able to stream i can assure you, you’d be hearing “what the hell is WRONG with you, not-dante?” a LOT. i’m trying to think of who his boss fight reminds me of but i think it’s a truly unique one

mother miranda: 50-foot excella ain’t got nothin on her once she becomes unleashed! she kinda bad tho, and a sneaky one too!

the Big Plot Twist: part of me can see a logical explanation for it but the other part is like “luv...tha dont make no cents”

overall i’d give the game a good 8.5/10

Character Full Name: Elias Santiago Salazar. Nickname(s): Sal, Salazar, 33 - never Elias, though. Age: 34. Birthday: November 3rd. Occupation: Full Back for the New York Giants. Birthplace: South Padre Island, TX. Borough: Queens. Citizen Type: Local. Ethnicity: Mexican. Nationality: American.

• • • IDENTITY + HEALTH

Gender: Cisgender Male. Pronouns: He | Him. Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual. Romantic Orientation: Heteroromantic. Relationship Status: Single. Face Claim: Michael Trevino. Hair Color: Brown. Eye Color: Brown. Distinguishing Features: He’s typically bruised up in some way - comes with the territory of being in the NFL. He’s also got a fair amount of scars from the game and because of past bar fights. Sal also usually has a cocky grin on his face because he’s that person. Personal Style: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Physical Health: He’s had a few knee injuries while playing, so he has to be careful. Sal also doesn’t feed himself well and drinks way too much alcohol. Parents: Rosalia Salazar (allegedly) & his father is unknown. He has no idea what’s currently going on with his mother. Relationship with Parents: His relationship with his parents is considered rocky at best. His mother has never been reliable in the slightest. She’s been excellent at dropping in and out and leaving her sons to take care of themselves. She’s honestly only shown up when she wanted money. That habit started when he was younger, and it even continues to this day. He hadn’t seen her in years when he was drafted, and then she showed up out of the blue again. Sal pretty much told her to buzz off. As for his father, Sal’s never known who he was, and he really doesn’t care to find out. His older brother knows, but their dad took off while Sal was pregnant, and he decided very quickly that he didn’t want to know the man who didn’t want to know him. Siblings: One older brother - potentially others. He can’t be too sure with a MIA father. Relationship with Siblings: Sal’s older brother is the only family he’s ever been able to count on. With a dad who left and a flakey mother, the Salazar boys ever only had each other. His brother practically raised him (so that’s why Sal jokes that he ended up so poorly), and he’s the only reason why he got into the NFL. His brother pushed him when he realized that Sal had the ability to go far. It’s weird not living in the same city as him, but his brother is back home in South Padre Island, and Sal had to move to New York. He’s definitely tried convincing him to make the move, though.  Children: None that he’s aware of. Relationship with Children: N/A. Pets: A German Shepherd/Pitbull mix named Amigo.

• • • WANTED PLOTS

Sal is in need of friends! He’s a little bit of a hot mess, so he would have trash friends and also friends who are well versed in saying “Sal, no.” You have to be able to handle his occasionally shitty tendencies, but there are some positives to being his friend. He would 100% go to jail for you, go to the ends of the earth, pick a fight, defend your honor - quite a lot, in truth. He’s a pretty damn good wing man, will defend your reputation to everyone he comes around, and will remember your birthday and probably get you a decent gift. He will spend the night in jail so you don't have to (although less since he joined the giants - let's just avoid jail time if possible, y'all), be a fabulous coach if you need to get better at something (especially if it's athletic), can cheer you up if you're down, and will remember your drink order (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The only catch is that considering his abandonment issues, it takes awhile for someone to become truly close to him beyond a superficial level.

Although his family is few and far between, Sal does have another family in his teammates. Sal plays on the New York Giants, and he’d love to have some teammates around if anyone is interested! Or even people who work for/with the team, but aren’t actually on the team. He spends a lot of time when it comes to football, whether it be working out, practicing, or figure out ways to get better. Football has been one of the few constants in his life, and he has no desire to give it up. He tries to be the best teammate he can be.

