some pretty rough and bad sketches for some designs for a persona au? i also doodled a couple others but they need more cleanups than these guys do. which granted they still need a lot of cleanup. uhhhh notes under the cut for some stuff

i have the least to say about trucy. um i think her design needs the least touchups and thats only partially because drawing her was really easy with her canon design already being somewhat within the realm of persona designs. her arcana is the magician (obviously) and her persona is hermes !! idk why but it felt very fitting for her immediately. idk it might be a combination of both epics take on hermes being very silly and trucy acting as a sort of messenger sometimes to give people fake evidence. its ok guys it wasnt her fault shes literally a kid. honestly shes the only one ive decided on a persona for dfvgfedf. as for role in the party i think shed be garbage with physical stuff but have a very high magic stat because. magician !! as for what magic uhhh ill put a hesitant curse or wind. she could be either of those really.

athena i think would be the navigator. i just think it makes sense for her with her whole thing being about psychology and the general nature of palaces it seems fitting shed have that role. but while i think shed fill a similar role to futaba in being a navigator i think she would absolutely still be a party member because i cant imagine athena NOT being a party member. let the girl kill!!! i think shed mostly do physical damage and her magic type would be psychic obviously. i realize this is a haru ass build but whatever. also her arcana is strength. i considered some others but like come on shes strength. also while i was trying to come up with a persona for her i briefly realized i could just. take a pre existing persona and change their arcana TO strength instead of just working with personas that are already strength. and i was thinking of maybe giving her aphrodite? because i COMPLETELY forgot sex was a thing and was like "yeah aphrodite is about love and emotion and athenas got a lot of emphasis placed on her ability to hear others emotions and shes a psychologist so thats fitting also i cant give her athena as a persona obviously and ares isnt too fitting for her either but i remember hearing aphrodite at one point did have some association to war like athena and ares? and i was like YES aphrodite is a great choice. then i remembered the sex part and was like oh hm maybe not? but i might give her aphrodite anyways i just hope people like. get the actual reason why i think she should have aphrodite and dont just assume things. unfortunately i hate her design soooo much here i need to redo it or find some good inspiration

and nahyuta hasnt actually changed uh. much at all since my initial sketches for this au like a year ago. his arcana is the hierophant and his persona is uh. i havent actually decided yet sorry. lmk if yall have any good ideas though!! i do have a rough idea for his moveset, because i think he should have bless magic (because of course, maybe you could mix in some curse too for funsies but im worried about stepping on akechis toes too much with nahyuta dfvbgfd) obviously, and i think he could also be support. i dont think hed be much of a healer but have things like stat buffs and debuffs instead? so things like matarukaja and elec break for example. also for a vague concept of his role in the story, i think he might have a similar role to akechi, albeit probably not a villain really? my idea is that hed be working on his own in the metaverse, and eventually joins the main party because they share similar goals and its safer to work with others in the metaverse anyways. but hes probably slow to actually become part of the group in terms of like. being friends with them fbfrerfg. thats also why his design is sort of different in color palette from everyone else? all the others very mainly feature black in their designs while hes mostly white and gold. i think itd be cool for him to get a costume change at some point to fit in with them better, maybe make his scarf black? idk. also completely accidental but in my rough apollo sketches i gave him a similarish scarf and i think thats a funny similarity. i think nahyuta and apollo would hate each others guts. idk im trying to make designs cohesive like again you cant see it here but i tried to have trucy and apollo share a lot of design elements and i accidentally gave apollo and nahyuta similar scarfs and all the gang has black on their designs etc etc. im trying to make connections but im not all that good at character design so. its a struggle. but we stay silly.

alright, starting this year off with a bang.

One of the most progressive things you can do is teach your children about marginalized people.

im saying this as somebody who was ALWAYS 1 of 3-4 black kids in classes as large as 30, when i tell you, i was touched without permission, asked invasive questions, and more? I've seen kids pull squinty eyes at Korean children and "whisper" (they were loud af) about visibly disabled kids.

if you're thinking "MY kid/sibling wouldn't act like that! they know better!" your kids dont know SHIT until you teach them.

looking back, none of these kids were being xenophobic on purpose, they were naive and curious, despite this their words and actions still hurt people.

if you plan on putting your kids in ANY situation where they might be around people that are different than them(school) you should be teaching them not to be a bigot about it. period. and its never too early, studies show that children begin to understand racial stereotypes around ages 2-5 & racial prejudice can develop in the early school-age period (ages 5-8 years) [source]. also, everything that i mentioned happened between 1st & 3rd grade.

TW: Mentions of Abuse, Torture, Abdonment, and Death.

Born in Tunbridge Wells as the result of an unfortunate but passion filled post 1st wizarding war one night stand, to fathers, Flirty, Rebellious, and Smooth Aruor in training Sirius Orion Black (AMAB), and Inquisitive, stern, and burnt out Child Psychologist Leo George Maccallan (FTM) Dina, originally named Idina Stells Black-Maccallan, came to be.

