Couldn't Resist
|| Professor Nelson x photographer!male!reader
|| Warnings; none, just reader teasing Nelson, fluffy, short drabble
|| Summary; when reader gets hired by the school to be a photographer, he takes some photos in Nelson's class.
Requests closed!
Started; December 17th
Finished; December 17th
Anon Request; Professor Nelson X Photographer! Male reader, the reader will take many photos of Professor Nelson during her broom-flying class
~~~
Luna Nova was one of the coolest places on Earth; at least in your humble opinion. Your girlfriend was the flying class Professor there and occasionally, you got to go. See, you were a photographer. Nelson had the school hire you for advertisement to help bring attraction to the Academy and get more students enrolled. Today you were assigned to Nelson's class. Which you had zero complaints about.
"Amanda! No acrobatics!" You'd heard your girlfriend's voice shout across the yard, her eyes fixed on one of the students. The girl seemed to be doing flips and turns on the broom. Seriously some talent there.
The student, who you just learnt was named Amanda, was obviously disappointed. You couldn't help feeling amused by the fed up look in Nelson's eyes. Clearly, your girlfriend must've dealt with this kid a lot. You got a photo of Nelson's expression. You just couldn't resist. It wouldn't be one you give to the school. Just something to tease Nelson about later when her class was over.
The rest of the class went by without too many interruptions, just some stuff with this other kid named Akko who couldn't even seem to fly. You wondered what that was about. Nelson tried helping her out, you got some photos of that interaction. And whenever you weren't looking, Nelson would sneak glances over at you.
By the end of class, once all the students had gone back inside, you walked over to Nelson. Giving her a smile," you've got some interesting student dynamics in your class."
Nelson rolled her eyes at that comment, believe her. She knew. Amanda and Akko were quite the pair," believe me, I know. They're something," she sighed. You could see the exhaustion she tried to hide behind her eyes.
Your hand rested to her shoulder, feeling as Nelson relaxed under your touch," you were great, though. You handled those situations better than I probably would have."
That got a laugh out of her and she nudged your side," you'd have quit by now."
"Definitely," you agreed. Nelson smirked.
Later, when it was just the two of you in her dorm, you showed her the collection of photos you'd gotten from the day.
"This one is my favourite though," remember that photo you took of her expression while dealing with Amanda? Yeah, that's the one you were showing her. Her cheeks flushed and she whacked you upside the head. Making you laugh.
"You better not give that one to the school."
"Don't worry, I won't," you said, still laughing. Nelson visibly relaxed. Leave it to you to find new ways to mess with her.
Hello (◍•ᴗ•◍)
I really like your work it's so good!! And i saw your request is open soooo
Can i request delinquent/bad boy sukuna x student council president reader? Like they hate each other bc reader is very strict with the rule while sukuna just break it anyway. One day, sukuna saw the reader in a party which make him confused bc reader is not the type to do fun stuff. And moments later they fuck
Sorry if this is a very detailed request. Feel free to ignore it or change it :3
𝐚. 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: oh my, another sukuna req! things bout to get hot, hehe~
⊹ 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Sukuna x fem! reader - explicit content; minors DNI - modern setting; Sukuna and you are college seniors - blackmail - fingering (f! receiving) - anal fingering (f! receiving) - oral (m! receiving) - facials - use of a phone; sexual photography - impact play (spanking) - full nelson position - degradation (cumslut, pig, slut, whore) - humiliation - overstimulation - pet names (brat, princess, woman) - dick piercing (frenulum) - usage of drugs & alcohol - mention of drool/spit and tears.
⊹ 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭: 2.7k
Sukuna was grinning ear to ear as he marched his way toward you. “Y/n.”
You perked at your name, and your face contoured to brief shock before shifting to mild annoyance. “Sukuna.”
Running into you at a huge party was the last thing Sukuna expected to see. But it’s a situation he will take advantage of expeditiously.
College is hard enough being the top dog of the student government association and trying to juggle senior classes. It is your job to keep the school and its students in order, maintaining a pretty face as it’s been doing decently for the several years before you. The entire student body knows you take your job seriously, earning the respect they give you with every step you take and being praised by professors and faculty alike — even being invited to have dinner with the university president along your association!
But of course, it’s not all sunshine and rainbows because there are always downsides to the good — one of them being a ginormous thorn to your being.
Ryōmen Sukuna is a man you’ve been dealing with for almost four years. Known for his intimidating cadence whenever he walks the halls, the brutality of his moves as he’s the famous trump card of the school’s jiu-jitsu club, and his cold and demeaning manner of speech when talking down to others he deems beneath him, he is regarded at the campus’ “demon dog.” Someone that many can never believe is the older brother of the freshman track star sweetheart, Yuuji Itadori.
He is a person that many say is the complete opposite face when compared to you, a fact you have no choice but to agree with a twitching brow. Looking through all the disruptive students you’ve dealt with, Sukuna would be crowned King for being the most colossal nuisance of your life. Whether it be reporting him to the campus police for picking fistfights with the juniors, smoking in smoke-free zones, adding more tattoos to his face and arms, or willingly trashing places because he thinks he can, no one has been more subject to give you more grey hairs. He just doesn’t listen — he won’t listen!
And the worst part is that he enjoyed making your life a living hell. God, he’s such a fucking bastard, not wanting to deal with outside of your academic life.
…Until you two see each other from across the living room where a huge party is held in one of the off-campus apartments, perplexed crimson eyes locked on with widened ones, too shocked to take a sip of your drink from your red solo cup. You immediately turned to the group before you, hoping the sea of kids and the bouncing bass could distort your image from his vision.
Too late; the salmon-haired senior couldn’t hide the grin on his face as he slithers past people to get to where you are. Students move out of the way for him to move, the group you were hanging with gasps with wary stares, and Sukuna taps your bare shoulder.
“Never figured the student government president would be here,” his voice was chilling as always. Yet you remain a neutral face when facing him. “Something tells me there isn’t apple juice in that solo cup.”
The group you were hanging out with instantly excused themselves to somewhere else in the apartment, leaving you alone with Sukuna. You rolled your eyes, “What is it, Ryōmen?” You feel disgusted as his red eyes scan your figure, taking in the off-shoulder, long-sleeved bodycon dress you were wearing. True, you don’t wear stuff like this all the time, but you can’t expect this bastard to have any amount of decency or subtlety.
“Whatcha doin’ here, prez?” God, you hated him calling you that, knowing good and damn well what your name was — but, again, why would he bother; not respecting you enough to do something simple as that. “Isn’t this kind of thing what you’re against for and all?”
“Hmph, am I not allowed to have some fun at a party I was invited to?” You furrowed your brows and took an aggressive sip. “Besides, this is off-campus housing; the property owners are the ones who’ll have anyone’s asses if stuff breaks or cause disruption against the codes.”
“Oh, so the uptight President is off duty this time? Hmm, ain’t that something,” he leans against the wall beside you with crossed arms. Your gaze was averted to the crowd bumping and grinding rather than acknowledging the delinquent examining you. “I figured you’d be somewhere pulling your panties to some poor bastard.”
“Watch your tone when talking to me, Ryōmen,” you finally send him a glare through your peripherals. It humored him, a devilish chortle you could hear even through the loud bass. “Lucky for you, I’m only here to have a good time with some friends before heading home to assignments. So, do me a favor and don’t start shit for me to take home and stress over.”
He lifts a brow, “Is that so? Miss Prez came to let loose, huh.” You didn’t like how he said that — nor how he moved to lean closer to you. His cologne disrupts your nostrils. “Never thought you had that side of you.”
“There are many things you don’t know about me, Ryōmen,” you swing your cup around with a scoff. “And I’d prefer to keep it that way.”
And you thought you’d win this round as Sukuna doesn’t say anything to you for a few seconds. However, the man goes through his pocket to pull out his phone to pull up something. And when he finds it, he flashes the screen to your direction. “You mean things like these?” You turn to look at the device, and your eyes go wide with an agape mouth. What he was showing were photos — a whole lot — of you.
“You know, I’m sure it must be hard being president of the student body; that’s why I don’t envy you,” one photo shown is of you smoking in the Honors Lounge with a few of your student government associates, an action undoubtedly prohibited within the facilities. “So, I can’t blame you when you decide to settle down and let yourself go for a minute,” he swipes his finger to pictures of you drinking liquor with some other students who smoke blunts and have weed plastered on the coffee table. “However, you really outta be careful with what you’re doing, Y/n; you got people who look up to you and expect so much from you.” Another picture shows you at some dark nightclub with a guy friend, shoving middle fingers and sticking tongues out at the camera.
Your lips quiver with every swipe, and lips quiver, “Wh…Where did you get those…”
“Hmm? I can’t share that information. Heh, plus, I like to keep tabs on those who can get on my nerves,” he stuffs the phones back into his dark jean pocket. “But I can’t lie; the more I look at those pictures and compare them to the little president that nags too damn much, I can’t help but wonder what would happen if someone were to leak these out for the whole school to see. Which would drop quicker: your presidential scholarship and accolades or your reputation?”
“You fucking asshole…!”
You swiftly throw your cup at Sukuna, but the pink-haired man dodges easily and grabs your wrist — the poor guy behind him gets drenched with your drink. “Hey!” The guy grabs Sukuna’s shoulder and is immediately met with the infamous death glare. “…My fault, bro, don’t worry about it. I’ll go dry off,” the student says while backtracking away from those fearsome eyes.
You’re trembling with vexed shakes; the hand on your wrist holds you tight with no sign to let go unless necessary. Otherwise, you know he’ll break it if you make one wrong move. “…What the hell do you want from me?“
Now Sukuna has you in the palm of his hand — his sinister grin growing as he leans closer to be inches away from your face. “My apartment is on the top floor; you have ten minutes to get your ass up there,” you don’t move a centimeter when he draws near your ear to whisper. “I’ll show you how to really get loose, Miss President.”
The words felt like sharp daggers to your throat, “You…devil.”
He snickers into your ear, “Pick your poison, and you’ll see just how much of a devil I can be.”
And with that, Sukuna straightens himself up and heads out, his frame disappearing deep into the crowd till you can’t see him anymore. Your heartbeat goes at a pace way too irregular to call ordinary, and your blood too cold as it has your skin suffer in shivers.
This was a nightmare — an absolute, horrifying nightmare. There’s no way the guy that you hate with your very guts just blackmailed you! This was not how this night was supposed to go; now your whole reputation — what you’ve built with your own two hands — is being held in front of you and is dependent on going to this asshole’s apartment. Who the hell does he think he is!?
You didn’t want to go. You wouldn’t go! Especially under the premise of that fucker, playing with your life like some toy. Your thoughts were inner turmoil, challenging your morals and conscience on what to do. Your pride was trying to pull up a good fight, holding onto whatever dignity you have to validate not going up on the elevator and seeing Sukuna for what he’s about to do to you. They’re just pictures; people will think they’re edited or question if they’re valid!
However, the fact that you spent five minutes going back and forth with this suggests those were anything but pictures. He had ammunition to bring you down — to humble and look down on you — and have everyone do the same, no matter what you could say to justify yourself. So, swallowing your ego, you exit the party and walk the hallway down to the elevator. Every floor you ascended made you feel small, and when the doors opened for you to step out and you saw him leaning on his door waiting for you, your fate had been sealed.
The same smirk he had at the party was plastered on his face. You were no longer in control of the situation; you are now in his domain — and you should follow his commands to keep up.
“Gahhh! Mmmph, Ryooo, stop—Eeek! Y’re hitting so ha—Ahhh!”
“What? You thought I was going to be easy with you? After all those times you’ve pestered me to no end? Hah, think again, prez.”
Being in the same space with Sukuna is something you never comprehended happening civilly in all your years of knowing him. Now, being laid on top of his knees as he sits on the edge of the bed is jarring in its own sentence. The skirt of your dress was pulled up, your ass and panties out for the cool air to caress. Not until Sukuna rips you off your underwear and starts giving your bare butt unforeseen strikes. The impact of his hand was so harsh that you gripped his jean-clad leg with a scream.
He goes about this for a solid five minutes, giving your asscheeks slaps – and your cries have him chuckle and do some more. And you can’t squirm out of his hold, or else he’ll dent the skin of your butt with his fingertips, piercing into the tense muscle to inflict pain like no other. God, it hurt so bad, every smack taking your breath away.
“Look at you,” he coos, rubbing his hand on the hot skin. The pain was so bad to the point of your eyes watering; simply hovering his Hand over you was enough to have you in shudders. “Whatever happened to the poised and resilient Y/n who’d always dare threaten me for my behavior? This person on me, screaming like a whore, can’t be the same Y/n.”
You grit your teeth, turning over your shoulder to express your seething glare. “Who are you calling a whore, you fucking—Deeeii! Ohhh!” Sukuna sneaks a forefinger inside your wet cunt, not bothering to warn you. “Wai—Tahhh! Take it out, take it out right—Noooh!!”
“Oh, don’t even think you’re in any position to tell me what to do, slut,” you bite your lip as he moves his finger into your vagina with such merciless vigor. “And with how you’re crying like a bitch, you sound pretty whore-ish to me.”