Abandonment issues and commitment issues go hand in hand. Sal would have a ton of messy romances in his past. He’s capable of settling down for the right person, but most of his history isn’t with the right person. Truthfully, his past romances are a lot of brief relationships, or a few longer relationships where there was definitely infidelity - on his side or even both ways. I imagine he’s got at least one that he goes back and forth with (he’s inspired off of Tim Riggins from FNL, so he definitely needs his off + on drama with a Tyra type lmao), but ultimately, his list of exes should be long. There’s also probably been several “Oh yeah, I’ll totally call you” after a brief encounter that doesn’t happen.

A castle had many inhabitants, there was the castellan and his wife, usually two children who were addressed as Lord or Lady even at a young age.

The walls were made of centuries-old stone and chopped down so that they functioned as a wall, stables for cattle and horses, a falconry perhaps if the terrain offered itself.

Above all, a castle is characterised by its employees, the servants who set everything up every minute so that everything seemed perfect, the chambermaids of the mistress who laid out the dress, a personal physician for the noble family and the guards to protect everyone.

Guards at the drawbridge, guards in front of doors and suffering guards who were always only a few metres away from the blue-blooded nobility to defend them.

That's how it always was and how it always would be, that's how it had been with the Salazars for generations and the Lord's Guard for generations.

For as long as he could remember he had guarded the lord, be it as a child with a wooden sword they had played together, ,,You are a true friend," little Ramón had told him when they were under pillows in an even greater castle than the one they lived in now.

They were the words of children, two children who, despite their differences, understood what it meant to have duties, the more Ramón learnt, the faster he learnt how to wield a sword.

They were two sides that seemed to move further and further away from each other, the childhood was over and with it he put on the cool armour and seemed like a stranger around Ramón hermum, ,,Good morning my lord" he greeted him every time the white-haired man disappeared into the relic collection, golden eyes showing him as much gratitude as the ‘monster’ could.

A monster as the others called the castellan behind his back, a horrible title he thought, from the moment a small golden-eyed boy had looked into the brave face of the little guard in the courtyard more than ten years ago, he had seen an uplifted spirit loyal to the house and a fool for science.

But now that the illness had spread further, the boy now a young man hiding behind make-up, the bond of youth seemed almost gone.

A bond better a sight that hurt him when Ramón gave him a look, he saw the suffering. ,,Shall I bring my lord anything else?" he had asked once more that evening as he led Ramón back to his room, the door between them open just an arm's length apart, a simple question that seemed to take the younger man a long time to answer.

A sigh escaped his pink lips, ,,I…I would appreciate it if you could accompany me to the relics tomorrow," came the surprising reply and the rustle of armour could be heard as he bowed almost automatically but the beating of his heart to finally be with his once so close friend seemed overwhelming.

‘Of course with the greatest pleasure Ramón my lord’ he replied and instead of the usual closing of the door the white haired man made the slightest of bows and murmured a “Good night” with a smile before closing the door and leaving the guard in the corridor.

A guard whose armour rattled slightly as he took up his position, as the smile on his lips increased and his heart beat so fast again, ,,Good night Ramón" he whispered to himself and perhaps this bond between them still had hope.

A hope that became apparent the next day when the cock's cry brought life to the castle with the rising sun and he was already tightening the strings of his armour to start his morning rounds.

The night watch until a few hours ago was usually exhausting, the walls cold and sleep scarce, but after those sweet words from his former friend, it seemed all the more futile.

,,Perhaps words can be exchanged?" he asked himself as he made his way up the stairs to Kastelann's chamber, the sword barely noticeable at his side but always at hand, something he didn't have to use yet but would give his life if he did.

It was not the honour of this office, it was the memory of Ramón, a Ramón who once did not seem to be plagued by illness, he would give everything to protect the white-haired man.

He knew the sounds by heart, the morning preparations, the bitter memory that Ramón did not show himself otherwise out of his own pain.

