during the same game, honk told yanan his back hurts, implying 'pls go easy on me in this game' and yanan replied 'i don't care' (and won)

also during yanan and honk match they ended up lowkey wrestling each other, holding hands and kino shouted 'this is not a date!'

when yeo one was making dalgona, he kinda flopped and pd did one to show him how to do it right. jinho came and seeing that piece of dalgona asked 'what is this trash?', when he was told pd made it he immidiately backtracked and started saying sorry

during decorate dorms mission, dorm a and b both had 100,000 won budget each for their daiso shopping spree. dorm b had jinho tell everyone they have a 20,000 won limit each thus creating a budget, while dorm a had 0 organization. they ended up throwing everything they liked into baskets, obviously they exceeded the budget. they couldn't decide what to buy so shinwon got impatient and said he's gonna pay for it all himself

during cooking contest mission some of them sneaked out to buy ramen and added the seasonings to their dishes to fix the taste, also making it spicy knowing yuto can't handle it

Top 10 shows

1. Cherry Magic

This. I was so not expecting to be so invested in this drama, but it quickly became one of my favorite dramas ever. It constantly gave me serotonin and it was so well executed too 😭 I absolutely adore Eiji's and Keita's acting, they did such a good job, that even if I watched without subs I could understand the characters’ emotions, they conveyed them so well! Amazing. Stunning. I love it so much😭❤️

2. The Untamed

I watched it bc my friend dared me to, but oh wow, it is worth all the praise I heard about it. I got so attached to the characters, it's truly an amazing show. And don't even get me started with Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo, bc– oh well, I just fell for this series bc how can you not. Can't believe I only got to watch it this year, I need to rewatch it soon too, I miss it ;-;

3. 2gether/Still2gether

I was so excited when I heard about it first coming out! I thought it would be a lot more of a fake dating au then it actually was BUT I enjoyed it a lot ❤️ Especially Still2gether was just pure fun to watch and I couldn't get enough of it. Plus, it got my creative juices to flow (even if I still haven't written much for recently, oh well)

4. Gameboys

This! The way the story was told using the pandemic as an opportunity for new type of storytelling rather than a limiting factor... Plus I liked it a lot and was low-key crying when they finally met ;u;

5. Where Your Eyes Linger

I miss Han Gichan every minute of my life, ngl. And I got to watch produce bc of him too, and here I am obsessed with K-pop now. Thanks Gichan. But the drama itself is just lovely, too short for my liking, but definitely played on my heartstrings ❤️

6. Pearl Next Door

I'm happy to see my girl Pearl have some time to shine! I'm so in love with Adrianna look at her she's so beautiful how This series can be a little silly at times, but I'm genuinely curious how it's gonna pan out. Also love me some good gl series, I don't have enough of it usually.

7. My Engineer

I started daydreaming about ramking recently and oh boy do I miss them. I know we're getting s2, but wHEN is the question. This was a cute series too, definitely wasn't expecting it to take over my life.

8. Life Senjou no Bokura

I've seen the drama and I've read the manga and you know, there's something about japanese bls that gets me. I adored the parts that they added in the drama so much and the story is so good ;u; This has the angst and the fluff and is kinda short but totally worth it!

9. He's Coming To Me

I genuinely think it's one of my favorite thai dramas ever. The plot isn't conventional and concept is intriguing as well. It made me fell in love with Singto, too~ 

10. Road to Kingdom

This... Is not a drama, and I hate mnet and I hate survival shows, and I hate that they made this a survival show (hopefully Kingdom won't be tho) but oh the performances. The performances were so good I couldn't stop watching. Idk if I'd recommend watching the whole thing bUT the performances are on yt so I recommend to check them out! (especially 'Danger' by tbz and 'Kill This Love' by ptg & onf ❤️)

Stan Talent, Stan Pentagon

So many reasons to stan Pentagon:

1. Self-Produced

They just have a ton of talented songwriters in here! Cube is popular for self-produced idols after all, like BtoB, another super talented group.