Oh, go fuck yourself! You could have told him that — but you didn’t because he squeezes in his middle finger to insert inside your tight chasm, both digits now rummaging inside your vaginal walls and scraping them to the point of drooling babbles on your part. You couldn’t think of anything, not when he’s still throwing smacks on your ass with his free hand. You can’t even wipe the spit that comes down your lips because he distracts you with more jabs to your inner walls and pinches to the skin of your butt. Fuck, fuuuck!!
And it gets worse when you feel his thumb dance around your asshole. “N–No, stop it, Sukuna! That’s dirty, don’t—Mmnaahh!!” He slips it inside without care; the pain of his thumb forcing inside your puckered anus almost has you shut down.
“That’s the point, prez,” he bites his lip with a pestilent snicker. “Gonna make you so fucking dirty tonight, wanna ruin that perfect image of yours that you don’t recognize yourself. He scratches your butt, resulting in you clamping onto his digits with a grip that feeds his ego. “Mhmm, just like that, princess.”
How dare he play with your ass like a toy and have the nerve to call you that? Such a sick man; the hate you have for him boils your blood to no end. “Ahhh, stoop, too fast, please, go slo—Mmmph!?”
He shoves two fingers in your mouth to stifle your cries. “That’ll keep you from squealing, fucking pig.” And he continues to toy with your slit and anus, your whimpers muffled by his thick fingers.
“Take it all in, Y/n, every single fucking inch, ya hear?…Mmmm, yeah, deep in your throat like that.”
This. Is. The. Worst! There’s absolutely no way you’re sucking Sukuna’s cock right now; this is the very last thing you’d want to be doing! He’s standing with his dark jeans and briefs on his thighs, his hand on the back of your head to make sure your mouth remains on his dick at all times. If you could, you would’ve chewed the damn thing off and made a run for it.
But you came here for a reason, so you keep your disdain at bay and begrudgingly suck on Sukuna’s glans, having the salmon-haired man purr from above you. And it doesn’t help that he holds his phone to take pictures of you and said add more to his collection. God, he’s so disgusting…
“Fhhh, fuck, that feels good,” he groans at you taking his girth. Your lips down to the hilt, burrowing his length deep into the warm, tight tunnel of your throat. “Who woulda thought the strict, by-the-book Y/n would take in dick so well?” You narrow your eyes at him as you bob your face up and down, earning a hearty chuckle from the pleased man. “That face of yours, baby, so furious with me, huh.”
You try to pay him no mind, distracting yourself with the task at hand by licking one of his balls before sucking them. Your hands increase in speed when stroking him, having the man above unable to stop bucking his hips to your fist for more enviable friction.
“Shit, yeah, yes,” he throws his head back in bliss, and you can tell he’s about finished while feeling his cock pulsate under your touch. “Bring your face here.”
He does it for you – his hand on your head for a reason – and forces you close to his cock before he jerks himself for release. And his come exudes with a force, landing right on your face. You fight every fiber of your being to move away, accepting his essence to paint your cheeks, nose, and lips. It was unbelievable how disgracious he was, just plain selfish and unapologetically nasty.
You hear the phone snap, throwing another scowl at the pink-haired responsible. “Lookin’ like a real cumslut for me, prez.”
And the worst part of all finally comes around — the thing you dreaded once you stepped out of that party and into that elevator.
“—Fffaaahh! Hooohshiiit! This is crazy—Eeeee!”
“Fuckin’ shit, you’re tight as hell, woman…Khhh…! Tryin’ to milk me dry, huh, Y/n…”
Sukuna lies beneath you with his legs bent away, his arms wrapped underneath your legs, and pushing them to your chest from behind. His cock is entombed inside your leaking slit as he thrusts up to you with every second, and the sound of your ass smacking onto his thighs fills the space.
He has his hands behind your neck, demanding you to look at the union of your sexes, and your face couldn’t get any hotter than watching the obscenity. He’s been fucking you for more than ten minutes now, his cum inside you from the last round stains a white ‘o’ around the base of him, and the sticky substance so vulgar to look at it stretching with his push and pull motions. And the squelching – the goddamn squelching! – it only furthered the fog clouding your mind.
There was no point concealing your wails; your lips were forced open with every jab from Sukuna. Jesus, he was so fucking big — your poor cunt stretched to accommodate his intrusion. You clamp onto him more when he pulls, the barbell piercing his frenulum and scraping your walls from the descent and grazing your G-spot.
“Fuck, fuuuck, hsssh…!” It was hard to concentrate on anything outside of this, and you couldn’t tell if you were speaking adequately or prattling like some sex-crazed fool. You sigh with rolled eyes when he sends sporadic ruts out of nowhere, clenching onto his shaft with a tug.
It has Sukuna groan hotly, his breath steaming your skin. “Holy fuck, you really love gripping my cock, don’t you, princess?”
“I–I can’t help it! You keep ’n hit—Haishhh!” Your eyes meet the ceiling at the jab of your A-spot, the pressure making you feel full. “You—hic—…Yo’re the one m’king me like thisss…”
“Is that right?” He takes slow thrusts to draw out your pleasure; your broken howls were music to his ears. “Sounds like the to be enjoying yourself.” You hurriedly shake your head no, and he throws a bitter pound to your hypersensitive chasm. “Brat, why the hell else are you milking me like this for, then?”
“Becauseee, it feels….Mmmm,” No, you can’t say that. Don’t tell him what he wants to hear.
“Hmm? Feels what?” You can hear the smirk on his lips. You don’t say anything except muffled hums, so he probes you, “You want me to send out those pictures, huh? Show just how much of a terrible president you are, how you love to go dumb on my dick?”
Of course not! “Do—Don’t you dare…!”
“Then answer the question: how does it feel, hmm? Tell me, how do you feel being fucked by the guy you hate so much?”
Oh, damn you, Ryōmen Sukuna! It was now you shed a tear, your hands grabbing for his forearms for purchase.
“—Fucking ‘ell, it feels good,” you said it, your last bit of dignity finally thrown for the man to shred apart. “Feels ‘oo good, you make me feel—Geheehh…so damn good…!”
Oh, that was more than enough for him. Sukuna’s sneer becomes broader, and his chuckles are felt from your back. “What a dirty bitch for me, princess…”
His hips go back to an unsteady fashion, propelling his dick to his base, and the brushes of his piercing massage your walls too precisely. It doesn’t take long for your orgasm to come crashing down on you with a scream, the walls of your cunt contracting around Sukuna for the third time that night. Your nails dig into his arms, and drool leaves your pretty agape mouth as he allows you to ride out your climax.
Sukuna whistles at the sensation of you fluttering on his girth. “Phew, damn, that was a good fuck. You know how to keep up with me, woman; you’d make a great pet.”
You were sick of him, gulping to wet your dry throat. “Delete…the fucking…pictures.” Your empty threat only has him click his tongue with a scoff.
“Not so fast there, prez; the fun was just getting good.” Your heart sinks to the soles of your feet. “So, be a good brat and know your place is under me tonight.
the lakes - m. murdock
a/n: hey guys so i've been struggling a lot with the fact that i might have hearing loss (i'm going to the doctor next week) and as always i am projecting, but i am not 100% sure everything in this fic is accurate and for that i apologize. but it's my little passion project and i hope you enjoy <3 as always, comments and reblogs are always loved and appreciated! warnings: hearing loss, hearing aids, tinnitus, reader struggling with being disabled, some parts are more vulnurable and don't have the reader being like overly confident in their disability, matt being soft, some suggestive behavior at the end, kissing, nicknames, pretty pg-13 honestly word count: 3.0k summary: your hearing aids run out of battery, and you're forced to struggle through a day of ringing ears and being deaf. matt helps, as he always does. pairing: matt murdock x hard of hearing!reader now playing: the lakes - taylor swift "take me to the lakes/where all the poets went to die/i don't belong/but my beloved, neither do you."
“Are you deaf?”
“What?”
You’re eighteen, home from college for the first time since fall break. Your family sits around for Thanksgiving, and there are so many people talking. There’s about thirteen people at this long dining room table, and they are all talking at once. You’re sitting next to your sister, but you can’t hear her well.
You know she’s speaking, and you’re sure you’re yelling, but you’re frustrated.
“I said, are you deaf? I repeated myself like, four times!”
You feel your face flush.
“Sorry, I didn’t hear you. You’re mumbling, and it’s loud in here.”
Your sister looks at you like you’re crazy.
“I’m right next to you, and I’m not mumbling. In fact, no one is yelling, either.”
You poke your fork at your sweet potatoes and feel hot, angry tears in your eyes as you avoid everyone’s gaze.
Your mom sits across from you, and frowns, planning to tell you to make an appointment at the student health center when you get back to campus.
She doesn’t even have to. You’ve booked one by the time she says it to you.
At the student health center, they administer a hearing test, and then refer you to a specialist for further testing. You call your mom, crying and she gently comforts you, before driving to the nearest bookstore and picking up a book on hearing impairments and a copy of ASL for Dummies.
At the specialist, they do another round of tests. Your doctor tells you that you do in fact have hearing issues and that you should come back in a year for more testing, to see if your hearing gets worse. For now, you get a doctor’s note that requires all your professors to take your hearing impairment into consideration. The process for getting that applied at your university is painful, and only gets worse through your years there.
Before you get to law school, your doctor tests you again, and tells you how your hearing has been decreasing in quality in the past few years. He says that you’ll need hearing aids to regulate it. You cry because you cannot afford that.
You get captioning accommodations throughout law school, as well as a note taker for certain classes that are entirely lecture based. You still try to take your own notes, but it frustrates you that suddenly you need all this help. Your own notes are incomprehensible and often miss key parts of the lecture as you sit for a few minutes trying to decipher what your professor had said a few minutes prior.
You go into corporate law after law school, choosing to stay out of court initially because you find yourself frustrated that you wouldn’t be able to process all of what’s going on due to the many voices.
You stay at this company long enough to get your hearing aids, long enough to pay your loans, and long enough to save up a good fund for your hearing aid needs.
You quit your job and get hired at Nelson, Murdock & Page as an interim while you decide what you want to do.
With your hearing aids, life isn’t so frustrating anymore. You find yourself enjoying casual chatter and not worrying about processing what your friends are saying. At family dinners, you take your hearing aids out when you’re mad at your family, to which your stepdad, another hearing aid user, always laughs.
And, despite the pay not being stellar at your job, you love it. You love working with people who need help, love fighting injustice, and you love your coworkers.
...
If only Matt Murdock would reciprocate your feelings towards him.
You’ve been dancing this dance for months. You come into work with coffee and stutter when you get to his doorway.
You wonder if he’ll ever know how desperately you want him.
You go about your days quietly, going to the bar with them at the end of a long week. You love your friends and find yourself hoping they know how much you love them.
Karen and Foggy, as well as Foggy’s fiancé, know about your hearing aids since they sit sort of clunkily on your ears.
You don’t tell Matt, though, not at first.
You know how bad it is, to not even tell your blind crush that you have hearing aids. But you’re embarrassed. It makes you sound like an old person even though you’re in your twenties.
But when Matt crawls into your window late at night, bleeding, you don’t even flinch as he crashes onto your floor behind you. You’re reading, your hearing aids out, and he’s unsure why you can’t hear him. Your heartbeat had no reaction, it’s like you don’t even realize he’s there.
He taps you on your shoulder and you turn quickly, and gasp, before starting to sign at him. Even in his disoriented state, he knows you’re doing something with your hands and moving your mouth. At first, he thinks that he might have stuff clogging his ears, but then he realizes you’re signing, probably because you think Daredevil isn’t blind.
He takes off his helmet.
“Matt?” You say, and it comes out a little louder than it should, because you can’t hear yourself to gage how loud you’re being.
He says something, and your gaze focuses on his mouth, where you can barely make out what he’s saying.
“I can’t hear you.” You say, softer now. You reach over to your bedside table and put your hearing aids on. By the time you look back, Matt has passed out on the ground. Oh fuck.
You get your first aid kit and begin to work on his wounds. When you’re done, you pull him onto your couch, now stained with his blood, and watch as he sleeps. Blood covers your hands, and you listen to him breathing.
When he wakes up that morning, you’re asleep on the couch, and when you feel him start to stir. You grab your hearing aids, and turn them on, before watching him wake.
He says your name softly, and you take his hand in yours.
“Hey.. You.. You’re Daredevil...”
“You’re deaf.”
“Hard of hearing. Not fully deaf, just… My right ear is a lot better than my left, but without my hearing aids I’m close to deaf, yeah…”
“Why didn’t you tell me?”
“Why didn’t you tell me you were Daredevil?”
“I was scared. Scared that… That you would view me differently, scared that you wouldn’t like me as much.”
“I was scared too..”
“When did you start losing your hearing?”
“In college. I realized it when I went home for Thanksgiving, and then it got worse from there..” You tell him. A hand reaches out to your face, and you lean into it, letting your cheek rest in his palm. His fingers trail up towards your ear and gently run his fingers over your hearing aid.
“Thanks for stitching me up.” He says softly.
“No problem.”
“The hearing aid does explain the buzzing I always hear when you’re around.”
“You can hear my hearing aids?”
