Making cereal treats with Magic Spoon Cereal
My favorite @magicspooncereal is their naturally flavored fruity cereal. A recipe I enjoy creating is cereal treats. I modified it. Sometimes, I have little helpers. magic spoon is a high protein cereal that is sugar-free, grain-free, and gluten-free. i got the variety pack which includes four delicious flavors: Frosted, Fruity, Cinnamon Roll, and Peanut Butter. my favorite cereal of all time is cinnamon toast crunch so ofc i made sure to try the cinnamon roll flavor first. when i first opened it up the cinnamon smell was amazing. it is very filling whereas most cereals will leave you feeling hungry. texture wise it has the perfect crunch you'd expect from a cereal, though i do feel they get soggy fairly quickly. my biggest complaint is the price 🥲 personally even if i was still on keto or needed gluten-free cereal i wouldn't buy these as often as i would buy regular cereal. these make the phrase 'everything healthy is more expensive' kinda true. overall this cereal is a really great replacement to all the sugary, artificial cereals out there now. and especially great for anyone on keto, anyone looking for a gluten-free cereal, or anyone just looking for a healthier cereal alternative. definitely worth the try imo. make sure to follow @magicspooncereal! • • • • • • @magicspooncereal #magicspoon #magicspoonpartner #cereal #proteincereal #ketocereal https://www.instagram.com/p/Coa3ch1OivG/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

🍏Eating "clean" or "healthy" but not seeing results?🥕🥦🥑🥗⁣ ⁣ We were on a call with the a potential client yesterday learning how we could help her when I asked about her eating habits. She told me that she has been working out, eating clean and healthy for a while now but she felt she must be eating the wrong things because she's not seeing any results! ⁣ ⁣ I told her: Actually, you can eat chicken, rice and asparagus every single day and maintain the same or even gain a little weight. You can eat other "healthy" or "clean" foods daily and still not see progress. #Repost @tryabouttime ・・・ Looking for a new breakfast cereal?? Try this 5 ingredient Cinnamon Toast Crunch remake from @lilsipper ! It’s vegan, paleo, low carb, and high protein – what’s not to love? Ingredients: 1 cup almond meal 1 scoop of About Time vegan Cinnamon Spice protein 1 Tbsp cinnamon 1 #flaxegg (1T flaxmeal + 3T water, let sit 10 min.) 2 Tbsp coconut oil (measure when solid then melt) Directions: Pre-heat oven to 450 F Combine dry ingredients then add flax egg and coconut oil. Mix well (batter will be crumbly) Line baking sheet w/parchment paper Compress dough into one large ball with hands, then place on baking sheet and cover with another sheet of parchment paper. Roll with rolling pin until it's as thin (but not too thin!) as you can get it without breaking. Remove top paper, cut into EVENLY shaped squares with a pizza cutter & separate from each other so they don't touch. Bake for 7-8 minutes (watch carefully as they will turn/burn quickly). Remove from oven and let cool at least 10 minutes (this will make them crispier!) - if you can wait that long! *If squares aren't evenly cut, then some will be burnt while others will still need additional baking. *Store extra in an airtight container. #cereal #proteincereal #cinnamon #tryabouttime #abouttimeprotein #paleo #vegan #highprotein

Post workout #proteincereal. I used Special K regular protein cereal, almond milk, and half a scoop #cellucor s'mores whey. There's nothing super special about this since it's simple and so many people do it, but while I was eating it I thought how silly I used to be to be afraid to eat too many processed carbs in one day. So maybe thus qualifies as a #transformationtuesday post, being a transformation of mindset and my realization that eating cereal, bread, granola, cookies, etc will not ruin my progress of hold me back. I never thought I was a person with "fear foods" or anything like that, but looking back on my weight loss journey I see that I really was developing fear foods, a bad relationship with eating, and had disordered thouhts when it came to "clean" foods as well. Clean eating is great in theory, and there are so many benefits to cutting out a lot of processed junk in your diet. But, being afraid to eat things that aren't considered clean or "good" isn't healthy, no matter what. It made me miss family meals, caused anxiety over spending time with friends, and really cheated me out of enjoying moments that I should have. I am SO thankful for finding the balaned intake approach to dieting, and now today I had granola, cereal, and 2 pieces of toast. No more fear foods, no more negative thoughts.