Hui is a composer-producer, not really a secret because he’s well-known as a genius as he also composed hit songs for other popular groups (such as Energetic by Wanna One)

Kino and Wooseok wrote a lot of songs in their albums too, including some of my favorites Spring Snow (Kino) and Nostalgia (Wooseok). Kino also wrote their special single Eternal Flame. Wooseok had a big contribution in writing my absolute favorite, Daisy (but mostly written by Hui), and honestly his songwriting talent seems to be underrated.

Jinho has also composed a few and helped write a lot. Yuto also composed songs (aside from his rap lines), one song being Camella that a lot of “unis” love. *Universe/Unis = fandom name

Both Kino and Yuto have their own soundclouds for the songs they write/produce.

Yeo One composed his own solo songs (yes, even as rookies, they were already composing), and they’re actually so good. 

Also, in general, they are so creative in their songs and performances. Example: their Road To Kingdom performances, and also their super fun b-sides like Round 1 and Round 2!

My personal favorites: Obviously the genius Hui, Wooseok (I love him so much!), and Kino (such a talented person)

2. Vocal Kings

Their main vocals (Hui and Jinho) are absolutely top-tier vocalists, two of the strongest ones in the kpop world (imo).

Jinho was LITERALLY a vocal coach of kpop stars. Incredible vocal range.

Their lead vocals Hongseok (actually now a main vocal) and Yeo One are potential main vocals! And their sub-vocals, Kino (honestly surprised he was a sub-vocal cause he’s waaaay too good to be sub!), Yan An and Shinwon, are on par or better than other groups’ lead vocals, imo.

Vocal kings of harmonization. I love it so much, they sound so good! They take after their sunbaes BtoB, the OG harmonization kings. (Song references: You Are, and Shine acapella version).

Wooseok and Yuto’s rap are also so good! Honestly, I go crazy sometimes, especially with Wooseok’s delivery.

Edit, random trivia: I actually found out Wooseok auditioned in Cube as a vocalist and a model. Thank God, he discovered his talent in rapping later on, because dang, this guy is SICK. His rap touches my heart. He is proof that the basis of what a good rapper is doesn’t need to be about how fast you can say your words.

My personal favorites: Hui, Jinho, and Yeo One (what a beautiful voice, and he’s so good and stable live, halp huhu, totally underrated), Wooseok’s rap (I’m a big fan, my eyes are filled with hearts)

3. Musical ability (in general) and Dance

Being composers/producers, they have a good understanding of music theory and techniques, especially for Hui (obviously, the genius), Jinho (as a vocal coach) and Kino (I think).

Musical Instruments: Almost all of them (except for Hongseok) plays musical instruments

Piano: Hui, Jinho, Kino, Shinwon - I have to make a special note here. These guys can really play. They’re not the type to say they play the piano but only press a few chords here and there a bit and sing a song. They play their keys!

Guitar: Yuto (he is really good! he posts electric guitar covers on Twitter), Wooseok, Jinho, Hui, Yeo One, Shinwon

Erhu (Chinese traditional instrument): Yan An - studied it for 10 years. Haha! This is so unique, I’ve never seen him play it, and it’s not exactly a useful instrument to have for kpop music, but I love it!

Edit: I also found out Wooseok can play the violin. Not only that, he’s won a violin competition.. I couldn’t believe it! Violin it’s such a hard instrument. It’s not easy to be good at violin, let alone win a violin competition. Wooseok really surprises me with the musical talent he has sometimes.

Dance: Quite obvious as a kpop idol group, even though admittedly they aren’t exactly the best as a whole group. 

But anyway, Kino is the main dancer. (Also known for being such a good dancer of girl group songs. Hihi cute)

Lead dancers: Hui, Yuto, Yeo One

Apparently, Kino is also the choreographer! I think he was the main choreographer for Daisy. (Don’t @ me, I’m not sure. But in general, yes, he does choreograph for the group.)

