Full offense, but...
If you're mad about the lock down but didn't say a word about our inhumane detention centres or the North Melbourne 9 and the Flemington flats, it really makes it clear that human rights aren't and never actually were the issue, just middle-class white human rights so congrats on being a giant hypocrite. Advocacy is looking out for the vulnerable, not just yourself so maybe try it for once? Just a thought...

A guy from socialist alternative was harassing my mates at the protest so I handed them cards with info about what to do if they were arrested as a nonverbal queue to help them out of the conversation and the little cunt rolled his eyes at ME?? Listen here you little shit, YOU’RE the one peddling your wears with your electronic card reader trying to capitalize on indigenous and poc deaths and drumming up recruits because you have no soul! Outta my fkn way I got information to share and pigs to monitor. “Socialist”, my left fucking NUT

Testing is not widely available in Australia for COVID-19
I called paramedics because I was worried I have the virus. They told me not to worry or clog up the system by going for a test. Now I’m getting more worried I do in fact have it and it isn’t just tonsillitis because my symptoms are getting worse. I have asthma and other health conditions which leave me immuno-compromised. Tafe still wants me in class. This is fucked.

A year or two ago, I recall saying something to one of my partners to the effect of “just wait until the next big viral outbreak happens, sit back and watch all the companies slowly snap and have to provide the very services that governments are meant to provide just so the economy can be propped up a little longer.”
Woolies in Aus just announced they’ll be delivering 4pcks of toilet paper rolls to the elderly free of charge because government refuses to. “From each according to ability and to each based on need much?” When late stage capitalism starts crumbling, big companies are forced to do things that are ideologically socialist/communist ideas because the working class and lumpenproles have been so drastically stripped of their already waning resources that nobody can afford basic things to keep them healthy and continue consuming. So when recession/natural disaster/pandemic occurs on a massive scale while governments provide no assistance, they think they are helping businesses when in fact, they are forcing businesses to give away those resources because when things are this bad, it is very obvious to those companies that refusing to get more socialist/communist in their approach will result in massive portions of their consumer-bases literally dying off.

“I’m poor too!” Like, government housing poor? Like one week’s missed pay away from homelessness poor? Then stick up for jobseeker too or shut up. If you think we’re the same, then actually treat us that way and advocate for us as well.
