Can you tell me something more about what the Obsession AU Wip contains, please?👀
WIP Game
Absolutely! Good choice, because that one's a delicious flavor of DinCobb that I'm unfortunately not sure will ever make it into a full story. But here's the cliff notes:
Din's a hitman and Cobb is a lifelong professional conman and they meet by accident during one of Din's jobs.
(Was I inspired by re-watching John Wick? Maybe.)
Cue two completely, utterly unhinged feral men that never know whether they'll kill or fuck each other. Neither of them knows normal, so they invent their own little backstories and intricate rituals in which they pretend to be all kinds of different people and slowly spiral deeper into a relationship that borders on obsession, unable to stay away from one another. Consensual but not safe and certainly not sane.
And while Cobb moves through odd jobs from being a casino shark to an investigator, a professor at uni and then back to working a dingy gas station selling cigs and wank mags to passing truckers, it gets increasingly difficult for Din to keep him a secret. Because if his guild ever finds out about Cobb, he will have to kill him. And they do find out, of course they do.
Hell, Grogu is probably the kid of someone Din killed in that 'verse.
I did roughly sketch out the first chapter.
CW for murder
A rambunctious bout of laughter, near manic in its pitch, springs up from the main hall that's just to the left and down the wide, opulent staircase. Which with its faux crystal chandeliers and luscious red carpet, threadbare only in the light of day when one can also make out the stains of drinks spilled and the dark smooth globs of gum firmly trodden into its fibers, at nighttime it makes a fairly good impression of a bygone golden age that had never bothered to take so much as a single step beyond the threshold of this establishment even back when it was still cruising the streets of Mos Eisley.
The shrill sound of amusement rises above the general clamour and heads upwards, seeking solitude perhaps, as it wriggles its way under the door that is marked 'out of service' and currently locked from the inside. There it brushes lightly against the man's broad back, currently straining as he remains locked in something that from the right angle might be mistaken for an embrace. It peeks over a shoulder, curious and unsure whether this is the right person, an old acquaintance met by chance, and recoils.
The corpse in Din Djarin's arms twitches. The man caught in a headlock claws at his own neck and at the backs of his assailant's forearms, scratching unsightly furrows into the black leather of his jacket. He doesn't know he's already a dead man.
It takes seventeen seconds for him to fully lose consciousness, bent over backwards, off-balance and flailing, and the only kick he manages to aim at Din's knee in that time goes wide.
The bathroom smells of fresh smoke, piss, and an underlying blend of chemical cleaning agents that has mixed unpleasantly with the cloying perfume that the wall-mounted dispenser squirts into the air with clockwork precision.
Din draws a thin stiletto knife from the sheath strapped to his forearm and drives its point below his target's breastbone and upwards through his heart and lays the body down. He allows himself a small grunt of relief as he rolls the tightness out of his shoulders and neck while he waits until the man stops breathing. When he pulls the blade free, there's hardly any blood save for a coin-sized stain that doesn't spread. Seldom is, with this type of injury. Din prefers his work neat.
The laugh from before gutters out and goes wherever forlorn laughter goes, dribbling drunkenly into the cleavage of the reveler's companion most likely.
Din tugs off his gloves made of thick black leather and with thin plating sewn into the knuckles and backs, a special requisition he'd had made by the kind of craftsman who knows better than to ask questions. He tucks them behind his belt and opens the tap.
The water runs cold at first and cleans the blood off his blade in a stream of pink and then runs clear again. Din washes his hands. Would feel odd not to, given the place.
He uses a paper towel to dry the knife before it disappears back up his sleeve and then his hands while he meets the dark gaze of the man in the mirror with indifference. His reflection sports slightly overgrown curls and a round face, tempered into maturity only by the lines around his eyes and a fuzzy beard that stubbornly refuses to grow in fully despite being touched by the first greys.
Din fishes his glasses out of an inner pocket and puts them on.
He knows he looks more like a librarian than someone who kills for a living.
Din goes down on one knee and checks his target for a pulse. Satisfied that there is none, he is about to rise when,
"Good job."