“Apparently. I can hear a lot of things. I have heightened senses. You use pomegranate shampoo and had red velvet cake for dessert tonight. Your heart is racing.”
Your face flushes.
“I can turn them off if it’s bothering you.”
“How would you hear me, then?” He has a point.
“I just don’t want them to bother you.”
“Don’t offer to hide your disability just to make other people more comfortable.”
You kiss him when he says this, in a careful way. You’re gentle, making sure not to hurt him as you do. He lays there and lets you kiss him, his hands on your face. You realize you had no reason to be scared that Matt might reject you for your disability, because he is the only person in your everyday life who really gets how it is to have a disability that affects all aspects of your life.
You trace the healed scars on his skin as you kiss him gently, careful not to hurt him. You promise that you’ll kiss him more passionately when he isn’t freshly stitched up.
• • •
A few weeks passed after that night. You and Matt start seeing each other more and more as you fall deeper in love. You find it silly that you wasted so many days, afraid of talking to each other and maybe disappointing each other over the fact that you both lack a vital sense.
But Matt never views it that way. You wear hearing aids and it’s perfectly fine because most of the time, you aren’t struggling to hear him and cannot communicate with him, and he can’t see when you can’t hear him.
Instead, Matt loves that he can hear your hearing aids buzzing softly because it always alerts him that you’re there. He can hear your heartbeat and smell you, too, but it’s not quite the same as this soft little buzzing that reminds him often of a bee.
Except for this one day.
You slept over at Matt’s on a Thursday and really, you should have known better. You knew your hearing aids were going to need a battery change soon, but you’ve been so busy with work and with Matt, and worrying about him at night, that you’re tired. So tired that you forget to pick up batteries before your hearing aids die.
You sneak out of Matt’s apartment early, sending him a text that you needed to go get changed before work. Really, you want to avoid the fact that you wouldn’t be able to hear him. But he didn’t respond to your message. You decide that you don’t care at this moment and head out to work, debating the right way to tell your coworkers about your predicament.
When you get to work, Foggy is immediately talking to you, and you are tense.
“Foggy—” He’s not stopping. It sounds like he’s mumbling, and there’s this ringing in your ears. “Foggy, I can’t hear you.” He finally looks to you, and says something, you make it out to be a phrase of confusion. “My hearing aids died.” You tell him. You’re frustrated, and Matt isn’t in the office yet.
You deem this as a blessing and a curse. Foggy goes to tell Karen what’s going on and as you’re settling down for the day, you get a text. You hope it’s from Matt, but when you see Karen’s name, you falter slightly.
‘Hey! Foggy told me what was going on. We’ll have your calls redirected to one of us and you can spend the day doing housekeeping and paperwork.’
‘Thanks’, You respond, “Sorry about all this. I’m usually on top of my battery life.”
“Don’t worry about it. These things happen.”
“Still, thanks. Did you hear from Matt at all?”
“No, he probably just slept in late. He should be in soon.”
You try to ignore your anxieties over his absence even though you know that when he does come into the office, you’ll have to struggle to communicate with him all day.
So, for the first hour or so of your day, you try to get some work done but there’s a light ringing in your ears that’s getting worse and worse as you attempt to try and focus on other things. Everything sounds so muffled. You’re so focused that your teeth grind against each other, your muscles tense, as you attempt to try and block out the ringing in your ears.
You have a feeling that by the time you leave today, those hot frustrated tears will be threatening to pour once more.
You don’t hear Matt as he steps into your office and stands by your left side, where you’re almost completely deaf. He stands there for about ten minutes, trying to get your attention before he realizes the light buzzing of your hearing aids are not there.
You must not have them in.
So his hands find your shoulders gently, and instead of tensing, you actually relax under his touch, because you realize that it has to be Matt. A slight turning of your head confirms it and you lean into his touch.
Neither of you say much for a while, deciding to let your frustration slowly dissipate as you lean into his warm hands. They stay on your shoulders and upper arms, rubbing gentle patterns into your skin.
After a good ten minutes of this, his body shifts to your right side and he leans down, before speaking at full volume, maybe even a little louder, just to make sure you can hear him. It still sounds like he’s mumbling, but you can hear him.
“Forgot your hearing aids?”
“Batteries died.” You tell him. “You never answered me.”
“My phone died. I forgot my charger, too.. Are you gonna be okay to work all day?”
“Mhm..” You smile softly, “You’re gonna have to help answer calls, though.”
He kisses your cheek, and you lean into the warmth.
“Anything for you, sweetheart.” He says, a soft smile on his face.
The day goes by pretty much as you expect it. You spend it doing paperwork and dodging phone calls, your tinnitus gets worse as the day goes on. By the time the day is finally winding down, Karen sends you one final text.
“Matt’s staying a little late to catch up on some work. Want me to walk you home?”
“No, I’ll be fine. Thank you.”
You realize that because she and Foggy are heading home, you’ll be able to sit with Matt, maybe get a little bit of peace. You’re thankful, too, because you’re about to lose your mind over all of this. The ringing is just getting to be too much.
You wait a few minutes after Foggy and Karen head home before you go into Matt’s office. He smiles at you and gestures for you to come in, and you do. You lean against his desk, as he speaks loud enough now that you can hear him.
“I’ll just be a few more minutes, Bee.” Even the soft-spoken nickname doesn't get you out of your funk, too busy wanting to get on your hands and knees and beg God for your hearing back.
That doesn’t usually happen, but every once in a while you ask him for a normal life.
God sends you a blind man as your soulmate, because he must think that the whole thing is quite funny.
“Okay…”
You feel hot tears pooling in your eyes as you bite your tongue and dig your fingernails into your skin. You almost draw blood.
“What’s wrong?” He can tell that something is wrong. He can always tell, and you’re foolish to think anything less of him, and even more foolish to forget his super senses. A part of you bites back a bitter feeling, since you wish you could’ve had super smell, super sight, super taste, anything in exchange for your hearing. You were not given an exchange, only forced to give, with nothing in there for you.
You forget that your boyfriend has super senses and can taste and smell your salty tears and blood in the air. Damn him.
“Loud… Ringing in my ears, my tinnitus is always really bad when I don’t use my hearing aids for a while..” You say softly. “It’s just.. it really hurts...” You confess, tears slipping down your face.
“Sweetheart..” He takes off his glasses and rests them on the desk in front of him. “C’mere..” You can’t hear that last part, but the way he opens his arms gives you the hint.
You sit on his lap, burying your face in the crook of his neck with a shaky sigh. You feel the thumps of his heartbeat and hold onto it, the ringing in your ears slightly muffled by his skin. It doesn’t fix the problem, but it helps.
His hands linger on your body, gentle caresses of your knee or thigh happening here and there. He just wants you to know he’s there, in the same way he desires when everything becomes too much for him.
“”m sorry..” you say gently, and he just hushes you softly, kissing your head. He traces patterns into your skin. He traces words into it as well.
L-O-V-E.
S-W-E-E-T-H-E-A-R-T
He traces your name, his, and your last names.
You kiss him softly, realizing that you might never be 100% okay with your hearing, but Matt will help. He’ll understand. He loves you, and it’s enough to be confident in your future again.
You spend only a few minutes more in the office before you decide to head home, his hand never leaving yours.
You make it back to his apartment and Matt plugs his phone in in case you need to text him and get his attention. You wind up stealing a pair of sweatpants, a tee shirt, and a pair of fuzzy socks. The two of you wind up tangled together on his couch.
Your ear is pressed against his chest as he gently caresses your skin, occasionally moving your hair from your face. He mumbles sweet nothings, and while you can’t hear them, you feel the rumbling vibrations in his chest, and you relish in them. You bathe in the feeling of his heartbeat thumping against his skin.
You fall asleep like this, with Matt touching you and talking in this low tone to make sure you can feel the vibrations of his voice in his chest and in his throat. It’s enough just knowing he’s there. That this thing you thought would deem you unlovable is no match for Matt Murdock, who on your wedding day will throw up the sign for ‘I love you’ in ASL.
For Matt Murdock, who, when you’re taken for loving the devil, will find you and take you into his arms and kiss you so that you know he’s real.
For Matt Murdock, who touches you in all the right ways so you can hear the sounds of your own pleasure.
For Matt Murdock, who will gently trace patterns into your skin when you need to be grounded. For Matt Murdock, who feels himself slipping further and further in love with you and finds himself searching for the soft buzz of your hearing aids when you walk into the room.
Deep Undercover – Timothy McGee
"Rise and shine, Mr. and Mrs. McGee!"
McGee and I jumped awake. We looked at each other and rolled our eyes. "Better hurry, Mrs. McGee. You're going to be late for work," DiNozzo jokingly taunted.
"Do you enjoy this, Tony?" Y/N asked as she got out of bed. McGee quickly looked away as she slipped her robe over her thin tank top and shorts.
"Enjoy what, Y/L/N?"
"Watching us play house?" She teased. "Or are you jealous that you don't get to pretend to be married to Tim?"
Y/N and McGee smirked when DiNozzo instantly stuttered an excuse. "Don't daydream about it too much, boys," Y/N teased as she entered the bathroom and shut the door. McGee's heart jumped into his throat when he heard the shower turn on.
He leaned against the bedrest and ran his fingers through his hair. He and Agent Y/L/N have been undercover as a married couple in a neighborhood heavily owned by Navy families. Gibbs put them here a month ago due to a tip NCIS received about an underground home-grown terrorist group. This group was full of civilian husbands, married to women in the Navy with big careers. Y/N and McGee's job was to make friends with the neighbors and get McGee an invite into the group. Getting an invite means looking like a proud Navy husband with a hint of anger and resentment. They had a plan in place to show that hint but they needed to build rapport with the neighbors first.
While Y/N showered, McGee went downstairs and made breakfast. When she came down, she was now in her Navy uniform.
"You don't have to keep doing this," she chuckled as she walked into the kitchen and poured herself a cup of coffee.
"Keep doing what?" He asked as he put the pancakes onto a plate and turned toward her.
"You don't have to keep making breakfast every morning," she smiled as she took the plate from him.
"It's what I would do for my wife," he said. His eyes widened and he quickly added, "If this was real, I mean. I'm just trying to make all of this believable."
"I didn't say it like it was a bad thing," she chuckled. She smirked as she added, "If I was to make this real, I wouldn't have showered alone."
She walked away, fully aware of McGee frozen as her words sank in. She sat at the table and started eating the food McGee made them.
"If this was real, my husband would join me for breakfast, McGee," she called over her shoulder without turning around.
"Right," McGee stuttered. He cleared his throat as he made himself a plate and walked over to the table. He sat down across from her and the two ate without saying anything.
"What are your plans for today, sweetheart?" She asked, putting extra emphasis on the nickname.
"I need to run to the hardware store and pick up a few things," McGee said not sounding so confident. He lowered his voice and added, "Gibbs gave me a list. He thinks I'll run into some of our neighbors at the hardware store."
"We don't have to whisper in our own home, Tim," she whispered. Her voice went back to normal as she continued, "It's a good idea. If I wanted to talk to some of our neighbors, I'd go to the grocery store."
"Why can't I go to the grocery store?"
"Gender stereotypes, my dear husband," she chuckled as she stood up and cleared the table. "They suck but they are what they are around here."
Y/N leaned down and kissed his cheek before doing the dishes. They went through the rest of their morning as they usually do. Soon, McGee walked Y/N out of their house.
"Good morning, Kingstons!"
In the neighborhood, they were known as Kyle and Emily Kingston. Y/N's cover was a flight instructor for the Top Gun program based on her background as a Navy pilot before she joined NCIS. McGee's cover was as a computer forensics professor at MIT. To better sell their backstory, Y/N really did train pilots for the Navy while McGee taught a class at the local college.
The two turned to see the couple across the street waving at them. "The Nelsons," Y/N whispered. "She's a Navy lieutenant who works in IT. He works in some shoe store downtown."
"Morning!" McGee yelled as he raised his hand and waved. He and Y/N turned toward each other and let out small awkward chuckles.
"Show's on," Y/N whispered. She stood on her toes and pressed a gentle kiss to McGee's lips.
"Come on, McLoverboy," DiNozzo taunted into their earpieces. "Kiss your wife goodbye. You never know what will happen at training today. This may be the last time you get to kiss Y/L/N."
"I am going to kill him," McGee mumbled as they broke the kiss. Y/N laughed as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
"Breathe," she chuckled. "He's just jealous he didn't get picked for this undercover assignment. You know how much DiNozzo loves dressing up and acting like someone he's not."
"I still think Y/N and I look more like a married couple than her and McGee," Dinozzo grumbled.
"McGee makes the more convincing husband," Gibbs countered. Y/N just laughed as she kissed McGee's cheek.
"Don't forget to get more of the paint we need for the baseboards," Y/N said, slightly raising her voice.
"I will," McGee said, matching her voice level. "As long as you don't forget to be careful and to make it home alive."
"I always do," she teased as she stood on her toes and kissed his cheek. McGee watched as Y/N got in her car and headed to work.
Y/N was gone all day and McGee was home. Gibbs set it up this way so McGee would be the in. The group was made up of mostly husbands whose wives had big careers in the Navy.