Despite their situation, the two men tried their best to raise the girl together in what they had collected of themselves after the war, along with the money Leo made working as a child psychologist in london. The two, despite being significantly grief striken after the passing of their friends Lily Evans and James Potter, attempted to give Dina the best life possible, each coming from broken homes themselves. Leo having lost his parents at age 13 to a home break in turned murder, and having spent most of his teenage years with his abusive death eater uncle. and Sirius having been disowned at 16 by his mother and father and having couch hopped since than from place to place.

But shortly after Dina's turned 2, Sirius was arrested on suspicion of several 2nd degree murder charges in a local muggle village, in correlation with recent fraternization with the dark lord. Leo, suspecting foul play given the blurry details of Lily and James's death, decided to flee the country to Quebèc Canada in order to prioritize his own safety, where he picked back up his practice in developmental child psychology in a local muggle town called Trois-Rivières.

Unfortunately for a young, now 3 year old Dina, Leo figured the fast paced and dangerous move would be too traumatizing and decided to leave her on the doorstep of her grandmother and Leo's mother in law, Walburga Black. In the hopes the woman would agree to raise the young girl in place of her own parents. Giving Dina the opportunity to attend Hogwarts and have a semi normal life.

Reluctantly, she was welcomed into the home on the condition that Leo agreed never to send letters or attempt to get back in touch with her ever again. Leaving her raising completely up to the discretion of Orion and Walburga. Leo, fearful of the circumstances that await him or his daughter if whomever was after former members of the order found him or her, agreed. From then on, Dina was raised nurtured and mothered by her paternal grandmother, who, despite a slight aversion to Dina's half blood identity, kept up her end of the bargin, keeping Dina fed, warm, and relatively safe.

As she grew, Walburga attempted to raise a good, stern, disaplined child, as she had always hoped Sirius might be. Viewing the unfortunate nature of Leo's quick departure as an opportunity to redo her parenting challenges over again. This time successfully.

And though Dina was no slovenly family disappointment with a desire to antagonize Walburga and run off to fraternize with unlikeable people, as her father had once down in the eyes of her grandmother. She was no highborn pearly white lady. And eventually, Dina ended up in relatively the same position as Sirius. Constantly fighting her grandmother on every matter. Rather it was the style that her messy curls sat in, or the cut of her dress, down to the way she smiled in front of guests at expensive suppers.

That was of course, when she saw her grandparents, because, despite living in the house with Walburga and Orion, Dina didn't actually have any real solidified parental connections, as her grandmother was always away at pureblood charity events she wasnt premitted to attend, and her Grandfather worked a fast paced job as an accountant for the ministry that took up the majority of his time. Leaving her alone in the empty manor without even a house elf to occupy her time, and with ample time to explore the manors lush gardens full of different plants and herbs, Dina discovered she liked creating potion recipes that she documented inside a small notebook of hers with the help of dusty and outdated potions textbooks belonging to her late uncle Regulus that she had found in the attic.

Walburga, witnessing her granddaughters talent, Owl'd professor Severus Snape, the potions professor at Hogwarts, immediately. Spitting words a mile a minute about the tales of her granddaughters abilities and possible genius. demanding he tutor her ASAP to make the best of her gift. Snape, seeing potential in the girl, agreed to do so on the condition that she was truly serious about her interest in potions, as he intended to work her hard.

Thus, Dina began her mentorship under Snape, which extended to a classroom when she began her education at Hogwarts, a place full of fresher ingredients not hand picked from the comparatively measly garden of 12 grimmauld place. she spent long, tiring, and tedious days chopping, collecting, cataloging, and grinding herbs. Than as she learned to adapt to labour, eventually Snape helped her to tweak each recipe she had once comprised to be written correctly to create soild potions, than by her 3rd year, how to brew, settle, and cataloge them each properly. And before long, after successfully brewing a handy solution for stress migraines, she had written at age 10 during a sunny Saturday and distributing it to an exhausted and achey 5th year boy during his O.W.L exams. the new hot word on the street was that Dina Black was a potions prodigy. Dina quickly learned by the hand of Snape to brew more and more advanced potions. And could practically whip up anything in a matter of hours by request. Which she used to gain sutible favor with her peers, who had otherwise thought she was rather odd, being so close to Hogwarts' least favorite cranky professor. But now, people flocked to her to gain advantages from her talent, if they needed anything from a fake sickness brew, to a sleeping drought, down to a simple love potion, she guaranteed they could have it.

In the late months of her 3rd year, during a crisp rainy night walk to collect pussywillows by the black lake for a menstrual cramp potion, Dina met Percy Wealsey. Initially finding the Gryffindor head boy's pompous personality a little bit jarring as he scolded her about her late night escapades and the importance of a good night's sleep. Though it seemed Dina came around to his authoritative disposition and even found it alurring. Giving the boy a piece of sweet honeysuckle bread that had been baked for her by a hufflepuff boy in exchange for a remedy she brewed him for stinky feet, along with a smile and an offer to sit with her under the stars. And it wasn't long before the two became quick friends, no potion necessary, the two sharing a mutual understanding about the unfairness of life. And even sooner, the two became inseparable. Dina finally had a true friend in this world who didn't want her for her potions expertise. And by extension, she gained new friends through Percy's alibet small, band of misfits.

