👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻 i pop in and out of resident evil, kinda passively absorbing the franchise rather than actively engaging it (tbh most of that was the old movies, cgi movies and watching playthroughs of 7 and 8 dsfgsdfg), though hopefully that will change soon since i have bought some remakes, but from what i've seen of wesker you're spot on. as usual when you pick up a character it pretty much becomes my default view of them lmao, keep it up!

BINGO x4! being 100% honest, she is a little surprised by how much of a sweep he swept— owed in part to unfamiliarity, and in another to the sin's reputation (even if she didn't put too much stock into such things)— but... yeah, he really does hit a lot of the highlights, doesn't he? hm! well.

8 ) Describe what education your muse has.

CHELIA DOES ACTUALLY HAVE A FORMAL EDUCATION - a rarity amongst Fiorean mages. It was her mother's wish, to have her daughter educated ; and as such she had saved a good portion of money prior to her death to send Chelia to a private school until she turned 11.

Here, Chelia recieved a stellar education. She could read and write to a high standard ; apply mathematics ; understood the human body and the science behind the world and other typical schooling subjects. She was taught etiquette and manners, and also opted to be trained in ballet

Where the school differed however, was their support in the magical arts. They took magic seriously, and from a young age Chelia was educated in magical theory and application. She understands a wide range of common and uncommon magics : studying elemental casters alongside healers and summoners in their known varieties. Her understanding of magic is exceptional.

She excelled in formal education, and has been acknolwedged by the Fiorean magic council for her efforts. They rewarded her with a book on the lost God Slayer magic - not expecting her to teach herself the ancient magic inside.

Post formal education, everything she has learned has been taught to her by elders and masters ; figured out by her own merit. She now has an adult guild mage's eduation.

11 ) Is your muse good or bad at learning new things? 

As mentioned above, Chelia taught herself an ancient, lost magic with only a book to guide her - she is incredible at learning new things. She has a vast amount of knowledge under her belt to draw from already.

She's a prodigy, and given enough time can figure out most things by herself.

That's not to say that she doesn't benefit from help : but her adaptability and willingness to learn cannot be underestimated. Paired with her stubbornness - she will learn whatever she needs to to suceed.