While Y/N went to the base to train pilots, McGee did some digging on their neighbors. A little after noon, he decided to go to the hardware store. He walked through the aisles, grabbing the things from the list Gibbs gave him. His phone rang the same time it does every day.
"Hey, you," he answered it.
"Hi, honey," Y/N said sweetly. "How's your day going?"
"Oh, it's great," McGee laughed. "I'm at the hardware store now."
"Good," Y/N chuckled. "Gibbs will smack the back of your head if you forget anything."
"I'm terrified I'm gonna get the wrong wood or finish," McGee admitted. "I still don't get why you want the house fixed. We're not staying long."
"I don't care if the house is. . .Oh," Y/N said, her voice dropping. "If there's a neighbor nearby, try to talk but act as if I interrupted."
"I don't want the roof to cave in either, honey, but. . . We're not. . ."
"I think it's time to get your invite into the group," Y/N said. "Act as if I just told you I have to stay late. Be upset about it."
"Again?" McGee played along. "This is the third time this week, Emily."
"Wow," she chuckled. "Way to point out how many times I've been late. That's evil, McGee."
"Do you have to stay late?"
"What? My job isn't important?" Y/N laughed as she began to play along.
"I'm not saying your job isn't important, Emily," McGee sighed. "But we haven't had dinner together in what feels like months."
"I'm going to stay on the Navy base tonight. I'll run by NCIS and have Abby set things up. I'll be home early tomorrow," Y/N told McGee her plan. "We should move up our final act."
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah. Having it go down when I get back after a night I don't come home can lead to a natural fight between husband and wife. That will draw the attention of the others."
"Whatever you say," McGee said. "Just be safe, okay?"
"You too, Tim," Y/N said, her voice soft.
"Call me when you're. . ." McGee sighed like Y/N had hung up on him midsentence even though he said it after she hung up. "Love you too," he mumbled as he hung up.
"Everything okay, Kyle?"
McGee looked up to see Tyler Nelson, the neighbor they waved to this morning, walking over.
"Yeah," McGee said, clearing his throat. "Emily is stuck at work. Again."
"She stuck at work a lot?" Tyler fished.
"Occasionally," McGee shrugged. "The group of pilots she's training have a mission in a few weeks. According to her, they aren't close to being able to succeed. She's just trying to make sure they make it home alive."
"Still," Tyler shrugged. "You're her husband. She should be there for you too."
"I'm proud of my wife, Tyler," McGee said a little too harshly.
"Supportive but tired husband, McGee," Gibbs reminded.
"But if I'm being honest," McGee continued calmer, "it's getting tough. I know she loves her job. She's good at it. I've seen her in training and I've seen the pilots she's trained. She's good. But. . ."
"But what about you?" Tyler asked.
"Can I be honest about something that will make me sound like a horrible American?"
"Of course," Tyler said, his voice sounding more eager. "I've probably said it too."
"Really?" McGee asked. He cleared his throat and looked around before saying, "Sometimes I hate Emily's job. And sometimes I hate the Navy for taking my wife away from me."
Tyler put his hand on McGee's shoulder and smiled softly. "It's perfectly okay to feel that way, Kyle. I have felt like that time and time again."
He patted McGee on the shoulder before walking away. Once it was clear, McGee took out his phone and sent Y/N one text.
We're in. Tomorrow is a go.
* * * * *
McGee walked out of their undercover house as Y/N's car pulled into their driveway. McGee could see Tyler Nelson watching from his kitchen window.
Y/N wasn't confused when she saw McGee in the doorway with his arms crossed over his chest. She got out of her car and instantly started to play along.
"What's with the glare?" She asked, not moving away from her car. "Come on, Kyle. It's not like I was at work all night and didn't call you."
"That's not the point, Emily," McGee said, unable to stop himself from glancing at the car. She needed to move. He needed to get her to move.
"Look," Y/N sighed, "I know that I've been working a lot. Their mission is almost over."
When she still hadn't moved closer, McGee decided to walk over to her. He had to move her away from the car.
"Once it is," Y/N continued, "I will request some time off."
"I've heard that before," McGee sighed.
"What if," Y/N smirked as she wrapped her arms around his neck, "I told you this time it would be different?"
"I've heard that before too," he said as he wrapped his arms around her waist. He leaned in and whispered, "We need to move, Y/N."
"Not yet," she whispered back.
"But. . ."
"It needs to look good, Tim."
"That doesn't mean you need to get hurt, Y/N."
The two pulled apart and it was then that Y/N saw how nervous McGee was. She sent him a smile to try and calm him down. She took his hand and intertwined their fingers.
"How about I make us breakfast?" She offered. They were three steps away from the car when it blew. The blast knocked them off their feet. In order for their plan to work, Y/N needed to be knocked out by the blast.
"Emily?" McGee said, making sure his voice was full of panic. He sat up and pulled Y/N into his chest. He ran his finger through her hair as he tried to get her to wake up. "Emily? Come on, baby. Open your eyes."
"Kyle? Emily? Are you two alright?"
McGee looked to see Tyler Nelson running across the street.
"Tyler, call 911!" McGee turned back to Y/N. "It worked," he said under his breath.
"It worked a little too well," Y/N said through a painful gasp. McGee looked down to see a piece of shrapnel in Y/N's side.
"Your cover is rock-solid," he started to stutter. "We'll get you to the hospital and they will call in NCIS. Vance will send Gibbs. I can handle the rest."
"No," she gasped in pain. "You can't do this alone."
"Tyler Nelson has something to do with all this," he whispered as he gently held her face in his hand. "He's interested in me. This explosion is going to make him come talk to me. I know it. You can stay in the hospital until you're better."
"But Tim. . ."
McGee leaned down and kissed her. He broke the kiss and kept his forehead pressed to hers as he whispered, "I'll be fine."
* * * * *
McGee and Y/N were taken to the hospital. As soon as they got there, Y/N was taken into surgery. McGee waited until Gibbs and DiNozzo came running into the waiting room.
"I thought we told you two to get far from the blast," Gibbs said.
"I tried to get her to move," McGee sighed. "Y/N thought it would be more convincing."
"If what?" DiNozzo scoffed. "She got killed?"
Gibbs instantly slapped the back of his head. "It worked," Gibbs said. "Besides, she's going to be fine."
"Mr. Kingston?"
McGee looked to see a doctor walking over. He jumped up and met him halfway.
"How is she?" He asked.
"Your wife is extremely lucky," the doctor said gently. "There was only one large piece of shrapnel in her side. It didn't hit any of her vital organs. We got it out and sewed her up. We want to keep her here for a couple of days to make sure she doesn't get any mercury poisoning in her blood from the shrapnel."
"Can I see her?" McGee asked.
"Of course," the doctor smiled. "We are settling her into a room now. When she's there, a nurse will come get you."
"Thank you."
McGee turned toward Gibbs, his stomach still in knots. "I'm sorry, boss," he whispered. "I tried to get her away from the car but. . ."
"This wasn't your fault, Tim," Gibbs tried to reassure him.
"Kyle!"
McGee turned to see Tyler Nelson running over. "Are you kidding me?" Tyler scoffed when he saw the NCIS agents talking to McGee. "His wife is fighting for her life and you're already bothering him with pointless questions?"
"It's fine, Tyler," McGee stopped him. "They're NCIS."
"I know who they are," Tyler practically spat at them. He sent Gibbs and DiNozzo one more glare before turning toward McGee. "How is Emily?"
"She's going to be okay," McGee sighed. "They're moving her into a room now. I can see her soon."
McGee walked over and sat in a chair. He put his head in his hands and stayed there.
"We can come back later," Gibbs said, sending Tyler a look before he and DiNozzo left. Once they were gone, Tyler walked over to McGee and sat next to him.
"You okay?"
"No!" McGee said honestly. He stood up and started pacing. "This explosion wasn't an accident. This had something to do with her damn job. Emily has sworn her life to protect the Navy and her country. And how do they repay her?! She gets blown up outside our home!"
To sell the part, McGee kicked a chair over. Tyler calmly walked over and to McGee and lowered his voice.
"What if I told you there was a way to make them pay for this?" He asked, his voice low.
"What are you talking about?"
"What if I told you, you could take things into your own hands and make them pay for not taking care of your Emily?"
* * * * *
A few days later, McGee and the team had successfully taken down the entire terrorist cell. While they arrested everyone involved, Y/N was still in the hospital. The piece of shrapnel that had gotten stuck in her side gave her a mild case of mercury poisoning. Luckily, the doctors caught it before they couldn't reverse it. It took a lot of medication, but they eventually successfully got all the mercury out of Y/N's system.
Y/N woke up to a steady beeping.
"Y/N?" Someone softly gasped next to her. She turned her head to see McGee scooting his chair closer to her bed.
"Hi, sweetheart," she said, her voice soft. "Is the house still standing?"
"Sadly, no," McGee smiled. "We need to move, my dear Emily. Half the neighborhood was arrested. I told you we should've kept looking."
"You got everybody?" Y/N asked, no longer playing along. McGee reached forward and moved some hair out of her face.
He kept his hand on her face and nodded. "The entire cell is gone, Y/N."
"You did it," she smiled weakly.
"We did it," McGee corrected.
"All I did was get blown up," Y/N tried to laugh.
"It was your idea and it worked. When you were in surgery, Tyler came to the hospital and told me all about their group." He stopped talking when he saw how tired she was. "You should get some rest," he said, his voice dropping. "We can debrief later."
Y/N quickly grabbed his hand when she thought he was going to leave. "My husband is allowed to stay past visiting hours," she said, her voice breaking.
"I don't have to play your husband," he started to say but stopped himself. Instead, he leaned in and kissed her forehead. Y/N grabbed his face and brought his lips down to hers. He smiled as he deepened the kiss. When he broke it, their faces were inches apart.
"We don't have to play pretend anymore. At least. . . I don't want to. I want this to be real, Tim," Y/N said, tears filling her eyes and her voice breaking.
"So do I," he whispered. He leaned in and kissed her again. This time, when they broke apart, she was smiling.
"I'm so glad Gibbs made you my Undercover Husband and not DiNozzo," Y/N said with a small giggle.
"Believe me," McGee chuckled, "I wouldn't have allowed it."
♪ spice up your life come and get a freak
Min is the quiet blond boy that sits next to you every chance he can get. He follows you like a puppy from class to class, trying his best to interest you — the pretty popular girl of his wet dreams — with every nerdy topic that comes to mind.
Yes he's blabbing your ear off about the importance of maths, but really he's thinking about what what color panties you wear. Do you prefer lace or plain? What's your favorite position? Do you prefer backshots? Missionary? Full Nelson? Mating press?
You wouldn't suspect the school's valedictorian to have such a nasty mind.
He just can't wait 'till you give him a taste. He knows you will 'cause he's been so good to you, always helping you study for tests and even taking notes for you when you're skipping class. He's been such a help.
The first time is his fantasy come true; you jerked him under the desk during a lecture. He shuddered n tried to focus on what the professor was saying, but how could he with your fingers wrapped so tightly around his pulsing cock? :( The poor boy came in his pants and enjoyed every second of it, even when he had to embarrassedly excuse himself after class to 'tend to an emergency'.
He loves when you make his glasses fog up from how hot his face is and how heavy he's breathing. He loves when you make them slide down the bridge of his pretty nose, mouth hanging open while you make out with his cock in the library.
That all started because he asked you "can you k-kiss my cock?"
Now he melts and falls apart, desperately muffling his moans by biting down on his thin textbook. When he's close he grabs a fistful of your hair n tugs your head back, pulling you off his cock with a sloppy pop — starting to jerk himself over your face.
"C-can I cum on your face?" he pants, already deciding that he would regardless of what you say. He had to see his milky white cum painting your face.
"Oh? You're a fucking freak," you giggle sweetly, sending a rush through his body, "Of course you can cum on my face."
He absolutely folds when you call him a freak. He lives for the moments you expose his kinks, too.
Of course he's into bondage, why wouldn't he be 🙄 he loves using a neat silk tie as a blindfold... on himself, not you. He squirms and whines and pleads, "Let me see you, please."
Don't forget to cuff him to your bed and milk him nicely!
If you wanna get him achingly hard and sensitive for you, you gotta degrade him :( call him a freak, call him pathetic, call him a loser, humiliate him for cumming in his pants, tell him he's your toy.
And if you wanna make him cum loads then you should consider indulging in his slapping kink — his hair pulling kink — everything. He just wants the popular girl to pull his hair while she rides his cock like a toy.
"Please please please use me — use my cock like your toy n' call me a loser again. Please! Mmm yes yes yes I'm pathetic for you, Y/n ~ " he has the cutest high pitched moans.
He also begs you to use your vibrating toys on his cock :( <3
Speaking of begging... he is always, always begging. Pawing at your skirt to get your attention, eyes pleading for you to sneak off with your favorite loser so you can squeeze in a quickie before class.
Poor nerdy Armin just wants you to fuck him 'till his glasses slip right off, 'till his cock hurts, 'till you wring him dry of all his cum — is that too much to ask for?
project: make you love me (jyh) | two.