It's said with the condescending tone one might use on a dog that has remembered to do its business outside and Din's hand flies to the inside of his jacket.
The man who had materialized at the bathroom's far end without so much as the faintest whisper of a sole against the floor is quicker on the draw and as the tips of Din's fingers brush the ribbed grip of his gun, he finds himself on the wrong end of a silver revolver that means bad business.
The stranger makes a disapproving 'tsk' noise and the shake of his head is a minuscule barely perceptible thing that freezes Din mid-action.
As the moment stretches between them, Din has ample time to study the other man who is leaning one shoulder into a stall wall, legs crossed at the ankle in a nonchalant way that may just be genuine.
He wears his good looks with the air of a person very much aware of his own attractiveness, appears put-together in a casually undone kind of way. The red scarf around his neck clashes with the bland grey of his suit which Din can tell has been tailored to fit his lean frame. At a guess he maybe has a decade on Din, although the silver hair, a strand of which has rebelled against being styled and falls impertinently across his high forehead, throws Din for a bit of a loop. But without a doubt the most remarkable thing about him is that he hasn't yet put a bullet through Din's head.
No one is this unfazed unless they were expecting him so to buy himself some time, he asks,
"Are you a cop?"
"Darlin', if I were a cop I'd have my buddies bustin' down this door right about now," the man says with the hint of a smile tucked into the corner of his mouth where Din is sure a cigarette rested moments before.
Would explain the smell of smoke.
"No friends then?" he asks, gauging his options. He can be fast, but the man's finger is on the trigger and his gun hand has the steadiness of a professional. Takes one to know one.
If the stranger harbours any apprehensions about sharing a dingy bathroom with a corpse and a murderer, there isn't so much as a flicker of it showing in that shark grin.
"Six, and each faster 'n you."
He juts his chin a little higher and Din rises from his crouch, straightening his knees with a conscious effort to keep his movement slow. Everyone slips up eventually and while he'd rather not find his end here and now, he doesn't harbor any particular aversion to the possibility either.
Dead is dead.
So he raises his arms up until his hands touch the back of his head and waits, feet planted square until the stranger tilts his head at one of the stalls and Din back up into it until he can feel the toilet as he kicks back with a heel. The man steps forward. Looks down at the body briefly with a detached kind of curiosity but without any pity and the muzzle of his revolver doesn't waver as it remains trained on Din's forehead.
Din cannot quite make out his eye colour when the stranger's gaze flicks up and he watches Din watch him.
"Play stupid games," he mutters and Din huffs.
"Something like that," he says evenly and the whites of the other man's teeth are a stark contrast against his tanned skin and the dim interior of the room.
The man steps over the prone body in a long graceful stride. He unlocks the bathroom door one-handed and without looking at what he's doing, his eyes never once leaving Din's. Smart.
Maybe not smart enough, because he doesn't pull the trigger as Din would have. He simply leaves.
Din doesn't lower his arms until he hears the soft catch of the door falling shut, and the faint rasp of the man's drawl addressing whoever had wandered here in hopes of relieving themselves.
"Oh, I wouldn't go in there. It's a terrible mess; I'd sooner brave the downstairs queue. Did they finally stop fucking in that stall?"
His voice trails off as Din hauls the corpse into the furthest stall and locks it from the inside before climbing back out the top. By the time anyone complains about the smell he'll be long gone. He makes a careful round of the casino, eyes drawn to every speck of silver and red, but doesn't find whom he is looking for.
The stranger has disappeared and it is time for Din to do the same.

How Often Should a Carpet Be Cleaned?
The carpet is a major investment in one’s home. Thus, it is understood that homeowners desire to have it in the best condition for many years. Carpets need to be dust-free and odor-free for a cleaner home.
It is recommended to have one’s carpet cleaned professionally every 12 to 18 months to keep it at its pristine appearance. This is only a generic guideline and can still change depending on different circumstances. There are homes that require a lesser span of time of cleaning as this is dependent on the personal preferences and lifestyle of the homeowner. Moreover, there are many aspects that homeowners should consider when they desire to have professional carpet cleaning in Cobb GA.
