I Made these warning signs to post around, be it online or on paper on the street. In these trying times, knowing someone thinks the same as you is more important than ever. Do What Thou Wilt with these. Download them if you want and staple them places.
They were made here if you've got some ideas yourself:

Wild Japanese Garage Punk Flyer - 1995
Tumblr media
Whilst digging around for something or other in an old wallet, I found this amazing handbill from 1995. That was the year of the one and only (so far) tour @newbombturks did in Japan. And if memory serves, this was given to me by a fan who wrote their name/address on the back. Think it was from a pile in the club, for an upcoming show (wish we coulda stayed around to see it!).
Every local band we played with in Japan on those shows -- including Guitar Wolf, Teengenerate, Ron Ron Clou, Supersnazz, and more I'm forgetting -- were all GREAT! Five shows in 10 days, felt like we played 50 for all the love from the crazy crowds. Great time!

CUE "BLEED FOR ME" RIGHT ABOUT NOW -- I REALLY HOPE THAT WASN'T REAL HUMAN BLOOD.
PIC(S) INFO: Spotlight on a "Drunk with Power"-themed gig/show flyer for American hardcore punk band DEAD KENNEDYS, plus shots from said gig, performing live at the On Broadway, San Francisco, CA, on June 27, 1982. 📸: Greg Gaar.
NOTE: Check out the CRASS "Anti-war/Nagasaki Nightmare" patch on the kid's jacket up front. Nice one! Classic stuff!

Apes of the State @ Rubulad - 6.16.2022
This show happened to take place on the anniversary of The Great Rail Strike of 1877, and given the political (and train loving) sentiments of the bands involved, I decided to source all the images from archived local newspaper articles covering the event. Yay, history!