♣︎ spotify playlist | series masterlist
—summary: yunho can’t stand how you’re so wrapped up in the notorious campus fuckboy, park seonghwa. he would gladly love you the way you deserve, despite being shy, awkward and the complete opposite of seonghwa. thus, when he finds himself spending more time with you over literature reviews and random study sessions, he decides to take on the challenge to win you over.
—pairing: jeong yunho x f. reader x park seonghwa
—genre: (18+ - minors dni) strangers/friends to lovers, college au | fluff, angst, (eventual) smut
—word count: 3.6k
—chapter content/warnings: nothing too bad since we're still in the beginning stages of things lol, cussing, friends being supportive, friends being instigators and projecting!!, hwa still being hwa, yunho being shy and awkward but very caring
You scrambled to get your literature review done, almost forgetting that you had to send it to Yunho before officially submitting it to your professor. It's a bit past midnight when Seonghwa decides it's time to drop you off— even if it gets incredibly late, he'd prefer to drop you off at home rather than let you stay.
All Seonghwa's bullshit plans.
You yawn as you quietly step into your shared apartment, careful not to wake your roommates as you pull out your laptop and finish your lit review on the kitchen island in the dark. It fucking sucks that absolutely nothing is coming to you for this review because now, Yunho is probably going to think you're just flat out dumb for not being able to see what everyone else sees.
"Hey." You whip your head up so fast you almost give yourself whiplash. Seungmin groggily walks out of his room and into the kitchen, grabbing a glass of water. "Why are you working out here in the dark? Did you just get home?" You nod.
"Mhm. Forgot I had to finish that literature review and send it to Yunho."
"Forgot already?"
"Shut up, okay? Not my favorite assignment to work on. Besides, I wanna give him some time to review it and chew my ass if he needs to. Rather him than Dr. Nelson at this point." You type away, probably hella nonsense and gibberish about the movie at this point.
"Hm." Seungmin hums as he quickly drinks his water. "Don't stay up too late."
"I won't. Just gonna give this a few more words then send it off." You sigh. God, you almost regret asking Yunho [out of all people] for help. He's super smart and he always knows what he's doing. Was this the right route to go? Maybe you should've just asked Dr. Nelson and dealt with it.
"Mkay. Goodnight then, Y/N." Seungmin yawns as he drags himself back to his shared room with Soobin. You decide that you're gonna take another 10 minutes to finish off the review, giving it everything you can think of right now. If it needs tweaking or any additional details, Yunho can surely step in and help. You feel exhaustion hitting you quickly, giving your review the last bout of energy you have left before you shower and call it a night.
"Done." You say to yourself, sending it off to Yunho as an attachment.
He probably won't look at this until later.
You make sure to double check your emails and assignments, keeping track of everything that's due and needs to be turned in—
Ding.
You peep the notification that pops up on the bottom right of your laptop screen.
"1 New Email from: Jeong Yunho ([email protected])"
"What the fuck?" You mutter to yourself. It hasn't been a whole 10 minutes since you sent the email. You click on the notification anyway, letting it bring you to the new email in your student inbox.
— do you have time to meet really quickly later today? i wanna go over your review with you. cool if you can't though, just prefer to talk to you in person instead of marking up your page without any explanation to back it up.
You sigh and sit there, trying to remember your schedule for tomorrow. You do have a 45 minute break in between your morning classes. Hopefully, he's free.
— sure! i'm free from 10:15-11. does that work for you?
"1 New Email from Jeong Yunho ([email protected])"
— yup, i don't have class till after lunch. i'll be working at one of the booths in the library.
You sit back and respond, feeling a bit of relief.
— cool, see you. :) thanks for your help.
Yunho sits at his desk, feeling a bit awkward and nervous even though you can't see him right now. It's probably a little pathetic at how quick he opened up your email, but to be fair, you seemed like you really needed the help and that's what he wanted to give you. You aren't necessarily writing bad reviews, since you're hitting all the right points. But, he has Dr. Nelson figured out. He doesn't want just the facts— he wants you to think outside of the box, write out the emotions, feelings, outcomes of all the actions, give examples, state what your thoughts are on how this effects the surroundings, other characters. You just need to add that little umph to your reviews and give him more than the bare minimum. Yunho gets it though, it's not easy to tap into that all the time. That's why he's here to help.
He's hoping he can be the help you need.
"Did you come in pretty late last night or was Seungmin sleep walking?" Soobin scratches the side of his head as the two of you walk towards the library.
"No, that was me." You chuckle.
"Did Seonghwa at least walk you to the door? Cause that's late."
"Yeah right." You scoff and Soobin shakes his head. "Whatever though, he drops me off as close as possible to our building."
"Still. He should at least walk you halfway."
"Mm, yeah." Is all you respond with. "Anyway, lunch later? I have to meet with Yunho to talk about this review."
"Oh? You're actually meeting with him? That's new. I feel like that's something out of the ordinary for Yunho."
"He asked if we could so that he could explain better instead of just marking up my review."
"That's nice of him."
"Yeah, hopefully I'm not too much of a pain in the ass."
"Doubt it. You just need a little guidance, that's all. Sure he'll be super helpful." Soobin smirks. "He seems to not go out of his way for people, maybe he likes you."
"Are you serious right now? All because I need help over a literature review." Soobin laughs.
"Just saying. I already like Yunho way more than Seonghwa."
"Okay, I'm leaving. I'll see you later." You roll your eyes and enter the quieter side of the library where the booths are located. It's easy to spot Yunho, especially with that towering figure of his even while sitting. Today, he's wearing a navy and white flannel, with a grey shirt underneath. His hair falls to his face as he leans over to write some notes. He has one finger placed on a page in his textbook, while the other hand is busily writing away. He glances to and from every now and then, only looking up at his surroundings when he feels you approaching.
"Um, hi." You awkwardly stand near the booth with your books tucked against your chest. He simply looks at you before giving you a tiny, pursed smile and returning his attention to his books.
"Hey." He moves his book and notebook closer to himself in order to give you some room. "Sorry, just need to finish this right quick."
"That's okay. Take your time." You slide in awkwardly and set your books on the surface of the table. "Thanks for going over my review."
"No worries." He says softly before finishing up his notes and shutting his books closed. He brings out his laptop and types away to unlock it, pulling up your document before turning the laptop towards you. "So."
"Sorry, I know it was bad." You look at him, a little shy and embarrassed. He tilts his head a bit and furrows his brow while looking at you.
"Huh? No, it wasn't bad, Y/N." He lets out a small chuckle. "You're hitting the right points, Dr. Nelson is just super complex and wants you to use these facts a bit more." He points at a line in your review. "You talk about the characters feelings here after an upsetting moment, which is right. But, how does it affect their surroundings? Their actions, the people around them, what they get themselves into to cope. How does feeling bad branch out to all these things? Why? How does it contribute to their overall attitude, to the overall character?" You nod.
"It seems so easy to talk about, but I don't know why I have so much trouble doing it. I feel kinda dumb." He shrugs.
"You're not. You just have to dig into the details a little more and use those examples instead of staying safe and stating what we know already. It's easy to stay safe because you know what you're stating is gonna be right. Dr. Nelson just wants a little more than that, is all."
"Thanks, Yunho." He gives you a toothless smile.
"Of course. Uh," He scratches his temple. "Let's go through everything else? So, I can be of better help to you?" You nod.
"Only if you're okay with it."
"Yeah. Just wanna make sure I help you out correctly." He lets out a shy chuckle before thoroughly going through your literature review with you. He asks you the right questions, allowing you to edit your own document on his laptop while the two of you continue to converse. He shares his thoughts and the things he's included on his review, making it easier for you to understand what you were missing and leaving out in your own.
Literature was never your favorite. You partially didn't care enough to put in enough effort, hence the lack of patience and understanding with the assignments— the lack of patience and understanding with your own professor.
As 11 closes in, you sit and look at your fully edited review feeling content. You look at Yunho, a small toothless smile on your face while he awkwardly glances around the library to avoid long eye contact. He gently taps his hands against the surface of the table, waiting for you to break the silence.
Which, you eventually do.
Thank god.
"Yunho, I feel so much better about this." You slide the laptop over to him. "Thanks for helping me, seriously. I don't know what I'd do if I had to see Dr. Nelson's comments again."
"It's not a problem." He shrugs. "I um, can continue to look at your reviews if you want?" Your eyes light up as you nod delightfully.
"Really?"
"Sure."
"I have to repay you somehow, that's too much on your plate isn't it?"
"It's not. I wouldn't offer if it was." He chuckles a bit.
"Lunch one day?"
"You don't have to."
"I would like to. Or, if our schedules don't work, we can always meet for coffee and go in on the café desserts."
"Sounds good." He smiles and pulls out his phone to slide it towards you. "Mm, do you think I can grab your number? Sorry, don't mean to be lame about it. I just figured it'd be easier instead of emailing each other. Unless that's what you.. prefer?" You chuckle and shake your head.
"No, this is totally easier. Don't worry." You plug your number in before sliding it back to me. "There."
"That's me." He says after giving you a quick ring so you can save his number on your own phone. You start to gather your things to start heading to class when you hear a familiar laugh come from one of the aisles to your right. You turn over your shoulder to catch wind of the noise, finding Seonghwa deep in conversation with another classmate, another senior girl [actually this one is probably Hyeri?] She seems to be laughing at his jokes, even though they probably aren't that funny. Somehow, the way he looks at her [along with any other female who isn't you] breaks your heart.
Breaks your heart even though there isn't anything else left to break.
Seonghwa briefly makes eye contact with you before his eyes quickly dart to Yunho, then back to Hyeri in front of him. You quietly continue to gather your things and swallow the lump forming in your throat, unsure why you allow this feeling to completely ruin your mood. Yunho takes note, for sure though. Again, he's not sure if he should feel bad because you surely knew what it was like getting tangled with Seonghwa. That was no secret on campus. However, he's an empath, and seeing that you've been kind and calm around him— he can't help but feel bad. A tiny bit sad, upset even, that you continue to let yourself mess around with Seonghwa when you deserve so much more.
Yunho challenges Seonghwa a bit though, letting his eyes linger on him until Seonghwa breaks away first. He checks on you and parts his lips slightly because he wants to say something, anything— he's just not sure what. Eventually, he settles with:
"Are you okay?" It's clear you're not and Yunho immediately feels stupid as fuck for settling with that question.
"Hm, yeah. Just tired, is all." He nods, watching as you slide out of the booth and swing your bag strap over your shoulder.
"Don't hesitate to text me if you need anything else. I'll try and help." When he says it, he's hoping you can catch onto the fact that he's someone who could listen to your troubles. He's not good with words or opening up to people, but he thinks he could at least offer that after seeing the way you sank in front of him. His eyes dart back up to you when you tuck your books back to your chest and smile at him.
"I will. Thanks again, Yunho. Lunch or coffee soon, okay?" You say sweetly before leaving him back to his lonesome.
"How was your date with Yunho?" Soobin asks as he forks his salad and takes a big bite. You glare at him before shaking your head.
"This is how rumors spread, you idiot." Chaery smacks him on the back of the head, making him laugh but slightly wince in pain at the same time.
"I'll whoop your ass if you say that word and Yunho in the same sentence one more time." You roll your eyes. "My literature review session with him went fine. He did help me out a lot, practically added another page to my review from all the edits we made."
"That's good." Soobin says, laughing. "Are you gonna have him review your literature stuff from now on?"
"Probably, it comes so easy for him. Or, maybe I just lack the patience." You shrug. "But, his help would definitely be nice. I need to push my grade up."
"Mhm." Soobin wiggles his brows.
"He's pushing this Yunho agenda so much." You point at Soobin while looking at Chaery and she shrugs.
"I mean don't get me wrong, I'm on the same bloat." You glare at her. "But, I'm on your side more than anything!" She quickly bounces back, making you sigh.
"I give up." You mumble as you rest your chin on the palm of your hand. Suddenly, your phone vibrates off to the side, making you lazily tap your screen to see who the notification is from.
"Better not be Seonghwa." You glare at Chaery once again.
"I'm taking this to the couch." You stick your tongue out before grabbing your phone and walking over to the couch in the living room. Because it's not, and you don't really wanna deal with your teasing friends even more.
yunho: btw, i like this website if i don't really wanna dig too deep into the details
yunho: it's a good website that summarizes a lot of the themes in books, and they have a huge catalog
You smile and respond back, feeling appreciative that he thought of you.
yunho: srry for the triple text, hope i didnt bother
you: you didn't. thank you, yunho :) i'll bookmark this that way i won't have to bother you so much lol
yunho: you're not a bother haha but np. have a good night!
you: you too!
Then, another comes in. And of course it's Seonghwa. But, the message isn't your typical message, no. It's a message that easily rubs you the wrong way because why? Why does Seonghwa like to pull this shit?
seonghwa: since when did you talk to jeong yunho? lol
you: why does it matter?
seonghwa: it's a simple question?
you: you're ridiculous, you know? we're in the lit same class. again, not that it matters .. ?
seonghwa: how am i ridiculous? lol
you: whatever seonghwa
seonghwa: why are you upset, baby? i'm just asking. i don't see what yunho's point is
you: he has no point, he's just helping me out.
seonghwa: okay, sure lol do you wanna come over? could use your company ):
you: not tonight
you: maybe you can call hyeri, or whatever her name is. i'm spending time with my roommates
seonghwa: baby, seriously? i was talking to a classmate. can we not fight over dumb shit again?
you: goodnight seonghwa
You sigh out of irritation, tossing your phone aside. It's a bit close to 10pm, but you feel like getting some fresh air and taking a quick walk around the complex would do you some good.