Check the number of people who frequently use the carpet.
The more users a carpet is exposed to, the greater the probability that it needs more cleaning. An office entrance is dirtier compared to conference rooms, boardrooms, and executive rooms. Thus, an office entrance carpet requires more frequent cleaning compared to the other rooms.
For a family with four members, a homeowner can opt to have it cleaned by an IICRC certified carpet cleaning technician in Cobb GA once or twice a year. Carpets tend to get dirtier when there are younger kids or if there is a large number of family members.
Check the warranty conditions of the carpet.
It is significant that all the terms and conditions for a carpet must be met. Carpet manufacturers require that their carpet must be steam-cleaned once a year. If this is not met, then the warranty will be nullified. If there is no warranty, then it is best to have it cleaned professionally by a carpet cleaning company in Cobb GA.
Pets decrease the lifespan of carpets.
It is recommended to have the carpet professionally cleaned every 6 to 9 months if there are dogs or cats that live inside the home. Carpets should be cleaned more frequently since pets shed fur. Carpet fiber gets to be damaged with the bacteria and dirt that these furry pets bring even if one vacuums the carpet 3 to 4 times a week. Even keeping the pets clean cannot ensure that the microorganisms will not damage the carpets.
Buying and installing a carpet requires a huge financial investment. Cleaning the carpet just needs a few hundred bucks. Professional carpet cleaning services extend the lifespan of a carpet and may no longer require a homeowner to purchase a replacement for a long period of time.
Moreover, a clean carpet would be nice and fresh for people and guests. Allergies can be avoided as clean carpets protect one’s health. A room will be more beautiful with clean carpets and they make the occupant feel better.

Marietta House Cleaning Company Expands Service To Offer More Eco-Friendly Cleaning For The Home And Business
https://authoritypresswire.com/?p=28906 Marietta, GA based cleaning company, Eco Friendly House Cleaners are expanding their services to meet the demands of the health-conscious home and business owners in Cobb County and North Metro Atlanta. Started as a house cleaning company in Marietta in 2017, Eco Friendly House Cleaners have seen the need to expand their services to other areas other than just cleaning resident’s homes. With a strong belief that cleaning products should not have a toxic or damaging effect on their staff, clients or the environment Eco Friendly House Cleaners have found a better and more effective way to clean without chemicals that homeowners have come to love and rely on for regular and healthy cleaning. It is said that the air inside the home or office is 5 times more toxic than the air outside. Much of these toxic fumes come from cleaning products that have been made to be strong to make cleaning easier but have a detrimental effect on health, especially for those who suffer from skin and breathing conditions, which there seem to be more and more of every year. The advancement of science has now created cleaning equipment that cleans at the microscopic level and removes dirt, grime and bacteria with precision all without the use of chemicals. This microfiber cleaning has changed the way cleaning is done by many professional cleaning companies, however, the decades of advertising from billion-dollar cleaning product manufacturers mean most households and businesses still use the familiar, but toxic brands. Eco Friendly House Cleaners now offer service for commercial, office and janitorial cleaning as well as window cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure washing and gutter cleaning all using natural cleaning products and top of the line cleaning equipment. Eco Friendly House Cleaners are based in East Cobb, Marietta and serve the surrounding cities of Roswell, Alpharetta, Woodstock, John’s Creeks, Kennesaw, Smyrna, Vinnings and North Atlanta including the business district of Buckhead and popular Brookhaven. How to De-clutter Your Office Like a Pro Without Taking Too Much of Your Time
Most people spend a quarter of their day in the office. With this in mind, your workspace must be something you want to come to every day. Arriving at a cluttered office space can cause much stress. De-cluttering your office need not be one gigantic task. There are numerous ways to go about it without taking too much of your time. Read on below for some tips to clear out trash from your office. If you need help with your office clutter, call ServiceMaster of Cobb.
1. Identify your stuff.
Many people are guilty of putting away things that are not quite useful on a day-to-day basis. These things take up space in your office, which can be used for things that are necessary for your work. If you allot some time to identify and list the things that you use in your office, you may be able to pare your things down and lessen the clutter which can cause distraction and stress you out. Having only the things you need in your office space makes you more relaxed and move freely to complete more tasks.
