The entire de-aged Hua Cheng arc could suffice as proof, tbh, but there's a few things I want to point out.

Hua Cheng! Is in child form! MXTX you make me crazy. For a hot minute I legit thought Xie Lian would have to kiss Hua Cheng to make E'ming big enough (While!!! Hua!!! Cheng!!! Is!!! In!!! Child form!!!!!!!! I lost my mind then and I continue to lose it to this day).

I could also bring up San Lang, Hua Cheng's form that he meets Xie Lian in in book 1 that Xie Lian is blatantly attracted to, looks younger than Xie Lian, who looks 17. Still a teenager, but still.

For the shipcest thing:
