Feeling a down and a little off today so I figured I would pull out some of my uplifting oils - Sage & Christmas Spirit - and put them in my Aria Defuser and listen to it’s built-in natural spa-like ambient music. Yesterday in my FB group I was talking about the benefits of black tourmaline and I came across the beautiful idea of creating a negativity removal jar. You will need: - a clean glass container because glass is a non-porous material - some sea salt or Epsom salts (here is used Celtic sea salt) - cleansed or charged #blacktourmaline - any other herb you may be drawn towards to add to the grounding and cleansing properties of black tourmaline. Here I used fresh white sage, but you could use garden sage for #purification and/or lavender for #calming , pine needles for extra #cleansing and purification, rosemary for #protection lemon balm for #spiritualcleansing Just place it where you need it most, or, if you want the energy to flow through your house, place it in the most central room. This journey is so much more than just a diet or trying to get skinny. This is a lifestyle that I've chosen and love. Passing up that bomb slice of cake doesn't feel like punishment, it feels like healing. This is all for me, forever. While running errands quickly this afternoon while gramp was sleeping, I stopped and picked up a few things to make me feel better as of late. Love me my crystals! One Labradorite “Dragon Egg” Tower, one Labradorite “Brilliant Blue Flash” Tumble, one Rose Quartz Heart Tumble (to help heal my wounded heart and clear out the recent toxic relationship I was in and bring forth a more complete and unified loving one), one tye-dye mask (for my work as they don’t like my other ones and I can’t breath with the ones they provide), and one crystal book with beautiful color drawings and an accompanying Oracle deck with matching drawings. Now, when I feel not so good, I can grab hold of my crystals and watch them sparkle and be filled with joy, as well as read up and enjoy the lovely crystal artwork in my new book. 2 months of progress 🤗🏋🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️💪🏾 Also, a little over 2 months of returning to a vegan lifestyle so I'm sure losing all of the cheese and meat also helped in this 💕🤘🏾 / I'm super proud of my progress and I'm just going to keep getting better and stronger ❤ Consistency is key. I've been consistent except for the last week or so because of an injury to my foot and ankle but mamas going to come back strong this upcoming week! // ***I know I say this all of the time but I wanted to say it again: staying active, hiking, lifting, walking far is so much more than me just trying to look good or lose weight (not that that's bad). This is truly spiritual for me. I started working out to cope with fibro and depression and anxiety (bp) and to just not only strengthen my body but my mental and emotional state. This picture can't show how much happier I am, how much stronger and confident I am. It doesn't show how every day I beat my social anxiety by forcing myself to push through what my head tells me and keep going to the gym and working my ass off. It also doesn't show how beautiful I feel at all times now. With or without make up/with any body type I have. I've grown so much the past 2 months in so many ways and it makes me so excited for my future and my goals.