2. Assign space for your things.
When you have identified the things in your office, you will realize that there are items that belong somewhere else. Return things to the kitchen, dining area, or the garage where they are supposed to be to optimize their use as well as free the spaces they occupy in your office for things that are more useful for your work. Designate proper places for the things you need in your office where they can be easily found and accessible when needed.
3. Schedule time for cleaning your work area.
Putting things back in their proper places is just half of the battle. To make your office your haven for work, cleaning your workspace is also a priority. Wipe off all surfaces such as tops of cabinets and drawers, keyboards, and your clutter-free desk. Remove cobwebs from the ceiling and dark corners of your room. For heavy-duty cleanings, such as carpet cleaning, you may ask help from the experts.
ServiceMaster of Cobb provides professional carpet cleaning in Cobb GA. An IICRC certified carpet cleaning technician in Cobb GA is sure to help you make your carpet look good as new. ServiceMaster of Cobb not only provides professional carpet cleaning but wood floor care in Cobb GA as well. Asking for help from the cleaning experts saves time, which you can use for your work.
4. Develop proper habits.
If you do not want to de-clutter every so often, you must keep a habit of putting away the things where they belong after using them. This good practice not only helps you maintain a clean working area but also promotes a smooth flow in your working environment.
De-cluttering your office is no big deal when you call ServiceMaster of Cobb. If you need the help of the pros to save you time for your work instead of cleaning, contact us at 678-264-3310 for Georgia, 423-220-4482 for Tennessee, and 678-909-1078 for Commercial. Should I Clean or Replace My Carpets?
What should you do about your home's worn and dirty carpeting? You have two options: clean the carpets or replace them. If you need help deciding, take a look at what you need to know about cleaning your home’s carpets versus replacing them.
When your carpets are starting to look like they have seen better days, you may be wondering if it is time to get new ones or if you should try to salvage the ones you currently have. It is always cheaper to repair rather than replace, but there will be some instances in which buying new carpets is necessary. A general rule is to replace your carpets when they currently pose health risks like harboring mold or allergens. If your carpets have just a few stains, however, you can likely get professional carpet cleaning in Cobb GA help to restore them to their original glory. ServiceMaster of Cobb has IICRC certified carpet cleaning technicians in Cobb GA that offer carpet cleaning services in Cobb GA.
If you have stains that can come out with professional carpet cleaning, you should definitely invest in this service. Many carpet cleaning companies can take out even tough stains from wine, chocolate, and permanent markers. When in doubt, there's no harm in calling your local cleaners and asking what situations they can handle. Overall, here's how you know your carpets can be saved with some professional.
· The stains are superficial
· Your carpets are not damaged by floodwater
· Your carpets are free from mold, biohazards, or harmful allergens
When do I need to buy new carpets?
A carpet can last for as long as you want it to, and it can easily outlast its owner depending on use and care. However, most of us have a carpet because we want to walk on it and live on it, not just look at it. At some point, we have to consider replacing the carpet. These reasons may include events such as buying or selling a home, water damage, discoloration or wear of carpet from long-term use, and permanent damage from stains or pets, just to name a few. Not all of these situations require replacement.
Lastly, when you are deciding whether or not to replace your carpet, you will want to consider what is happening in your life, your home, and your family. Do you have two young kids who love to play in the mud and often forget to take their shoes off? Did you just welcome a new puppy who isn’t trained yet into your home? Are you hosting a big event that will likely mean a lot of visitors with dirty shoes tracking through your living space? In these kinds of cases, you might want to put off replacing your carpet for a little while.
If you are in need of professional carpet cleaning, book a schedule at ServiceMaster by Cobb. Contact us at 678-264-3310 for Georgia, 423-220-4482 for Tennessee, and 678-909-1078 for Commercial.

Household Items to Deep Clean After the Holidays
The holidays have long been over and the decorations have been put away, but has your home been cleaned enough? Deep cleaning is important after all the stress of the holidays, and there is no better time to do it than the present.