In the spring of Dina's 5th year, to her shock and eventual dispair, she recieved unfortunate news via Owl that her grandmother Walburga had passed away in her sleep from unknown causes, and her Grandfather Orion had left the country without another word to compensate for his dispair. Not even leaving a letter to Dina to suggest he cared to know how she was doing about the situation. Thus, as a minor, she became professor Snapes "problem" as the minstry put it. And guardianship of her and her subsequent very large inherentence was immediately transferred to him until her 19th birthday, when she could access the fortune her grandparents had left for her and her only living relative Nymphadora tonks, whom she'd never even met.

By the time Dina was in her 6th year, and had gained significant traction with her peers as a result of her love for Potions. Harry potter had also found and embraced his quick claim to fame, to the disdain of Dina, who hated the lad and thought he was rather selfish and entitled. And with his reign of worship, Harry brought Dolores Umbridge, a local, less than complimentary member of the ministry of magic. Who Dina discovered hated her guts with a burning passion.

Dolores made claims that Dina was, for a member of such an esteemed family, unfocused, unmotivated, unladylike, and exactly like the pathetic man who had fathered her. Umbridge's disdain for Sirius extended beyond snickering at the unfortunate nature of his arrest, shivering at the mention of his name, or even, the most average reaction as of late, which was bringing up the truth of his own hogwarts legacy. Umbridge took her hatred a step furthur, with the antagonistic torture of Dina, day in and day out. Umbridge made it her personal mission to make Dina remember her 5th year, keeping her awake into the night with back breaking dententions than publicly humiliating her in class for dozing off, crude comments about Dina's appearance, laugh, promiscuity, fashion sense, and classwork, sending her to fetch things in the muddy rain, spending weeks locked in her room without suppee, punishing her now boyfriend Percy, the school goody two shoes, for doing absolutely nothing, just to piss Dina off, and eventually subjecting her to repeated use of the blood quill on just about every surface of her body.

And as a result of all the stress and emotional repression she faced for months at a time, Dina adapted a severe obscurus, leading to a emotional and very dangerous break down in the grand hall of hogwarts, where she severely injured several of her peers and herself, which led to her eventual hospitalization at St. Mungos in May of her 6th year. Where, after her recovery 8 months later, in January of her 7th year, she was ordered to cease her mentorship with Professor Snape and focus on relieving any significantly stressful aspects of her daily routine, permanently effected by her new affliction.

As a result of her new found fear of her obscurus and of Professor Umbridge, she did not return to Hogwarts to graduate and instead took up a job as a cataloging assistant for the minstrys library, as a favor from Percy. Where she works to rebuild her strength and esteem in herself with the help of the love of her life, who supports her every step of the way. But in 1997, during the death eaters invasion of the minstry, Dina was captured by Barty Crouch Jr during a raid, where she was harshly interrogated with intense demands to disclose her biological fathers whereabouts, since his prison escape in Dina's 5th year.

There, she is subjected to traumatizing endeavors daily and spends her nights as a prisoner of both Lord voldemort and her obscurus. Transitioning between self harm caused by scrapes, scratches, rashes, brushes, cuts, and welts caused by the obscurus's desire to take over and cause debilitating insanity, and lashings, curses, busted lips, broken body parts, dehydration and starvation as a result of the death eaters cruel games for control.

After 2 years of traumatizing interrogation, she is found, albeit beaten, dirtied, and broken, during an attempt from the order to find and save her former classmate Luna Lovegood who was captured several months after Dina by Fenrir Greyback. Where Neville Longbottom, a childhood friend of hers, helps to bring Dina to the orders safe house at 12 grimmauld place where she is given room to recover from the entire ordeal under the protection of Dumbledores army. There, she finally comes face to face, thanks to a now shaken and Anti-Ministry Percy, with teary eyed news of Snapes death and the details of what he disclosed during his final moments. Including words spoken about Dina's location at Malfoy Manor and what time was best to strike and bring her to safety. However the positives of the situation may appear. Dina, in her attempt at recovery, is forced to come to terms with the reality that her mentor and father figure is gone. And did not get an opportunity to see the wars end.

Soon after, she and Percy decide, shaken up from the trauma of her long and tiresome isolation at Malfoy manor, to follow in Bill's footsteps and get married, in case something happens to one of them again before the war ends. And after a small but comforting wedding, in her childhood home of 12 grimmauld place, the two are one, and Percy Weasley becomes Percy Black.

Finally, when the war is over, and all is done. As Dina and Percy recover from the trauma of the entire experience together and catch their breath, they decide, with Percy having no desire to rekindle any connections with his family, after numerous altercations resulting in a practically nonexistent relationship, and Snape, being the closest thing Dina had left to family, having passed himself in 1998. The two decide to move to Wales into a small humble sea side house they purchase with Dina's inheritance. Where they shortly after settle down and have triplet daughters whom they name Ally, Penny, and Madeline.

