I remember the companion showcase during the 1.9 Anniversary Livestream and I realized that every event story and main story chapter has their main duos or pairs (I am basing this on who was declared playable during that patch and who was showcased). It also recently came to my attention that there is a CN wiki that lists the heights of the characters.

Vila, Isolde, Kaalaa Bauna, and Mercuria all have the same height

Windsong is the tallest (not Awakened!) woman in the chart

I am not sure if Getian is just a really big bird or his height also accounts for the stick he stands on. If it includes the stick, then Shamane will be the tallest man around 6' 5".

In terms of height (regarding the main non-Vertin ships), Windsong is taller than Vila, Jessica is taller than Blonney, and Isolde is taller than Kakania.
