You watch, with a smile, as Jungwon blows out the flickering flame. Holding the cake to his camera at an angle where you could see the small but cute doodles that decorated the surface. His face is dimmed and his eyes tired but the smile on his face is genuine, blush dusting his face as he leans in towards the screen.

"Lemme see what you got" he mutters lowly, out of fear of waking his members. You move your slice of cheesecake to the screen, smiling before frowning, "I couldn't get what you have, the store was closing when I could go in." He tilts his head, his eyes filled with love and understanding, "It's ok, as long as you're having something sweet" you both chuckle.

The bed beside your's rustles, your roommate turning and mumbling incoherently in her sleep, your eyes flickers to her for a second before returning back to Jungwon. He takes his first bite of the cake, urging you to do the same.

A peaceful silence falls between you, you poke at the cheesecake hoping he doesn't notice as he finishes the last of his treat.

"What'd you wish for this year?" you ask, your voice soft, he shyly smiles, wrapping away his trash. "That we can be together next year, make a strawberry cake."

You laugh breathlessly, "That's what you wished for last year" "mhmm, maybe if I keep wishing it it'll actually come true." His words tug painfully at your heart, biting back any guilt as you allow yourself a bite of cake. maybe, you repeat hopefully in your mind.

"I miss you" he says, resting his head against his pillow, staring intently at the screen. You shyly turn back to the screen, "me too" you pause, for a second "wish i could hug you right now ."

The last few weeks rush back to you, along with a mess of emotions, you hug your pillow tight, the long distance feeling painful. "I'll be home in a few weeks" you assure him. "I'll be counting every second." he whispers, enough for the mic to catch.

"bye" he smiles before waving, reaching to end the call.

Silence fills the room immediately, the warmth you felt the second prior fading. After clearing your bed, you lay in the midst of the silence, staring at the ceiling. His voice sweetly mumbles in your head as you wrap your body in your duvet, sleep enveloping you.

I'm glad James is getting more run time, but he's clearly not the focus.

Sad we did not get more Petro, but we did get the major revel of Righty/Orion knowing who Alux really is. How, I'm not for sure, but he does seem to know a lot about different other kingdoms. How this will play out for Alux, my best guess is that Alux is going to have to admit everything to Righty, but plead with him to stay quiet. This may even turn into Righty and Alux having a type of rivalry as Righty now has potential blackmail on Alux. Very very interesting...

I love how Iris is just a girl failure. Some may not be enjoying it, but I personally like the conflict Iris has with herself about her feelings for Alux. It's clear that Alux just, does NOT reciprocate at all. Cock blocking her with the "of course I care for you! I care for all of my friends!"

Ep 14 Gears excitedly went to go see Alux do magic, now here in 15 where he sticks beside Alux, and Deer and Iris QUESTION WHY. it's subtle, but ever since ep 12 in what Blair said, I always thought it was a little strange how she worded it.

I'm gonna tweak of Deer was being genuine when she said that, cuz if she was just playing with Iris!!!!!! Touché.😤
