Luigi’s Mansion Fan Ghost Sub-Type - The Shadow Creeper
Shadow Creepers are small, black ghosts, like the main type, Shadow Creepers are gooey ghosts that are usually on the ground, but unlike the main type, Shadow Creepers have wings that allow them flight, so long as they are healthy, unfortunately, due to ghost hunters, many Shadow Creepers are unwell and sickly due to being deemed a highly valuable variety of ghost, many have been injured by ghost hunters, which diminishes the “value” of these poor ghosts. These injured ghosts bear a striking resemblance to a unique individual called Bogmire, if I recall correctly. These ghosts are not trophies for vile ghost hunters to flaunt, they have feelings too, the ghost hunting makes them unable to fly, thus these small ghosts have to use other means to protect themselves, hence why some have used faux shadows of themselves to distract whoever is hunting them, I have been trying to nurse as many as I can back to health, but there’s so many, the ghost hunting must have been what caused Bogmire to look the way he does.
Shadow Creepers are a rare Sub-type of Creeper, weather they be rare naturally or by Ghost Hunters capturing as many as they can find, these little ghosts are friendly normally, but seem to be easily frightened by humans, most likely due to the over hunting of them, so I had to wear my disguise.
The disguise looks silly, but it works, ghosts trust me more when in this weird outfit.
there are some Shadow Creepers that aren’t scared and there are some that are flat out aggressive towards humans, those nasty ghost hunters have done way too much damage to these otherwise friendly ghost sub-type, making it hard for me and other true researchers to do our job.

The Anatomy of Punching a Character in the Face
Punching scenes are a staple of action sequences in many genres. Whether it’s an intense brawl, a quick defense, or an emotional outburst, a punch can carry a lot of weight both physically and narratively. As a writer, it’s essential to understand what really happens when a fist meets a face—from the immediate impact to the longer-lasting effects on both the person getting punched and the one throwing the punch.
This guide will help you craft authentic, detailed, and believable punch scenes by exploring different areas of the face, types of punches, and the aftermath of such an impact.
1. Target Areas of the Face and Their Vulnerabilities
A punch isn’t a one-size-fits-all situation. Depending on where the fist lands, the consequences will vary significantly. Different parts of the face have varying levels of vulnerability, and targeting these areas produces different effects, from knockouts to broken bones.
A. Jawline: The Knockout Zone
The jawline is a classic target in many fight scenes, especially when knockout punches are involved. This area is highly vulnerable because a hit here causes the head to snap to the side, leading to a sharp rotational movement of the brain inside the skull. This movement disrupts the brain’s communication and often results in a temporary loss of consciousness—what we commonly refer to as a "knockout."
Common Effects: Dislocation or fracture of the jaw, loss of consciousness, slurred speech, and severe pain.
Visual Aftermath: Swelling around the jawline, bruising, and possible misalignment of the jaw if broken.
B. Nose: Breaking and Bleeding
The nose is another vulnerable target, known for being easily broken. It’s not just a fragile bone structure, but it’s also connected to many blood vessels, meaning a direct punch to the nose often results in immediate bleeding. The nasal bone can fracture, causing difficulty in breathing, and in some cases, the nose may need surgical intervention to reset.
Common Effects: Intense pain, bleeding, difficulty breathing, potential for a broken nose.
Visual Aftermath: Blood running from the nostrils, swelling, and significant bruising around the nose and eyes.
C. Cheekbones (Zygomatic Bones): Bruising and Fractures
The cheekbones are one of the more solid structures in the face but are still susceptible to breaks, particularly from a heavy blow. Damage here can lead to not just bruising, but potentially severe injuries that can affect the entire facial structure.
Common Effects: Fractures of the zygomatic bone, swelling, bruising, and pain extending to the eye socket.
Visual Aftermath: Black eyes, noticeable swelling on one side of the face, and a sunken appearance if the bone is fractured.
D. Forehead: A Hard Target
The forehead is much harder than most parts of the face and is less vulnerable to severe damage. However, punches to the forehead can still cause pain, disorientation, and dazing of the recipient. While it’s less likely to result in a knockout, it’s effective in dazing an opponent, especially if the puncher’s goal is to create an opening for another strike.