Percy, having made up his mind about the ministry of magic during the last moments of the war, deciding to stay closer to home to take care of his new daughters, taking up a postion at the local library as a librarian. Dina runs, and quickly gets elected as assistant minister to newly elected Minister of magic Kingsley Shaklebolt, where she begins to assist in cleaning up the remnants of the war and helping people get back to normal.

There, she searches in the minstry archives where she discovers Leo's telephone number. And alibetly reluctantly gives him a call, hoping that finally, they can reconnect and make things right. And soon after, Leo travels to Wales to meet his granddaughters and his now 24 year old daughter. And is able to form a connection with his family. And even teach Dina about her Latina culture, his side of the family, how to cook his mothers and grandmothers traditional dishes, and how to speak Spanish. which she immediately teaches how the girls to speak.

And even Professor Snape admits, he doesn't seem interested in getting involved in my self-discovery. He claims he never paid enough attention to Leo when he spoke Spanish as a lad to teach me, and he figures it'd be a bother from my studies anyways. So I just play along with their game and just pretend i'm not Latina❞ - Dina Black

Max isn't going to understand reid, spencer needs someone who is creative and doesn't see things in black and white, someone who will listen to him ramble and ask questions, someone who will understand his emotions and help him communicate his feelings, someone who isn't uptight, a scientist or profiler, I think spencer would fit perfectly with an artist, or psychologist, or even an author

but i fs agree i feel like i wish we had gotten to see more of maeve bc i would have loved to see how they interact and what their relationship couldve been like and the writers did him DIRTY with that

but i also think the relationship was totally one sided like spencer loved maeve wayyy more than she loved him

i would LOVE to see him w someone creative like that bc i feel like he just needs a lil fun and light in his life like he needs someone removed from the sciencey side of things and as someone who is in school to be a therapist i also agree that a psychologist would be great for him (i am delusional lol)

I literally do not understand why transmeds tend to be against teens transitioning. If you get why dysphoria is really that serious why deny a teen treatment? Y'all super adamant about needing dysphoria (I agree on this part) but also like no cure for you though. Only treatment for adults. Like it would be one thing to be against informed consent for teens, but like with genuine proper diagnosing (not some hack talking to them for an hour, meaning no trenders getting this) (though tbh only letting straight trans teens transition might help decrease regret rate as like I have yet to see a trender claim to be a straight man). Also transphobes against teens transitioning usually dont want adults to either, they'll always push the number higher if they could. 25 for brain development, but I guarantee if they got to that they'd say more time to experience after hitting full brain development. You're never old enough to know but also later is too old anyway. Also, genuinely curious as to what resource you say they should get as literally nothing other than transition helped my mental health in any way. It's not like a therapist hits you and the head with a wand and you feel better. It's not like talking about anything can solve these issues.

Eh… like I’ve said before. It’s a situation that requires some nuance, but overall the rule should be no minors transitioning, but perhaps with some exceptions. Of course dysphoria is a bitch, but there are ways to help trans kids and teens that aren’t immediately jumping to the medical side of things.

I’m against puberty blockers for trans kids wholesale because frankly they just cause more problems than they solve, ethical issues nonwithstanding. But I also don’t necessarily see a problem with a 16/17 year old starting HRT, given that they’ve had persistent dysphoria since childhood and have cleared it with a doctor and a psychologist.

It is definitely annoying that both sides seem to want this to be a black and white issue when it’s not. However, the fact that transphobes will use any kind of medical mistreatment of (potentially) trans minors to try and prevent adults from transitioning means that minors transitioning should be handled with the utmost care, in addition to the fact that a lot of kids and teens think they’re trans adamantly before settling out as adults.

And yeah, the “25 bc brain development” reasoning is dogshit and that’s not how the world works. There are things that have 21 as a limit that I think should be lowered back down to 18 because it the age of legal adulthood and if you can go to war, vote, acquire debt, live independently, etc, you can start making your own medical decisions too. Again, given that there is also a degree of ethical practice on the part of the doctor as far as informing the patient and assuring that the treatment s correct, etc.

Usually when I and other transmed aligned people talk about “other resources” we’re typically talking about mental health services and other methods of alleviating dysphoria like safe binding, voice training, packing/tucking, etc that aren’t invasive or medical but can ease some dysphoria and aid passing. Obviously theses things don’t solve everything, but medical transition isn’t a magic fix-all either. But I think it would help trans kids/teens specifically to have a baseline of trans-specific coping skills since it’s typically unethical imo for minors to go on HRT or have trans related surgeries on the whole.

