Warnings and disclaimers: This is a romantic spinoff of my other cryptid au. General Yandere behavior and mentions of violence, abuse from beyond this point

-Bare basics is that you, dear Reader, were a simple intern who worked at zoos and other things related to animals. -One day, you were met with the tempting request of getting a better job, getting a gaze at marvelous creatures and better pay. -What you didn’t know is that you were now a means of comforting such fantastic creatures you didn’t know existed. Let’s meet them, shall we?

-Dabi is a werewolf. Bred for the purpose of a mad man’s vanity project, Dabi snapped and mauled his father. -Severely maiming his younger brother in the process, he was handed over to the sanctuary for everyone’s safety. -He was wary of you at first, snapping and growling if you got too close. You were patient though, gently handing him his meals and trying to engage with him. -No aggressive shock collars, beating with sticks or verbal abuse. -Dabi now wags his tail at seeing you, holding you tight and growling at your employees. -Get his stomach and behind his ears if you wanna see him truly melt. He’s pant with his tongue out, he’s so happy -He’s mighty possessive of his mate though. And obsessive. Employees get unnerved at seeing his turquoise eyes watching for you down the hall -Please don’t wash off his scent, he’ll get upset and hoard you in his den. -Also, don’t fuck with the gifts his favorite keeper gave him. It’ll be difficult to explain why half your face is missing

-Hawks was surrendered to the sanctuary by his mother, who wasn’t ready for caring for such a needy creature that was the harpy. -Unlike Dabi and our last contender, Hawks is very chatty and charismatic with everyone. It’s not uncommon hearing him talk an employee’s ear off about random things. -Sassing them if he’s not given his favorite meal or if they make a mean remark. He’s vocal, obnoxiously so. -He only amps it up when you’re introduced as a means for comforting him. Hawks is all over you. Swooping you up into his nest and bombarding you with questions. -He’s a tease, ruffling your hair or clothes when you made it look decent. Cage you with his wings. Steal little things like earrings, bracelets, hair ties. -Hawks loves gifts. He’ll act like you personally gave him the moon if you even as so much give him a piece of your lunch. -Your desk is also full of strange gifts. Shiny rocks, pieces of fabric for your “nest” and shiny objects. Don’t get freaked out if he gives you a discarded finger…

-Tomura is frightening. A mothman. You nearly jump out of your skin when you’re greeted with the sight of haunting red eyes and eerie, raspy chirps. -He’s the worst creature to deal with at the facility. Aggressive, rude and temperamental. -He once bit an employee’s hand off after they refused to play another round of chess. -How Tomura ended up there was a long and tragic tale. Abused in one home then another. It was only after the founder had found him that Tomura got a semblance of peace -Strangely, Tomura is only content with you. You engage with him. You coo at him, pet his fluff, let him gawk at the light from your cellphone. He also loves playing games with you. -Whether it be something like chess or cards or even something silly like hide and seek. -Tomura loves cuddles, softly purring and nuzzling your face as he talks about his day. -It’s widely recommended not to engage with the other subjects first. Unless you want a very unhappy mothman taking his rage out on employees. -Also.. mind the silk

❗️ At the streaming event of the final episode of I Feel You Linger in the Air, the cast announced a second season of the show. Details are unknown.

❗️ The Taiwanese historical BL My Stand In is getting a Thai adaption. Up Poompat and Poom Phuripan have been confirmed as the leads, Porsche Tanathorn, Mek Jirakit and Inntouch Naphat have been confirmed as part of the cast as well, along with others. The series is currently in pre-production and has not disclosed any further information. 

❗️ LINE TV and TAICCA announce “Be Love, Go Love”, a project that will include 6 Taiwanese BLs/GLs, produced & realized by multiple cross-country BL producers, screenwriters and directors from shows like the HIStory franchise, To My Star, Bad Buddy, ATOTS, 2Gether, Semantic Error and more. The project will launch in the 2nd half of 2024.

❗️ MeenPing (Ai Lhong Nai) were announced as the leads for AllThis Entertainment's upcoming BL The Rebound. Further details are unknown.

❗️ After Manner of Death and Triage, another one of Sammon's novels will be adapted into a series titled Lost on the River. Further details are unknown. Regarding the adaption of her novel Euthanasia, Tor Thanapob and JJ Krissanapoom were announced as the leads. The show will be called Spare Me Your Mercy. The production stated the reason they delayed the filming for more than a year is that they wanted to make sure to get Tor and JJ as the leads.