Common Effects: Swelling, redness, and potential concussions if hit with enough force.
Visual Aftermath: Redness, minimal bruising, and a dazed expression.
E. Eyes: Black Eyes and Swelling
A punch to the eyes is particularly brutal because the area around the eyes is delicate, and the skin is thin. It’s not just about swelling but also potential damage to the orbital bones. The impact can cause "black eyes," characterized by intense bruising and swelling that may close the eye shut for days.
Common Effects: Swelling, black eyes, potential orbital bone fractures, temporary blurred vision.
Visual Aftermath: Discoloration that starts purple and turns yellowish-green as it heals, swollen shut eyes.
2. Types of Punches
Not all punches are created equal. The type of punch thrown can drastically change the outcome of the scene, both in terms of damage and realism. Understanding these different types of punches will allow you to convey more varied and dynamic fight sequences.
A. Jab: Speed and Precision
A jab is a quick, straight punch, usually thrown with the non-dominant hand. It’s not meant to be a knockout punch but more of a setup punch to create an opening or keep the opponent at a distance. Jabs are fast and can be disorienting, especially if they repeatedly land in quick succession.
Common Effects: Light bruising, potential cuts, and swelling in the area hit.
B. Cross: Power and Impact
The cross is a powerful, straight punch delivered with the dominant hand. It’s often aimed at vulnerable spots like the jaw or nose. Unlike a jab, the cross is meant to deliver a significant amount of force, and when landed properly, it can cause serious damage.
Common Effects: Knockouts, broken bones, severe swelling, and bruising.
C. Hook: Lateral Devastation
A hook is a wide, circular punch that targets the side of the head, particularly the jaw or temple. It’s one of the most powerful punches and is often used with the intent of knocking the opponent out.
Common Effects: Knockouts, severe disorientation, potential for concussions, and jaw dislocations.
D. Uppercut: Lifting from Below
The uppercut is thrown upward, usually aimed at the chin. It’s a devastating punch that can lift the opponent’s head and jolt their brain, leading to knockouts. Uppercuts are especially dangerous when they land cleanly on the jaw or chin.
Common Effects: Knockouts, broken teeth, jaw fractures, and disorientation.
E. Haymaker: Risky but Powerful
A haymaker is a wild, swinging punch delivered with as much force as possible. It’s often thrown with reckless abandon and is easy to dodge, but if it connects, it can deal significant damage. Because of its wide arc, it leaves the puncher exposed to counterattacks.
Common Effects: Knockouts, severe bruising, and possible fractures if landed correctly.
3. Punch Wounds: What They Look Like and Healing
Punches to the face leave lasting marks, some immediately visible and others taking days to fully form. Understanding the aftermath of a punch will help you describe the physical toll on your characters more accurately.
A. Immediate Effects
Swelling and Redness: Swelling can begin almost instantly, particularly in areas with soft tissue like the eyes and lips.
Bruising: Bruises start off as red, then turn purple, blue, and eventually fade into yellow or green as they heal.
Bleeding: Punches to the nose, lips, and even cheeks can result in bleeding, either from the skin breaking or from internal damage like a broken nose.
B. Long-Term Injuries
Black Eyes: Punches near the eyes can lead to bruising that darkens the skin around the eyes, giving it a purplish hue.
Fractures: Broken bones, such as the nose or jaw, may require weeks to heal, and in severe cases, surgery may be necessary.
Scarring: If the skin is cut open, there’s the potential for scarring, especially if stitches are required.
C. Healing Process
Bruises: These typically take about a week to two weeks to heal, with the colors shifting as the body absorbs the blood trapped under the skin.
Fractures: Healing from fractures can take several weeks to months, depending on the severity.
Swelling: Swelling can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days, with cold compresses helping to reduce it.
4. How the Punch Affects the Puncher
While we often focus on the person receiving the punch, it’s important to remember that throwing a punch can also take a toll on the puncher.
A. Physical Strain
Knuckle Damage: Hitting a hard surface, like a jaw or forehead, can cause damage to the puncher’s knuckles. This is known as a “boxer’s fracture,” where the small bones in the hand break due to impact.