Explain time:

Just a note, the “weird” about my way is that i do it *instead* of actually sharing my feelings with someone (I sometimes wanting to show it to people such as my good teacher but im too scared to get rejected or smth, which is what actually makes it weird, not cuz drawing is stupid), so ever since i was little (yes, waaaaay before i started animating, like around 8 or smth) i used to draw things to express how i feel, since when i was little nobody ever listened to me nor cared, not even my parents (they treated me like a damn toddler even when i was fricking 11!), I didn’t even trusted my first psychologist (i went to 3 in my life, the current one is a good one), I didn’t even knew a lot of people back then, so the only thing i could do is draw, so thats what i did, my artstyle was rather shitty back then, but it was helpful, i used to draw some pokemon of my teams in some games fighting against the people i hate, every time i redrew the same thing over and over again, (i also drew other non-vent things for fun, at that time my parents disallowed me to watch youtube, but shhh! Heres a secret, I didn’t actually stopped, and im proud of it! Also, Klipse himself was a good, maybe even sweet person, cause it seems like Jeredy and Klipse was along for a long time, and Jeredy doesnt like bad guys, and face of Klipse in flashback when he was normal he seemed good guy. And so, Klipse's clones, canon and theorethical, are same. Six is sweet child, but cause of Klipse got mental problems. Four really needed in parents care, seems like more than other clones, he was willing to be cared of, but later got insane (and probably appeared on junkyjard, maybe was frown out by Klipse himself). Dom... if he's Dawnmaster, it's bipolar, Dom is crazy enough. If Dom is by himself, yes, he's just insane but seems like actually intelligent, at least with Six. Dawnmaster covers all his body so we dont even see piece of his skin, only if it's total black, and doesnt have natural voice, so probably was injured by Klipse, and because of Klipse he's assasin and thief.

Maybe Klipse was a good guy since Jeredy had good memories of their time working together at STORM, and, while Jeredy can be questionable at times, Jeredy is mostly a good judge of character as he trust Dax to do the right thing, got Jon Ace out of his brainwashed state, and Master Ey called him when he needed Kimi to be protected. So Jeredy had known Klipse when that man was still a good person and just researched Monsuno not for power, but for the science of it and we still see that man since Klipse likes to research the Monsuno more than anything.

Yet, it still doesn’t change the fact that something changed in Klipse’s character that made him the man we know today. Whether or not it was caused by Charlemagne, wanting to research solo, or other personal issues, Klipse had changed from the man Jeredy remembered, and all his clones got the brunt of the change.

You can literally just scroll through my archives on the Monsuno tag on how much I talk about Six and how Klipse’s treatment of him caused his mental health to crumble.

For Four/ Drezz, he talked about a Jupiter coming back for him, but it never happened, so it can assumed that Drezz escaped the Klipse household with another clone for whatever reason, they got separated from each other while promising to come back, and those events caused him to develop his own set of mental problem. One of which is when he started to cling to Tallis and the Punk Monks as a possible form of separation anxiety since Jupiter never came back for Drezz. We also don’t really know what he ever thought of Klipse. Maybe Drezz did once think of Klipse as a father until the day he escaped and that is also why he’s so clingy to Tallis, he’s got abandonment issues.

As for the Dawnmaster and Dom thing, I have to play a bit of a psychologist for this. Dom being Dawnmaster would be Disassociative Identity Disorder (DID) and not Bipolar Disorder as DID deals with having two or more identities/personalities states while Bipolar is a mood disorder that deals with episodes of depression, mania and elevated moods. While they can share the same symptoms that can also be found in the personality disorder spectrum, they are vastly different mental disorders. So Dom could just have Bipolar disorder since he has shown to have manic episodes, elevated moods, and had depression after Dragonburn’s death. That won’t downplay his intelligence as he can still be smart while dealing with his disorder and he has shown how smart he is, with or without being near his family.

And Dawnmaster? Well, it’s the same with Six, I made a ton of theories about him and what he’s dealing with.

All in all, Klipse and his clones are just one big tragedy as we couldn’t have a loving mad scientist dad with his numerous clone kids that would help him out with his experiments and crazy plans. That would’ve been cooler than what we got since most of the sarcastic quips and one liners went to Team Core Tech and none of the other factions have that same level of sass and camaraderie. I mean Strike Squad tried, but they got too little show time.

I think everyone is misunderstanding that bipolar post OP is just saying a lot of adults who are Bipolar arent diagnosed with it as kids and are usually misdiagnosed with adhd. They arent saying adhd is fake or whatever it's just badly worded because they probably didnt intend for it to be reblogged.

even so, it contributes to the mindset of compartmentalizing neurodivergencies which i think has always done far more harm than good. which is not necessarily op's fault, it's something that's been prevalent in psychology and abnormal psychology since forever. i doubt they didn't intend for it to be reblogged since it seems to be an addition reblogged to an existing post going off the screencap, so i do think some responsibility for the poor wording should be taken. however i dont wanna speculate on that too much since its not the main point.

anywaysss i dont think they meant adhd is fake either, and misdiagnosis IS a problem, but its difficult to say statements like that in such broad strokes; for every claim that adhd is overdiagnosed in children, there are also studies showing its underdiagnosed, because a vast majority in the field (even officials involved in writing DSM criteria) fail to realize that diagnoses are not ACTUALLY supposed to be writ in stone, and are mainly meant to identify clusters of symptoms that tend to coincide in order to see which type of intervention would handle these symptoms the most effectively. and thats not even mentioning overdiagnosis of mood disorders like bipolar combined with underdiagnosis of adhd in black children.

obviously op wasn't thinking of all those factors in making that post, and i'm not pinning all of that on them, but it's always bothered me how diagnosis has been treated among therapists and psychologists, and how that ends up actively misinforming people's views of it from outside the field. i think the bottom line is just that was not a very well-informed psychologist lmao

"Alright, guys! Are you ready?" When you heard a series of 'yes' and the kids getting in formation, you smiled and pressed play.