My personal favorites: Kino, Hui - this also includes stage presence.

4. Visuals

Their official visual is Yan An. (Pentagon is whipped for Yanan, btw.)

Other unofficial visuals, at least in my book: Yuto, Hongseok, Yeo One, Kino (but tbf, as a well-loved idol group, everyone becomes an unofficial visual)

Shinwon was actually a legit model before being an idol, and he became viral for being “the handsome part-timer” at a cafe Exo went to.

Men’s Health Korea models (YES, ACTUAL MEN’S HEALTH COVER BOYS aka gym freaks): Hongseok, Yeo One. *PS: I have a feeling Yuto will also be on there soon, one of these days

Let me just reiterate though that while Hongseok is known for his muscles, he more than his abs. He’s smart, funny, and talented, as you can see in this whole post. So yeah, basically, please don’t objectify him.

My personal favorites: Yuto (the reason why I checked Pentagon out in the first place! my heart went deugun deugun), Hongseok (what a great face, beautiful eyes), Yeo One (cutie), Kino (very very pretty face)

5. Other talents

Acting

Literally THREE of them are musical theatre actors, and all were actually the main characters in their respective musicals: Jinho (already a theatre sunbae), Hui and Yeo One. Honestly, this shows both acting skills and strong vocal ability. (Imagine the strong vocal ability of the lead vocal, in PTG, Yeo One, a main character of a musical. It gives you an idea of how good the vocal line up is.)

I think some of them had some acting in dramas, like Hongseok and Yeo One

Update: Yanan and Wooseok are also on dramas/will be on dramas now. That makes almost everybody in Pentagon (still waiting for Yuto and Shinwon) an actor.

Randoms

Hongseok, Jinho and Kino speaks three languages pretty comfortably: Hongseok/Jinho (Korean, English, Chinese), Kino (Korean, English, Japanese) ---not super fluent but able to have good conversations. And foreigners Yanan (Korean, Chinese), and Yuto (Korean, Japanese) are obviously fluent bilinguals.

Kino drew and painted the album art for WE:TH / daisy. He even gifted a painted version to Hui for his studio!

6. Personality

Let me start by saying Pentagon is a crazy group. They aren’t really kids but they are so chaotic. I love that they have no filter!

Even the leader, Hui, who’s not really young, is very chaotic! Hui is actually such a cutie pie. And also so funny, especially in their TMIs

Hongseok is so funny, so witty, and has absolutely no shame. I love it!

Shinwon is very witty, and is known to be the mood-maker of the group.

Yeo One is a little 4D. He’s like a messy kid and sometimes has his own world. :)) An absolute cutie!!!

Kino is the sweetest person ever! He never fails to tell Universe how much he appreciates us.

Jinho is known to be the kind and caring hyung they can depend on.

My personal favorites: Hongseok (hilarious and crazy, has me dying), Hui, Yeo One (ugghhhh super cute personality!), Kino also!!!

Overall: They have a bunch of all-rounders! (My personal favorite all-rounders: Hui, Kino, and Yeo One) They’re so talented and deserve a lot of recognition and support.

Hui is my bias and my ult, but I can’t decide who’s my next bias.

Update: I think Kino is my next bias, cause he’s just so good, so multi-talented! I can’t with this guy. I’m even considering adding him to my ult list.

But my gosh, Changgu is absolutely adorable. Wooseok talent. Huhu idk if second tier bias or...

***Not to be this obsessive OT10 fan, but I really like Dawn (formerly E’Dawn), so I’m writing his skills as well: Great composer (Shine, one of my faves huhu), such a great Rapper (he gets some amount of hate for his voice, but I actually really like it!), Main Dancer (what a good dancer tbh), and very unique personality. I love him, he’s so talented. (But anyway, even with him gone, Pentagon isn’t lacking! They’re still so great!)