"Chaery, can we take a walk?" She looks at you and nods.
"Sure."
"What about me?" Soobin asks with a mouth full.
"You're eating."
"I can take it with me."
"It's girl talk." He cringes a bit and shakes his head.
"Nevermind. Be safe, come back soon." You chuckle just as Chaery walks out of your shared room in a hoodie. She has one of your jackets in your hand, handing it over as she gets closer.
"It's a bit cold tonight. Jacket?"
"Thanks." You smile at her as you throw it on and zip it up, sliding into your slippers before walking out. Chaery is right; the air is colder, crisp. It has a little bite, especially against your skin. Chaery wraps her arm around yours, pulling you close for extra body heat.
"What happened, babe?"
"Huh?"
"You told Soobin it was girl talk." You laugh a bit and nod.
"Oh yeah, right. It is." You sigh as you hold her close. "Nothing, it's just Seonghwa. He texted me just to ask when I started talking to Yunho and what his point was. Got on my nerve."
"Ew, what's his problem? Y/N, seriously. You can do so much better than him. I know it's not easy, and I know he has his moments with you. But baby, you deserve someone who is always sure about you and who will be happy to flaunt you off."
"I know." You sigh. "It's like every time I think about leaving, he does something to keep me close."
"But, it shouldn't be this way, you know? You shouldn't have to wait for these moments. It should happen every day if he really cared about you."
"Yeah." Is all you can say because what can you say? It's hard to break it off with Seonghwa because this is your routine, something you've gotten used to— his presence is something you've gotten accustomed to. Even if it he isn't necessarily the best, he keeps you company. The kind of company that you like.
"How was meeting up with Yunho? Did he help you with your review?"
"A lot. He is super helpful, and he offered to keep helping me."
"Aw." Chaery giggles. "That is so sweet of him."
"He's actually really kind, and patient. I offered to take him out for lunch or something one day."
"Cute. Yeah, you should! Get to know him. Maybe he just needs a little pushing out of his shell, you know? You could probably help him in return." You shrug.
"Maybe? He's still—" Suddenly, Chaery's eyes shoot up to the figure ahead. She does a little gasp before making a cute noise and dragging you closer.
"Yunho!" She says, waving at him. He looks a little startled, but he stops in his tracks and waits with his hands in his pockets— a shy, small smile creeping at the corner of his lips. "Wait, oh my god! I didn't realize you lived here, too! I mean, so does the majority of campus, but still!" You sure as hell didn't know either, and you feel a bit bad that you just probably never noticed.
"Uh, yeah. I just live over there." He points at his building.
"Who do you live with?"
"Kang Yeosang." Chaery nods.
"Ah, cute. What a pair." You give her a look before shifting your attention back to Yunho. He quietly waits for the next part of the conversation, his eyes softly gazing over you.
You're cute.
"What are you doing out here this late?"
"Could ask the same for you two." He chuckles and nervously scratches at the nape of his neck. "I, uh, can't sleep sometimes. The walk kinda helps."
"Ah, I see. Makes sense."
"So.." He awkwardly says, shifting weight from one foot to another. "Also couldn't sleep?" You shrug.
"We just needed to get out and get some air." Chaery cuts in for a follow-up to avoid any Seonghwa talk. Though, she knows Yunho wouldn't do that to you.
"It's getting late though, and pretty cold."
"We're just gonna walk to the end then walk back."
"Hm, okay."
"It was nice running into you." Chaery smiles. "I hope you can get some rest tonight!"
"Hopefully. Have a good night." He looks at her, then you; he gives you a very tiny, very subtle nod of acknowledgement. With that, the two of you walk past to continue your walk, Chaery praising how gentle and good-looking Yunho is until the end of the walk. Yunho knows the community is safe, but he cuts his walk short just to head up to his building and get a better view of yours. He hangs over the railing near the stairs, catching sight of you and Chaery. He watches as you circle back around to your building, slowly heading up the stairs. He can hear your laughs from where he stands, and he's glad you seem to be okay tonight.
It's good that you have great friends by your side.
When your figures disappear into the hallway, Yunho feels content, relieved— knowing you've both made it safely home. He turns on his heel to make it to his own apartment, greeted by a dark living room with echoes of Yeosang yelling at his PC.
At least you're okay.
At least you're not outside, waiting in the cold.
At least you're with good company.
CARAI então, eu achei um doc do word q me salvou no enem. Como eu sei q tem gente q me segue q vai fazer o Enem vou falar um negócio que eu aprendi quando eu fiz a prova: o Enem não se importa muito com o que vc vai escrever, e sim como você vai escrever
O que eu quero dizer: ele quer que você tenha 1 parágrafo de introdução, 2 de desenvolvimento e 1 de finalização. Meus professores sempre me avisaram que era bom começar a redação com uma citação, e na última frase do último parágrafo fazer referência a essa frase (tmb colocar uma citação em um dos de desenvolvimento vai parecer q vc tem repertório.) Tipo, se eu começar com, “tinha uma pedra no meio do caminho ”, no último parágrafo falar ”medidas devem ser tomadas, pois assim conseguiremos diminuir a quantidade de pedras no caminho da população brasileira).
Eu tô fazendo esse post pq eu achei um doc q eu fiz com um monte de citação aleatória q eu peguei pra usar no Enem, so estou repassando meu conhecimento passado 🫡:
Segundo MARTIN LUTHER KING, ATIVISTA POLÍTICO, aprendemos a voar como os pássaros e a nadar como os peixes, mas não aprendemos a conviver como irmãos.
Segundo JOÃO PAULO II, PAPA, a violência destrói aquilo o que ela pretende defender: a dignidade da vida, a liberdade do ser humano.
Segundo JOHN PIPER, TEOLOGO ESTADUNIDENSE, a marca da cultura de consumo é a redução de ser para ter
Segundo GEORGE ORWELL, ESCRITOR INGLES, alguns de nós são mais iguais do que outros.
Segundo GUIMARÃES ROSA, ESCRITOR E MÉDICO BRASILEIRO, apenas quando a água de boa qualidade acabar ela será valorizada.
Segundo PABLO PICASSO, ARTISTA ESPANHOL, a arte é uma mentira que nos permite conhecer a verdade.
Segundo CONFÚNCIO, FILÓSOFO E PENSADOR CHINÊS, se quiser prever o futuro, se deve estudar o passado.
Segundo NELSON MANDELA, LÍDER NA LUTA CONTRA O APARTHEID, a educação é a arma mais poderosa que pode ser usada para mudar o mundo.
Segundo GIACOMO LEOPARDI, POETA ITALIANO, nenhuma qualidade humana é mais intolerável do que a intolerância.
Segundo MILTON SANTOS, GEOGRAFO BRASILEIRO, existem duas classes socias: a dos que não comem e a dos que não dormem com medo da revolução dos que não comem.
Segundo PAULO FREIRE, EDUCADOR E FILOSOFO BRASILEIRO, ensinar não é transferir conhecimento, mas criar as possibilidades para a sua própria produção ou a sua construção.
Segundo Barack Obama todos somos iguais e temos direito a perseguir nossa própria versão da felicidade
Segundo António Lobo Antunes, escritor e psiquiatra português, A cultura assusta muito. É uma coisa apavorante para os ditadores. Um povo que lê nunca será um povo de escravos.
Segundo um provérbio indígena, Só quando a última árvore for derrubada, o último peixe for morto e o último rio for poluído é que o homem perceberá que não pode comer dinheiro
Segundo a OMS, organização mundial da saúde, “Saúde é o estado de completo bem-estar físico, mental e social e não somente a ausência de doença.”
Segundo Manuel Castells, sociólogo espanhol, “A internet é muito mais que uma tecnologia. É um meio de comunicação, de interação e de organização social.”
#Enem#Eu tava de boa no docs e achei isso (e sempre me falaram q era bom decorar a profissão dos cara pra parecer q vc n so decorou o q eles falo#mas q vc sabia quem eles eram. O q era mentira eu n fazia a mínima idea de quem a maioria dessa pessoas eram 🎉)#Eu tinha mais mas eu perdi o docs se eu achar ele eu repassarei ele aqui 🫡
hello {natsuo todoroki x reader}
A/N: This is my first fic on tumblr! Wahoo!! I haven't written in a WHILE so please feel free to critique :3. This fic is inspired by the song Hello by Hawk Nelson!
Warnings: small make-out sesh
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
NATSUO'S POV:
I'm sitting in the school cafeteria when I feel my phone buzz in my pocket. I pull it out to see a message from her.
"Huh?" I ask myself.
"She sent me a Spotify link," my curiosity gets the better of me as I click the link and open Spotify. "Oh, it's a playlist." I click on the first song.
"You never ever leave my mind,"
"Not bad," I think as start walking to my next class. The song keeps playing as I pass her dorm hall. "We've been friends for a while now. I haven't thought much about it but I wonder if she's trying to ask me out by sending me this." thoughts wrestle in my head as I walk a little faster.
I eventually get to class where I pull out my laptop. "Wait, she's in this class.." I remember. Now I'm nervous. Just as she walks in the next part of the song begins to play.
"Wish I could some how let you know,"
"Hey, Y/N!" I say, getting her attention. I motion her to sit next to me. She looks excited. I pause the song and put my headphones away so I can talk to her.
"Hi, Natsu," she says as she sits next to me. Her voice is smooth, like honey. "How've you been? Did you get my text?" She's beautiful too...
"I did! I started listening, though I only got through half of the first song," I say, sounding a little bummed. "Listen.. it looks like these are all love songs. Did you mean something by that..?" I ask, feeling a blush creep up my face.
"Uhm.." she starts "Actually yeah, I was thinking of a way to ask you out but was too scared to ask you straight up haha." "So she does like me..." I think to myself. I can tell she's nervous to admit that.
"So.. do you feel the same?" she asks as I realize I left her hanging. "Oh! Y-yeah. Sorry," I say as I start to blush harder. "Did you wanna... plan something?"
"I'd love that," she says excitedly. "I'm free tomorrow, this weekend, and all of next week!" I think about my plans for the rest of the week. Dinner with Shoto and Fuyumi has gotten kind of boring lately, unless dad's there. But, that just turns into a mess most of the time. I don't think Fuyumi is planning on going to see Mom this weekend either. "Tomorrow sounds great," I tell her. "What time should I come pick you up?"
"Pick me up?" she asks, giggling. "How romantic. What about 7:00?" she says as she starts to blush. "Sounds perfect," I say with a smile. Our professor walks in and begins class before we can say anything else, but we exchange smiles when he isn't looking.
After class I walk with Y/N back to her dorm. Making small talk along the way.
"So, why did you think a playlist was the best way to ask someone out?" I ask. "I'm not sure haha. I've always been a huge music nerd.. that's why I'm studying it here," she replies. "What's your favorite color?" she asks in return. "Blue, like the sea." I say, trying not to give her a dry answer. We talk about classes and professors and homework all the way to her dorm hall, where I drop her off at her dorm.
"See you tomorrow," she winks at me. I start to feel hot as I reply "Y-yeah.. see you then!" "Man, she really gets to me... I don't know how I didn't notice until now," I think as I start to walk out of the building. As I walk back to my dorm room I put my headphones in and press play on the last song that was playing.
"Every time I want to say hello, every time I want to stay, I go."
"Is this really how she feels about me?" I think as I listen. This is a nice feeling. I think I could get used to it. I walk up to my room, open the door, and fall in my bed. For the next hour or two I spend my time looking up at the ceiling thinking about her and what tomorrow will be like. I eventually fall asleep listening to the playlist she sent me.
When 6:00 rolls around, I'm too excited to sit down. I've been ready for hours so now I'm just pacing. I make my way to the bathroom to look at myself in the mirror for the fourth time. It's so weird how one moment we were just friends and now I'm getting nervous about going on a date with her. I'm not even sure where to take her. I guess I'll figure that out by the time I get to her dorm. I grab my wallet, keys, and a jacket before heading out the door.
When I pick her up at her dorm, she looks incredible. My breath hitches for a moment when I see her. She's in a blue dress. "Hi Natsuo," she says seductively. She noticed my reaction. I start to blush. "Are you ready for our date? I was thinking we could go to the restaurant across campus." "That sounds great." I tell her as I take her hand.
We get to the restaurant, get seated and order our food. We share a few plates of sushi and talk about how our classes are going. I pay for our meal before leaving the restaurant.
It's cool outside compared to the warmth of the restaurant. We walk a few blocks before Y/N stops and looks up at me. I've never seen more beautiful eyes than her's. She looks at me like she's waiting to tell me something, but she's too scared to say it. "What's wrong?" I ask her, curious. "Natsu.. can I kiss you?" Huh? Earlier she sounded so confident, like she could have taken me at any moment. Now she's nervous about kissing me? My eyes widen as I quietly say "Sure."