As you and the kids danced with giggles and laughter, you saw from the mirror, your boyfriend walking in through the door, holding a banquet of flowers.

Before you even said anything, one of the little girls with brown hair stopped and pointed straight at Sunoo, "That's for Miss Siri, right?" She held a mischievous smile on her face, "She told us all about you. How she's sooo in looov-"

you jumped towards her, pressing your finger to her lips with a nervous giggle, "haha that's enough for today. Miss eunjoo will take over for me now."

Sunoo smiled, "aw, but I wanted to hear more about what you've told them about me. I bet you told them how in love with me you are." He teased, making everyone laugh except for you. You hid your face in your hands slapping his shoulder softly.

"You're so mean..." You whined

"The kids you babysit are the darn cutest kids I've ever seen." He commented, handing you the flowers.

"They are adorable. I love taking care of them, but they can be little stinkers." You laughed, taking the flowers and getting in his car, "So, where are we going?"

"JUST SOMEPLACE?!" You gawked at the huge building in front of you with wide eyes, "No way..."

You started to walk away before he pulled you back and wrapped his arm around your shoulder, "Yeah, just someplace." He said nonchalantly, opening the door to the restaurant.

You cringed into his side, "Sunoo, this is the type of place where people wear red dresses and suits and like super expensive jewelry. I'm literally in an old T-shirt I use to wear when I'm cleaning the bathroom and ripped jeans. I dont feel like I'm dressed suited to the occasion." You whisper-yelled, but he only shrugged, looking back down at you, "Love, you look gorgeous. Don't worry about it."

As you opened your mouth up to speak, a lady at the front spoke to Sunoo about reservations and sorts before leading you to your table, "Enjoy your night." She bowed with a smile, leaving.

"This place is so nice." You began, taking a look around, "when did you make reservations? It must have taken forever."

"Mmm, I made it a couple months ago. I wanted to do something special together since we've...or particularly I have been so busy with work that we haven't been able to actually sit down for a nice dinner and enjoy each others company in a long time." He took your hand in his and grabbed the menu with his other hand, "Take a look at the menu and pick what you like."

You ‘awwed’ before leaning over and placing a quick kiss to his cheek, “I really appreciate this, thank you.” You squeezed his hand and looked back at your menu. 

“Ahem, after this...do you want to teach me that dance you taught this kids?” 

You giggled, raising a brow, “You want to learn it?” 

“Yeah...it looked cute.” He shyly scratched the nape of his neck. 

You eyed him, “You just want to tease me, right?” 

“No no, of course not! I just want my girlfriend to teach me a dance. Is that so wrong?” 

“Okay okay, after dinner, let’s go to the dorm and I’ll teach you!” 

“In front of the others?” He widened his eyes, taking a sip of his water that the waiter had brought them earlier.

"My brother takes his black," Asti announced haughtily as they approached the caf station at the back of the waiting room.

"I know," Phila answered, giving her a patient smile and ignoring her tone. She was a teenager, a worried and exhausted one at that, and Phila thought back to her 16 year old self and thought she probably would have had an attitude right now, too.

She reached for the pot of caf, pouring one for herself and one for Jorgan, as Asti did the same for her and her mother. Phila wasn't watching her, but she could practically feel the eyeroll coming from the girl. It was quiet for a moment, before Asti went on the offensive again.

"Why are you here?"

Out of the corner of her eye, Phila could see that Asti had turned toward her, hands planted on her hips and her mouth heavy with a scowl.

Phila continued doctoring her caf as she replied, "At the caf bar or--"

Asti cut her off, her voice irritated, impatient. "At the medcenter."

Finished making her drink, she turned and met Asti's gaze. "Because Aric is my friend," she answered simply. It was the truth, even if wasn't the whole truth, but it was as much as Asti would be getting. Phila wasn't about to spill her guts about her love life to Jorgan's kid sister when even they weren't sure what was between them yet.

"A close enough friend that you spent the night?" The question, pointed and accusing, snapped out as Asti made a show of inspecting Phila's rumpled appearance, that high, sleek tail of hair lashing behind her like a whip.

"Not that it's any of your business," Phila said calmly, not reacting to the younger girl's theatrics, "but I was asked to stay. I wouldn't be here if your brother wasn't okay with it." Her voice softened a touch as she picked up the caf cups and made to start back down the hall. "I know you're worried about him, but we're on the same side."

Phila walked a few steps on her own before she heard Asti grab her set of cups and follow her. They made it down two hallways before Asti caught up and cleared her throat.

