#IT WAS SO GOOD#pumpkin cream cheese muffin with crushed pumpkin seeds on top i love you#but also i have mild nut allergies that have shown to neutralize my adhd meds in the past#and my sudden fatigue + lack of motivation and focus lines up to abt 10 minutes after i ate the muffin#which is the same timeframe as it took for a pbj to do the same thing a few months ago

been eating so much granola with yoghurt this week
#x#bought a pack of mixed granola w chocolate chips and pumpkin seeds last weekend for some reason to have as a snack when i’m back from work#n it’s good. actually. i add a bit of honey to make it sweeter but i basically always go down later to have another small bowl lol#i’ve been having weird food issues recently to the point that even my dad is getting on my ass about it#n saying im gonna die in the next 10 years (🙄) if i don’t start eating so this is at least something to enjoy

made some butternut squash soup for lunches this week and roasted the seeds and they’re !! so good as always. i have almost eaten them all already while the soup is still bubbling away ..

we're going to have GROWN UP DINNER. I am making a SALAD. there will be CHAMPAGNE. it will be FANCY. we will be smoking WEED.
#its our one year anniversary hehehehe#apologies to anyone who one year ago today had to deal with my incessant posting about this beautiful amazing hilarious supportive#loving caring divine gorgeous angelic man that i love so so so much !!!!!!!#gonna marry that man. eventually. when we no longer live with his parents#im making a spinach salad with strawberries and pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries and goat feta and raspberry vinaigrette#and then one of those cracker barrel baked mac kits (because im lazy but theyre sooo good and quick but FEEL fancy)#and then for drinks we're having french 75's!! which are fantastic even if u dont have real champagne#(which we do from new years/xmas and just never popped it)#its basically a shot of gin a shot of lemon juice/simple syrup (or just lemonade) and topped with champagne (or just sparkling white wine)#its sooooo tasty#and we have like 3 types of gin so like 👀👀👀 we cna get creative#i have bombay raspberry/blackberry gin that would be soooo good with it#or hendricks amazonia that we got in the cancun airport#or just classic empress gin which is expensive but niiiice and its purple hehe#but so is the raspberry one hehe

Made some pumpkin bread :)
#the crumble on the outside and the middle is warm spices (specifically a Lebkuchen blend I bought at a spice store)#and brown sugar and sunflower seeds and chocolate chips#it’s very nice :)#I mostly made it to use the spice blend and make the house smell like fall#food#pumpkin#fall#pumpkin bread#baked goods#desserts