Wrist Injury: If the punch is not aligned correctly, the wrist can absorb too much force, leading to sprains or breaks.
Fatigue: After multiple punches, especially in a drawn-out fight, the puncher can become fatigued, leading to less powerful or accurate strikes.
B. Emotional and Psychological Effects
Adrenaline Rush: For inexperienced fighters, throwing a punch can lead to an adrenaline surge, which can cause tunnel vision or reckless behavior.
Moral Conflict: If the puncher is not used to violence, they may experience guilt or shock at the damage they’ve caused, especially if the recipient is significantly injured.
5. Psychological Impact of Receiving a Punch
A punch to the face doesn’t only cause physical damage. For the recipient, it can have a lasting psychological effect, especially if the punch was unexpected or in a vulnerable situation. Writing this aspect adds depth to your characters and shows that a punch is more than just physical pain.
A. Shock and Fear
Fight or Flight Response: Getting punched can immediately trigger a fight-or-flight reaction. Some characters might freeze or retreat, especially if they’ve never been in a physical altercation before.
Loss of Confidence: For characters not used to violence, being punched in the face may cause a significant loss of confidence. They may question their own strength, bravery, or ability to defend themselves.
Increased Aggression: Alternatively, the punch may trigger a rage-fueled response, pushing the character into aggressive, reckless action.
B. Embarrassment and Humiliation
Public Fights: If the punch occurs in front of others, there’s often an added layer of humiliation. Characters might feel embarrassed, even if they weren’t at fault.
Internalizing the Event: The recipient of the punch may carry the emotional impact for a long time, replaying the event in their mind, feeling shame, or seeking revenge.
C. Post-Traumatic Stress
Lingering Anxiety: In extreme cases, receiving a punch can cause anxiety or even post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Characters who’ve experienced significant trauma might relive the event through flashbacks or become hyper-vigilant, avoiding confrontations in the future.
Fear of Future Confrontations: A character who’s been severely beaten might actively avoid scenarios where they could be hit again, making them overly cautious or paranoid.
6. Writing Tips: Making It Believable
Writing a punch scene isn't just about describing the physical action. To make the moment believable and impactful, you’ll need to consider various elements—from pacing and sensory details to character psychology and aftermath. Here’s how to make your punch scenes authentic:
A. Build Tension Before the Punch
Foreshadowing Conflict: Build up the tension before the punch is thrown. Is the character agitated? Are there verbal warnings or body language that suggests things are escalating? By slowly ramping up the tension, the eventual punch feels earned and inevitable.
Use Dialogue: A heated exchange of words can make a punch more meaningful. If the punch follows a particularly cutting remark or threat, it adds weight to the action.
B. Focus on Sensory Details
Physical Sensations: Describe not just the punch itself, but how it feels. Does the skin split? Does the puncher’s knuckles scrape against teeth or bone? Is there an immediate sting or delayed throbbing pain?
Sound: The sound of a punch can enhance the realism of the scene. A dull thud as a fist connects with soft tissue, the crack of a bone breaking, or the splatter of blood hitting the floor are all effective auditory details.
C. Show Immediate and Delayed Reactions
Physical Reaction: After being punched, characters rarely shake it off immediately. Staggering, falling, or momentarily losing their vision are realistic reactions. You can also show how the puncher feels—did their hand hurt from the impact?
Emotional Fallout: Punches are often emotional events. Show how your characters feel right after—whether it’s satisfaction, regret, or shock. The emotional weight of a punch can be just as impactful as the physical consequences.
D. Consider the Aftermath
Healing Process: Don’t forget that punches have a lasting impact. A black eye will take days to heal, and a broken nose could require medical attention. Characters might have to deal with soreness, swelling, or difficulty talking and eating.
Ongoing Tension: A punch can dramatically shift relationships. A once-trusting friendship could be shattered, or a bitter rivalry could be born. Make sure to carry the emotional weight of the punch forward in your story.
7. Common Misconceptions About Punching
Many writers fall into the trap of perpetuating unrealistic portrayals of punches. These misconceptions can make your scenes feel less authentic or overly cinematic. Here’s how to avoid them.
