This project builds on a 3-year engagement process of learning and listening to the needs of local #Bronxcreatives and cultural workers. In continuing our collaboration with Bronx-based partners, this space will serve as a creative home where local artists can expand their creative and cultural practices and grow their community initiatives. About last night. Im in deep gratitude to the bronx council of the arts. They have been a generous contributor in supporting my work for the past two years with the Queer, Trans, Two Spirits, Gender Non Conforming Communities of Color in the Bronx. In great company with fellow Bronx Artist creating work for and with the peoples. From Bronx Africa to the Dominican Republic, to our living rooms, we are creating, learning and being with community.