ServiceMaster of Cobb, a professional cleaning company in Cobb GA, is here to help you start the new year right with a clean home; we offer professional carpet cleaning in Cobb GA with IICRC certified carpet cleaning technician in Cobb GA and wood floor care in Cobb GA, so we’ve put together this list of household items to deep clean after the holidays.
Cabinets: Dish soap isn’t just for pots and pans — it’s also an efficient degreaser for the rest of your kitchen. You can use a clean rag soaked in soap and water for removing spilled oil and fingerprints. Wipe visible and hidden corners and the inside edges of doors with a clean cloth.
Bathrooms: After the holidays, you might want to check your tub and shower to see if they need extra cleaning. Be careful not to breathe in harsh fumes during the cleanup process. It'd be much better to entrust your bathroom tile and grout to a professional tile and grout cleaning company to rid yourself of the trouble.
Vent covers: Cleaning your vent covers is an easy way to help protect your home’s indoor air quality. Get rid of dust bunnies and allergens by unscrewing vent covers and placing them in a sink filled with hot water and a squirt of dish soap. Then, carefully wipe the covers with a clean microfiber cloth, dry them, and replace.
Carpet: Carpet can trap (and hold) dust, dirt, pet dander, and allergens. To freshen and deodorize your carpet, you don’t need special cleaners — just sprinkle baking soda on the entire area and let it sit for at least an hour (the longer, the better). Vacuum it up and repeat if needed. However, carpets have different types and therefore require different cleaning needs. It'd be for your best interest to contact a professional carpet cleaning company in Cobb GA to do the work for you.
Mattress: Freshen up your mattresses by sprinkling them with baking soda when washing them.
To have less hassle after a lot of gatherings, of course, the best way to avoid an arduous deep cleaning is to practice continual upkeep. Maintenance alone is not enough, as it needs to be done the proper way to ensure that no more damages are added to the existing ones, if there are any. We hope that this cleaning checklist helped you out!
At ServiceMaster of Cobb, we cover every square inch of your home, from the surface right down to its deeper layers. We leave no nook or corner untouched, and our home cleaning teams always work with respect for your property, so you never have to worry about scuffs or other damages to your walls. All of these precautions, combined with our willingness to work within each customer’s unique specifications, make ServiceMaster of Cobb one of the best cleaning providers in Georgia and Tennessee.

Flu Season FAQs
The flu affects approximately 60 million Americans every year, and not only that – there are different kinds of flu viruses as well. It’s always a challenge to inform, educate, and vaccinate patients every flu season, although each season may be different from the others. You may have a lot of questions to ask about this perennial illness, so we have gathered the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) every flu season to help you prepare ahead as well as convey effective information to others.
As one of the leading companies in the restoration and cleaning industry, ServiceMaster of Cobb, a carpet cleaning company in Cobb GA that offers carpet cleaning in Cobb Georgia and surrounding areas, focuses on the professional cleaning industry. When it comes to decreasing the threat of pathogens such as influenza and cold viruses, it is important to practice proper cleaning and disinfecting, especially of surfaces most prone to touching. This would reduce the risk of transmitting illnesses or infecting others through surfaces or objects. Cleaning alone is not enough; it is also vital that it be done routinely. Carpets harbor a lot of dust, dirt, and grime which create a perfect breeding ground for bacteria, and regular cleaning and disinfecting removes these harmful pathogens.
Here are some flu season FAQs.
What is the flu?
The Flu is a highly contagious respiratory virus that comes on suddenly. If a person is exposed to this virus, these symptoms can manifest in one to seven days after exposure: fever (usually 100.4°F or higher, lasting for several days, often with chills), body aches, and a cough. Symptoms can also include the following:
· Headaches · Fatigue · Sore throat · Runny or stuffy nose · Eye pain, such as burning, pain on eye movement or sensitivity to light
The good news is that gastrointestinal symptoms, such as diarrhea or nausea and vomiting, are fairly uncommon. Because the flu is a viral disease, taking antibiotics won’t be of any help; those are effective against bacteria, but won’t help you with the flu.
