#rabrifaluda thanks to @keralafoodie for this yummy recipe ! RABRI FALUDA . INGREDIENTS: Full fat milk (0.5L) Cashews, almonds and pista (10pcs) Corn starch (100g) Sugar Crushed cardamom (3pcs) Saffron Cold milk Poppy seeds Apple (sliced pieces) RECIPE: 1. Boil the milk and make sure to remove the crams from the milk while it boils. Let this continue till the milk has reduced to almost 200ml. 2. Make a nut powder by using cashews, almonds and pistas. Then keep this aside. 3. For the semiya in the Faluda, add corn starch to normal water along with 2tsp sugar and heat it, till it becomes transparent and glossy. Then convert this into noodles shape by using ice water. 4. Then add the nuts powder and 4tsp sugar along with few crashed cardamom to the milk. Also, prepare a sugar syrup using Saffron. (optional) 5. Setting Faluda : First pour thick cold milk, then add poppy seeds along with semiya that we prepared earlier. Now add sugar syrup on top of this. Further, you can add diced apple to this. Lastly, add the Rabri onto this and mix well.
