I made this pic to participate on a challenge on RWBY Amino. This is my first time painting a pic exclusively on pastel colors and I must say, it was really hard for me XD

I barely knew anything about pastel colors and at some point I thought of giving up xp... But I'm glad I didn't because I'm satisfied with the result, so thanks you RWBYAmino staff for coming up with this idea, it took me out of my comfort zone ^^

Anyways, I wanted to do something cute so I thought in Emerald and Hazel because they deserved to have a good time and be happy, so this came to mind X3

This is an AU where Hazel's sister died when they were young. A few years later his parents adopted a little child. At first Hazel was mad at his parents and the girl because he thought they wanted to replace his sister (which wasn't true), but over time he could see the lonelyness of the little girl and how she was bullied for being adopted, and giving his caring and protective nature, he eventually learned to care and love his new sister.