RTK Round 1 (EP2/3) Evaluation:

ONEUS: I find it amazing that they chose such a difficult and serious message to convey. However the performance was a bit too messy in my eyes, for me there was too much going on and I partly didn't even get what exactly happened, so I'm unfortunately again not convinced of their performance ... Which is irritating because I usually love their performances (of their own songs) a lot.

TOO: Bruh that was great. The choreo seemed super strong, I really loved the team moves. But what I truly found the most impressive are their vocals here. The song choice was on point af because it showcased their vocal and dance skills. In general it had some really epic vibe to it, especially these sun-themed dance moves were absolutely stunning.

VERIVERY: So they srly did an "adult" version of mansae, that came unexpected. I liked how they transferred the boyish lovely concept to some uniform navy concept. Also they added such cool catchy scene with Kangmin. However I think they could have chosen another SVT song to better showcase their dancing skills (like clap or very nice). Also their usually great vocals weren't rly showcased either...So yeah, it was a nice stage, but sorta underwhelming for me.

Golcha: I was a bit sceptical before bcos I'm not so fond of the song, but dude that was amazing. It had sth ethereal and really calming, their performance definitely stood out a lot because the theme was not "in your face", but rather consumed the viewer with each second passing. It had sort of a majestic vibe and that was definitely unique.

ONF: HOLY SHIT. That was so dope. The mysterious and dark rearrangement in the first half of the performance, the outfits, singing, dance, everything was great. It also didn't feel too long (I felt other perfs were too long), it was just absolutely on point and I enjoyed this stage a whole lot.

Regarding only these 5 I've seen so far (I added the others below), TOO, Golcha and ONF were absolutely amazing. Also on a sidenote, it's incredible what TOO pulled off there, considering that they just debuted weeks ago. My reaction at them be like:

Pentagon: I found it cool af that they chose a rather unconventional group as their king of kpop, I felt pretty nostalgic right there. However for my personal taste that rearrangement was a bit too loud and too much. I rly liked their acting and expressions, that was very strong, but the choreo was kinda underwhelming. I felt like everything was a bit too focused on the acting stuff.

The Boyz: Ambitious song choice tho. What I found strange about this performance, was that it was rather a ... "stunt show" with risky athletic moves than a music performance. I mean, it definitely was stunning, but for me that theatrical musical show elements were a bit too much. Maybe I'm too oldschool for this hahahaha but somehow it wasn't my cup of tea. I found it good tho. But for my personal taste not as good as others. If I had seen this in another context, MAMA or KCON for example, I'd loved it. But in that context here I found it a bit over the top.

So my personal overall ranking for this round would be: 1. GolCha - 2. TOO - 3. ONF - 4. THE BOYZ - 5. PTG - 6. VERIVERY - 7. ONEUS

DETAILS

Though she received an extensive education in basically everything, Ariela always gravitated towards music and language. She picked up a new song or instrument far easier than a new language but still, she enjoyed talking to people from an extremely young age. She especially liked talking to foreign dignitaries and confusing them with kid babble. It was extremely fun for someone who was stuck house bound around a bunch of government offices all the time.

The people that kidnapped Ariela when she was 13 weren’t particularly cruel nor particularly kind. They just...were. That was probably mostly due to the acts of one singular man among the band of criminals. During her time with them Ariela had been subjected to lewd remarks and idle threats that probably would have become a reality had that one man not been there to make sure she remained unharmed and calm. He was nice to her where the others weren’t. He made sure she didn’t go hungry and had someone to talk to. He reassured her that things were going to be okay, despite he and his friends making things ‘not okay’. Maybe that was the reason why she didn’t take the experience nearly as badly as her father did. Maybe that’s why she’s of the opinion that everyone’s redeemable, to a point. Everyone deserves to be free of judgement, to a point. Maybe that’s why she’s friends with so many north of the law nowadays. 