"I just...get protective of him, is all," she said in a small voice, one that hardly sounded like her earlier self at all.

"I understand," Phila replied, shooting her an easy smile. "I feel the same way about my brother."

"Is he a soldier, too? Has he ever been in danger?"

"He's not a soldier, no. He's a psychologist. When he was a teenager he..." Phila trailed off, sighed, started again. "Let's just say he made some bad choices, and for a while he was in a really scary situation. He's okay now, but I still remember how it felt when I wasn't sure that's how it would turn out."

Beside her, Asti nodded. "Yeah. I get that." Whatever her issue with Phila, she seemed to have gotten over it. "I'm proud of Aric for what he does, but--but I dont want him to end up like Dad." The last words came out in a rush, as if she were afraid that giving voice to them would make them come true.

"I can't promise you that won't happen," Phila said seriously, coming to a stop outside Jorgan's room and turning to look at her companion. Aric had never given her details, but she remembered he had once said that his father was killed in action. "But I can tell you that every time we're in the field, I and everyone else on my squad do our best to make sure we all make it home safe."

Asti sighed. "I just want him to come home, to do something that isn't so dangerous all the time. I know I can't make him, but..." She trailed off, blinking back a sudden flood of tears.

Phila wanted to hug her, but thought that would be a bad idea with each of their hands full of caf.

"Come on," she said gently, hitting the panel to open the door with her elbow. "Let's get in here and you can talk to him, see for yourself that he's going to be alright. We can talk about this more later if you want to."

I know everyone is mad at JB and M but really they must be heartbroken their son is in Jail. They must either think he is guilty or set up by the government. I dont understand why JB didnt go and listen to all of the evidence. Surely one of the other kids who attended would say the evidence was all there to their parents? I also wonder if Austin has approached them?

I'm sure they are heartbroken and probably in a lot of denial. I can only speculate as to why Jim Bob does anything that he does........I've always just assumed he's a little bit delusional, in a literal way. Not to get all armchair psychologist again, but I think a lot of the reason he created the life he has is because it's a very simple, morally black and white way of living; I don't think JB is kept up at night much struggling with the dilemma of being a good person, if that makes sense. And it's comfortable in his alternate universe where there are definite, infallible rules/truths about the nature of good and evil.

So I think anything that challenges that and adds moral complexity is just kind of immediately deflected. I think Josh gave him an excuse and he accepted it and isn't willing to face evidence to the contrary that might make him believe otherwise, because that would also mean entertaining the idea that a child he raised the 'right' way might have done this objectively horrible thing. And then what does that say about him, or even about what God thinks of him? Did Josh turn out this way because of JB’s own moral failing? This opens up a whole pandora’s box of late-night existential crises.

Assuming that any of that is true, I don't think he'd be super open to discussions like the ones you've mentioned. I've always got the vibe that he was kind of hard to communicate with in a genuine way, even from the early days (he just has that walled-off dad aura that is palpable idk).

Tommy flinches as his parents dont stop fighting. He hasn't bothered to tell them about the acceptance letter.

He has no idea how to explain joining the school without parental permission or knowledge. But he still has his bag ready. In two days he can begin to make his parents truly proud. He just has to endure.

Two days pass and he arrives at school with black eye. He loves his parents, he really does, but he knows they hate him, that's exactly what they said to him yesterday. He gets through the portal and looks in amazement at the buildings surrounding the portal hub.

"Kid, do you have an invite?" A nearby guard asks him.

He jumps but turns to speak to said guard "Ah! Uhh yeah! Here let me find it. Just a second." he rummages through his bag and pulls out a slightly crumpled invite document.

The guard checks it and signs it so Tommy can prove that it has been seen at the enterance "Where are your parents?"

"Erm... they couldn't come. Can you tell me where the registry office is?"

The guard points at a simple brick building "Over there, second floor, room 5, ask the secretary that you're meeting with the Watsons. One of them will see to you soon after."

"Alright thanks!" he skips to said building.

He knocks on the door of room 5.

"Come on in!" a sweet female voice answers from within.

He goes in "Hi, I'm new, emm the guard told me to ask for the Watsons. I'm Tommy by the way!"

"Hello Tommy, I'm Nikita. I'll go tell them you've arrived." The woman stands and goes to a adjacent room.

A couple of seconds later she comes out "You can go in, Mr. Watson will be seeing you today."

He nods quickly and goes through the door, meeting face to face with a man who looks so much more like him than his real father back home ever did.

"Hello Thomas Innit, I am Phillip Blackfeather Craft. You can call my Phil or Philza. Come sit down so we can talk." The man says warmly.

The older never asks about the childs parents, having dealt with students of all kinds and knowing that the school operates with majority of parents never knowing that their children are attending it, and also serves as a orphanage.

Tommy for the first time in his life is allowed to sign his own documents and even write about himself.

Phil directs him back to the secretary who is supposed to make his ID badge.