She practically dives on me as her lips press against mine. I catch her instinctively. Wait.. am I holding her? I open an eye to see if her feet are on the ground and sure enough, they aren't. Her lips are soft and taste like strawberry. I don't want to be the one to break the kiss so I hold her until she backs off for air. "You're really good at kissing," she giggles. "Thanks.. that was my first." I say, slowly turning red.
When I drop her off at her dorm she looks up at me again. "Tonight was nice," she said softly. "Wanna do it again sometime?" she winks at me. "Of course," I say. As she goes in for another kiss i grab her by her waist, lifting her up and holding her again. My tongue slides in her mouth and she giggles while kissing me. I bite her bottom lip and she moans. We stay like this for a minute or two before I eventually put her down to let her open her door and go inside for the night. Before she closes the door she whispers to me...
"I love you, Natsuo, goodnight."

The Professor
Jack x quiet/shy!professor!fem!reader.
Gif by @violaobanion
Cw: some sexism, some violent thoughts and sexual thoughts
Oh and i changed Jack's middle name and his backstory is my creation.
You were an oddity.
A female professor and quiet as a mouse, wouldn’t have thought you’d have the balls to stand here and educate young men and the occasional girl on economics.
Jack had come to your classes to get his spanking new steel company in better shape than what his stepfather left it in. As sharp as he was, he still needed a few strokes on the whetstone to get where he needed.
He was expecting a man to be teaching, but instead the old man he’d threatened into letting him learn had gotten a stroke and you, with your strangely alluring shyness, had taken over the course until he returned or died.
You’re not his type, he likes his women with a bit more fire in them, but somehow you manage to get him as crazy about you as some teenage boy would with the hot teacher. You are stone, cold and silent and unmovable, and he wants you as badly as he wants to wrap a piano wire around the balls of the weasel faced young man some have said was your boyfriend.
John Fitzgerald Nelson hates it.
For fuck’s sake, he didn’t have the hots for a broad this badly since he was young and stupid enough to think the French model wanted more than a boost up the ladder and into Old Pat’s bed.
But you, in your serious and conservative looks got him salivating at the hint of collarbone beneath the collar of your dress. You dress like a fucking nun ---he’s fucked a nun or two--- and still it turns him hard when you stand there in your lectures.
“Do you need anything, Mr. Nelson?” you ask busy with some papers and avoiding his eyes because you know better than to look at a gangster turned millionaire in the eye.
He’ll break you out of that habit, maybe you need to be taught confidence. And who better to teach you than Jack fucking Nelson.
“You, me, dinner tomorrow night, Miss L/N.” he said lighting his cigarette and leaving before you could sputter out a no.

22 and 24 :)
22. say 3 things about someone you love.
So going to go with my kid.
Love how curious they can be at times, just off the wall weird, how they listen to the dumb shit I say and add on to it with their own.
"Mummy, what is a ship?" "Like a boat?" "Nooooo, like in games. When people say they want to ship them," "Oh... *me thinking over the smut* um, when people say they want to people to be in a relationSHIP." "Like Naoto and Kanji in Persona 4." "Exactly like that." *Long pause.* "TRIAL OF THE DRAGOOONNNN!"
(A repeat of a conversation last night.)
I like how they love animals and are so great with them. They have autism, so people and friends are more tricky, but they're the most accepting person ever of anyone, really. But when with animals, they're a whole new person entirely, patient, caring, like the animals just get it all. It's amazing to see.
Lastly... That they simply exist. We went through a lot of hell for them. They're a miracle.
24.what’s one thing you’re proud of yourself for?
I was thinking about this the other day and I'm going to go with the art portion of my degree. We had to do this entire display of our work and explain the theme and how we would go about teaching it to a class and I chose "World within worlds."
Now, as you have all seen, I'm not good at art. I was in a class with people who'd been drawing for years and I took this module simply so I didn't have to write huge essays whilst writing my final paper. I fought with the professor over pop art and I fought with her over collages, and I fought over...well everything, but every time I'd go home and think over what we were doing and I'd twist it so I understood it, and she let me. Honestly, an amazing, AMAZING person!
I ended up getting my final paper written earlier and throwing more energy into the art project than anyone expected. After a module of arguing over art processes, art analysis and everything else with my professor, I showed up with this representative of me, basically. I got a very high grade for it and the feedback I got was, "You took everything from the class and made it your own in some way. You've earned this grade and I'm proud of you." I cried, not over my final exam, not over all the stress or pressure or anything else I'd been going through. No, I cried because she saw me and was proud of me. How pathetic is that???
Now, anyway, because I am proud, here is some stuff I did for it.
A stop motion video was one aspect I put a lot of energy into. Featuring my 30+ year old bear Nelson.
Black out poetry, including a large book I made where I took one of the very long academic texts we read, made it into a fantasy novel using blackout, and explained that papers like that were destroying creativity.
And the dinosaur... We'd been given an assignment to take a piece of real art and make it into our own. The professor did not approve of me adding Godzilla and a volcano to a Tate Modern piece, so I went away and made a dinosaur out of Tate Modern... You can see how difficult a student I was.
Right! Enough sappy stuff now! Destroying my angst vibes!

18+ MINORS AND THOSE WITHOUT AGE IN BIO DNI
tags: @illiana-mystery
warnings: smut, unprotected sex (wrap it before you tap it kids), teacher/student relationship
I stared at the paper in front of me, the big red ‘F’ staring back at me. I looked up at professor wright and blinked in shock. He raised an eyebrow at me as he walked by.
“problem mx. (Y/L/N)?” He asked. I opened my mouth and paused. I nodded and he looked over my shoulder at my paper. “Right. If you’d like to discuss it, meet me in my office.” I nodded again and quickly stuffed the paper into my bag. I not so patiently waited for class to end.
“Professor wright?” I knocked on his office door. Professor wright smiled at me as I entered to room. “Sir…about the last paper…” he nodded and gestured for me to sit in front of his desk as he closed the door behind me.
“yes. Not your best work.” He said. I frowned and dug the paper back out of my bag. I smoothed it out on his desk and looked at him.
“I spent weeks researching this. I had three peers proofread this not to mention the writing center.” I exclaimed. Throwing my hands up, I started pacing the office. “I included everything you asked me to and I even asked professor steckle for help!” I sat down on professor wrights couch and buried my hands in my hair.
“there’s still time to redo it.” Professor wright said as he read over my paper again.
“redo it?!” I cried, looking up at him. “Redo it?!” Professor wright looked up at me and nodded. “Oh no. No. No no no no.” I shook my head, feeling like I was at my breaking point. “There has to be another way. Any other way. I’ll do anything. But I won’t rewrite that paper.” Professor wright raised an eyebrow at me and sat down in his chair. Taking off his glasses, he watched me.
“anything?” He asked. “Any other way?” I nodded. “I may have an idea.” Standing up, I leaned on his desk.
“whatever it is I’ll do it.” I said confidently. Professor wright smirked at me.
“you may want to know what it is I’m asking you to do before you agree to it so readily.” He warned. I shook my head.
“whatever it is, I’ll do it.” I assured him. I watched as he put his glasses back on. Professor wright nodded and stood up, moving to lock his office door.
“I really only see one of two ways to do this and it be comfortable. Would you prefer to be bent over the desk or laid out on the couch?” I looked between him and the desk.
“what?” I asked. Professor Nelson chuckled.
“you said anything.” He said as he walked past me to put his jacket on the chair and started unbuttoning his shirt. “I’m just asking for a quickie.” As more of his chest was uncovered, I felt my resolve failing. “Come on (Y/N). I noticed the way you look at me during class. How you come to almost all my office hours even if you don’t need the help.” I bit my lip and professor wright threw his dress shirt onto the desk. “So…” he smirked as he noticed my eyes roaming over his body. “Make your decision yet?” I nodded slowly.
“couch.” I breathed out. Professor wright nodded and I scrambled up. Undressing quickly and haphazardly, I laid out on the couch. He hummed appreciatively as he looked me over. “Please sir.” Professor wright palmed himself through his pants. I moaned as I watched him.
“since you asked so nicely.” He teased as he rid himself of his pants and boxers. Climbing between my legs, professor wright thrust into me and I wrapped my arms around him with a groan.
“oh fuck. Professor.” I whined. Professor wright started to thrust slowly as he pressed kisses along my shoulder. He latched onto my neck and started to bite down when I jerked my hips up to meet his.
“oh. Isn’t that a trick?” He chuckled as he bit down on my neck again. I moaned and squirmed under him. “Keep doing that and I definitely won’t last long.” Professor wright started to suck a hickey on my shoulder and I dug my nails into his back. “Just like that. Little more.” We were both panting as professor wright continued to nip and bite along my jaw.
“professor. Oh fuck. Please. Professor.” I moaned as I threw my head back. “Fuck!” I yelled as I orgasmed. Professor wright laughed and sped up, chasing his own orgasm while riding mine out. He soon spilled in me and leaned up to press a kiss to my lips.
“consider your grade changed.” He whispered against my lips. “I think an A is more appropriate.” I reached up and brushed his hair out of his face.
“Nelson, next time you want a quickie just ask.” I laughed. He smiled down at me and pulled out. Helping me sit up, Nelson pressed another kiss to my lips before moving to grab something to clean me up.
“Where’s the fun in that?” He laughed. “I like this a whole lot more.” I rolled my eyes as I started to get dressed again. “You’ll want to cover up that one on your neck.” I turned to look at my reflection in the picture frame holding Nelson’s degree.
“Nelson you asshole.” I giggled as I pulled a scarf out of my bag. “I’ll get you back for this.” Nelson grabbed my waist and pulled me into him. I played with his chest hair as he kissed me.
“I wouldn’t expect anything less.” He agreed. “Tonight? Your place?” I nodded.
“see you then.” I kissed him again before slipping out of his office.

New Beginnings
Calling all SPN and Heartstopper fans! I wrote a little crossover! Dean was dreading his eight a.m. Psychology class on the first day back after Christmas break, but when a study abroad student sits down next to him and they bond about their respective boyfriends, an early class suddenly doesn't seem so bad. Or Dean Winchester meets Nick Nelson and then Dean, Cas, Nick, and Charlie become fast friends. Read below or on ao3 wc: 3k
Dean sat down in Psychology 201, rubbing at his eyes and wishing it wasn’t eight a.m. Who even allowed classes to begin at eight in the morning? It should be illegal. He slumped in his seat, yawning and tried to will his eyes not to fall shut. Class was gonna begin soon and he really needed to actually try to pay attention, if he wanted a psychology degree by the end of his four years in Hell adjacent.
He was jolted out of his near-sleep when someone sat down next to him, which was kinda odd because the lecture hall wasn’t full yet, and he didn’t really have any friends in his major, so why the hell was someone choosing to sit next to him? He looked over at the guy, but he just gave Dean a half smile. It was warm, the kind of smile that makes you forget your problems for a few seconds. The boy had ginger hair and a freckled face and Dean noticed that he was kinda built like a linebacker.
“Uh, hey,” Dean said, tentatively, pushing himself up more in his seat.
The guy’s smile touched his eyes in a way that seemed to light up his whole face. “Hi.”
Dean was surprised to find that he was British. “Are you a freshman?”
The guy shook his head. “No, I’m not a first year. I’m just studying abroad for the semester.”
“Oh, cool,” Dean replied. “I’m a Sophomore.”
“I suppose you’d call me that, too.”
“I’m Dean.”
The guy smiled again and held out his hand. Dean took it. “Nick.”
“So, Nick, are you studying Psychology?”
Nick nodded. “Yeah. My boyfriend kinda inspired me, actually.”
Dean felt his body react to the word boyfriend, and Nick must’ve noticed his shift because his friendly expression seemed to drop into one of wariness. Come on, why did everyone think he was homophobic? Apparently, he was bad at expressing excitement when finding out someone was queer. He quickly threw on a smile. “That’s awesome, dude. I was just lucky that I managed to convince my boyfriend to come to the same college as me.”
Nick instantly relaxed. “Oh yeah?”
“Yeah, the nerd wanted to go to an Ivy League or something– not that he wouldn’t have gotten in, he’s like crazy smart– but I started waxing poetic about how we wouldn’t see each other and got him to settle for the slightly prestigious state school that you see before you.”
A sad expression came over Nick’s face, but he quickly shoved it aside. Dean knew that trick, he used it all the damn time. “You really are lucky.”
He felt the need to explain a little more, he didn’t actually want to come across as a dick who forced his boyfriend to attend the same school. “I mean, hey, he didn’t give up a dream or anything for me. I’d never have made him come to the same school as me. It just worked out. He’s studying Biology; he’ll probably cure cancer by the end of his time here.”
“What’s his name?” Nick asked.
Dean couldn’t help but smile. “Cas. What about yours?”
Nick seemed to match Dean’s smile. “Charlie.”
“Hey, that’s my best friend's name. Except she’s a girl, and a raging lesbian.”
Nick laughed. “Sounds like she’d fit in with some of my mates back home.”
The professor finally entered the hall and Dean opened up his notebook, digging for a pencil in his backpack. “So, what made you wanna study abroad?” he asked, lowering his voice to a whisper.
“Well, Charlie wanted to come here and I thought it might be fun to go with him.”