❗️The Korean broadcasting network KBS announced the period BL Shadow Confession. This is the network's very first BL production, giving it a huge relevancy as KBS is Korea's leading television- and broadcasting system.

❗️ MaxNat's upcoming BL Two Worlds has begun filming. The show will air in early 2024.

Yin and War said the show is an original by their agency and they will act as producers as well. The pilot trailer will be released on December 2nd. Further details are unknown.

About Tsuki no Yomi (MoonDemon) Project:

What is this project about?

This project, to put simply, is a Naruto Fanfiction x Japanese Mythology with minor additional world building, revolving around Itachi Uchiha and my OC I crafted for him (Yes, it's Itachi x OC), Mitsuki. The aim of the fanfiction is to allow Itachi, my favorite character, to have a gentler ending where he could be allowed a lighter burden. Mitsuki is basically, my gift for him, someone who'd understand the extent of his suffering yet provide a different, non-shinobi POV

About the title...

Some of you might have noticed, but Tsuki no Yomi doesn't actually mean Moon Demon. This is for the purpose of "misleading/cover" context, just like how Shingeki no Kyoujin was translated as Attack on Titan instead of referring to Attack Titan (which is Eren's) For now English title will still be kept as Moon Demon, but I think Tsuki no Yomi (月の黄泉) will be more fitting due to wordplay. Combined it can spell Tsukuyomi (goddess of moon) with different kanji (yomi in tsukuyomi the kanji used is for "to read") while in the title, separate it can mean Moon’s Hell, referring to Mitsuki's suffering. The context of Moon itself here means reflection of the sun (that is closer to earth) to light the mortal world's night (hard time/time of suffering) which is Mitsuki’s given role from Amaterasu.

Why did I write it as a project instead of only fanfic?

Other than because I do make illustration and animation for this project as well, the actual reason is because this project will comprise of several installment, or to say, different route depending on which of the Kamigami Mitsuki is most influenced by in the storyline and the circumstances of her meeting with Itachi. However, rest assured, in all of them, Itachi will receive a better outcome (no promise for Mitsuki's tho :x) The overview are as follows in this post (link)

Mayor Tulip

A description of the character and his role in super Mario Odyssey

Mayor Tulip is the mayor of the capital city of the metropolitan kingdom area which is located the city of New Donk

The capital is a much bigger city than new Donk if its neighboring city Tulip is a partner and friend of Pauline both being allied mayoresses

The capital of the tulip mayor is inspired by the capital of the united states warshigton D.C

Tulip fulfills the role of only mayor

During the events of the game Tulip appears along with Pauline in new donk when Mario arrives in town, Tulip was visiting at the time and that’s where the events take place she only happens as a supporting character in the adventure as one more Mario character he knows and that’s where you as a player know more about his story

Here the only thing that changes is that Mario has the option of visiting his capital as an extra area to visit before his showdown with Bowser at the end of the game.

Exploring its capital is where you know Tulip and what it hides

You discover that she is a mayor with powers and magic she is a witch and descends from a lineage of powerful witches and witches who founded the capital of the nickname "kingdom" that name the area where the two cities reside

And the mayor’s tragic past which relates to her family tree

The events of the game and the story happen without altering anything just including Tulip as character and his city

Being on the final stretch on the moon she only has one scene helping Mario with his battle gives him a few minutes advantage before he falls to the void and depths of the moon for his battle and then she guides him out through a projection of himself as a sphere of light being her only relevant but emotional participation towards the hero which she thanks de aver known in her Odyssey

That’s the whole story of the character then only spinoff games would come where. ✨

WHATS UP FUCKERS I'M HERE TO SHARE WITH YOU MY LATEST CAFFEINE FUELED BRAINCHILD:

THE PROJECT MOON AU WHERE NOTHING BAD EVER HAPPENS EVER (and also some of them are college students (and none of this is well thought out at all please help me))™

You know how Fate has that one cooking spinoff where nobody kills anybody and they just hang around and have dinner?

This is that. For PM fans. Roland is canonically a good cook and a foodie. It could happen. PM please make it happen I just want my goobers to be happy and untraumatized.

Anyways, with that rambling done, let me ramble about these four fuckers and what they're up to.

So, the setting's a fancy college where rich people go to. Angelica is there on academic scholarship; Argalia has a music scholarship; Roland's there because his adopted mom Iori is a lecturer there so the tuition's cheaper; Angela's there because Ayin and Benjamin are fuck you rich and spoils her to high heavens.