He stares at the badge after a short photoshoot, these people don't know him at all so he feels so much safer showing his hybrid features. Turning the badge one way shows a profile image of his human for, and turning it the other way shows his hidden features.

The magic signature spot stays empty for now since he is yet to go through the magic evaluation process.

He leaves to the stock room first because of disliking doctors and being afraid of the shrinks. He grabs the list and checks the things he doesn't have, which is pretty much almost everything on the list.

After the stock room guard grabs his list another boy of his age walks in "Hi! I'm Toby! I just joined!"

"Hi, I'm Tommy, nice to meet you." He grins friendly.

The two chat and small talk while Toby, or Tubbo as Tommy has quickly nicknamed him checkmarks the list and Tommy waits for his things to be collected.

The guard comes over and gives Tommy a card that he has to sign so he can prove his temporary ownership over the school provided items. After that is done he is given a proper leather backpack which is brand new.

Next he goes back to the secretary, trying to avoid visiting the doctors and the shrink. Quickly he is given a small piece of plot in the tent grounds of the school.

He can't avoid them any more, going to the doctors first to get it over with. But the evaluation passes by relatively quick. Just going through a regular full body checkup and getting treatment for his eye. Noone ever asks him why he has a black eye. He appreciates it, but deep down knows that they should ask.

Visiting the psychologist is gruelling an mentally taxing. He feels more invaded in her office than at the doctors office. But also guilty for showing so much dislike towards the lady when she was just being nice and understanding. He learns that her name is Caroline Puffy and that she is engaged to the sweet secretary upstairs. He calls her a d word not really knowing that it's rude to do so, it only comes up because of his father back home using that type of language. After a quick explanation from the lady and some apologies he can finally go to his plot and build his tent.

He gets surprised when Tubbo settles in a plot besides his "Hey Tubbo!"

The other teen smiles at him and they help each other with their tents.

His stomach grumbles and he takes out the school provided intercom, attaching it to behind his ear. Quickly registering himself in the public chat.

Tommyinnit: Hi, U21804 here, how or where do I get food if I'm new?

WilburSoot: hello, if you have money there's good food at the marketplace back in the main hub. If you don't have any yet you can go to the staff chat and request them to send you some, make sure to give them information about your diet and allergies though, and also you can't order food during school hours. Alternatively you can always go out and hunt or grow your own food on any free land of your plot, just leave your plot barren when you finish the school year.

He nods and continues getting his tent ready. meeting some neighbors from nearby tent.

A tap on his shoulder startles him momentarily so he turns seeing a humanoid totem of undying looking at him, finding the shark features weird, but cool. And he can admit that the older is handsome, with the chiseled jawline, muscles and beachboy hair, there's no doubt about it.

"Here's your food and receipt, write the confirmation code here."

He quickly writes in the code "Are you a student?"

"Yep, I'm Foolish Puffy, before you ask, I'm adopted. I'm 17." the older answers with a shark toothed grin.

Tommy smiles back "I'm Tommy, just registered. Haven't been to magic evaluation yet. By the way when do classes start? And when do I get my schedule?"

"Newbies are given exactly seven days to settle in starting with the morning after registration. You will be informed tomorrow where and when your magic evaluation will be held, but just so you know this evaluation happens during the settling time. Also I strongly suggest walking around during these seven days just so you don't get lost on the way to your classes, indoor classes happen back at the hub and outdoor ones in fields found all over inside that forest there. You can always request a guide tour if you need one." the older explains as thoroughly as possible.

After Foolish leaves he opens his breakfast, which thankfully are some good looking pancakes with jam and some tea.

He looks over at his new friend while eating. Chatting with the shorter teen about various things.

This is going to be his life until winter break.

This is my first ever mcyt based au - the most prestigious academy server in Minecraft universe, known for free mainly-outdoor education without judgement, best care system for students and doubling as an orphanage.

It currently offers training for MCC, Albeit training covers only basics necessary to join MCC; tutoring for older students that later will help with building a career; and nursery/kindergarten education.

Everything is evaluated during registration and during the first week of entering the server - education level, magic signature, physical and mental health. The following education process during the year is based on this evaluation, making the students experience at the school very individualistic.

The school has been around for ages, in this universe Sun Tzu was actually one of it's students. The original of his book is still found in the schools library.

Student ages can vary anywhere from 0-20, starting elementary education with the age of 6 (more info below in "Ages" section).

The marketplace is run by staff, but older students can find part time jobs there or sell their own goods and services (repairwork, shoe cleaning, all kinds of divination or prediction services, etc.)

The economy is coin based, with bronze being useful only between students, gold being useful for general goods and food, and silver being useful for expensive and hard to get items. Theres also good behavior vouchers that are used in replacement for silver coins, but they become useless once the student starts to earn said coins reliably. Also item and food trade is also possible.

Gangs exist, some are violent, some not violent, no matter how much the students hide these gangs, all of them and their locations are known by invis staff. Some of the oldest are Blood God cult and Wither cult. Both are violent and at war with eachother. Technoblade has recently joined the Blood God gang, and Foolish and Eret are members of the Wither gang.