After all this time they still haven’t entirely figured out who was behind the kidnapping and the ransom. It could have been one of the very many gangs in the city, or it could have been the result of some foreign meddling only enacted through the arm of said gangs. All Ariela’s father knew was that he had to get his daughter back. As soon as he was able to he put the money through, he did despite many advisors telling him that it would make him look weak or that in doing so it only went to show that these types of crimes would get the exact end result the perpetrators wanted.

Instead of PTSD, as a victim of a kidnapping might be expected to have, Ariela experienced PTG- post traumatic growth. She swung all the way to the other extreme of the pendulum. Instead of falling victim to the fact that she had a traumatic experience she might never recover from, she instead vehemently decided that what she experienced would never happen to her again. She refused to go down the same road twice. On the outside it may have seemed like she was all smiles, but in reality she was hardening herself in preparation for protecting her own freedom to the death.  

During her travels Ariela mostly busked or bar-tended for cash. She nannied for a good year and was rather good at it! She also had a brief flirtation with being a call girl, but she was always better at the conversation and the listening over the sex part. 

Despite her poppy personality, Ariela’s singing voice is oddly haunting and mature. It doesn’t quite seem to match her.

Ariela suffers from a consistently short attention span. Not because she gets bored easily, but rather there are too many things going on that she wants to stick her nose into. Sometimes she gets extremely bad FOMO.

if you love jinyoung's voice (which, everyone should, he's also an incredible dancer), you should definitely check out his first solo release dive! one of my favorite got7 solo releases, and it's a little more pop rock. he's also an actor, and most recently starred in the crime drama devil judge (which i definitely recommend) and in the drama he is psychometric!

Seperti yang dijadualkan MT UMNO mengadakan perjumpaannya hari ini. Gembar gembor bahawa UMNO akan sertai Bersatu bersama2 PAS dan beberapa buah perti lain di bawah pimpinan Dr.M akan tubuh Pakatan Nasional(PN) hanya merupakan khabar angin saja rupanya. Sebaliknya Lokman Adam, yang merupakan penyokong tegar Najib Abdul Razak, telah dipecat daripada Umno oleh MT UMNO hari ini. Perkara itu disahkan oleh dua peserta mesyuarat yang diadakan pada petang tadi. Sumber yang menghadiri mesyuarat itu berkata peserta tidak dibenarkan bercakap mengenai pemecatan itu secara terbuka kerana setiausaha parti Annuar Musa mesti memberitahu Lokman tentang perkara itu secara bertulis terlebih dahulu. 1) Kita akan tengok apa yang jadi dalam PRU15, siapa yang khianat PH dan masuk PN akan di tolak rakyat. 2) Siapa yang masuk PN, akan terpaksa carry political baggage rakan-rakan parti masing. Jadi PN terpaksa carry political baggage Zahid hamidi misalnya dan PAS dengan UlarMerc dan bonus diri sendiri 50K 3) Apa yang akan terjadi pada existing case rasuah Zahid? dia dah kena slap 87 pertuduhan dan bukan senang-senang DPP nak tarik balik pertuduhan kalau dah masuk kat dalam mahkamah. Semua benda ada prosidur dia expecially Mahkamah kita, ini bukan Mahkamah Kangaroo zaman Najib. 4) PKR-Pro DSAI, Amanah, DAP mungkin jadi pembangkang, but that is fine; mereka ini hidup berprinsip. Dengan half reform yang dah di capai dalam masa hampir 2 tahun, it is a good improvement dari BN yang menang PRU14 tempoh hari. No GST, SST boleh cover nilat GST, 18% tolls reductions, harga minyak stabil, Elektrik tak naik, Fredom index naik, kes rasuah banyak di siasat. Room for improvement? Yes. Worst than BN? hell no. 5) Even kalau PN jadi, susunan menteri-menteri kabinet akan jadi haywire. Dan bila2 masa sahaja colliation tu boleh ranap sebab mereka tiada moral ground yang stick them in the first place. Hidup akan sentiasa buruk sangka dan tidak tenang sebab tidak qanaah. 6) Itu belum masuk part nak bertanding PRU15, ingat seat bersatu, PAS dan UMNO akan tertumpu pada kerusi yang sama. Bab kerusi ini jangan main2, yang PAS kalah bertanding 10 kali pun dia akan kata kerusi tradisi depa, good luck negotiating with lebai 7) Truth to be told, PN tak cukup nombor, as simple as that. Paling kuat pun separuh dari bersatu, separuh umno, GPS dan PAS. Sebab itu depa hanya buat pre-emptive stike; ala macam pukul-pukul angin tapi buah silat semuanya sumbang.

