Wake up, new cryptid just dropped!

It’s true that I’ve had to reimagine my day to day life since we got her, but I can’t imagine how we got this lucky. We thought we would have to work to earn her love, but from the moment she entered our house it’s been a cuddlefest, one I couldn’t possibly deny. There are hurdles she will be facing to be sure (and she will still need to meet the cats face to face) but I’m so happy to see this happy lil cheese every day. Welcome home Raclette!

(The couches will always be hers, even if it means she does try to smush whatever I’m working on at the time!)

Pisses me off so much when I look online for stuff for my rats and the search always hits me with “Did you mean rat traps??? Did you mean rat poison???” NO!!!! I meant REGULAR FOOD for the rats I keep as PETS that I call my DAUGHTERS and have charmingly named after different kinds of cheese!!!!

I ate my first raclette for this year with a few friends !

We went for a variation with no potatoes and a bunch of veggies instead, but we still ate a lot 😄

I've been wanting to paint traditionally since around the middle of inktober, but I didn't have a satisfying idea until today. Cheese and a potato felt like a pleasing thing to paint.