How do you get the flu?
The method of transmission is from person to person, which are typically from airborne particles that are released through the coughing or sneezing of an infected person, as well as through touching contaminated objects or surfaces, like door knobs or countertops. In order to help prevent the spread of the flu virus, it is vital to practice the proper way to cough and sneeze, as well as good hand hygiene. Following these tips will help keep you and your family safe and healthy this flu season.
Should I get a flu shot?
Definitely! If you are eligible to get vaccinated, have yourself vaccinated against the flu.
It’s the single best way to protect yourself and your loved ones from getting infected.
In fact, the flu shot not only reduces your risk of getting the flu and lessens symptoms if you do get sick, but it also helps prevent the flu from spreading and infecting other people. If you are in close contact with young children, anyone elderly or those with a serious illness, getting vaccinated can reduce their chances of coming down with the flu and developing complications like pneumonia.
Do I need a flu shot every year?
It is recommended to get a flu shot every year. This is because flu viruses undergo mutation, and each new flu vaccine is enhanced to match the strain(s) of flu that are expected to cause a lot of flu cases in the next flu season. Keep your family safe by getting vaccinated annually.
Are flu vaccines safe?
Yes, absolutely. Flu vaccines have been studied carefully and are very safe. Even though some people get sick despite getting a flu shot, the flu shot itself can't give you the flu. There are reported symptoms, such as body aches and low-grade fevers, that manifest after getting a flu shot, but this is only because your body is adjusting and is developing an immune response to the vaccine. They will usually disappear within a day or two. If you are worried, you can always talk to your provider about the reactions you got from a flu vaccine before getting the next shot.
DID YOU KNOW?
· Getting a vaccination will remove you as a source of infection to patients in your care, their family members or carers in attendance, and fellow colleagues who may be in a clinical ‘at risk’ category.
· People are infectious for 2-3 days before showing symptoms.
· You can infect another person within a distance of six (6) feet.
· You can infect another person simply by breathing (via the water vapor from your breath).
· Ibuprofen, coffee and energy drinks may make you feel well enough to attend work, but you could still be infectious
· Viruses can ‘survive’ on your hands (for example from rubbing your mouth and nose) and be spread by direct contact or indirect contact via door handles and surfaces.
· Viruses can be spread by sneezing and coughing. The virus is spread in mucus/saliva spray droplets in the air, by direct contact or onto any surface which then becomes a source of infection for patients and colleagues.
· Patients with chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, morbid obesity, asplenic or splenic dysfunction, respiratory, heart, kidney, liver or neurological conditions, are most prone to getting the flu. Those who are immunosuppressed due to treatment or conditions, or are pregnant, are all ‘at risk’ from an influenza infection becoming more serious, causing viral pneumonia, myocarditis, meningitis, encephalitis or otitis media.

How to Know If Your Carpet Needs Cleaning
If your house has a carpet, there is 100% chance that dirt is going to stick there.
You need to clean it. Carpeting is one of the most beautiful and comfortable flooring options, but it is also one of the options that needs cleaning maintenance.
We only give attention to our carpets if wine or food was spilled on them. We only rub the stained part of the carpet and forget to clean the rest of it. The disadvantage of carpeted floors is that we often fail to think about cleaning them, sometimes for a long time.
While sometimes it is obvious when your carpet is dirty, there are indications that you should look out for to know that it is about time to clean it up.
If you want your carpet to be in top shape, you need to clean it regularly. Below are numerous giveaways that your carpet needs professional cleaning.
· Your allergies are getting worse
If you are sensitive to house allergens like dust and pet fur, it is very important that you maintain regular carpet cleaning. You will know if your carpet is ripe for cleaning when you get teary-eyed when entering your bedroom or living room.
· Gray-toned carpet
Due to dirt accumulation in the most frequently used, monochromatic carpets tend to become multiple shades of whatever color they are. A thorough cleaning will do if your carpet already displays any shade of gray or fading.