8) Betul hari itu Tuan Guru Hadi ada berjumpa dengan Tun di rumah Tun; tapi kita sepatutnya have a litte faith. Perempuan kalau sibuk bertandang rumah laki orang bukan perempuan yang baik especially isteri orang ; dan yang jalang adalah perempuan tadi; laki orang tu mungkin menyambut & hormat tetamu. Itu beza orang yang ada Qaanah ( cukup pada apa yang Allah bagi) dan yakin dengan Qada dan Qadar. Selagi depa tak berbunyi, kita nak bising buat apa? Kalau nak jadi kerjaan Pakatan Nasional, tetap akan jadi, tapi hidup bukan takat 3 tahun sahaja. PRU15 nanti kena hadap balik pengkhinatan terhadap rakyat. 10) Tapi yang paling kelakar motto Pakatan Nasional ini ialah hendak menubuhkan kerajaan solid melayu-Islam; sama macam yang di echo oleh mutfi utara. Cuma saya teringat kata-kata seorang sarjana parti agama Zuhdi Jentik yang nak buat kuasa politik melayu Islam sebelum PRU14, dengan dia sekali kena jentik PRU14. 11) Sebenarnya ini adalah kifarah untuk tuan guru hadi yang dulu kata Umno batil, thoghut dan tidak diredhai Allah ialah kerana Umno berjuang berdasarkan bangsa & nasionalisme. Tiba2 yang diperjuang bangsa dan nasionalisme itu di peluk erat setelah di kafirkan. Dan baru walaun nak peluk erat UMNO, terpaksa pula terima Bersatu dan Tun, betulah mereka ini tiada pendirian.  12) Itu belum masuk bab Speaker Dewan dari Amanan dan Timbalan Speaker dari DAP, kalau ada usul nak buat undi percaya agak-agaknya depa lulus kan? Lepas tu kena ingat undi percaya@vote of confidence ini serampang dua mata. Kalau tak cukup nombor sokongan silap2 boleh jadi vote of no confidence dan kes scenario terburuk ialah kena bubar parliman. Ingat Tun M nak bagi ke bubar parlimen sekarang dan riskokan bersatu kalah di semua seat marginal? Menulis tiada asas samalah dengan sembang nak bina apartment 10 tingkat tapi foundation tiada. Pembangkang ini kerja dia hanyalah ingin menimbulkan syakwasangka di kalangan penyokong PH dan tidak lebih dari khabar angin jadi bualan warga maya. - Mohd Mukhlis Mohd Sharif

The truth behind Rosmah's ambulance...