When the crack of the wooden door was heard, he saluted before looking at the smaller one, ,,Good morning, my lord," he greeted him, but this time he held out his hand, not in a kiss of decency but in a friendly gesture, ,,Your loyalty touches me, I look forward to the many hours ahead," the spanishman said with a hint of a smile on his lips.

A smile that was returned by a broad one as he was the protection, the companion and a friend at the same time before the two moved towards their destination.

But their hands continued to touch, Ramón's hand icy cold against his as they climbed each flight of stairs and rounded each corridor, the minimal quickening of his breathing and probably a pain he suppressed as he pursed his lips and they stopped.

The lip rouge, a bright pretty pink, a pink of spring and he hadn't wanted to stare but it was just too mesmerising, ,,Is something wrong?" his lord had said immediately, seeing the look closely.

Even though he had caught him, honesty was in the code of all the castle's employees and inhabitants, ,,Your…your lip rouge my lord is staring-I was staring because it reminded me of spring," the guard admitted, his gaze darting around, unable to meet the other's eyes.

He heard the uncertain, shaky sound of breathing and thought he was going to be struck down when Ramón raised his hand, ,,Is that true?" came the question instead, quietly, hardly believing that someone would associate him with something pretty.

Cold fingers surrounded by warm ones held him, ,,Yes it is," he replied, his heart beating faster than ever as he saw the look of surprise and uncertainty turn to one of gratitude and love, ,,Then you deserve more than my thanks," Ramón said after a moment of silence.

He had to stand on tiptoe towards the taller man, but the kiss left a light pink mark on his lips, an imprint of the spring.

An imprint that Ramón judged with a giggle and he held out his hand again, the guard looking at the castellan with a love-struck grin before hands joined again and a bond was reunited in the colour pink, spring and the hope of more together in the castle.

°From the moment he set foot through the door and arrived at the castle, Leon knew something was wrong here. They were in the twenty-first century, not the Middle Ages, and Ashley, too, wrinkled her nose at the antiquity. ,,Who owns such a big treasure?” she asked aloud. Before Leon could answer, they saw a shadow above them, a large shadow belonging to a small man.

°Ramón Salazar, the castellan and heir of the family, the lord of this province, a man of a large ego but small stature. ,,I ask you to accept my friendship as a guest,” he invited the two. However, it quickly became apparent that Ashley was much more interested in Krauser, who took the “little mouse,” as he called her, away from the two men for training.

°A decision Leon had no problem with, better to make friends than to shoot his way through guards and cultists. ,,A great kindness, your... little Grace,” he still couldn't help the comment and saw the warning look on Ramón's face, which he tried to ignore. But the situation was so absurd that Ramón, who looked even smaller standing over him, was more absurd and cute. Like a walking piece of fluff with that wig.

°He couldn't help but kneel down, look down or touch his white hair every time he met Ramón while they were in the castle. ,,Stop that!” Ramón snapped at some point, trying to get his bow tie back, which Leon held high in the air. ,,A little higher, my little lord,” the American laughed and clicked his tongue when Ramón simply kicked him on the foot.

°That's how it was when Leon wasn't picking on Ramón because of his size; they picked on each other just to chase after each other like wild. Which usually ended in a tea party in the afternoon, where Ashley and Krauser just wondered what was wrong with the two of them.

°But at the end of the day, when Leon Ramón sat in front of the fireplace, bent over a family picture, the blonde put a hand on the younger's shoulder, ,,Despite everything, they are proud of you,” he said, seeing the grateful look on Ramón's face as he leaned his head on Leon's shoulder and both of them simply enjoyed the quiet company.

°Despite their coming and going, there were moments when Ramón made his new friend, his first friend, and maybe someday more comforting teas when Leon lost himself in nightmares of his past. The American, in return for Ramón's support, tried to build him up and, as they walked through the garden. Leon practiced shooting with his pistols and the Lord with a crossbow, which both of them surprisingly enjoyed, especially when they were laughing and hugging each other afterwards.