Argalia's and Angela are both music majors, Angelica's in engineering, and Roland's in culinary. Roland and Angelica are 2nd years, Argalia and Angela are 3rd years.

Roland's known Angela since forever ago because they were in the same orphanage. Argalia and Angelica are siblings. Here's baby roland on adoption day I drew while writing this because I have no self control.

Where was I? Oh right. So, Roland gets adopted by Iori; Angela gets adopted by Ayin and Benji. Angela calls Ayin Dad and Benjamin Gramps because he has grey hair, the two got to some hijinks in their high school years, they remained friends to present day.

Back to the main four. So, first year, Angelica and Roland meet on campus one day on some meet cute shit. Then it turns out Iori is Angelica's Host family while she's studying here. Romcom shenanigans happen, Argalia's the overprotective brother, Angela's the resident wingman/shipmaker/popcorn eater/"just kiss already" yeller, Roland cooks/awkwardly flirts, Angelica gifts Roland a knife she made for his adoption day, it's great. Eventually A Fritter Called Jeon happens and they start dating and more romcom ensues.

That is everything my stupid little monkey brain can semi-coherently conjure up since the rest are just incoherent snippets of tangentially related information and cute funny things these goobers can get up to. Among which include:

The Asiyah and Briah Sephira are Angela's circle of friends that met in high school, they all go into their respective fields from LoR. Geb does sports. Maybe Yesod and Angelica know each other from engineering competitions or something.

Binah's a CIA agent that knows way too many people, because of course she does.

Yan and Gloria are taking Theology studies, Esther and Hubert are post-grads/professor assistants, they become friends somewhat, Moirai's a professor there.

Blue Reverbs are all music majors that hang out with Argalia and Angela, they take bets on which one snaps and kills the other first. Oswald bets on hate sex. Tanya bets that the two of them would kill someone together.

Charles' Office are Roland's group of friends back from back in High School, Olivier went on to become a civil servant, I do not know what the fuck the rest are up to, we'll see when they show up in Limbus.

Speaking of Limbus, the Limbus gang are all in...I don't know what you english speaking fuckers call "school clubs but in college", I know a word exists for it, but I'm blanking. They're all in one of those. Rodya started it and roped them all in. Vergilius and Dante are their advisors. They go around and survey the socioeconomic state of the country in various locales and write reports about it (read: Rodya found a way to get them all free vacation and they all took it)

Angelica' physically very strong, she does martial arts, and she gets Roland into martial arts, but whenever they "spar" they just end up a blushing pile of goo that's too embarrassed to grapple their crush. They have good fun though.

Argalia keeps trying to split Angelica and Roland apart but he doesn't actually try since he's seen how happy she gets when she talks about him.

‘American Primeval’ Director Peter Berg on Finale Deaths, the Prequel Spinoff He’s Considering and ‘Friday Night Lights’ Reboot

A few excerpts (which contain spoilers!) from from Pete Berg's interview with 'The Hollywood Reporter' that pertain to Taylor specifically, the entire article can be found at the link.

The show reunites Berg and Kitsch, who’ve collaborated on a number of projects over the years, most notably Kitsch’s breakout role in the sports drama Friday Night Lights (which is getting a reboot at Peacock), and movies such as Battleship and Lone Survivor. “I like finding people who I am comfortable with, who I can get a shorthand going and who I know aren’t gonna be pushovers and are gonna challenge me and force me to work harder and think about things a bit deeper than I might normally, and Kitsch is on the top of the list for that,” Berg tells The Hollywood Reporter when speaking about American Primeval. “I don’t know that he gets enough credit for how hard he works and how much he invests himself in these roles. He comes onto that set deeply invested and expects me to be as deeply invested as he is in every moment, and if I’m not, he’s real quick to make sure that I am,” Berg continues. “I never have to worry about his commitment and his willingness to push himself and to explore the art of acting.”

It was also devastating to see Isaac’s character be killed in the very last minutes of the finale after guiding Sara, Devin and Two Moons almost completely to their original destination. Did you always see that as the ending?

We started the show without knowing exactly who’s going to live and who’s going to die at the end, and up until maybe two weeks before we got close to the ending, we didn’t know. Everyone was on the table. No one was safe, and I mean that, like no one. Mark and I would talk about it a lot, and Eric Newman, our other producer. I would call Bella [Bajaria], our boss at Netflix, and say, “What do you think?” And we’d be talking about the merits and keeping everyone alive or killing everyone. The ending that we picked was what we ended up thinking was probably the best. But who knows? I was sad, and Taylor was sad when we told him.