On Wednesday, the disgraced and former self-styled First Lady of Malaysia (Flom), Rosmah Mansor, swooped into the High Court complex five minutes before her trial was to begin. She turned up in a mini-convoy with an ambulance, its lights flashing, occupying a prominent third place in her motorcade. Such drama! The only other person I know who has an ambulance as part of his motorcade is US President Donald Trump. Potus' (President of the United States) ambulance is reserved to treat injuries he might incur in an attack, a car crash or biological event, and is at the rear of the motorcade. Rosmah's ambulance serves another purpose. Whether or not the services of the paramedics are needed, the image of the flashing ambulance is crucial as it helps to convey a message to her supporters and the wider public. It portrays her as a sick woman who has been forced to attend court despite the severity of her illness. In other words, poor Rosmah is the victim of an unjust court. If Rosmah's fondness for singing karaoke is legendary, then play-acting is a close second. Having ignored the suggestions of High Court judge Mohamed Zaini Mazlan to use a wheelchair to ease her discomfort, Rosmah slowly climbed the stairs, unaided, occasionally clinging on to the railings and at times being supported by an aide. Her face was contorted with pain, real or imagined, we will never know. This shuffling image contrasts sharply with previous years' video footage showing her agility on her overseas travels, leading Malaysian delegations, giving talks, officiating at Islamic fashion shows and naturally her favourite pastime, shopping. Whether Rosmah had used a wheelchair, had to seek emergency treatment in her personal ambulance or had to cling to her aides for support is irrelevant.

The ambulance on standby is part of her propaganda machinery. We are meant to see her catching her breath and struggling up the stairs. The images are calculated to shift public opinion, which in Rosmah's case is to gain our sympathy and turn them against the authorities, or the court, or both. It is to reinforce the belief that she is being persecuted. Malaysians mudah lupa (easily forget). They may have not remembered the debacle on Monday when judge Mohamed Zaini was clearly irritated that Rosmah had messed-up the court's schedule. He may have been conscious that the rakyat would turn on the judiciary for being soft on her as both Rosmah and her husband, the disgraced former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak, have previously abused their medical certificates (MCs) to delay their trials. The laundry list of ailments presented on Monday claimed that Rosmah suffered from dodgy knees and dizzy spells. So why didn't she ditch her platform sandals and use flat shoes? If she had truly been ill, she would have ridden in the ambulance. Yesterday, I was warned on social media by pro-Rosmah supporters to back-off and give her a break. Why should I or anyone else? She did not give the rakyat a break. Rosmah is taking the court for a ride, and this not to be dismissed as a minor issue. When her husband was the PM, it was alleged that she wielded more power than him. Today, she still wields power and can manipulate the courts. The judges, lawyers and court official probably have long protracted discussions, wasting time and the rakyat's money, wondering if she will turn up at court or not. Rosmah's absence does not damage her, but the reputation of the judiciary will be further tainted. A father who steals a tin of milk powder to feed his children is held on remand and made to appear in court, to determine his guilt or otherwise. Rosmah twists the judiciary round her pudgy finger. Despite the hundreds of millions of ringgits involved in her corruption, Rosmah is free as a bird to evade court.

The nation needs desperately to overhaul its judicial system and shed its previous image of a two-tiered system of justice, where one law exists for the "haves" and another, for the "have-nots". Getting rid of the previous Umno-Baru regime means that the MACC and police are now overworked, pursuing the corrupt. This would not have happened if Najib had won GE-14. Don't forget that the nation has other issues, like education, the environment and extremism, to correct. So what does Rosmah want? Naturally, she wants our sympathy but more importantly, she wants to buy time. Rosmah (and corrupt Umno-Baru politicians impending court cases) will try to delay their trials and the judgments until GE-15. They will attempt to redeploy their old Umno-Baru tactics and use their new bed-fellow, PAS, to defeat Pakatan Harapan. If the Umno-Baru-PAS-BN coalition returns to power, they will erase all of Najib's and Rosmah's corruption charges and release them from prison if they have been jailed. Many of you are disappointed with Pakatan (who isn't?) and have threatened to vote Umno-Baru/PAS/BN at GE-15. It's not just Rosmah who needs more time. Don't dismiss Rosmah's court delays as a small matter. When she plays hide-and-seek with the courts, the wrong messages are sent out to the electorate and more importantly, to our young. They will think that MCs can be continually abused and that crime does pay. Act in haste at GE-15, and a returning Najib will be merciless. You will regret that you had not weighed your options with more care. Unlike Rosmah, the nation does not have an ambulance trailing it to give it CPR. GE-15 is a heartbeat away! - Mariam Mokhtar