A. The Myth of the "Clean Knockout"
Reality: A punch to the jaw might cause a knockout, but it’s not always instant. In real life, knockouts are often messy and unpredictable. The recipient might stagger or struggle before finally losing consciousness, and they could wake up with serious concussions, memory loss, or nausea.
B. Punches Always Cause Immediate Bleeding
Reality: While a punch to the nose often causes immediate bleeding, not all punches result in visible blood. Even when skin splits, it might take a moment for blood to pool and become visible. Bruising and swelling often take hours to fully appear.
C. Punching Doesn’t Always Lead to a Win
Reality: Throwing a punch doesn’t guarantee victory. The puncher could hurt themselves, miss entirely, or end up escalating a fight they weren’t prepared for. Additionally, punches to the forehead or temple might not have the knockout effect portrayed in movies—they could just make the puncher’s hand hurt more than the opponent.

"Have yu' studied much about marriage?" he now inquired. His serious eyes met mine as he lay stretched along the ground.
"Not much," I said; "not very much."
"Let's swim," he said. "They have changed their minds."
Forthwith we shook off our boots and dropped our few clothes, and heedless of what fish we might now drive away, we went into the cool, slow, deep breadth of backwater which the bend makes just there. As he came up near me, shaking his head of black hair, the cow-puncher was smiling a little.
"Not that any number of baths," he remarked, "would conceal a man's objectionableness from an antelope—not even a she-one."
We dried before the fire, without haste. To need no clothes is better than purple and fine linen. Then he tossed the flap- jacks, and I served the trout, and after this we lay on our backs upon a buffalo-hide to smoke and watch the Tetons grow more solemn, as the large stars opened out over the sky.
"I don't care if I never go home," said I.

The story of the droplets: Chapter 2 - Quietly Village.
Leo, Emma, Tim and Rosie arrived in a village that was quiet, but because of the negativity, it's not so good now. The village was decorated with ordinary houses and artificial vegetables, fruits, berries, small mushrooms and books from science to fairy tales. There was also a lake, and above it a platform with a house. And there was a waterfall on the mountain, and two of them. One upper the other to the second earth.
Emma: Nice village. There is clearly a farm here because of the vegetables and fruits.
Leo: Yeah, and they love reading. We need to investigate and find the residents.
They started investigating. Looking around at the empty houses, they saw a red elevator that looked like a toy cube and they climbed to the top. At the top of the second earth, they saw a stone carousel with pillars.
Emma: Leo, look.
A boy with golden hair saw a cage with three humanoids on top of the ground. One was a blue kangaroo, the other was a creature similar to one of the types of flowers with a flower on its head, and the other was with gears.
Kangaroo: Look at this!
Flower: No way, where are you from?
Leo: We are from other localities, we are orphans.
Gear: Poor children.
Kangaroo: But have you come to save us?
Emma: Yes, Tim and Rosie are helping us. My name is Emma.
Leo: And I'm Leo.
Jumping Jack: I'm Jumping Jack.
Lovely Lantern: I'm Lovely Lantern.
Gear Prince: And I Gear Prince.
Leo: Do you know where the key is?
Gear Prince: Yes, the negatives were hidden on the blue platform. The most recent one, since there are also brown and yellow ones here.
Lovely Lantern: You will have to jump on a stone carousel.
The two children had no choice and accepted it. They carefully climbed the carousel from the small pillar to the big one. Suddenly, at one point, Leo and Tim almost fell, which made the three humanoids worried.
Humanoids: Leo! Tim!
But the boy, holding the bird, stood up and, together with Emma and Rosie, jumped onto the brown platform. Standing on the blue one, they took the key and jumped back onto the pillars to the cage. They opened the cage and the three rescued people came out.
Jumping Jack: Thank you for releasing me. But the others are also in cages.
Leo: But we'll save them anyway.
Lonely Lantern: But I advise you to go to the lake with a waterfall. Since the waterfall has a cave where our friends are. (Indicates) And in the sharpest corner there is a passage to a secret room. But you need to dive in and hold your breath.
Gear Prince: Can you swim?
Emma:(Nodded) Yes. We'll rescue them under the waterfall first. While you're on the boat to pick them up, we'll rescue them in another cave.
Others: Good.
