I really hope Hermie gets a true villain arc, maybe after learning more about his real dads and who/what they are. He's always done the shapeshifting thing kinda subconsciously, what if once he learns it's an actual thing he can do he like...loses control over himself ?? I mean both his bio dad's are some form of reality benders (scam being scam and Jodie being both the king of hell and from another timeline meshed into this one) i feel like once he figures that out he'd be terrifyingly powerful with VERY LITTLE CONTROL OVER HIMSELF!! especially with his whole identity crisis going on
