An abandoned railway tunnel in Clinton Massachusetts called “The Devils Tunnel” is said to be one of the most haunted places. While I was researching so far I couldn’t find any tragic stories or infamous deaths tied to it. The tunnel is longer than it looks, a result of an optical illusion makes it look shorter, but when you get halfway in it gets really dark. While we were inside we thought it sounded like a coyote or something was growling in there, the creepy sound of the constant tricked of water, wind, etc. makes it sound pretty creepy in there, I can see people thinking it’s haunted. We didn’t get that vibe at all though. We had a chance to talk to two very nice local guys who had been going in that tunnel since they were kids said they never saw anything unusual. But don’t get me wrong that place is creeeeeepy without being haunted...