Leo, Emma, Tim and Rosie descended the yellow steps and swam to the waterfall. After walking around its sides, they just found the entrance to the cave. They came and saw a cage in the distance on another cliff. It contained an emerald dragon, a purple spider, and a humanoid pumpkin.
Leo and Emma: Good afternoon.
Humanoids:(They noticed them) The saviors.
Dainty Dragon: Please release us!
Web Wrangler: Just be careful. The red platforms move automatically.
Emma: We will try our best.
Looking at the platforms, the platforms appear in order. They were advancing when the cubes appeared. They managed to get to the cage, took the key from the floor and opened it. Three humanoids came out at once.
Pumpkin Puncher: Well done for deciding to save us.
Leo: We also managed to save three more from the mountain where the carousel is.
Emma: They went to get the boat to pick you up while we go to the others.
Jumping Jack, Lonely Lantern and Gear Prince were waiting on a boat near the waterfall. The seven came out of the cave and the three rescued humanoids stood on the boat while Leo and Emma swam to the corner. They noticed a cave under the water and dived. With all their strength, they managed to get into a room where there were vines on a cliff and two stone platforms. And there was a window with bars on the ceiling.
Man's voice: Who's here?
The voice carried to the top of the cliff with a vine.
Leo: Don't be afraid, we've come to save you.
Man's voice №2: Great, we're on a cliff.
Two teenagers with birds got up and saw a cage with three costumes. One looked like a flower on a pot, another like a praying mantis with sabers on his arm, and the third was a white rabbit with a watch on his stomach.
Leo: You've been well hidden.
Sickle Slinger: Especially under guard outside at the top.
Hrono Bunny: But fortunately, the key was not hidden anywhere. He's on one of the two stone platforms behind you.
He pointed to the key on the stone platform. Tims immediately took it and Leo opened the cage with a key.
Emma: I'm afraid they can't get out. What if they can't swim?
Sickle Slinger: But since I'm free, I can open a lattice made of ordinary fine hardness. We fighting creatures tried to attack the negatives and some of us were caught by trickery.
Outside.
Three negatives guarded and looked after the area until the Mantis broke the bars and jumped out into the outside. The negatives were noticed and began to attack, but Sickle Slinger managed to cope with them. The rest of the characters climbed out of the cave while the others got up. Six humanoids: Hello.
Elastiplant: You guys were saved too.
Web Wrangler: We came at once to tell our rescuers that they need to go to that (Pointing to the mountain with platforms) mountain by platforms.
Pumpkin Puncher: Our friends are there. But you and I will go, because there are enemies there.
Leo and Emma: Good.
The friends climbed up on the platform and stopped near the wooden wheel.
Sickle Slinger: Since there are negatives there, I'm going with Pumpkin Puncher to deal with them.
Others: Ok.
He went up there with Punkim Puncher. They saw one small negative, and the other was strong. They handled them anyway, while they were applauded by a piglet, a little elf with ears and a white duck in a purple dress and a hat in a cage.
Pounding Pig:(Happy) You guys have come.
Itsy Bitsy Elf: But who freed you?
Sickle Slinger: We were freed by new friends Leo and Emma.
Pumpkin Puncher: They are orphans and when they saw that we were in trouble, they decided to help.
Sickle Slinger: And here they are.
The rest of the characters stood up and greeted the tribal ones. Leo immediately noticed the key on the playing field about the ball.
Leo: There's a key in there.
Pounding Duck: But this is not just a field, but a game. You need to use the levers to arrange the platforms so that the ball can roll down them.
Emma: Okay, we'll try our best.
Leo, Emma and Tims stood next to each lever. First they turned them on and the platforms appeared. Tim immediately pressed the button and the ball began to roll down the platforms.
Gear Prince: Now, guys, switch it over.
Leo and Emma pressed the blue and red levers. However, noticing that the green blocked the passage to the blue one where the key was. When the ball got to him, Tims immediately pressed the green and the ball touched the key. The key appeared on the button and Leo took it to open the cage and free the humanoids.
Itsy Bitsy Elf: Thank you for saving us.
Lovely Lantern: Now we have to go to the others.
Jumping Jack: They're on this mountain.
