Islamic marriage turned down :(

I hate that the muslim brother whoo i was sooo interested in, to marry, decided that he doesnt want to marry me anymore because im too young and he wants me to finish school. I wish he wouldve decided this before, before i got attached, and hurt. I just dont understand, we had soo much in common, and were both strong on our deen, and our family had a good time getting to know each other. Ugh, my friends told me not to get attached but of course i didnt listen, now im just sitting here, hurt. My mom told me "The brother called and said, 'She is beautiful, and strong on the deen, but i just think she is a little bit too young for me", and that hurts, because he been knew this, and waited too long to say it, or maybe it just clicked in his mind right then and there, i dont know, Allah knows best. But it helped me see that, ima finish school and get my self together, and focus on islam, and my relationship with Allah, and not worry about marriage or w.e.. but i just pray to god that he finds the kind of girl who he is looking for.... and i pray that i find someone better than him.And i have to just keep remembering that Allah has willed it, it was the QADR of Allah....and who knows, maybe Allah (swt) was protecting me from something.
