I was a huge fan of Tilin and Bobby's squabbles during the early days of QSMP, so I really enjoyed seeing Sunny and Leo's petty beef with each other yesterday. It made me think of two privileged princesses fighting each other, which reminded me of another fun dynamic I enjoy, so naturally, I stayed up late editing this entire thing in one sitting because the idea made me laugh.

With Tubbo, explaining his absence by saying "I was dead, I think, but not anymore, I was tired of being dead"

"I couldn't explain to you, it's out of my understanding how I'm dressed. The human mind cannot comprehend how I'm dressed and so the human brain shows it that way, but it isn't exactly like that. It's not powerful, it's just weird"

These ones are more serious:

He isn't romantically interested by Cucurucho, he just likes his ass (that totally a human is aro that's what I mean)

He really missed Pomme, he stopped coming because without her it wasn't interesting anymore (this one is just cute)

Very invested in knowing what happened to the eggs while they were away

Accidentally gave Pomme one of the books Ourson (I think it's this one?) gave him, immediately panicking when he realized. When Pomme asks what it was, he first tries to pretend not to understand, and is pretty serious when he tells her that it's nothing; he'll tell her about it one day, and it's his little secret garden, everyone should be allowed to have secrets, don't she think? she isn't against secrets, right?

Certain that the eggs went to some kind of other dimensions/got doubles?? I mean there was a theory inspired by Stranger Things but despite what Pomme is saying he's not letting go of the idea

After asking Pomme if she met dark Cucurucho and she talks about the Watcher: "Je crois pas qu'on parle de la même chose. Là tu me parles de l'oeil, et moi je pense que je te parle de quelque chose d'autre. Je pense que tu me parles du Watcher... là où moi je te parle d'autre chose." ("I think we're not talking about the same thing. Here you're talking about the eye, and me I think I'm talking about something else. I think you're talking about the Watcher... when me I talk about something else" again how does he know the name "Watcher".)

Knows that Maximus is dead, when all the other players seem to have decided to play the "don't know if he's alive or dead" card (bonus: Antoine and Pomme talking about telling Aypierre, and Pomme thinking she won't be able to find the right words "I don't think there are right words..." ok im sad now thanks). Since we're at it, when reading Pomme diary where she worries about Baghera and Antoine being dead, saying they can't be dead, he doesn't share that worry in the slightest, as if he knows Baghera's not dead (this one's dubious and I am very willing to put it as cc!Antoine not thinking rp)

He and Pomme are talking about what she remembers of the Watcher and honestly the whole conversation deserves to be clipped and transcribed. To go with him name dropping the Watcher, he is now only calling it the creature with one eye because that's how Pomme calls it

Pomme explains that the Watcher was observing her and Richas and there was a threatening aura to it, so they immediately fled. Antoine in a very serious voice "You were right to, you were right to, you were right to. Because I think it's this person who was at the origin of your disappearance."

Oh how i think about 2b2t qfit too often. you know. the "real darkness has love for a face. the first death is in the heart." fitmc. "the glass was raised, the fired rose; the fullness of the wine, the dim last toasting while at port adieu or die. a choke of grief, heart hardened beyond belief, a broken man too tough to cry" fitmc.

but then i also think about post-2b2t qfit. the "ring the bells that still can ring, forget your perfect offering. there is a crack, a crack in everything, that's how the light gets in" fitmc. the "i never get lonesome, except when i think of you" fitmc.

i don't know, really. there's something so deeply enthralling about a man that has allowed himself to be born for the first time - not again, because he was dead his entire life - by letting himself feel cared. a lack of a need regenerated in hugs and roses and "dad". he feels he can love, and it's his biggest victory. he loves desperately because love wasn't a granted act, given to him. he loves as a duty, as a compromise. and that's the purest, most honest form of love, because it finally starts anew everday. he is finally new.

Vegeta777 was so much easier because his design leaves a lot less up for interpretation what with it just being a Vegetta Dragonball who actually slays.

FOOLISH. This man’s design made me so mad, there was just so many directions I could have gone in and I kept trying to do all of them at once. HE MAKES ME MD.

Leo definitely leans more heavily into Vegetta colour wise and with style so I tried to slip in more uhhhhh gosh like fish attributes in the face shape and tail.

I absolutely love the drama between Sunny and Leo (even though they're at a weird crossroad in prison). They're both valid in thinking the way they do, both being literal child characters.

Like, Sunny feels distanced from the other eggs, not being trusted by them. Leo has felt distanced for a very long time now. Like, Leo lost her best friend 10 days after finding her family. She's gotten closer with others, but not close because of one thing or another (language barrier before TTS and even with it, time zones, etc.) For the longest time, it really was just Leo and Foolish. Sure, she'd still hangout with others, but it was mostly residents, not really eggs. She's triplets with Ramon and Dapper, but they don't see each other that often anymore, the most as of late being in prison.

Sunny's similar, spending a lot of time with Tubbo, but she's also gotten to spend quite a bit of time with other eggs, including her own triplets, Pepito and Empanada (mainly Em). Like, she'll even stay and hangout with other eggs when they're around.

I'll be honest, I am a bit biased with all of this, but I love to see the drama. I consider Leo one of my favorite eggs, BUT, that doesn't mean Sunny's wrong in the interactions they've had.

In all honesty, they have a lot in common. Wanting to be rich/seen as rich, more sassy than others, apparently dyslexic? (not 100% sure on that one). They have a lot of similarities tbh, but they just don't see eye to eye at the moment. I'm excited to see where these two go with this, but I'm kind of hoping they can talk it out and just explain themselves to each other. Even if not, it'll be fun.

Qsmp hc where Tallulah was originally supposed to be in empty case on adoption night, but she was misplaced in the attic so when Vegetta and Foolish were looking for a kid and the case was empty the qsmp census straight up stole from another dragon nest to get Leo, so when Leo hatches he looks a bit different from the other kids.