Leo: Then let's all go together.
All: Yeah!
They all set off down the path together, while Emma watched Leo with feeling (Yes, I ship them too). On the way, they saw platforms with spikes that automatically appear. But they walked around them together and climbed through the vines. But along the way they saw a moving mechanism with spikes.
Leo: Did they take over the city so much that they made it even more dangerous?
Emma:(She noticed a passage through the fence) Hey, we could go there if it weren't for the negatives.
Sickle Single: A good idea. (He jumped over there and imperceptibly killed the negatives with sickles) Here.
The heroes jumped to the other side. At this point there was a river leading to the waterfall and on the other side of the river there was a passage and negatives.
Pounding Pig: Look at ours there.
There was a cage on the other side of the river. Inside was an iron rocker with an electric guitar, a figure skater dressed in pink with blue patterns, a cowboy with a bullet for a head and a red vacuum cleaner with a dinosaur-like head.
Sickle Slinger: Our friends are here, go ahead.
Before that, the fighting characters attacked the negatives and crossed to the other side of the river. The captives were glad to see them.
Captives: Guys.
Super Figure Skater: We have new ones.
Pumpkin Puncher: They are orphans who came to save Balancetopia.
Bad Metal Boy: Great. The key is located on the platform below swing.
They looked at the big swing and everyone had an idea. Nodding to each other, Leo, Emma, Tim and Rosie stood on the side where the platform is, and the humanoids on the other side. When Leo, Emma, Tim and Rosie went up, they took the key and the humanoids left so they could go down. After the cage was opened, the prisoners came out of it.
Lethal Vacuum Blaster: We are free.
However, Emma noticed that there was a secret place on the other side of the river. There was a cage with six people in it (I'll draw them later.). Two pairs of people were fair-skinned, the woman had purple hair, and her husband was brown. Two people were a son with a mother. And the rest are a light-skinned couple with emerald hair.
Web Wrangler: Due to the strong current of the river, you can swim away quickly.
Later, when Leo looked at the swing, he had an idea.
Leo: Do you mind if we use the swing as a bridge?
Everyone agreed and put a stone slab from the swing to the other side and Leo and Tim moved to the other side.
Boy: Look.
Leo: Hey everyone. (He took the key out of the blue platform, jumping onto the cage and opened it) You are free.
Purple-haired woman: Thank you so much for saving us.
Brown-haired man: But there are still six left, as you can see.
Emma: Are there any others?
Jumping Jack: To tell the truth, I saw that the negatives were carried by three people to this house on a platform above the lake.
Dainty Dragon: There was a bridge to get in, but the negatives were broken when they were hidden.
Leo: So we can all take the same object together as the stone tile for the bridge.
In 15 minutes.
They managed to make a bridge out of various objects and Leo, Emma, Tim, Rosie headed for the house.
There was a cage in the house where a strong red wolf was sitting, a purple butterfly, her mother a lilac butterfly who calmed her by stroking and a pink cat with emerald hair. Leo, Emma, Tim and Rosie immediately went up to the house and they noticed them.
Emma: Good afternoon, kind people.
Dusk Butterfly: They're saving us.
Thinworm Night: We are very glad, the new ones.
Leo took the key from the bedside table and opened the cage that the humanoids immediately left.
Tornado Wolf: Thank you very much, but the others definitely need help.
Leo: We've already managed to save the others, except for three more.
Emma: They're outside.
After they left the house, they approached friends.
Air Cat: It can't be, (She was delighted) you did it.
Tornado Wolf: As for the others, they're in a well on a big mountain. The golem turtle lives there.
Leo: Once they're in the well.
Emma: So we need ropes to get down while they do the climb.
Later.
Leo and Emma were tied with ropes while their friends held the rope.
Tornado Wolf: You can go now.
Leo, Emma and Tims are slowly descending on their heads. The inside of the well was gray. Emma was a little creepy, but she knew that Leo and Tims were nearby until she slipped.
Leo: Everything is fine?
Emma: I just slipped, I'm a little creepy.
Leo: It's okay, it won't be a big deal together.
However, they both slip and fall. But fortunately, since they were tied, they hang when they find themselves in a round gray hall.