Isaac feels ripe for a prequel series. We’re talking about it right now. Good pick. That’s the way we’d go if we do it, and I don’t know if we will, but that would be the way we would go.

I set out on this adventure to embrace my inner cringe and have fun writing the type of Gen Limbus Company stories that I like to read, because we could always use some more.

My goal is to write stories that feel in character and canon plausible, with a little speculation thrown in just for fun.

Neon Genesis Evangelion?

What about Eva? I have a lot of thoughts on it, though I'm no expert.

It's the greatest creative work I've ever seen, for whatever that's worth. I love NGE, I (love? appreciate? deeply respect?) The End of Evangelion, I really love the "Neon Genesis Evangelion: Theatrical Edition #26 Live Action Part (Special Rush Edit Version)" that was just released outside of Japan a couple years ago in the Blu-ray issue. (Love and Pop I'm coming for you once I can find the best way to own you physically.)

I love the themes, I love the writing, I love the characters. I especially love Asuka. I love the visual style, I love the sound design, I love the editing. I love the music. I love "A Cruel Angel's Thesis" and "Komm Suesser Todd" and "Fly Me to the Moon"" and "Soul's Refrain" and "Thanatos" and "The Heady Feeling of Freedom" and "Good, or Don't Be" and "Decisive Battle" and "Marking Time, Waiting for Death" and everything.

I love the all the production details. I love "Everything You've Ever Dreamed" and Genesis 0:0 and interviews and the Blu-ray animatics and everything I've been able to find. One of these days I'll probably splurge on some old DVDs to get my hands on the original broadcast versions of episodes 21-24 and the theatrical version of Death and Rebirth.

I love all the weird little spinoff music projects we've gotten over the years; check out "Armageddon" off Evangelion Vox as an example (also included as a music video on the aforementioned Blu-rays).

I'm fascinated by the ways that it's been eaten and regurgitated and eaten again by pop culture (a common fixation of mine). Shinji Ikari Raising Project, for example, is some real thematically bankrupt dreck, but I'm very interested in playing and reading it for myself. Variations on themes and such, right? - What the heck are Banshee Blossoms?

Glad you asked, my fine friend! They're a fictional flower I made up based on these pretty little blooms on the roof of the mansion!

(Don't mind the fire. Luigi is totally fine.)

Here's my silly little doodled rendition for reference!

Banshee Blossoms are symbols of love, romantic and platonic, even familial! There's a tradition in the Boo Kingdom where you give one to someone you care about. They're said to bless whomever is gifted one with good luck and a happy relationship for the rest of their lives into their afterlife! Theyre pale white flowers that glow like moonlight with purple foliage.

They only bloom in the month of March, so now is the best time to come and view them!

- What's this event all about?

This event is tailor made for those of you who selfship or self insert as well as anyone who has Luigi's Mansion ocs! You're all welcome to attend! I'll be hosting it along with my darling husband King Boo 💕

It's just a small, relaxed event for everyone to have fun with whether you're an artist or not.

The general thing you can do is go around to your friends' ask boxes and leave them Banshee Blossoms should you feel so inclined. But we also have... Prompts!

- Prompts?

That's right! Prompts. You're a great listener!

The event runs from March 15th - March 17th, and throughout those days, you, dear listener, will have two prompts to choose from with which you may create things with! Think of them as themed projects? You can choose one or do both if you're feeling it!

The regular prompts will be:

15th - Arrival / Meeting

(Your arrival at the ball, or you meeting someone at the ball!)

16th - Grudges / Spinoffs

(Getting out any grudges before the party begins, or thinking of your self insert/ship/oc in the context of a Mario series spinoff like Mario Kart or Mario Golf ect.)

17th - Party / Comfort

(How you would be enjoying the party, or perhaps reviving comfort from somebody or something.)

Along with our regular prompts, we will also have musical ones for those of you who are music autistics with melodies in your heart like me.

Those will include:

15th - Treacherous Mansion /Paranormal Chaos

16th - Phantom Dancing / Luigi's Mansion DS

17th - Luigi's Mansion Credits / LM3 Music box

These work just like the regular creative prompts! You're just going off a song rather than an idea. You can do one, two, or all three of these options if you wish! No rules against that!

I'll be posting a daily post with all three daily prompts for that day around midnight (12 am CST) each day!