“Dude, your boyfriend is here?”
Nick nodded, his mouth in that half-smile again. “Yeah. Sorry, did I not mention that?”
Dean shoved at him. “No, you didn’t. You’ve just roped yourself into lunch with me and Cas, now that I have this new information.”
“Alright then,” Nick agreed. “I’ll tell Charlie.”
Nick pulled out his phone, shot off a quick text, and Dean watched his entire face light up when his phone buzzed not a second later with what must’ve been Charlie’s response. A moment later, the professor called the class together and Dean forced himself to try to actively take notes.
🍂🍂🍂🍂
Dean met up with Cas right outside the Hampshire Dining hall, easily sliding his hand into Cas’. “Hey,” he said, grinning.
“Hello,” Cas replied. “You’re in a good mood.”
Dean held open the door for him. “Yeah, I guess I am.”
“Well, I’m going to assume this new friend of yours is responsible for this. I can’t wait to meet him.”
“I think you’ll like him,” Dean said as he tugged Cas into the line for the grill. He really wanted a burger and fries.
Cas dropped his hand, though, and gave him a quick peck on the cheek. “I’m going to get sushi.”
“Lame,” Dean muttered. Cas just glared at him through narrowed eyes, shaking his head, and then walked away.
Once he had his burger, he found a table and kept an eye out for Nick. Cas joined a minute later and then Dean spotted Nick, hand in hand with a boy a little shorter than him. He had dark curly hair and he was laughing at something Nick said. Dean waved, trying to catch his attention; Nick saw him and waved back.
“That’s them,” Dean nodded in their direction.
Cas followed his gaze and offered a wave of his own. Nick pulled Charlie towards them and then stopped in front of the table. “Hi,” Nick said.
“Hey,” Dean replied. “Uh, Cas, this is Nick, and I’m gonna guess you’re Charlie.”
“Yeah, that’s me,” Charlie said.
“Nice to meet you, both,” Cas said.
“You too,” Nick replied. “We’re gonna go get some food, then be right back. Right, Char?”
Charlie picked at his fingers, fidgeting. “Yeah, I guess.”
Nick caught Charlie’s eye, ducking his head into his boyfriend’s space. “Charlie-”
“It’s fine,” Charlie said, and then he walked away.
Nick gave Dean and Cas a pinched smile. “I’ll just- we’ll be right back.”
“Wonder what that was about,” Dean said as he picked up his burger.
“Not our business,” Cas replied evenly, popping a sushi roll in his mouth.
Dean shrugged, chewing as he watched Nick catch up to Charlie. Nick said something that had Charlie pushing his way into Nick’s arms. Nick kissed the top of his head and then took his hand and led him off to one of the food stations.
When they returned, Dean was already almost done with his burger. Nick had some chicken dish and Charlie had a small bowl of salad. Cas began the conversation, his curiosity clearly piqued in the way he’d tilted his head to the side to scrutinize the poor guys. “So, what do you think about the college so far?”
“It’s pretty cool,” Nick replied, cutting into his chicken.
“Yeah, I mean we haven’t gotten to explore much yet but it seems really nice,” Charlie added.
“Well, me and Cas can totally give you a tour later if you want,” Dean offered.
“That would be great!” Charlie replied. “I was wondering about the Literature buildings.”
“Char’s majoring in Classic Literature,” Nick explained. “I think meeting Jack Maddox really had an impact.”
“Shut up,” Charlie said, playfully shoving at Nick.
“You’ve met Jack Maddox!?” Cas burst out, shocked.
“Yeah, are you a fan?” Charlie asked.
“Cas never shuts up about the guy,” Dean replied.
“Charlie’s the same,” Nick said. “Honestly, after meeting him I sort of got why.” Nick blushed just slightly while Charlie and Cas began an in depth conversation about classical literature that Dean couldn’t be bothered to listen in on.
Cas was minoring in Classic Lit, not that it would really help him in his biology degree, but the guy was taking so many courses anyway just for fun, that he was already compiling multiple subjects he could minor in. “So, Nick,” Dean said, “what kind of things are you into?”
“Well, I play rugby back home.”
“Awesome. I’ve never played it, but we do have teams here,” Dean replied, shoving a fry in his mouth. “I’m not really a sports guy; I could never do all that running.”
“Yeah, I’m going to be playing on the school team. But I’m really not that fast, not like Charlie,” Nick said. “You know, I roped him into joining the rugby team back home ‘cause he was a fast runner.”
Charlie jumped in, cutting off his conversation with Cas, “That’s why he said he wanted me on the team, but he really just had a crush on me.”
“Oh, like you didn’t have a crush on me, too?” Nick fired back.
“You guys are adorable,” Dean said.
Nick and Charlie blushed, but they wore matching smiles. “How did you two meet?” Charlie asked.
“High school,” Dean replied. “We were lab partners in chemistry, which sounds really cliche but… yeah. I mean, I wasn’t exactly sure what I was feeling for Cas for a while, but I got there in the end.” He smiled at Cas, tugging him in to kiss the top of his head.
“Yes, Dean went through quite a bit of gay panic-”
“Bi panic,” Dean corrected.
“Yes, apologies,” Cas huffed fondly.
“I know that feeling,” Nick said. “I had a proper crisis about it. But Charlie really helped me through it and I was finally comfortable enough to come out as bi.”
“That’s awesome. Cas and I had a lot of fights about being a couple at school,” Dean admitted. “It wasn’t exactly smooth sailing until maybe sophomore year. I had to leave my house; my Dad wasn’t exactly supportive, but Cas’ family let me stay with them.”
Charlie and Nick looked like someone had gutted them open. “I’m so sorry,” Nick said.
Charlie nodded in agreement. “We both got lucky that our parents were supportive.”
“Well, my Dad was more confused than he was supportive but I don’t have to see him more than twice a year,” Nick said. “And my brother was a right prick about it.”
“My Mom eventually kicked my Dad out,” Dean explained. “She wasn’t all that thrilled with my Dad’s attitude, and my younger brother threatened to leave the house too.”
Cas reached for Dean’s hand, squeezing gently. “But we’re here now.”
Dean nodded. “Yeah, and my Dad is trying to be less of a dick. He’s not very good at it, though.”
“Being out is hard,” Charlie sympathized. “I was forced out at school and it was really bad for a while.”
Dean winced. “That sucks.”
“Yeah, no one should be forced out before they’re ready,” Cas said.
Nick smiled at Charlie. “I don’t think I’d have had the courage to do it without Charlie.”
“Yeah, me too, with Cas,” Dean agreed. “I dunno, I think I just lucked out with my extremely awesome boyfriend.”
Nick leaned across the table, conspiratorially. “Did you also cry at an am i gay quiz?”
Dean laughed. “Dude, so many times. I took that test like twenty times ‘cause I hoped the results would change, but they never did.”
Nick and Charlie were very easy to talk to, it was like they’d known each other for years. But Dean noticed that Nick also kept shooting glances at Charlie’s salad bowl every few minutes. Charlie was eating it slowly and Dean saw Nick’s hand tighten around Charlie’s in a silent encouragement.
“What do you guys think of the food?” Dean asked. “UMass Amherst is actually one of the best colleges in the country for food.”
“It’s really good,” Nick said.
“Yeah,” Charlie echoed, still poking at his salad.
Nick changed the subject, his posture turning a bit defensive. “What other classes are you guys taking?”
“I have a behavioral analysis class after lunch,” Dean replied.
“And I have a Lit class,” Cas answered.
“I have Lit after this too,” Charlie said, seeming to come back to the conversation.
“With Professor Russel?” Cas asked.
“Yeah!”
“Great, we can walk there together,” Cas offered.
“It’ll be nice to know someone in class,” Charlie beamed.
“I’m glad you’ll have Cas,” Nick said.
Cas glanced at the time on his phone. “We should actually get going.”
“Okay,” Charlie replied. He turned to give Nick a kiss. “I’ll see you after class.”
“Yeah, bye,” Nick said, smiling.
Dean pulled Cas in for a kiss of their own. “See you at the library later?”
“Of course, Dean.”
Charlie and Cas walked off and Dean leaned back in his chair. “I guess it’s just you and me. You know, I think our boyfriends are about to become best friends.”
“I think you’re right.”
Dean gathered up his plate and stood, slinging his backpack over his shoulder. Nick did the same a little slower. “So, uh, sorry if I’m like stepping over a line here or anything, but is Charlie okay? He seemed a little down, ‘course I don’t know him or anything so maybe that’s just how he is.” Nick froze and Dean quickly tried for damage control, “Sorry, I wasn’t- forget I said anything.”
“No, uh, it’s fine,” Nick said. “He’s just a little anxious about being in a new country.”
Dean could see the lie, but he didn’t call Nick out on it. “Yeah, I get that. It’s gotta be stressful.”
“Would you and Cas want to come hang out tonight?” Nick asked as they moved away from their table.
“Yeah, absolutely.”
“Great. Charlie and I are in Brooks Hall, room 217.”
“We’ll come by after dinner,” Dean promised.
🍂🍂🍂🍂
Dean only realized that he didn’t actually have Nick’s phone number when he and Cas were standing outside the residence hall. Luckily, someone was just leaving and they managed to slip inside. When they came upon room 217, Dean heard mild shouting coming from inside.
“I’m fine, Nick!”
“No, you’re not! We talked about this, you have to tell me when things are bad. I don’t want you to relapse again.”
There was silence and Dean heard Charlie sigh heavily. “I’m sorry.”
“Char,” Nick’s voice was a warning.
Charlie laughed, it sounded a little watery. “I can say the S word when it’s about something like this.”
“No, actually, you can’t. I make the rules about the S word. Come here… I’m just worried about you. If it’s too much we can go home.”
“No, no, I want to be here. I’m glad we’re here. Together. I promise I’ll try to be better about eating.”
“Good.”
Dean exchanged a glance with Cas, not sure if they should leave or not. Cas made the decision for him by knocking on the door. A moment later, Nick opened the door. His eyes were a bit red rimmed, but he still smiled. “Hi.”
“Hey, you guys okay?” Dean asked.
Charlie came up behind Nick, wrapping his arms around his boyfriend. “Yeah, we’re good.”
“Sorry, we kinda overheard you arguing a bit,” Dean said as they stepped aside to let them in.
Charlie’s face dropped a bit. “Oh.”
“It’s not our business,” Cas added. “But it did sound serious.”
“We’re okay,” Nick replied. “We don’t really argue all that often, but when we do it doesn’t last long.”
“Wow, you guys sound healthy,” Dean commented. “Me and Cas stay mad at each other for weeks before we actually talk.”
Nick stared at him like he’d grown a second head. “Why wouldn’t you want to address a problem immediately? How else would you fix it?”
“Because Dean’s allergic to emotions,” Cas replied, deadpan.
“Hey!” Dean protested. “You once ignored me for three days because I didn’t say I love you back when I was drunk !”
“I wasn’t mad at you for that,” Cas replied. “You’d also told people we were ‘just friends’ at that party.”
Dean ducked his head, guilty. “I said sorry for that.”
“I know,” Cas pulled Dean into his side, kissing his temple. “And I guess I forgive you, but only because you announced our relationship to the whole school over the loudspeaker.”
“I couldn’t imagine not being honest about what I’m feeling,” Nick said.
“I’m not that great at it,” Charlie admitted. “But Nick helps me.”
“Yeah, we really should work on our communication, shouldn’t we?” Dean replied.
“It is a fairly important part of any relationship,” Cas agreed.
“I’m working on it,” Dean muttered. It wasn’t his fault that his father passed on his emotionally stunted personality to Dean.
“Do you guys like Mario Kart?” Charlie asked, moving over to turn on the TV, effectively ending their conversation.
“Hell yeah,” Dean said. “Not to brag, but I’m pretty good.”
“Charlie beats everyone ,” Nick said as he grabbed the controllers. “He won’t even let me win!”
“If I let you win, how would you learn how to beat me on your own?” Charlie quipped.
“Shut up,” Nick laughed.
The four of them settled on the floor and the game started up. Nick had been right, Charlie was good. Dean managed to squeak by in second place, leaving Nick to get third and Cas last.
“I’ve never been good at these things,” Cas sighed.
“It’s the one thing he’s not good at, actually,” Dean said playfully.
“Nick’s good at everything, it’s kind of annoying,” Charlie pouted.
“Clearly not, ‘cause you still beat me at Mario Kart!” Nick replied, shoving at him.
The night passed in friendly conversation and a lot of Mario Kart (of which Charlie won every game). Dean found himself relaxing into the little moments, leaning up against Cas as they talked about dealing with homophobia and bullying. It was nice to finally have a pair of friends whose experiences were similar to his own, Cas’ too. Nick and Charlie seemed to think so too, and Dean was certain they were going to be good friends throughout their stay in the states.
When they said goodnight, Dean leaned into Cas as they walked back to their own dorm. “So, if we’re gonna try communication, then I’ve got a few things to bring up,” he said tentatively.
Cas blinked at him. “Yeah?”
“Yeah, but we can talk about it tomorrow.”
Cas chuckled, wrapping his arm around Dean. “Okay, Dean.”
Dean smiled, content. He was pretty sure this was going to be his best semester at college yet.
