Do you think you can make a few mustaches with regular adult colors for elder sims? I want to give Mortimer one of your graying hair conversions and I think it would look weird if he had a gray mustache. If not, do you know of a tutorial to make adult hair colors for sims for elders?

Hi! I'm not interested in doing this, but it's pretty easy if you want to do it yourself! Basically:

Start a new project in bodyshop with the beard / moustache you want to recolor.

Find the exported textures in your Projects folder, and overwrite the -grey texture with the colored one.

Import it back to the game.

You might need to open the original file / game files in simpe if you want to find the other colors (it always exports only the black color, I think). Also, you can delete the other ages in simpe later if you only want to keep the elder color, or with whatever binner program you have, I think.

Utter perfection.

Sarah Moore arrived today, and I got to open her box after a full day’s work and a night at the theater. @rainbowmilk1996 came up with the idea, customized her, and made her clothing— and her own rag doll, Missy!!— for a doll exchange we are having. (I’m making Becky from the A Little Princess Sara the anime, for her.)

I truly felt like the princess Sara herself opening up the box and finding so many wonderful pieces of clothing and accessories for her and lovely little goodies and a very sweet handwritten letter. Sarah Moore has a chemise and pantalets and two pairs of stockings and boots and four entire dresses and a coat and shawl and nightgown. And her doll! Missy has such intelligent little eyes and curly hair made from thread. Absolutely wonderful detailing.

I’ll post more pictures later on, but for now she is content to rest from her travels with her best friend while I catch some zzz’s.

It is one of those great pleasures in life to find people who love something as much as you do. Tumbrl Little Women community has very much enriched my life and love for LW.

I started working on this illustration already last spring and it became quite cute. Takes place sometimes between Little Men and Jo's Boys and instead of rain we have snowfall.

I’m making a custom Becky of Ashfield doll for my doll trade partner and dear friend @rainbowmilk1996. I have most exciting news! one of my favorite Alcott scholars, Daniel Shealy is going to be a guest at the Little Women podcast.

He has written and edited tons and tons of books about Louisa May Alcott, such as Little Women abroad: Letters between Louisa and May Alcott, selected letters of Louisa May Alcott, the lost stories of Louisa May Alcott...

I also love his research because he is very pro-canon, pro-Bhaer and pro-amyxlaurie etc.

Reading this article made me want to commit a hate crime. Like, were they reading the same series I was?

I didn't even get to the article's so-called "analysis" before I was already groaning. I don't usually say things like this, but I was not surprised that a man wrote this article, because he totally does not get the point and tries to act as if he is being feminist by dragging the character's arcs, rather than explaining the journey each sister took in each book.

If you are interested in getting mad quick, read this article, it's beyond stupid and frustrating.

I've been discussing with my mutual @rainbowmilk1996 for a while now about some expansions for the Hero Hangover Project lore, and I have been working on a personal addition for weeks.

And now, it's finally done!

I have created an OC specifically for HHP!

The original idea was to create an OC to replace that grape gremlin, Minoru Mineta. He was completely useless and unimportant to the plot, and his reveal as an LGBT+ character was an offense to everyone within the community; so I went in and made a character of my own to accompany the 1-A gang and help them in their recovery.

And here they are, finally!

Their name is Erika "Riri" Moriyama; brazilian/japanese, 15 years old, pansexual/non-binary, they/she pronouns (they're okay with she/her, but strongly prefer to be referred with they/them).

A young Magi with a promising future in psychology. Their family used to live in the kingdom of Fortuna, prior to being transfered to the district of Neo Musutafu, in Artemundo.

The reason why they had to move away, was because of Riri's admirable potential for psychiatry, and the WBMR wanted to help them explore it even further. And so, the young Magi is sent to a new academy, where their task is to help Class 1-A in adapting to Wondaria and its system.

Their Magi Title is Kaleido Knight Riri, Assigned Gemstone is Phantom Amethyst, Essence is Light/Earth (Crystals);

Their familiar/mascot is a Twinkle Slime named Prisma. The little blob acts as a "service animal" to Class 1-A, becoming its unofficial mascot;

Riri is the weird kid, anxious and jittery, but very kind and eager to explore. They love witchcraft, alt fashion and kaleidoscopes;

Another passion of theirs is butterflies, as seen with their Magi Outfit. They're passionate about their symbology of transformation and rebirth;

Their trusted item is a hand mirror called the Soul Window. It helps them to read a person's aura, and find whatever is troubling them;

Despite their initial anxieties about helping their classmates, Riri manages to get over them, as they quickly discover the similarities the Hero Society shares with Wondaria;

Riri is not alone on their task, as they recieve full help and support of their classmates, strengthening their bonds not only as Magis, but also as friends and family.
