[Status report]

After the QSMP olympics, a volcano erupted along the archipelago from Quesadilla Island to Egg Island and beyond.

The disturbance caused an underwater train to be trapped with new arrivals under the island, and the islanders had to fight water creatures and reroute the train to rescue them. On the train were Irish, Welsh, and Scottish vacationers.

After getting a tour of the island and a few days of establishing their own homes and bases, 3 eggs were found, explaining they had been scared away from Egg Island due to the aftermath of the volcano. (Inform investigative team of the possibility of significant ash build up on Egg Island)

Each egg presented a certificate to the new islanders, who find they speak their respective languages and that they've chosen to be adopted by them. They spend their first day taking part in egg quests and getting to know their parents and other eggs.

Saoirse is an energetic and enthusiastic egg, described by islanders as "funny" and "a ray of sunshine, when she's not being competitive".

She shows her love for Irish dancing, music, and culture while also teaching others the Irish language.

She gets along well with the majority of the other eggs - particularly Chunsik, Lullah, and Leonarda - but can butt heads and fight with the others when they out preform her. (Refer to recent behavioural assessment report)

Saoirse's favourite place is the throne room in Jack's castle, which they built together, claiming he needed help making it historically accurate and not because she wanted to, despite it seeming otherwise.

He built a throne for her as a gift, and they sit together on their chairs when sharing gossip - or doing granny talk, as she refered to it.

Most of her parents tend to "treat her like a princess", however, Jim / Kevin (?) apparently tells her to be more independent, leaving her to fend for herself on their first day together.

But he eventually came back, likely becoming fond of her, and they decided from then on to always into trouble together. Also, he claims to have given birth to the egg, which is not the first time an islander has said this. (Report this to respective office)

She enjoys spending time with RT and CakeJumper, opting to take part in more relaxed activities together like playing video games and baking, and only taking part on dungeon trips on occasion. Although she denys this, it appears she puts in a lot of effort and takes great pride in making them laugh.

Like many eggs, Saoirse also seems to enjoy playing "cupid" or "matchmaker", encouraging Guqqie to propose to Aimsey on multiple occasions.

In our assessment she stated, "everyone loves weddings!! I love weddings! It would make them both really happy, so that would make me really happy!! It'd be very fun to draw their outfits and sort their flowers, and we get to eat a cake I made at the end!"

When it was suggested Chayanne could bake the cake, her tone shifted and refused to answer anymore of our questions, despite being pressured to do so.

(Note: this disrespectful behaviour towards federation employees could prove as an issue if continuely encouraged)

If I had a nickel every time there was a character that was a father/husband that had his family taken away from him and the rest of the story was their slow descent into madness after the fact, is tormented by Things™ that are portrayed through glitches and was created by a well known, green coded YouTuber who also just so happens to play several different characters that may or may not be apart of an ever growing universe I would have two nickels.

Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice

I specialize in Phil headcanons and analysis of his character (but especially the headcanons) :D

Okay so I was never really in fandom before I discovered MCYT, and one of the things that just delights me is how it seems that the longer you're in the fandom— three years and counting for me— the more likely you are to spec into some kind of job.

So like I've gone into event running and exchange participation, and then there are people who've specced into becoming archivists, and the people who do the wiki, and the people who run update accounts, and the people who reblog literally every piece of art in the tag for their guys, and the people who update a fic once a week, and the artists who take requests, and the people who organize and run zines, and the people who moderate fandom servers, and the people who liveblog, and the people who run RP blogs, and the tag wranglers and stats analysis people, and the people who do huevember, and the people who sign up for every zine, and like— we're all evolving like eeve pokémons into fandom stage "been here a while", specialization x. I just find that so fun.

So my question is, if you share my specific derangement and you gave yourself a job, what's your specialization What job did you give yourself?

Ever since experiencing the QSMP I haven't stopped thinking about how videos on yt before the pandemic were subtitled and translated by random people, and that helped me a lot to learn and understand English and how I wished I could one day do the same

But since YT got rid of that possibility it's rare to find a video with subtitles, even in its original language. I know there's the auto-generated subtitles and translation but it sometimes misses dialogues, mistranslates something or translates something literally when it's slang, and it's kind of annoying or confusing

All that said to say that I would sell my soul to be able to subtitle AND translate Jaiden's and Missa's videos, hell maybe even JSE's videos if I were lucky enough. Paid or not idc, I just want to share silly funny videos to my monolingual friends and to make their content reach other people from other countries

from what i remember, tina isnt 100% fluent in korean (like not on the same level as a korean who grew up in korea) but she can kinda understand and speak some enough to pass by. i think she spoke about it during among us era around the time they found out jse can speak some korean? not super sure my memory of that time is kinda spotty haha

it would be really cool if she could interact with korean streamers on the qsmp