Leo and Emma: Wow.
Man's voice: Are you not one of our people?
The four heroes looked and saw a cage with three people. One was a ferem about 32 years old, the other was a 15-year-old girl with purple hair and red glasses, and a 10-year-old girl with green hair and a kitten.
Leo: No, we are from other localities.
Emma: But we came to save you. I'm Emma.
Leo: And I'm Leo.
Jose: My name is Jose.
Yuri: I'm Yuri.
Cass: And I'm Cass and this is my kitten Paula.
Emma: And you know the other people that we saved them from.
Jose: Oh, my wife and my son are there.
Yuri: My parents are there.
Cass: And my parents are there too.
Jose: You need to carefully take the key from the turtle golem while he sleeps.
Yuri: He's deaf, but he can wake up if someone touches him.
Leo: We will try our best. Let go of below!
Two teenagers started swinging on a rope to get to the floor.
Emma: Just a little more.
But that was not the case. They accidentally touched the shell of the purple golem turtle, it woke up. When he saw them, he decided to attack spinning.
Jose, Yuri and Cass: Caution!
Leo and Emma immediately untied themselves and started running. After the first blow of the turtle, the stones began to fall.
Cass: Stones!
Four heroes dodged falling stones. Later, the turtle golem attacked them again and went astray twice. After the stones fell, the turtle had already lost its way five times and at the last blow, it died under the room where the cage was. The characters noticed that a key had fallen out of it.
Leo and Emma: Key.
They took it and noticed it. But despite this, they opened the cage and Jose, Yuri, Cass with the kitten got free.
Jose: Thank you for saving us.
They noticed that a board with a rope came down from outside.
Leo: It's time to go back.
Outside.
The characters raised the board with their friends and they were glad to meet them.
Jose's Son: Father!
Jose: Son, darling (Hugged his son and wife).
Cass's and Yuri's parents: My daughter!
Yuri and Cass: Mother, Father (Cass hugged her parents, and Yuri hugged her)!
Emma: It's good that you've seen each other again.
Tornado Wolf: But the others are still in captivity. They're in other places.
Leo: And which ones are there?
Air Cat: There are five districts of the city of Balancetopia in this place. A quiet village, a City of honesty, a Snowy valley, Biotem desert and the Balan Palace.
Dusk Butterfly: But you know that you need to start by saving the residents.
Leo and Emma: We are ready.
Leo: Let's start with the snowy valley.
Tornado Wolf: Then let's all go.
Everyone went to the city of honesty. They stopped near a wooden house with the inscription "Winter clothes". Thinworm Night brings Leo, Him, Tim and Rosie winter clothes.
Thinworm Night: Since it's cold out there, you need to wear winter clothes. (Leo, Emma, Tim and Rosie are putting on winter clothes) Even though it's summer, it's a magical winter. She might not be cold, but that's the way nature is.
Leo: We have to go.
Others expect Emma: Good luck.
Yes, the teenager and the chicks went to the snowy valley.
To be continued..

here she is!! very long progress description under the cut
So I started with the drawing, which is already posted separately on this blog. I cut it out with an x-acto knife and the extra paper I glued to the back in three areas to make it pop out a bit.
Then I worked on the leaves -- I've never liked cut-out leaves I've made, but I came up with a way to make them work!! I drew the outline and cut out as usual (I used origami paper) and then drew the major veins on the back. I folded the paper along the veins I drew and then darkened the folds on the front with pencil. It gave them texture and they actually look like leaves now!!
For the Big Flower I took red origami paper, drew and cut it, and then added the hard shadows (like the difference between petals) in thin and thick sharpie. I cut out pink origami paper and pasted it on to make the lighter inside. then I found a piece of cardstock that was too light but worked the right-ish shade with a few layers of red marker, and cut out little shadows to paste onto the flower. then I cut out some small almond-shapes from the white paper I drew vash on, and pasted that on as the stamens.
I arranged the flower and leaves and lightly glued them together, then taped them to the paper (double sided tape my beloved).
Then I bemoaned how much work I put into all that and decided not to have vash just cover it all up, so I put velcro on him and now he's removable!!