· Appearance of mold and mildew
Light or dark spots of mold and mildew may begin to appear if your carpet has been exposed to damp conditions or food spills. If this situation is caught early, a good carpet cleaning may solve the problem, but if it can't, then your carpet needs to be replaced.
· Carpet stains
Stains can happen anytime because of various reasons, from kids and pets having accidents to that friend who knocked over a glass of juice accidentally. Professional carpet cleaning in Atlanta, Georgia can get rid of these stains and make your carpet look new again.
· Smelly carpet
Carpets will really smell if not maintained properly. Whatever the reason is, carpet smells should disappear in a snap with a little help from a carpet deodorizer.
· Tired-looking carpets
Carpets can look tired, too. Constant foot traffic means that dirt is beginning to weigh down the fibers of your carpet. A good cleaning will make your carpet look lively again.
· No carpet cleaning for over a year
Your carpet can look and smell nice, but remember that doesn't count if you haven't cleaned your carpet for more than a year. It doesn't mean that if you can't see any dirt, it is already clean. It is time to get your phone and make an appointment to have your carpets cleaned.
If any of the seven signs above applies to your carpets, call a professional carpet cleaning company in Atlanta, GA. We at ServiceMaster of Cobb, with IICRC-certified carpet cleaning technicians in Atlanta, GA, can assist you with restoring your commercial property back to its pre-incident condition with a minimal amount of disruption.

Below are some tips for those who want to learn or are wanting to re-learn how to organize a home or office, so that they can spend less time searching for certain documents, be productive, and enjoy what they do most.

How Can You Improve the Indoor Air Quality in Your Home?
Most people are wary of the air they breathe outside but often neglect indoor air quality, despite spending the majority of their active hours inside. While it is true that there are many airborne particles outside, a lot of them manage to get indoors through natural ventilation. That is why indoor air quality is every bit as essential as outdoor air, if not more.
Clean carpet, cleaner indoor air
Indoor air quality in Georgia is closely tied to the condition of the rug inside your home. Studies have shown that houses with carpeted floors have more dust and other particulate matter compared to non-carpeted homes. That is because carpets behave as filters when it comes to airborne particles that manage to settle on your floor. Also, it is the likely destination of all dust and dirt from your shoes or those brought in by your pets. All it takes is a slight disturbance like foot traffic for the particulate matter on your carpets to be sent airborne again and breathed in by you and your family.Understandably, the majority of the steps that could help you improve indoor air quality involves keeping your carpet clean.
1. Regular vacuuming
The first half of carpet care is something Georgia homeowners must do regularly, which is vacuuming. Vacuum your carpets twice a week if foot traffic is not heavy, focusing more on frequented areas such as hallways and entrances. If you have pets like dogs and cats, daily vacuuming is advised.
2. Professional carpet cleaning
The other half of total carpet care is professional carpet cleaning every 12 to 18 months. Vacuuming is not be able to reach deep into the carpet backing to remove dust and dirt that have settled beyond the carpet pile. A professional carpet cleaning company in Fulton GA has the proper equipment and training to succeed where regular vacuuming fails.
3. Outdoor source control
Minimize the dust and dirt that gets inside your house by leaving them at the doorstep. Put a doormat at the entrance so you can remove most of the dirt from your shoes, then remove your shoes before entering. Reduce dust and dirt contamination further by cleaning your pets regularly.
4. Air defense
Your last line of defense in protecting indoor air quality is installing an air purifier. Using air purifiers alone or mainly would not be enough, though, especially if you have carpets. So this should not be your lone or primary method of improving indoor air quality. Use air purifiers with HEPA filter, which could remove 98% of airborne particulate matter, and make sure it runs smoothly by cleaning the filter regularly and replacing it every 12 to 18 months.
5. Call in the professionals
Let the professionals take good care of your carpets, and your indoor air quality will follow. To guarantee proper carpet cleaning Fulton Georgia homeowners deserve, call ServiceMaster of Cobb. They have the best Fulton GA carpet cleaning technicians to ensure your carpets and indoor air remain clean and safe. Regular carpet cleaning is needed to improve indoor air quality, and you need ServiceMaster of Cobb to keep your carpet clean.