I decided I hated the white background, so I found some black construction paper and kinda forced it around the Big Flower by eyeballing it and marking it with folds so I could cut it to make it look like one solid background instead of little chopped up pieces.
For the little flowers, I took what was left of the red origami paper and a whole puncher. I rubbed circles of glue on the background and forced the punched circles into flower shapes. I took what was left of Vash's white paper and used my leather punch to make tiny circles that I used to be the stamen/lighter inside of the flower. then I found purple construction paper and did the same thing but with extra black construction paper for the stamen. You can't see it too well but there's a transition period between the red and purple flowers where two petals are purple, three petals are red, and the centre is black.
I tried to use as few materials as possible but I still am down quite a lot of stuff lol. I was pretty proud of this one.

@kla1991 replied to your post “I still have no idea why American Girl did a...”:
Do you have thoughts on who would be on Nikki's pokemon team? I was not quite a tomboy in 1999 but I was totally feral about pokemon and that doesn't really wear off.
Okay so APPARENTLY my memory has been wrong for the last 20 years? Because I stg since high school, I was under the impression that I got my kiwi Gameboy Color and Pokemon Gold for my 12th birthday -- but Pokemon Gold/Silver didn't release in North America until October 2000 which means I couldn't have gotten it until my 13th birthday. :| (And the Zelda Oracle of Seasons I remember getting for Christmas 7th grade wasn't released until mid 2001 which would make it Christmas 8th grade for me !!!)
Time is weird, I guess. Anyway, that means Nikki and her twin Isabel could only be playing Pokemon Original Flavor in 1999. Unfortunate, because I have much less personal experience with Red/Blue but also fortunate because 151 pokemon is a lot less to choose from than the 300+ in gen 2.
Disclaimers: It is impossible to select Nikki's pokemon team without also selecting Isabel's, so you're getting both. Also, I chose these without reading their corresponding American Girl books and without regards to type-matching against the Elite 4. We're going purely off of vibes here.
To start, these girls would've started playing Pokemon between 7-9 (they're 9 on NYE 1999) and while their mom is in the tech field, I don't think they would've dug into version exclusives at that age before selecting their Pokemon games. It'd be more about favorite colors and the pokemon on the box. So, Nikki picks Blue because it's closer to purple and Isabel picks Red because it's closer to pink.
Nikki likes Blastoise on the box and if they've watched any of the anime, she might know Squirtle has some punk attitude which she'll like as a skateboarder and daughter of a grunge band member. Isabel chooses Bulbasaur because she's not super interested in fire. By sheer luck, neither pick the hard mode starter and both skate through the first gym just fine. (Unlike me, haha)
No one raises Magikarp, even after they learn about the Gyarados evolution. Both have Pikachu in their parties, especially if they watch the show. Nikki evolves her Eevee into Flareon to have a fire type. Isabel evolves hers into Vaporeon. You get to pick your fighter after beating the fighting gym leader, if I remember right? As the skateboarder, Nikki chooses HItmanlee, the kicker. Isabel plays tennis and chooses Hitmonchan the puncher.
Isabel is CRUSHED when she learns Vulpix is only in Blue, so Nikki traders her one for her team. She also has Jigglypuff for the pink and cute vibes, and definitely sings the Jigglypuff sleep song when Nikki annoys her. Nikki rounds out her team with a Magnemite -- chosen solely for the vague hoverboard vibes they give off. And Articuno. Neither of them are patient enough to bother with Gyarados, but Nikki WILL catch one of those legendary birds dangit! No matter how many times she has to quit without saving.
In conclusion:
Nikki's team: Squirtle, Pikachu, Magnemite, Hitmonlee, Flareon, Articuno
Isabel's team: Bulbasaur, Jigglypuff, Vulpix, Pikachu, Hitmonchan, Vaporeon
And while they might easily be playing on original Gameboys, I'm still assigning them Gameboy Colors. Nikki has it in Grape and Isabel has Berry.
#kla1991#reply#THANK YOU FOR ASKING AND MAKING ME THINK ABOUT THIS!#It was fun!!#Even if it did rewrite my memories of childhood ROTFL#my meta#(For American Girl dolls????)#(look idk BUT IT WAS FUN!)
